R.I.P. Ken Block Ken Block died yesterday after a snowmobile accident in Wasatch County, Utah, when the snowmobile upended and landing on top of him. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 55 years old. Kenneth Paul Block (November 21, 1967 – January 2, 2023) was an American professional rally driver with the Hoonigan Racing Division, formerly known as the Monster World Rally Team. I was not the first in my world- and in Ice Cream Land, for this matter- to meet RJ. Germafrost was. Our family has not been doing too well as of late. Crystalline, my elder sister and our former crown princess, was lost to us in an accident. The entire kingdom, us in particular, were deeply heartbroken by this loss. I know Germafrost and Crystalline were very close, so I can understand why he seemed to be the most devastated. He ran away all of a sudden, worrying us deeply.

He met RJ not too long after he returned home. Supposedly, he was whisked away to another kingdom none of us had heard of before- the Unikingdom. Not only this, but the person who took him there tried to keep him stuck there! Thankfully, he was set free.

When he first met RJ, it was shocking for him. You see, whatever RJ is, those don't exist in our world. There was no... Armablahblahblahgeddon. We have no historical records of a bipedal yellow creature named Emmett. When he first described RJ to me, I thought he was discussing some sort of mythical beast. Still, RJ and Germafrost were able to connect. Since his time in the Unikingdom, Germafrost has been more open with us about his feelings. From what he's told me, our parents, and Piano, RJ is one of many people who have encouraged him to open up.

Germafrost introduced us to RJ later on. He was quite impressed by Piano's musical abilities, and he helped me fix my snowmobile. I've never been able to drive it this smoothly! He and I have also gone snowboarding together, which we both greatly enjoyed. I do not know much about the effects of interdimensional travel, but RJ has visited us more than once, and Ice Cream Land is still as it's always been.

We knew nothing of RJ's past actions until we heard he'd been arrested. It truly came as a shock to us, as he seemed like a genuinely kind person.

Joe has a really long scar along his leg because he tried to participate in the Tour de France before he started boxing and ended up falling down a hill with the bike.

Kaiser has a few scars from all sorts of things, but notably he has a scar on his shoulder because back in the army his friend wanted to give him a tattoo but failed miserably and just gave him a gash instead.

Hippo has one on his chin and shoulder from wrestling an actual hippo for food. He won in the end but he did not go unscathed.

Hugger has scars from animals and such, just the usual.

Tiger is very interesting for scars. He has tons all over him, and it gives him a kind of tiger stripe pattern. They're a mix of accidental magic injuries (teleporting into dangerous spots, burning himself with fire, etc etc). But there's a scar along his palm that's from a blood pact he made with an old friend, who was convinced they could get some of Tiger's magic if they did one (which was completely untrue and just ruined the friendship).

Don has a peculiar scar on his foot. At a dance party he was dancing with his girlfriend (at the time), and she stepped full force onto his foot with her high-heel. Safe to say that was where the relationship ended LMAO.

Aran got a fishing hook stuck in him which left a scar on his chest resembling a '7', but he also has one on his thigh because he tried to dive off a cliff and knocked himself on a rock (moral of the story don't show off).

Soda has a scar on the bridge of his nose because of a snowmobile accident. It flipped over and smacked him right in the face. Could've been way worse, but he finds it funny.

Then there's Bull.. we don't talk about him.

Sandman has a few scars on his back from a dog attack. He doesn't like dogs. Nope.

i don't think it would make much difference to be honest. there is a trend in the vault tracks of her either reusing motifs (red scarf/indie music) or established events (snowmobile accident/being 19/birthday party) from the original release and, more gratingly, using fandom lore moments or pap shot memes (blue dress on a boat) to further solidify some kind of overarching narrative in the listener's mind's eye. when her fans wanted atw10 and revenge on mr gyllenhaal that's what she gave them. when her fans wanted more haylor that's what she gave them, by way of one of the most memed images of her at the time.... which my GOD is such a choice. all this to say that blue dress on a boat line is single handedly shouldering the enormous burden of trying to make these songs sound like they're not about [redacted] or [redacted] and i'm gonna be honest with you its shoulders ain't big enough.
