listen to the bridge of You’re Losing Me but think of it as the pov of real taylor talking to brand taylor😭😭😭 especially the “and all I did was bleed as I tried to be the bravest soldier, fighting in only your army, frontlines, don't you ignore me” and “…who only wanted you to see her” and “I'm fading thinking DO SOMETHING BABE SAY SOMETHING, LOSE SOMETHING BABE RISK SOMETHING. you’re losing me. CHOOSE SOMETHING BABE I GOT NOTHING TO BELIEVE UNLESS YOU’RE CHOOSING ME”
ahhhhhhh I’m literally dying inside

My trail of thoughts today:
①when I hear that powerful voice of Idina Menzel, I hear Maureen, Elphaba, Elsa, and I think about how they all like girls, or at least part of the LGBTQIA+
②Celie in The color purple and Elphaba in Wicked (which Cynthia Erivo has portrayed both) both have a sister they care deeply for, while having a huge crush on a popular beautiful girl. So in contexts, “Too beautiful for words” = “Popular”, and “I’m here” = “Defying gravity”

Hits Different is part of the Barbie Movie soundtrack.
I used to switch out these Kens, I'd just ghost. Rip the Band-Aid off and skip town like an asshole outlaw. W Mag posted an article about Taylor being in her sandal era!? Interesting.
Have you seen the Barbie Movie Trailer?
What do I have to do? - You have to go to the real world. You can go back to your regular life (high heel), or you can know the truth about the universe (sandal). Taylor is on her way to "the real world". THE TRUTH!

Last time I checked, men don't "fix their face." And straight girls don't pull their man into the closet. The bedroom, maybe, an unoccupied bathroom, yeah, but isn't that the benefit of being straight? No closets to navigate?

Straight men don't write "Mine" on your upper thigh because society teaches that when a straight man dates a woman, he already owns her.
Your female lover might write "Mine" on your upper thigh because she's not allowed to own you-- you belong to a man: her father, her husband, some man who keeps you caged. You are someone else's, so her act of secret possessiveness is transgression. She writes it high on your upper thigh so it is hidden by your clothing, just as she is careful not to mark your skin anywhere that might show.

I accidentally sang “like a golden tattoo retriever” instead of “like a tattooed golden retriever”😂 which gave me the thought that this could be a reference to “made your mark on me, a golden tattoo” in Dress. Bc gaylors, who do we think this song (ttpd) is about? Some lines I could see being about Karlie (“who else decodes you”) while most of it fits more as Dianna. But if the dress reference is real then it’s technically about Karlie, so…?
