one week and 1200 miles, familiar faces and new friends, excessive crying, an unfortunate mistake with a baguette, and one of my dearest people is married
#you can almost see the double rainbow in the first picture#I didn't even realize I could see the second half of the rainbow in my mirror until...later#it was a long drive#BUT#I saw my peeps!#spent time with my peeps!#had adventures and aided in coordinating one of the best weddings I've been to (we were AHEAD OF SCHEDULE ALL DAY)#(THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN)#the photographer kept getting sentimental over how chill and convivial the wedding party was#we didn't have to tackle anyone to stop them from being obnoxious#everyone cried over the maid of honor's speech#(and I got a few chuckles for mine which is all I ask for)#AND THEN I SAW MY DARLING KENZIE#and there were more tears#(also the first thing Kenzie said to me when we stopped crying was 'I knew it was your car because it was backed into the parking spot)#(why is THAT a thing I'm known for???)#to steal an illustration from a marvelous new acquaintance: my cup is not only full#it's running over#(and re: new acquaintance she is hands-down one of the best storytellers I've ever met. her timing. her delivery.#her ability to stick to the topic and not get sidetracked with tangents. legendary)#I am EXHAUSTED#I splurged and ordered groceries so I can pick them up tomorrow#and after that I'll run a few errands and probably go back to sleep#oh and my gladiolas started blooming while I was gone!#mine

when u go to write a mentally ill person in ur story you are presented two options. the first option is to write your mental illness realistically as you actually experience it with all the ups and downs and people who are like you will resonate with it and feel seen. except every person who reads instagram infographics on mental health that uses the phrase narcicisst for anyone who does anything that crosses them and unironically call themself a dark empath will call you scary and tell you that youre demonizing mentally ill people
the second option is to lie and write inspiration porn for those people to get hard to

This is my daily struggle, I had so many arguments with people with off-leash dogs (in a mandatory leash area!!!). Thanks to this behavior I'm struggling with Kim being anxious/aggressive with other females as she often gets involved in unpleased interactions with free females while on leash. And every single time that I ask for the dog to be at least recalled, I'm being called names and insulted of course.
Also 9 out of 10 their dog isn't really that friendly at all.

It's nothign bad I am just very slimey#usually I am not a cough person I am not sure where this is coming from#most of the time I just get a stuffy nose#has my nose gotten stronger#but there are good news too I have already found a VERY good chestnut to put into my pocket this autumn!! its very small! (❁´▽`❁)#it's been a very warm autumn in Germany so far so it has not really felt like fall yet#but yesterday it was all rainy and stormy and I had two new books and it was the best day possible to have a slimey cough (:#and now I feel SO much autumn I am close to buying a set of window colors#I do not know what I would to with the window colors I just have this strong urge in me to buy a window color set#the last time I did a window color was at the birtday of a class mate I think she turned 9 and I made a deer#but for some reason we did this craft 5 minutes before we all had to leave so we had to carry our window color deer home wet#unfortunatly for the deer and me I fell down the stairs of her house and smeared the deer all over me and i screamed the entire drive home#which wasn't very long but it probably felt very long for the mother who had a screaming child covered in window color deer inside her car

It's been a long while since we've seen that hair style!#Something old - in the way you see a little glimpse of a boy that died a long time ago#Something new in a man who has a new direction and purpose. Somehow it is still you. But you can't ever be that *you* again.#I think grief comes from a mourning of futures we lost. We associate it with love-#-but what else do we mourn if not the future we had with them? So too do we feel grief over the future our past self once hoped for.#I love the radish extra because it is so sweet and so full of small sorrows.#WWX is as playful as always with A-Yuan but there is a constant presence of how he no longer sees a future for himself.#Be it in the way he talks about the impossibility of him having children.#Or in the way he creates this silly and artificial game of helping A-yuan grow-up faster.#It's always about the moment to moment with him. Tomorrow isn't guaranteed.#His major hubris moment has yet to come but I would strongly argue that the seeds of doubt were already gestating.#It might be a bit of a 'ship tease' moment when WWX comments that his idea kid would be more like LWJ than himself -#But I consider it to be a true (if unconscious) sentiment that he sees himself as having gone down the wrong path.#It's not a 'I want LWJ to have my kids' moment. It's an 'if I were to have kid - I'd want them to never know what I went through.'#WWX is the parent that breaks the cycle. He walked for 10km through the corpse piles everyday and by god he's driving you to school.#LWJ is also a cycle breaker parent but in the opposite direction. He packs chocolate chip cookies and extra snacks in your bag.
