a;dljafj ok tbf this is ROUGH bc 1) it's a continuation of what I did for the sprint earlier and I'm trying to make myself just WRITE without stopping to edit/reword so uhhh be gentle and 2) this is frogged from a wip I had in another fandom but it worked so WELL for tarlos that I just had to steal it from myself. It's in the roughest shape rn but it'll get there :)

TK looked. Now the woman was rolling her body into Carlos’s, their faces nearly touching, staring into each other’s eyes, expressions overflowing with the sensuality of the dance.

“I actually…already take lessons from Carlos. Well, my fiance and I do,” TK went on. “He teaches at the studio over on Houston. But…I’ve never seen anyone in class do that.” He laughs nervously. He hasn’t been able to take his eyes off Carlos’s body since his gaze had slid back across the floor to the dancing couple. 

The bartender seems to take pity on him, chuckling. “I should probably also mention, since you don’t seem to know, that they’re both part of ABT.” When TK looks at him with a confused expression, he elaborates. “They’re professional ballet dancers.”

I’m a gentleman (in case you couldn’t tell) and I wear mostly armor. I love my great-grandfather's forgotten corner of the house and I cobble together all my clothes from there. For example today I was wearing a doublet of fine cloth with matching shoes and velvet breeches and a helmet, morion, visor, breastplate and backpiece. I was riding outside La Mancha. It was early morning so the rays of the sun fell obliquely and the heat did not distress me, which I was very happy about. A lot of giants stared at me. I put up my pasteboard visor at them.

But flinging yourself into it wholeheartedly with no sort of safety net whatsoever, especially in a period where it's EXTREMELY easy for him to leave you- as it should be; no-fault divorce saves lives -is naive at best and dangerous at worst.

Have your own means of support. Keep your own bank account; we fought hard enough to be allowed them. Gods willing, you never need that safety net, but too many women have suffered because they needed it and it wasn't there.

How did Timmy react to Peri’s name change?

Timmy was the first person to be told of Peri's name change! When Peri was sent to boarding school, he figured it'd be a good time to switch things up a bit. Maybe reinvent himself some!

Timmy accepted his new name change wholeheartedly!! It took a bit to get used to, but Peri's very happy that his brother supported him for it.

Peri didn't tell his parents until they met again after he became a Godparent. Timmy never told his parents that Peri changed his name, either.
