Was it ever explained why Four doesn't tell the rest of the Chain that he can split? Surely it would be super useful in combat, not to mention any tasks that would go faster with more people. Yet he hasn't told them and doesn't even pull a Twilight where he does it and covers it up somehow (I know it would be a lot harder to cover up than Wolfie but still-) He only revealed it to Wild because he thought it was a dire situation.

Possibly he's worried about them judging him, but surely he'd stop worrying about that after the Wolfie reveal? Or maybe it's draining somehow and uses energy to split, but I would still think he could mention it.

This is probably a big idiot question but why doesn't F1 have spotters? Like I get why they wouldn't need them throughout most of the race, but I don't understand why they don't have them for situations like the brake train last night, or for the starts when everyone's close together.

ok for most of the criticisms/nitpicks ive seen for OPLA so far, I can usually see both sides - the production side of "we dont want to take this too far/we felt this would be too difficult to attempt in live action/we cant make this work/adaptational changes", and the fan side of "this should remain faithful to the source material all the way to the detail/this is significant to one piece as we know it and to us/this becomes relevant later". (ive been following the OPLA news perhaps a bit closer than the average person?, so ive had a little more time to process some of these changes, and i think I tend to largely agree with the productions decisions so far.) but. but but but.

of all criticisms and nitpicks to have about live action one piece, the one I cannot fathom are people complaining about how iñaki said "gum gum", or people upset he didnt say his attack in japanese. like... gamers. be for real. this is an english speaking show, made for an english speaking audience. They're Not Gonna Do That

I'm really confused as to why people brag about being an empath as if that alone makes them a better person, and as if not having empathy makes you a bad person. I have a very extreme empathy response. I feel other people's emotions strongly. But that has nothing to do with my own actions. It's literally just a way I feel. What happens in the event of a tie? Or like the ones that are like >.5% apart? I saw some poll blogs doing a revote/rematch in cases when it was that close, was that something that will happen here as well?

In the event of a true tie where both sibling sets got an equal amount of votes, we'll do a 24-hour rematch. Otherwise, we'll just go with whoever got the most votes, even if it was only a 1 or 3 vote lead (this has already happened with the round 1 brackets here and here). Both of the example matches are ones that continuously flip-flopped between the sibling sets, so all that doing a 24-hour revote would do would be to ensure that less people get to vote and cut it off early, which I don't like. I prefer larger sample sizes, even if the results end up being very close.

do you know how many people are mad that authors use "growled" as a word for "said"? it's just poetics! they do not literally mean "growled," it's just a common replacement for "said with force but in a low tone." it's normal! do you hear me!! help me i love you please let me out of here!!!
