#spongebob fanart#spongebob squarepants#sbsp#sbsp fanart#my art#he's a nerd he has a whole personal library and loves to use his imagination while delving into a book#he is the annoying coworker and is completely blissfully unaware of it#when he does notice ppl treating him differently he still can't help being himself no matter how much he tries to be a “cool man” or smthng#he has acne anyways but being around a fryer and grease all the time doesn't help#the acne also adds to his childishness along with his interests and behaviour#i think his parents are kind of concerned for him from time to time.. one example being his driver's license#but he was probably great to have as a kid. i imagine he'd have been easy to deal with except that he'd probably get emotional very quickly#for the rest i don't think he'd cause any trouble at least not intentionally but he must've been kind of annoying and his parents are#probably a bit protective due to him having been so sensitive growing up#I don't know if he went to college so there's that#but basically he leads his life his way (as a fry cook and general silliness) to the confusion of others around him

Soon to be related question: The eye switch thing happened, because of Quixis right? Something they did, caused it or it was a reprocussion of something they did...
It all plays into a theory I've had but could never back up...

Childish Behaviour part 1
Lucifer tried not to rustle the leaves as he peered out. He had snuck down from heaven for this.
Sera would be mad if she found out he was skipping lessons. Which, she would find out once she was done in Eden for the day and went back to heaven to pick him up from his lessons.
It wasn’t fair that he was going to get in trouble. He just wanted to watch.
Today was going to be Adam and Lilith's creation day. His teachers had been going on and on about it the last two days he'd been in lessons.
He didn’t want to go to the lessons. The lessons were so so SOOO boring! He watched the angels make things all the first day and all the second day, so he was practically an expert already. Sera said he had to go though.
She was so bossy. It wasn’t like she was his mom. She was only a million years old but she thought she was so much more grown up than he was. So what if he had only been created a week ago? He was practically grown up.
He stuck his thumb in his mouth as he thought.
The angels, including Sera, started making Adam.
Their wings beat, and they swirled through the air as they sang the song of creation. The wind from their wings stirred up the dust and their song caused it to take form. They sang of his brown hair and golden eyes, that he would grow to be big and strong, curious and clever. When they finally landed there stood a human boy.
Lucifer knew they would come later as babies but heaven was creating Adam and Lilith as children so their curiosity and knowing would grow with their bodies. Just as he had been created as a child, when most angels were fully formed, to be their playmate and to grow with them.
He was made to be their friend. To be able to tell stories and make up games, to create what they wanted with his powers of creation, to entertain them with his transformations.
They were supposed to be his friends but he wasn’t even allowed to come down until he passed all of his tests. Which was dumb. He was already practically an expert!
The angels took their eyes off Adam and, as they talked like grownups do, he wandered off.
Lucifer followed Adam.
As Adam inspected a bush filled with flowers Lucifer concentrated and turned himself into a mouse. As he slithered around the ground he frowned. That wasn’t right!
But it was too late, Adam was checking out the bush he was hiding in and before Lucifer could hide he was being picked up.
“Ohhh! What are you?” Adam asked as he cocked his head to the side.
Adam squeezed too tight and Lucifer yelped then hissed, “that hurt!”
Lucifer found himself being flung up into the air as Adam shrieked and threw him up. He was so surprised he turned back into an angel.
He landed on Adam and they tumbled to the ground.
On Adam’s chest, Lucifer sat dazed for a moment. His pushed his hat up out of his eyes and looked down as Adam’s confused and terrified face. “Hi! You want to play?”
