This one was shot using minolta 5000AF on to Foton NB 01 film expired in 1984. Foton NB was a short lived budget film stock from foton bydgoszcz. Surprisingly it did work despite being 40 yesrs out of date (it was as iso64 despite being originally iso100 film)

Even though I still see snow in my yard, I know Spring has sprung when the waterfowl have started returning to the shores of Lake Ontario. I caught this merganser really, really, really far away but it’s the sun that took me by surprise as it rose from the horizon. It looked like the orange sky was burning the sun with its flame-like pattern eating into the sun. (it was just clouds in front of the sun, but that doesn’t sound very exciting) . Nikon Z 9 with Z 800mm f/6.3 PF at 800mm, f/6.3, 1/200sec., ISO64 . Swipe left for a B&W version. Not sure which one I like better. El F-18 finlandés firmó una de las mejores actuaciones de todo el festival con maniobras espectaculares, muchas bengalas y pasando bien cerquita de nosotros. 🔵 After a couple of days sorting and reviewing the thousands of photos I brought back from AIRPOWER, the ones worth presenting in public are starting to emerge. The Finnish F-18 put in one of the best performances of the entire festival with spectacular maneuvers, lots of flares, and flying very close to us.
