The anniversary countdown in The Trainee EP7 was genius!

It was such a fantastic visual to build up the tension and anticipation over the episode towards the climax of the rising issues in Tae and Ba-Mhee’s relationship and the moment the line would inevitably be crossed in Judy and Ba-Mhee’s relationship.

There was such a sense of inescapability about what was happening because of the ominous presence of the countdown clock. You knew from the start that shit was going to hit the fan by the end of the episode and that it couldn’t be avoided.

It wasn’t surprising when Ba-Mhee leaned in for the kiss. After feeling neglected and unappreciated by Tae, Judy’s kind words in her drunk and vulnerable state were inevitably going to lead to her seeking affection… even though she was wrong to do so.

I was gagged by Judy kissing Ba-Mhee back though! She’s the sober party in a position of authority who knows that Ba-Mhee is sad and vulnerable right now. HR should have an absolute field day with her here!

The reveal shots to show the stunned Tae and guilty Ba-Mee were excellent too.

The final use of the anniversary countdown as everything just spiralled away from them in the aftermath added more weight to the shock of the moment as well.

After the last few episodes this kiss felt expected, but the way the editing foreshadowed what was coming and built up the tension to the climax meant that the moment itself and the immediate consequences landed so well!! 👌

(idk if anyone wants to keep hearing my opinions on totk book stuff but-)

apparently it says that rauru DID have kids, multiple even, which yeah... is kinda necessary for zelda to even be connected to them so much so that sonia can SENSE a blood connection (which, even with all the excuses with magic, is just a little too far for me to suspend my disbelief bc its over, OVER, ten thousand years worth of generations that seperate her from them that one lil touch of the hand can sense that (feels more like an attempt to make you care about them or .. see them as zeldas "better" parents just bc they exchange a few nice words, i never got the feeling they were 'better' parents and its also kinda disrespectful to her actual parents, like sure rhoam wasnt the best but i wouldnt call rauru better just bc he was polite)- i could see maybe the light power of hylia or sth but since its the coolest dude that ever lived rauru now that had it which still doesnt make sense and makes me unreasonably annoyed and she can sense BOTH of their powers in her? nah) the fact theres NOTHING about them in the game itself is just so ... no way they planned any of this

are making it up alla 'fix it in post' mentality trying to hastily explain stuff the game never bothers to do to try and appease fans or let it appear as if they thought about it at all

something went really REALLY wrong during development, which kinda seems likely given how the game turned out (im sorry i cannot let go, its not just the writing, the game design too and how little was changed in the map while being so damn expensive, i dont know how people dont feel scammed q_q)

given that they (allegedly) spent the last entire year of development on polish (where??? where????? huh??? like it would make it more understandable (EXCEPT for the price) if there was alot of trouble, which was also bc it got delayed and ... turned out like this, but they dont want to say it, especially given their reputation, with that quote i have heard way too many times 'a delayed game blah blah') i just??

are they just gonna go and do it like they did with kashiwa (kass)? "they uuuh where flying around the whole time ony cool sonau tech maschines, you just dont see or hear from them ooooorrr they were uuuuh out of the country at the time" (sending invitations to other continents to join their glorious kingdom ;) )

(bet they are also gonna say they did all the stuff like ... moving the shrines around (lol?) and lifting the islands up into the sky- which is still weird bc ... didnt they also say they were living in the sky before coming to the surface?? so where?? did they park all their islands on the surface and the mystery kids had the keys so they had to repark them back into the sky after they returned off camera?? xD also why are the islands so different as an environment if they where from the surface? like even the STONE up there is different- and if they were first in the sky then on the surface and the nback in the sky .. why is there not a single yellow tree or grass in the past- you cant really argue that it changed bc they were up there so long bc .. nothing else changed, the suddendly and totally always there sonau buildings are largely in prime condition, only some slightly moldy, and what we see of the glorious past looks barely any different from the present, aside from like ... some standard trees shuffled, no castle yet and that glowy uwu filter DESPITE that stupidly long time frame between it)

julie e os fantasmas (original julie and the phantoms) was so wild. like, what do you mean the boys were crushed to death by a truck? what do you mean julie has committed more than one crime? what do you mean the main triangle consists of a rockstar with a closet dnd player vs a my chemical romance revenge era rejected song? what do you mean the ghost love interest was a menace to society in life and public enemy number 1 in death? what do you mean he was tortured more than once? what do you mean there was a dude trying to enslave ghosts and this plotline only lasted two episodes????

I disagree strongly with this statement. Dean may look it, or check out women openly, but he’s actually respectful to them. If they’re uncomfortable, he makes them feel comfortable. He wants them to experience everything good before they die. Dean makes them feel beautiful. I have a lot of examples.

My first one is Cassie Robinson. She broke up with him after he told her the truth, but when she needed his help, he came running. Immediately. Didn’t care what happened, just turned tail and went to help her. The spicy scene came after, and even then Cassie made the first move.

My second is Andrea Barr. Yeah, sure, Dean kinda did flirt with her, but then she made her boundary and he respected it. And again, he didn’t make the first move to have the kiss, she did.

Third Jo Harvelle. Dean didn’t flirt with her at all, instead he protected her and made sure she didn’t get hurt in No Exit. Granted, she did get snatched, but while protecting her the best he could he respected her wishes to work the case. And her wishes when she told him to go after finding out that John killed her dad out of mercy for his pain.

Fourth Lisa Braeden. First and foremost, he helped her. And created a bond with Ben, with the whole changeling thing and also helped Lisa when she got caught in the whole… demon thing, was it? And how she got in hospital, he wanted to guarantee her safety. Before everything, Lisa’s safety came first.

Most important example are as follows:

Shaylene and Suzy.

For y’all who don’t know Shaylene, she’s the girl from Raul’s Girl in s10 (Girls, Girls, Girls, I think) who made out with Dean and tried to get him to sign the contract to make a deal with a demon. Against her will. Dean clocked this and immediately asked if it’s what she wanted. Regardless of his needs, he saw that she didn’t like her job and instantly went to help her with it.

And Suzy Lee. She used to be an - ahem - star of Casa Erotica, but she eventually moved on to head a chastity group at a church, changing her name too. When Dean finds out, she’s instantly embarrassed, but he makes her comfortable and proud of ‘what she can do’ and it makes her feel good about herself. Have more confidence, and that’s what attracted her to him. He. Found. Her. Beautiful.

Dean Winchester doesn’t hit on the first woman he sees, he’ll hit on any woman because he finds them all to be beautiful. Nancy from Jus in Bello, he told her that he wouldn’t let her die a virgin because he cared that she’d experience everything good in life. Anna too.

Note that all these women technically make the first move. And how Dean in his scenes on the show where he’s making out and/or having sex with a woman, he’s always more submissive and softer.

tbh i've never considered what would suit Lore, but honestly? yeah, she's very driven for good, for what she sees as moral and right, for the betterment of the people, though i don't know if she could be defined as a soldier or warrior. she's about practicality and function over form or style, but she'd balk at the idea of serving a god or a king. her goal is always to help people, especially those who have no voice and no power. she fights hard, but she prefers diplomacy and compromise whenever possible, to save as many lives as she can. she's one of my purest, most good characters.

im at a 1st grade math level and im genuinely sooo terrified for when i have to take math classes to get my GED. i know theyre not gonna throw me in the deep end with complex algebra equations but im just so fucking Bad at math. they did everything they could in high school to teach me but there was nothing they could do, they put me in the extremely basic remedial math classes w/ five other troublemakers who couldnt do basic multiplication and i failed that too. like what are we even supposed to do here. can i get a medical exemption?? do they just kill me?

Lawrence Gordon was only in Saw 3D for like less than ten minutes, and you know what, he WAS OUTSTANDING!!! He was not only HOT but he was absolutely GORGEOUS!! He strolled in and absolutely DEMOLISHED Bobby Dagen with his sarcasm and also DESTROYED Mark Hoffman by locking him in the Bathroom. Idk what it was, but Cary Elwes FUCKING DEMOLISHED THIS ROLE!!! I don’t care if he wasn’t even there for that long, to me he was one of the best part of the movie!
