I feel like people who expected more from the finale have kind of forgotten how the show always was. I've watched seasons 3 - 8 in the past few weeks plus episodes from all the other seasons and with all their big problems, God, leviathans, Death. Empty etc gone, they do what they've always done, hunt, what they have literally been doing this entire time and looking back it's easy to rememberjust the big stuff, but it was never like that. They do what they do, Jack does better with heaven etc, he saves Cas and they've got work to do. Dean finally gets his peace and eventually Sam too. And all the stuff that you'd expect from other shows, incredible interesting action finales? When has spn every been like that? As much as we love it, it has always had an essence of shittv that we've lived with for the past 15 seasons, it would be wrong for them to fix it now
