Sanji: Words of Affirmation

Above everything, Sanji is a smooth talker.

He's incredibly good at romancing you through his words that it doesn't take long for you to completely fall head over heels for him.

Canonically, he calls people with different pet names. "Mellorine" is arguably the most creative. If he were with you (or were trying to flirt with you), he would definitely create a personal nickname that only he would call you.

That said, there is no defeating his terms of endearment. All of them are truly endearing.

Also, best believe that he's amazing at communication.

You know how couples need therapy because their communication sucks? Yeah, that's not happening in a relationship with Sanji.

If this man can flirt through words, then he can talk things out with you.

Overall, Sanji is a very romantic person, but he would work out the most with someone whose primary love language is words of affirmation.

Acts of service as second? Sure. Quality time as third? Sure, but overall, words of affirmation takes the cake.

His sweet talking is just something an ordinary person can't resist.

Nami: Quality time/Gift giving

Is this a hot take? Maybe, but Nami is definitely sweet to whoever she ends up falling for.

She values hanging out with her friends and the people she cares about, so it wouldn't be any different if it were with you, the person she's into. Something about spending time alone together is intimate for her.

On another note, Nami would totally be into giving gifts.

Being the treasurer of the ship apart from the navigator, everyone is aware that she's strict with where the Straw Hats' money goes. It's safe to say that this would be the case for her personal savings as well, even though she likes to treat herself every so often.

But being a shopaholic just means that she loves buying things not only for herself but also for you.

Nami would totally buy you gifts if she finds anything that reminds her of you, and you can imagine it playing out sweetly.

Who knew the frugal Nami would willingly spend money on someone she likes? It makes you feel incredibly special because she doesn't casually do that for other people.

Law: Quality time/Acts of service

If you were a member of Law's crew, he would definitely appreciate the one-on-one appointments with you whenever you needed a checkup or anything of the sort.

Call it unethical, but let's be serious—he's a pirate who happens to be a doctor (or is it the reverse?), his epithet is quite literally "Surgeon of Death," and above all else, he isn't doing anything malicious when you come to him.

Instead, it's all sweet and innocent. If Law were to like you, he initially wouldn't know how to act around you, so he's grateful for the quiet moments that you share together alone, no matter the circumstance.

He would enjoy your company and would totally think that being extra cautious and careful toward your health is a good way of subtly letting you know that he cares for you.

He would be the type to do things for you without being asked. Usually it would be medical related, but once he gets more comfortable about showing his feelings, best believe it would be more than just that.

Zoro: Acts of service

Zoro is the type to save people, so he would keep an eye on you every time danger arises.

While he would save any innocent person or civilian in danger, his decision to rescue you whenever you need rescuing comes from a more personal reason rather than simply playing a hero.

Newsflash: it's because he likes you.

He isn't the type to show his interest toward someone through other means anyway, so his best bet is showing it all through actions that you never asked for to begin with.

His feelings would become more obvious the more he does things for you without question, which he would be pleased by because it would mean that you're picking up on his signs.

He would work best with someone whose love language is servitude, especially if you're the type to appreciate the little things that people do out of genuine concern.

Kid: Physical touch/Words of affirmation

When it comes to Kid, he's heavy on physical touch if you already have an established relationship.

Of course, he wouldn't do anything if you guys aren't official yet—even though he's bolder at flirting than the average One Piece man, he wouldn't want to come off as creepy.

Hence, physical touch is the way to go once you're together. He would be the clingy type in his own unique fashion.

If you aren't together yet, he would show his love through words of affirmation.

However, it isn't anything like Sanji's sweet talking in a way that is straight out of a romance film. Kid has his own way of doing things, so he would affirm you through compliments that often have one or two cuss words in them, which end up sounding mean but isn't actually mean.

For example: "Great job, brat. You did a shitty job last time, so it's nice to see you outdoing yourself."

Kid is just that guy, but he can also be sweet if the moment calls for it

If you're into those kinds of things, then dating him would be no problem.

Koby: Acts of service

Koby wasn't dubbed "Koby the Hero" for nothing. This man is deemed a hero even outside of work because of what he does for you.

Koby would be the shy type in a relationship since he stutters as a habit, so he would comfortably express it through actions.

Similar to Zoro, if you need rescuing, then he will be there. He would do things for you out of kindness because he likes you.

His love for you would be innocent and sweet.

On that note, Koby would be the type to do the smallest things for you, so if you're the kind of person who would be driven insane by the smallest acts of kindness, then Koby's your guy.

He would hold the door for you, get a glass of water for you if you're thirsty, check up on you randomly, and ask you to continue speaking if you accidentally happen to talk over each other.

Koby does his best to express his feelings, so he hopes his actions are good enough.

Sabo: Acts of service

In a perfect world, Sabo would make an amazing Prince.

It would seem ironic given how he canonically hated the nobility (including his family) because of the way they looked down on the less fortunate, but if Sabo never left nobility, he would be a Disney Prince.

Sabo does things in service, so it would be no different for him to initiate acts of service toward you.

He would be the type to do things without expecting anything in return.

Similar to how he would drop everything should Luffy or Ace be in danger, he would immediately go out of his way to save you or tend to your needs if the situation calls for it.

It's his way of expressing that he cares for you, and he sure as hell would make sure that you know he's interested.

Sometimes when he zones out, he focuses completely on you and gets almost bashful when you catch him in the act.

Karaoke nights. Even if one/both of you sing badly.

Small birthday get-together with friends are always simple but memorable. Just the two of you is time well spent.

After the crash, when Curly gets his prosthetics and learns to talk again, the first thing he does is hold your hand and tells you he loves you.

When he’s learning to speak and he learns how to speak “happiness” or “happy” again, he accidentally says your name. It’s nothing but truthful though; everytime he sees you, he knows where his heart is and he feels safe.

Ideal date night is sitting on a bench at the beach, watching the waves and stars

Loves to watch the night screen with you in the common room.

Half a year in, he shows you to his mother’s grave and introduces you to her. Curly always, without fail, feels fuzzy if you ever talk to his mom.

Probably the first to mention marriage. Talks about it just as you two are lounging about, saying that he wants to be with you for the rest of his life. He’s 100% perfectly content just being common law with you.

Is very obvious when he tries to figure out your ring size and usually does it when he’s trying to hold your hand.

As much as he wants to make it a big romantic thing, him proposing somehow winds up after some small activity. Some mundane thing that just feels so domestic and wholesome that just cements how much he wants to be with you.

ALWAYS holds your hand or is brushing against you on walks. Absolutely loves it.

Loves having you sit on his lap.

Prefers for you to sit in front when you two are riding horseback, so he can rest his hands on your hips or his arms over yours. Prefers to steer the horse though.

He’s an early riser, even compared to you, so he’s quick to make your favourite coffee/tea and breakfast meal. Supper duty is on you.

Prefers to wash dishes right away instead of letting them soak. Always tries to take over dish duty from you.

REALLY likes to make you flustered, especially in front of company. BUT in a way that’s really subtle, like him adjusting the collar of his uniform or sitting in a way that exposes his neck, giving you bedroom eyes.

When he takes naps throughout the day, he feels so much more rested when he wakes up to find you in his arms.

Coddles you when you get sick. He’s kind of… clueless when it comes to that sort of thing, so you’d have to tell him how you want to be taken care of. Never gets sick from it, even if it’s highly contagious. He’s lucky like that.

Unashamed about any love bites you give him. Brushes his knuckles over it unconsciously. Swansea or Jimmy always call him out on this.

Likes to go to a new date location with you every two weeks! Or trying a new meal or dessert to share.

Really hopes that you’ll get along with his friends. Invites you with him when he goes out with them. Trusts you implicitly if you ever hang out with them without him or one-on-one.

Does have some issues communicating his wants in the relationship and being a pushover to what you want. That’ll be a sticking point in your relationship with him.

Spot checks you during work outs. He’ll be quite confident in your abilities right until if/when you strain yourself too far, which prompts him to be more cautious afterward.

Tends to be physically affectionate over material gifts. The latter tends towards practical things, like ties, socks, jewelry, flowers, chocolates. Likes to always be touching you in some way.

Lets you stay with him in the cockpit as he’s piloting, even going as far as letting you do it yourself, even if it’s not your occupation. He’s a gentle teacher and will correct you softly if there’s any mistakes.

Tends to shut down if something upsets him, especially concerning you. Curly prefers to bottle it instead of express it. This is also another curve to get over.

give me vi who's just a total hot mess...

Don't get me wrong, I love confident Vi who knows exactly what she's doing, a little smug and self-assured that she knows exactly what you like and how to give it to you. Who always has a shadow of a smirk tugging at her lips. But I feel we're sleeping on canon Vi—like that girl was a mess. Did you not see the way she looked at Cait?! My girl is the definition of "sure babe whatever you say".

So here's some little hot mess Vi headcanons I love

She's always bumping into stuff. She's got bruises all over her hips and legs from the amount of times she's caught herself on the table corner or counter top. It's gotten to the point where if there's a cupboard door open on a high shelf, you automatically cover the corner with your hand when Vi's around because she'd pretty much guaranteed to bang her head.

On that note, she's always dropping things. She's not allowed to touch the fancy dinner plates or empty the dishwasher because of it. Every few months you have to buy new glasses because yup, the others are all somehow broken. Again. ("I don't understand where they all go!" Vi complains, genuinely confused "I can't have broken them all.... did I?" Spoiler alert she did, in fact, break them all.)

Still on that note, she trips over everything. Everything, her path could be completely clear and she'd still stumble. It's sort of endearing, like you're leaving your flat and she's tripping over the front mat—"Who the fuck put that there?" She's so indignant it makes you smile. "We did, it's a mat. You know, the thing that goes before a door?"

When undressing you or tugging off her own clothes, she'll inevitably get an arm tangled, or struggle with buttons or a belt buckle. It always makes you both laugh a bit, because she's always so impatient and gets stuck on the smallest things. "Who the fuck invented these?" she laughs, amused at herself, her shaky fingers. But when you try to help she'll whine, "No, no, almost got it." (Half of your clothes end up ripped when she inevitably loses patience.)

She's super clever and can pick up things pretty quickly, but she's always trying to cut corners and experiment to make it "easier." Baking? Who needs all that measuring crap, she can just eyeball it. And sure, the cake tastes amazing, but it also swelled up like a balloon because she accidentally tipped in half the container of baking soda. The fire alarm gets set off at least once a week; now if you smell smoke you just... leave her to it.

She's super into tech and fixing stuff, which means lots of taking things apart, and the odd yelp here and there as she gives herself small electric shocks. One time you come home to smoke wafting through the kitchen, the distinct smell of burning rubber and a very sheepish Vi, who accidentally melted some kitchen utensils. How?! You don't even ask. (After that she has to work in the garage.)

She's always covered in grease from "improving" things on her motorbike. You're terrified every time she takes it for a spin, thinking for sure one of those "improvements" is going to get her in some sort of trouble.

Climbing onto the roof without shoes to fix something, sticking her hand through a dubious hole in the wall without gloves, leaning close to a faulty socket without glasses. "Hey, don't panic Cupcake, what's the worst that could happen, huh?" and you wave a wild hand around "Ugh, you could die?!"

Like sure, she's confident and daring and smirks her way through everything, but also laughs until she chokes, and pulls every "push" door, and basically will fall over her own feet if she's not gripping your hand. She thinks dad jokes are hilarious and doesn't know her way around your neighbourhood even though she literally grew up there. Whenever she's out you'll inevitably get a "hey I'm lost" call. "Where are you?" "Uhhh, like... opposite a post office?" You think for a second, orientating yourself. "Okay, turn so the post office is on your left, and keep walking." There's dubious silence from Vi's end and you sigh, biting back a smile. "Your left, like the hand you write with." "Ohh! Got it, got it..."

In a new city it's even worse, because she refuses to use maps. "Who needs directions when you can have adventure and discovery!!" "Vi, I'd hardly call the red-light district of Paris adventure, I just wanna see the bloody Eiffel Tower!"

Walking out in the sexist outfit ever, tattoos on full display, chains around her waist and looking unholy in steel capped boots, and your mouth has never been so dry in your whole life and "Hey Cupcake, can you help me? The stupid zip is tangled..."

100% agree! People in fandom (mostly younger fans) seem to not realize that other people having different opinions/favorites/headcanons do not invalidate or threaten their own. No one is going to suddenly force all differing opinions to delete their fics/art/etc just because another opinion or ship is more popular. No one is a bad person for disagreeing with anyone else. Hell, even if the creators decided to pick a side to say is now canon it STILL wouldn’t mean shit because fandom has zero issues ignoring canon for the sake of shipping or a good story.

And for the fan wars against fan creators for liking taboo ships, kinks, or plot lines everyone needs to take a deep breath and remind themselves this is all fiction. Liking a fictional taboo is no different from enjoying a horror movie. Just because I enjoy watching Alien Xenomorphs chestburst everyone the protagonist cares about doesn’t mean I want that to happen irl. It’s pure fiction and escapism. Watching a heist movie doesn’t mean you want to rob a bank. Writing a story with an abusive relationship doesn’t mean you condone it irl. Shipping winchesters or batboys doesn’t mean you want to screw your own brother.

Omegaverse tends to completely squick me out because of trauma I have endured irl but I respect the hell out of all the creators who have poured their hearts and souls into the trope. Y’all are awesome people and I hope you keep doing what you’re doing so long as it brings you joy in this awful world.

Tex Headcanons

A/n I have never done head-canons before so I’m so sorry if these aren’t what were expecting…

Tex is the the only girl and youngest of three, her brothers Tristan and Jesse.

Tex is a daddy’s girl all day long that man is wrapped around her finger.

Tristan and Jesse are bull riders much their mother’s dismay especially after Tex’s accident when she was younger.

Mitch and Tex have been best friends since the first day of kindergarten, their parents used to think they would end up together, getting married until Tex came out.

Mitch calls Tex Oakley after Annie Oakley a famous sharpshooter, she beat him shooting rubber ducks at a funfair when they were ten and it’s stuck.

It’s Tex that introduces Dakota and Mitch to each other playing wingman at a party and although she doesn’t know it yet she will ��best man.” at their wedding.

Tex doesn’t have many girlfriends before Leah, sure there isn’t a great selection in the back arse of Montana but none of them have ever made her feel like Leah does.

Tex never believed in love at first sight, always laughed at Mitch when he described himself falling in love that way with Dakota, Tex doesn’t believe in love at first sight until she sees Leah in Nashville.

Tex can’t sleep in the months between the first time she sees Leah till she finally hears from her again, she stays out late riding in circles, she’s up early often dragging Mitch with her into the mountains, she’s can’t sleep with out seeing Leah, and so she has to keep her mind occupied best way possible.

Tex doesn’t go anywhere without her hat, since the time she was three years old and her dad bought her her first one she refuses to leave anywhere without it, and it’s rare she will take it off. She’s even worn it to prom much to her mother’s disappointment.

At first it was to be just like her dad, but after her accident it became away to hide her scar

Any of the girls she has been with before Leah have never been allowed to take it off her or wear it.

Tex is tough on the outside like most women of Montana her face very rarely gives anything away unless she is around Leah, Leah makes her crumble.

Tex isn’t a girlie girl but also not a tom boy she’s just Tex.

Tex will only answer to Tex when Leah calls her. Leah is the only person she will allow call her such a silly name, Tristan tried to once thinking he was funny and she left him stranded in Wyoming for an hour.

Tex is amazed by England the first time she ever visits, it’s her first time outside of the US, what she’s even more amazed about is the strangers that come up to her in the street and ask for a photo, Leah tells her it’s because of the hat.

Tex loves Leah’s family, they are much like hers in how close they all are and she feels at home with them.

Tex isn’t much of a hugger, sure if you ask she’ll give you one but it takes her a minute to get used to Leah’s constant touches weather that be Leah holding her leg, her hand or wrapping her arm around her.

Tex is going to marry Leah she knew that from the minute she lay eyes on her, she’s just waiting for an appropriate time

Tex loves Leah but when the question arises about long distance and eventually where they are going to raise their family she can’t help but clash heads with the blonde and say Montana

Leona and a representation with love topics (female & male)

Everything said on this analysis is just a personal opinion, I don't mean to offend nor step on someone else's view or headcanons. Thanks to @/Viperkun to translate it.

First of all, we need to start from the basics and ask ourselves, Who is Leona Kingscholar? Leona is a complex character, filled by development which not everyone sees through or most of the time tends to not notice. He's a character that tends to have high expectations over a depression pretty deep and prolonged, there´s many themes regarding those feelings of inferiority, demotivation and many others, which leads to his self sabotage. However, at first glance he doesn't allows himself to feel pity towards others due to his own high ego and pride, he's a man that despite finding his own life pretty unfair, keeps going on in his own way and stipule.

Now, how would this affect his romantic relationships? The answer may change depending on the person who is by his side, this includes gender. Leona is very polite towards women since he's from a country which prioritizes them, they're stronger and bigger than the usual males from the same country, and so, even if women doesn't really fit this kind of criteria, he's still going to be respectful towards them.

No, he wouldn't be a role model prince (as an example, Eliza, with who he shared a few words one on one, then nothing more), but he's not going to have thoughts or actions that could be considered nor even be close to the category or definition of "incel".

He's not someone who overpowers by his strength or title over women; yes, he speaks with sarcasm, cynicism, and teasing is his second language, but he would never start any situation in which he would make someone uncomfortable or even less put someone at risk or danger (Overblot aside, since Yuu has no specific gender. If that was the case and Yuu was a girl -just like Savanaclaw's manga Yuu-, it's not that Leona decided to have a breakdown due to her or to hurt her, it was something out of his control due to circumstances)

In the case we talk about a boy, it wouldn't be too different from how we see Leona acting towards the rest of the twst cast in game; maybe the level of respect would lessen just a bit to talk in a bolder way we can consider as you to you.

I want to clarify that I'm not saying Leona is a bully towards a romantic male interest, just that he would probably have more fluid talks through a mutual understanding by sharing similar biological features if we put emotional and psychological sides apart, Reiterating it wouldn't be too far from his canon interactions with the original cast. Regarding my personal opinion (as well as this post is) I don't see Leona as someone who uses petnames with his romantic interest, at least not early into the relationship (established or not)

I know, there are many who have seen him or portray him as someone who would use nicknames as "my love", "darling", etc, and I don't invalidate any of them, though I can't really see them coming from someone who's stoic and serious most of the time. "Love melts even the coldest of hearts", yes, however it's complicated relating this through a romantic or platonic relationship with Leona, it's a bit complicated and takes some time.

As I mentioned before, he's a man with issues,problems which were born from deep insecurities and an inferior complex too huge to make them disappear all of a sudden just for love. It's a slow process, I'm not saying that he's going to be toxic once he gets into a relationship just that as many others the relationship would take more time and it's going to be complicated to finally establish it. The first phase of Leona being in love is denial, his main goal won't be focusing emotionally on a person, however, if he falls through this thought he would probably and mostly spend his time with said person; not being a man who would easily please someone with words, let's remember his brain tends to go under the logical side of things rather than emotional.

Even so, he's a man who's predominant love language (at least through this phase) is gift giving. Leona is a smart and sharp-eyed man, knowing at least a bit of the interest of the ones around him (Just look at Idia's second birthday card in which Leona gives him a chess set or how in more than on ocassion he gives Ruggie different things without him asking him to do so under their agreement of basic services; even when he gives a salad to Riddle or a pen to Vil, despite being unnecesary objects, and most of them being related to more of a silly/fun kind of interaction, they exist to let you know that he remembers those special days, he knows what to do, he is a man that sees and most importantly listens to his surroundings). Even if Leona's romantic interest doesn't mention they don't want anything Leona would read that somehow, he'll give it a meaning and provide surprise gifts through different kind of occasions for no apparent reason (money isn't a problem for him).

Moment of interlude, appreciate the kitten:

Ok ,let's continue. Once the relationships progresses, PDA will make it's entrance. Leona would be pretty clingy with his loved one, letting his own scent on them to let the others know that he was there first. Don't misunderstand nor mistake this as the kind of a response from a toxic or possessive person, he knows when to give space and how, even he needs it, but that doesn't mean he would let his lover go around without their clothes having the slightest of his scent on it.

He enjoys to take naps on his lover's lap, or even sleeping while embracing them. If we focus on a more natural-like related environment, lions tends to demonstrate their care to others by caressing each other's heads with their own, caressing their fur and also leaving some love bites; it wouldn't be much different here.

Personally I can see Leona giving love bites as a sign of affection; bites on the cheeks, shoulders, hands or neck (this without leading to a sexual side), leaning his head against his lover's one, or their shoulders if they're hugging, lazy little kisses around their face. I've read that when it comes to a girl, Leona would even ask for permission for a kiss, again related to the topic of consent and respect, to which I agree being someone who would ask for permission without words but actions, subtle, around two or three that would feel more than enough for him.

I don't see Leona jumping over or around someone to express his love through the first months into the relationship, he would be patient, testing the waters to see if this person isn't playing or making fun of him and his trust, something that has happened with other characters from the cast.

Please don't misunderstands my words, I've said before that he would ask for consent if his partner was a girl, but this works in case his romantic interest is a boy too, I just see him being more teasing with the last example.

Conclusion: Leona would never be categorized as a toxic man that would use his strength or status over someone he loves. Even if he ever could do so, the most possible scenario is an accidental one and he would make sure to apologize if he mistreated or make his partner uncomfortable. Leona isn't someone that would be afraid of apologizing when he knows he has done something wrong (we can see this during Tamashina Mina and how he apologizes to Jack by not thinking about how the hot weather would affect him since he wasn't from the same place as him). This also doesn't means that he would leave his pride aside, all he has is his own pride anyways, for good or wrong.

He's a responsible man, attentive, someone who wouldn't be the best at using cliche or romantic words at first; but everything will change with time and a slow development, overthrowing the bad times that he could experience as a partner while evolving into someone capable to keep a relationship of respect and lots of mutual and understanding love.

So recently I reblogged this post that joked something along the lines of "We still don't know if Liu Qingge knows what sex is." And I thought that was a) hella funny and b) kinda true. Do I think he literally doesn't know what sex is? With that sister?? Yeah no I think he knows. But I imagine he doesn't really understand that sex is just kind of a big deal for most people and expected in typical relationships. I mean, I doubt sexual attraction really often discussed amongst cultivators anyway, so if one doesn't experience it, it a) wouldn't make one too much of an outsider and b) one would just assume this is the universal norm. In my reading of canon, he definitely has a crush on Shen Qingqiu, but I don't think he has the sexual attraction. To the contrary, I imagine that he finds the thought of sexual contact with his crush very unbecoming. Perhaps it even contributes to his dislike of Luo Binghe and the BingQiu relationship. I could even spin this into a whole thing where he could be coping with internalised homophobia because he doesn't want to have sex with men so it's fine, right? We know that in general, Shen Yuan is a pretty unreliable narrator when it comes to observing other characters' reactions. But I did find some of his thoughts about Liu Qingge during the Succubi extra very interesting. For those who don't know/recall - in this extra chapter, SQQ and LQG investigate a Succubus hideout and LQG gets affected by what is essentially an Aphrodisiac. SQQ notes that LQG is visibly distressed, but also shows absolutely no signs of desire to act on it in any way – almost as though he doesn't have experience with sexual desire. He's also clearly uncomfortable and angry with his body's reaction – not an uncommon reaction in (particularily sex-repulsed) asexuals experiencing libido. I really like to imagine an AU where LiuShen happened and they're just cute and cuddling and maybe get in a few kisses and after a few months Shen Qingqiu is like "… So are we gonna fuck or like…?" And LQG would be FLOORED because surely that's not a thing people actually do – right?! That's a thing for forbidden porn ballads and demons! I also like to imagine they actually try it and he ends up kinda liking it and unpacking his baggage but he still doesn't get the attraction.

They share the most "romantic affection through physical touch (as much as victorian society would allow even at the other end of the world because its chokehold is THAT tight)" moments in the whole show and it just kills me. I feel like they both know Bridgens is lying but what else can he say, all they have is hope and each other

Idea For A Story: I want to see him and Bridgens being domestic. Idk if Stewards got their own quarters but I want to see them nestled under 726362 blankets and furs, drinking tea and reading something together. Let them be happy and touchy with one another in PEACE for once

This is one of the things that fucking sucks about fandoms where the creator is super involved - this anti-headcanon, "no fun allowed" attitude.

This has become annoyingly prevalent in fandoms in general, so of course it's even worse in the Viv standom. You can't even add representation without getting slapped with the No Fun Allowed sign.

(It's especially grating because OP acknowledged that it was a headcanon. Usually in the Viv fandom, people just say that they imagine it and that makes it canon and that you're a bigot if you don't agree.)

I've been thinking about these two, and like, it intrigues me how the weight of their experiences and some core elements (most likely) added to the breakup.

Like, just from canon alone I see that Tommy carries some weight on his shoulders from the person he used to be and his journey regarding his sexuality. He did hurt others by engaging in bigoted behavior in the past (and changed, which is good!). He probably spent at least a decade in the closet, figuring who he was and suffered from a comphet that made him almost marry a woman. Plus he's been out for less than 10 years and (possibly) didn't feel comfortable enough with himself until he got a clean slate. And he probably didn't have support when he came out, but that's a headcanon. I think this made him project that onto Buck, even if he didn't mean to.

And Buck's journey is nothing like Tommy's (from what we've seen).

Buck definitely carries wounds regarding his self-worth, he is somebody who thinks he's both too much and not enough. He didn't grow up in a supportive household, and the only person who did support him left. His sexual awakening, from what we saw, was a very different experience than what he's used too. He had people with him, he was immediately supported and told it didn't change how others saw him. The weight of his sexuality looks to be light, there seems to be barely any struggle, unlike Tommy. And I think it made Buck underestimate how bad it probably was for Tommy before.

Adding to that, there are also other elements to them that led to this mess.

Buck is impulsive, acts without thinking and doesn't grasp the consequences of his actions until they blow up on his face. And Tommy seems to act on self-preservation, he guards himself from danger and pain and acts on it. And it plays against them.

I think Buck's self-worth issues hit hard when he learned about the engagement, but not for that in itself.

I remember he actually looked intrigued when Tommy said he almost married a woman, and it wasn't until he knew it was Abby that he was put off and spiraled (side note: I hate the way they decided to canonize the Abby theory). It was that idea that if Tommy hurt someone Buck loved, then who's to say he wouldn't do the same to him, someone's who's "too much"?

I also think Buck's impulsivity set off Tommy's self-preservation alarms. Add that the (possible) projection he put onto him and it's no wonder Tommy ran, because, if he has hurt people before then who's to say Evan wouldn't do the same one day? If Evan's pace is fast then who's to say the relationship won't be too?

It's just, ughh there's so many layers I could peel off from this but it's also very much a stretch in my head.

Hi everyone! This is the third time I've completed the Sith Inquisitor storyline and the first time I've running the DLC KOTFE/KOTET. So, in order to save and maybe share my vision of my character in the game, I have compiled a list of headcanons :Р

Sith Inqusitor OC Headcanons

Meet Ha'leth Kallig, Darth Nox, Alliance Commander and so go on. The Sith on dark side, but making a bunch of "light" choices just becouse they profitable (and she's reasonable)

So... i imagine she's much older, than in canon. Like if all story classes starts mid Cold War between Republic and Empire, i think my version have a seat in a dark council in the mid of war (near 3670, 11 years after Sith returns Korriban) Yes, its breaks the timeline, but she is old pretty lady in my head, and i can't change this

I can't create the proper version in game (a lot because its no long flat hairstyles) so i have a few pictures

I think it was a long time since she became a member of the Dark Council and before the Eternal Empire attacked. And all this time the pyramid of ancient knowledge was under her control and I think she learned a lot about the philosophy of the Sith, ancient techniques, etc.

Yes, in my story she is the leader of the Alliance, despite the fact that other forse-user characters (Jedi Knight, Jedi Consular, Sith Warrior) in my headcanons also take part in it

I think she is definitely chaotic but rational in managing the alliance. I haven't reached the end of the story yet, but in my mind she is the perfect candidate for the Eternal Throne.

She is not human anymore. Not after the Rakata machine changed her. I think sometimes she would appeal to this in her dialogues with other characters. In my head - this is another reason why she at 60+ looks at most 30

Well, according to canon, all four force-user characters are the most powerful force-users in the galaxy. But considering that Valkorion is sitting in the Commander's head + her additional "ghosts of the Sith Lords on the wire" make her, if not the strongest, then at least the most dangerous of them by the end of the story

As I said before - all headcanons are just part of the story in my head that i want to share cos sith inqusutor is my favorite story) I think I'll definitely post a couple more heads up about her or heads up about other SWTOR characters later (at least when I finish the story) I also plan to sketch a couple of moments, because I really want to

Li Mei

— Since the emperor's death, Li Mei began praying to Delia every day for Sindel to forgive her.

— Now that she is no longer an Umgadi, Li Mei wants to meet her biological parents (partially canon).

— Mileena was inspired by Li Mei to create her hairstyle, just as Kitana was inspired by Sindel to create hers.

Sindel

— I used to sing lullabies to Mileena and Kitana when they were children.

— She always knew that Mileena liked women, although terms like "lesbian", "gay", "bisexual" or "pansexual" don't exist in Outworld.

— Still on this topic, Sindel fears that Mileena will not have children (because well, besides her being completely faithful to Tanya, what are the chances of her conceiving a child with a man even if it is her duty?) and hopes that Kitana will marry one day to continue the royal line.

Mileena

— Just like in part one, Tanya was not her first love, she had romantic (and possibly sexual) relationships with some noblewomen at court, it was after Jerrod's death that she got closer to Tanya.

— She hates wearing jewelry, despite having to wear it at royal events.

— She was close to Jerrod, just as Kitana is closer to Sindel.

Kitana

— She is the most stylish of the royal family, wearing beautiful blue dresses and silver jewelry, as well as tiaras with pearls, rubies, sapphires and emeralds.

— If there was a tournament similar to the Olympics in Outworld where the provinces of the empire compete against each other, Kitana would participate in equestrianism (I totally see her winning gold or silver).

— The thought that she would make a better empress than Mileena is due to the fact that she always visits the sick (except Tarkatans, of course) and poor people of Outworld, as well as visiting small towns and fighting for better working conditions in the mines (imagine her as a kind of Princess Diana from Outworld).

Smoke

— Sometimes when he is angry he ends up saying Czech words like "Hovno!" (Shit!) or "Můj bože" (Oh my God).

— Tomas' mothers (biological and adoptive) used to comb his hair.

— If Kuai Liang and Harumi had a girl, he would be the best uncle in the world.

Scorpion

— He dated Cyrax while they were both teenagers.

— He looks more physically like his father, while Bi-Han looks more like their mother.

— Sometimes, he is more of a perfectionist than Harumi.

Sub-Zero

— She has a huge connection with Sektor, as if she completes him.

— Can stay for hours in temperatures below zero.

— He still has his and Kuai Liang's nanny in the clan.

What is your favorite orv headcanon (if there is one)? Or just a not widely known fact from canon

i know it is a basic answer (and god we really do live in a blessed world where i can say that because i remember the orv fandom 5 years ago and it was such a different time) but yoo joonghyuk is so transfem to me its not even funny. genuinely such a perfect headcanon with so much canon basis that elaborates on orvs themes excellently. it works so well in the narrative as a metaphor for her escaping the oppressive system around her and the toxic role it put her in. it fits wonderfully with her character and personal struggles. and ultimately theres the plain old fact that when in punisher form she looks 'more like herself than ever before'. its a headcanon that genuinely works so well and adds so much to her character. its my favourite by far
