god me saying that ash and iris are more alike than they realize earlier is more on the nose than i thought considering in bw009 iris refuses ash's offer to battle and tells him to just battle with pikachu by himself (which he does) and then in bw033 it's revealed that iris fought drilbur by herself multiple times

#bwark #iris: ash i was just joking when i said you should fight pikachu by yourself (<- girl that tried to fight drilbur with her bare hands at age #6 and lost nine times out of ten)

Art I drew for Best Wishes! 10th Anniversary...

By the way, today is it's 11th anniversary! Given Trip sets off on his own journey in the first episode, it's also sort of his birthday, so my older BW! Anniversary art... doubled as birthday art. ^^

Trip doesn't like loud sounds and balloon just burst over his head (ow.....), Ash is amused by 'what a kid' Iris is being, Pikachu is curiously climbing a balloon, and Cilan is fascinated.
