Me and the bestie started watching stranger things and I am losing my fucking mind.

It has been a year! I struggled a bit with drawing consistantly this year but overall im very happy with how it all turned out!

I also lost my 2023 and 2022 summaries so i remade them just for this post

UGH I love your Susie and Wendy drawing so much. I must know what these two are up to when they're together pleeease. Like even just first meeting would be nice to know, I'm invested in this adorable friendship (I just also think Wendy looks so cute)

Wendy kinda stalked the ormond lodge for awhile after getting lost and stuck in that realm. The legion sees signs of something lurking around, Frank writes it off as Ghostface being a prick, Joey and Julie call him a dumbass, but Susie is curious. She recognises rabbit tracks even if theres other weird shit (tail drag marks and disturbed snow from wingtips).

When she finally spots Wendy, shes overcome with a “holyshit bnuuy” response- the entity makes them strong so its easy to forget theres other things here that are dangerous. Wendy responds kinda timid and jarred- not used to “prey” not being scared of her. (Legion look like survivors). Susie doesnt try and touch her when wendy backs off, but it doesnt take long for wendy to warm up to her.

(And yes she did snarl at Frank for insinuating she had rabies. How rude!)

What are Wendy's thoughts on the Entity and just the whole being a killer in the realm?

The fact Wendy is in a very feral state during trials- the entity manipulating her mind so heavily during them, shes able to compartmentalize things quite well.

She likely would've had more issue with being a killer if it wasnt something she was surrounded with so intensely from childhood, and it now being a completely normal thing with her new family. Anna never once complains about killing, neither does Evan. The only one who probably would have anything to say would be Phillip, but neither he nor Wendy speak much verbally so its not something they discuss.

As for the entity, Wendy makes a choice not to think about it much. During trials, it has its claws so deeply in her mind that she isnt really the one in control. She knows it exists, but doesn't know how heavily it manipulates her, how much of her actions are its or hers.

The entity physically changed her into what it wanted her to be, a loyal hunting beast willing to do anything for the praise of her family. And so long as the entity dangles that infront of her, she will do whatever it demands of her.

I read that Wendy does not perceive the survivors as what they are but instead sees trespassers; what are her thoughts on them outside of trials?

The entity very heavily manipulated Wendy into what she is, and during trials she has her claws in Wendys mind the whole time, whispering and urging her on.

She is a wild animal in trials, and survivors tend not to see her as much beyond that- equating her to the Demogorgon or Xenomorph.

She is still wild outside trials but in a more unruly teenager way. More human. Survivors here and there might catch glimpses of her in Autohaven chasing a floating candy bar- little scenes that humanize her.

Its dangerous for both killers and survivors to humanise their counterparts, and its something both Anna and Evan grill into her when she expresses a curiosity towards them- though with the extent the entity already plays in manipulating her during trials they arent sure how much it could effect her.

Jake probably spends the most time rummaging around Killer territory, he knows wild animals and absolutely goes nowhere near wendy because of it.

Hes good at avoiding traps but gets caught in one once and The Trapper not there to finish the job. He feels eyes on him, spotting the Wolpertinger staring at him from the trees. How something so large could be so silent is beyond him. It drops down from above and fully expects it to just kill him, but its whiskers tickle his face as it sniffs his cheeks.

He had no idea it was intelligent until it looks down to the trap and pries the jaws open, freeing his broken ankle. Its a moment of stupidity where the monster reminds him of his family dog- looking at him with doe-y eyes expecting praise or a treat. He reaches out slowly to pet its snout- jerking back when its wings fluff up and eyes narrow with a snarl. Jake scrambles away after that- now hearing heavy footsteps stomping towards the commotion. When he chances a look back, he sees The trapper holding The Wolpertinger’s face in his hand like hes scolding a Dog. But his shoulders sag and he runs his hand down its face and ruffles the fur between its ears.

The trapper resets the trap and The Wolpertinger follows behind him as he leaves, annoyingly nosing his shoulder and getting pushed away.

Jake has no idea what to fucking think about that- but hes just glad he didnt become bunny-food.

You can make this as brief as possible of course, but what are Wendy's thoughts on the other killers? I can tell her relationship to Huntress is already a really good one ^^

YES!!

Huntress: that is her fucking MOM!!!! Wendy is very dependant on others she was heavily coddled and doted on by her Forest spirit family, so even being a young woman she is very childish. When she met Anna, Wendy actually mistook her for her own mom, seeing the rabbit mask. Thank fuck Anna is like a very natural mother figure and was 100% on board with adopting a weird rabbit daughter

Trapper: Evan is her unwilling uncle. Originally she was very very scared of him, since she would get lost, wander into the woods around his estate, and get caught in his traps. She has been caught in bear traps before as a human, so naturally they fucking terrified her. The first few times she ripped herself out of them but eventually Evan caught her, held her down, and focibly bandaged her leg because Anna started getting pissy with him. (definately calling her halfhearted insults like stupid animal, overgrown fleabag). Helping her though had the tragic side effect of Wendy liking him and fucking coming back to bother him.

Wraith: her WILLING uncle! Wendy loves phillip and 9/10 times she can flash big doe eyes at him and get whatever she wants. He probably pulled wendy out of a few traps (while cloaked) here and there before he knew her. Phillip dotes and spoils her, he sees a kindred spirit in her as someone else so heavily twisted by the entity. They were both humans and not killers before this mess.

Billy: playmate! Was scared of him at first, but max is also just an overgrown child.

(I subscribe to Oddfellows as my like wraithtrapper and billy relationship headcanons. Lil mismatched family)

Ghostface: wendy does not like sneaky people or tresspassers and has definately attacked him one to twelve times. Stalking doest work as well against animals with better senses than you.

Trickster: Self absorbed prick. They dont see eachother often, but wendy does not like him.

Legion: Susie is amazing and sees Wendy as a big cute bunny. She pets her the best 💞. Theyre also the most similar in age, being late teens when they were Fogged. Frank is kinda scared of Wendy because she donkey kicked him through a wall once when he stepped up behind her without warning.
