[Gojo is back, but doesn't remember his love for Yuji]
GoYuu | Jujutsu Kaisen 11-03-2023
#goyuu inspired by one of @Mizuminnn  (hope ya don't mind) older threads, where Gojo and Yuji had an established relationship they kept secret. But when Gojo finally set himself free from the prison seal he doesn't have any memory after his high school years and asks for Suguru.
And poor Yuji, who had been so excited when he heard his sensei had finally been freed from his prison. Had run to find him, only to hear him call out for a familiar name he had heard before.
And when he met Gojo's eyes, Yuji did something he never did before.
he averted his eyes and looked down.
sure, he had done it before out of embarrassment when the older man would tease him.
but never out of fear, a cold feeling of danger creeping over him, as if something bad would happen if he held his gaze.
And then he learns that Gojo-sensei had forgotten everything that happened after his high school years.
No memories of his adulthood. No memories of his students. No memories of Nobara and Megumi.
No memories of Yuji.
Something fully breaks and dies in Yuji that day.
Since the Shibuya incident, Yuji's bright light in his eyes had been getting dimmer and dimmer, barely there. The hope of finally seeing his lover again had brightened it again.
only for it to barely burn anymore.
And every time he is ignored by his sensei. Every time the man calls him by his family name. Every time the man simply calls him student. Every time he mentions him being Sukuna's vessel with disdain.
The light dies a little bit more.
The first time Gojo called him Sukuna's vessel, in that same tone everyone always uses with him, Yuji couldn't help but flinch. Feeling like he had been punched in the gut.
He still answered the man's question about them being teachers and students.
Yuji didn't even try to tell the man about them. Something in him just knew this wasn't the Gojo he knew. That this Gojo's heart belonged to someone else.
and every time he was reminded of that, Yuji felt like his heart was dying a little bit more.
He tried not to cry, but on especially bad days it was hard not to.
He had lost and failed to save so many peoples.
had lived through hell with the Shibuya incident and the culling game.
Had lost one of his best friends.
Could barely see his other best friend because the higher up kept him busy and away from him.
Was reminded every day that he had lost the man he loved.
Yuji was strong, but he wasn't strong enough to shoulder everything.
So sometimes he cried. always locked away in his room, hugging tightly one of his sensei's jackets. It didn't smell like him anymore, but it was one of the last things he still had of him.
He had many keepsakes of Gojo.
Little trinket the man got him when he wasn't bringing back sweets. Some shirts he had forgotten in Yuji's room after spending the night.
Yuji also had many pictures of them together and alone from when Gojo would take him on dates or would hang out with him only. Looking at them hurts Yuji, to be able to see the way *his* Satoru was looking at him with so much love in his eyes in those pictures.
He only brings those things out when he feels like the void inside is too big. When he needs to see his lover again, even if it's only in a static image.
Yuji's will to go on and the old bright light has been extinguished.
All he can do is fight when asked to and finish getting the little that is left of Sukuna's fingers.
At least this time he won't feel guilty or worried that his sensei will have to kill someone he loves so dearly.
I'm a hopeful bitch tho and made myself cry at 8 in the morning because of this so I need some hopefulness in all this.
But maybe Gojo notices all of Yuji's pain, and maybe something deep inside of him wants to react to it, but cannot understand what it's all about.
But maybe Gojo, who doesn't fully trust Yuji now, decides to do a subtle search in his room too. Just to make sure Sukuna's vessel isn't hiding anything.
And then finds all of Yuji's precious keepsakes.
Maybe it throws him for a loop to see just what kind of looks he has in those pictures.
Was he close to this kid?
But if so, why didn't Itadori try to get along with him once more?
Although he remembers the way he's been treating the kid since he apparently got back from the prison and can maybe see why he didn't try.
So he tries to see for himself.
But it's really harder to do than he first thought.
He can tell his little student is trying to keep his distance from him, as if being close to him would inconvenience Gojo (maybe I would have thought so if I wasn't trying to get close to him tho...).
He notices the way Itadori won't look at him directly when he speaks to him. And every time he does he always looks like it hurts (maybe he looks at me he sees the Satoru from those pictures...).
He can also notice the way his eyes seem so listless compared to those photos...
And of course, from those times when he can talk with Itadori, he cannot get anything out of him about what exactly they were. He only gets forced smiles and pained eyes as he's told "I was just your student of course".
So Gojo decides to turn to others for help.
He asks the handful of other students. But none of them seems to fully know either. Though he does learn some things.
He learns about how much he had changed over the years. Of things, he feels like he would never have believed he would do one day. Learns that he was always all over his student, especially Itadori.
Even Fushiguro, who seems really close to Yuji despite Gojo and the higher up keeping him a little too busy to let him hang out with him, doesn't seem to know.
or well, that is what he is told. He can tell the teenager isn't saying everything that is on his mind about them, and that in itself is enough.
He even asks Ieiri, yet he's met with "I promised someone not to tell anything".
And it's really frustrating to hear one of his best friends saying she cannot tell him something important about HIS own damn life. Who is she even making that promise to for it to go over his own need for answer?
All he knows is that something had been going on between Itadori and himself. There was no way it was purely teacher-student.
So Gojo turns to himself. Surely, if there was something going on between the two of them he would also have something, right?
And he sure finds lots of things.
Little trinket he cannot imagine himself buying, nor the Gojo his student were talking about.
A box filled with handwritten notes about little gifts and food Itadori had made for him apparently.
Clothes that were obviously too small for him and looked really out of place with all the expensive clothing in his wardrobe.
It's only when he really got to his phone that he really found things. He had not gotten around to using it much since it was a lot different from what he remembers using and used it mostly for calls.
He had to bother Fushiguro about it to help him out. He still ended up accepting showing him properly how to find things properly on his phone.
Didn't take too long to find folder upon folder filled with pictures of Itadori.
"You got what you wanted, I'm out now," Fushiguro said, before mumbling a lot more quietly to himself, "I don't wanna see what kinda pic you took of him".
and so Gojo scrolled and scrolled through pictures, most having only Yuji in them, assuming they were both out of school for most of these.
But a lot of them didn't even have Yuji looking at the camera. Most were as if he had taken a picture without him knowing.
Then he found a folder with fewer pictures, but a lot of them were... a lot less appropriate. Why was he half-naked in a lot of those?
He decided to check the video folder instead of keep scrolling through this one.
"Yuuuuji~" he heard himself say as the video showed himself opening the teenager's door. Immediately Yuji is sitting up and turns towards him, eyes visibly liting up at seeing him happily calling back to him.
"Guess what I have for you?" the Gojo from the video sing-song, leaving the teenager to guess.
"sweets from your latest mission?" Yuji tries.
"Wrong~" he hears himself laugh, "I got you a cake and a gift~".
He can see himself placing the items on the table in the room, then panning back up at the teenager that looks happy but a little confused. "What's the special occasion sensei?" Yuji laugh.
"wha- It's your birthday today!".
The teenager then looked shocked, maybe from not having remembered himself or not thinking he would know about it. He can then hear Gojo explain that everyone wanted to give something to Yuji, but apparently, he the teenager himself had been busy all day.
"But before going to see everyone else I wanted my thank you kiss~" he can hear himself say, which makes the teenager blush a little and chuckle.
The video cuts as Yuji comes closer to him.
next video he plays he is met with the sleeping face of Yuji, which is only lit up by what he can assume to be the morning sun coming through the curtain. Then the picture gets blurry and even clearer again, as if the lens had been adjusted.
"Yuji~.... Yuuuji~" he can hear whispered, his own voice sounding foreignly soft and loving.
Then slowly the teenager wakes up, blinking the sleepiness away. His face immediately melts into something soft and loving, "Good morning Gojo-sensei" he says still sounding sleepy.
"Good morning, Yuji," he says. At the same time, it seems like Yuji notices the phone, because he looks directly at the camera and blushes, hiding in the pillow.
In this angle, Gojo can very clearly see hickies marking the teenager's neck and shoulder.
"sensei" he whines, "Why are you filming me so early in the morning?".
"Because my cute Yuji looked so adorable while sleeping and even more so when he wakes up, I wanted something to always remember that".
Yuji is still hiding in the pillow, although now he can see one eye poking out looking towards what he assumes to be his face. "But I don't have anything to remember sensei's sleeping face, you always wake up first" he says.
"Then next time Yuji must wake up earlier than me~"
There's more light-hearted arguing about the video, until Yuji request a kiss as payment for the video, to which Gojo says he must oblige before the video closes again.
all this searching on the phone left Gojo unsure.
Now he has a better idea of exactly what kind of relationship he had with Yuji. Understand better the reaction the young man has around him too. Understand better what this strange feeling inside of him is when he sees the teenager looking so pained or when looking at all those moments between them. As if something deep in him still remembered the loved he had for Yuji.
But he doesn't have the memory that goes with it.
and now he wonders what he should do....
(I just realise this might as well but a future fanfic with a potentially happy ending because that was a lot longer than I intended it to be)
Also, do check out the original thread by Mizu, it made me wanna cry when I woke up at 6.30 in the morning

Investogation Reports (AO3): https://archiveofourown.org/works/41330763
Published: Aug 28, 2022
It's time for a new journal series. This one will be uploaded out of order, but will be sorted on AO3. Also this one has art for each journal instead of just being a collection under one cover image. For the first report, it seems to be the one with the most recent timestamp. The last one, if you will. Sylvia goes over what has been found and notes a prevalent theory that has been uttered about that may just be the key to defeating William Afton this time around. Notes: -Sylvia worked as a security guard at the megaplex prior to the raid. She was the last human night guard after the rest were laid off. Before the megaplex job, she was a programmer, then also became a paranormal responder. She was supposed to be on sick leave due to injuries when she went to work at the megaplex. -Vanessa, aka Ness, was the one posessed by William. She is Sylvia's half sister (they have the same Mum). -Gregory is posessed by Evan Afton, a deceased Soldier and the 1983 first bite victim. =°•.🌹 REPORT 🌹.•°=

Investigation report: 6 AM, sector codename: Hazard Pay. Maybe the virus wasn't just code. You know, like how the first one was a Trojan for a ghost in the machine. This virus within the megaplex probably facilitated something else. Perhaps, the suffering, all the pain from over the years. Every drop of blood on the floors and in the dirt. Perhaps, it was collected, distilled, and absorbed to make the flaws in these machines more prominent. The blood of those who dealt with stress through violence, thier memories of pain collected from where they were shed and funneled into Monty. The vomit of those whose stress and fears ate, or refused to eat. The bottomless pit shed the dark matter all about the kitchens, toilets, and dumpsters of these places. This pain was likely injected into Chica. The anxieties of those in pain and suffering who tried to make themselves feel above the rest, weather to distance themselves or stop others from caring for them, thier shadows dripping with the abyss that was administered to Roxie in intravenous doses. The blood and anguish that caused survivors guilt and showed itself in selfless aid and martyrdom, weather that be through oath, duty, or amends. This yin within the yang was distributed within Freddy. The viscera shed from unbridled curiousity. Probably the most surplus of all. This is what made Bonnie. There is no one part or person that makes up the amalgamate souls within those advanced machines. It is many, both dead and the still living. It has already been proven that this 'remnant' can be extracted from the living; a man once used his own grief stricken tears to animate a doll into a daughter, and with the arms race of technology, I know that all three sides have improved vastly since fourty years ago. Perhaps this will help us. Maybe, if we find which one of these machines correlate the most to any of us living who have had our grief, anger, and blood used in these machines, we can turn them against him. If the comments we overhead after the riots of 'better than nothing' were anything to go by, every former member of staff, all still alive, have shed substances that were used to create the remnant which had become a part these machines: vomit, blood, tears. I bet the waste system has some kind of filter to grab every possible scrap that can be transformed into remnant that it can. And I think that we can figure out who we can use for ourselves. It won't be a 1 to 1. Maybe there'll be one none of us can handle, maybe there'll be one all of us can control. But I think we'll do just fine. Perhaps I, or even her, will even be able to control him. And I call this: reverse control theory. Moving onto the subject of how we will proceed, this will be different to the kid's predictions. I know he's already seen a good portion of the truth laid bare, but what wasn't accounted for was a notion that perhaps was beyond him; the strangeness of it all. After all, even though the kid is likely hiding more than he's letting on, I don't think getting to this point alongside two chiefs of police, two heads of police paranormal departments, the (android) daughter of one of Fazbear Entertainment's founders, a second android, two animatronics posessed by mature adults, and assortment of pissed off former employees, contractors, and other linked personnel. But on that note, over half the team is returning to the surface with the evidence we found [listed later in document]. He also didn't predict the ambushes [appendix A & B]. Or the lone staffbot down here being posessed by the gas mask guard's father. Then again, he, myself, and my sister were the only humans present that day. This time, there are more people, and a week has passed since that day, so more room for predictions to falter or otherwise no longer be applicable to the current state of the building. On top of that, the kid's lack of knowledge of other locations bar those in hurricane further pushed the predicability of events so far to the lower percentages. At least it still somewhat came in handy. After the aforementioned ambushes, appendix B to be precise, we did find the bodies of the electricians. We have also found evidence pertaining to why the mass-layoffs occured that goes beyond our surface deductions, as well as evidence pertaining to the motives behind the murders of several technicians and engineers. Whilst everyone was preparing equipment for the final phase, I decided to look into how we will pull it off. Whilst layout and machine wise, the kid has proven accurate so far, I went out of my way to study more about this underground building and this past hour, combined what I knew with Ness's accounts of this hideout. From my investigation today, I see no signs of a functioning incinerator. A broken one, sure, but the fire damage in the west wing from a week ago exactly took out the necessary pipes for it to still be functional, so whilst his predictions may have been true for if he came down here then, such actions are not applicable for the present. It will no longer work as he has rambled on about so far to his new mum and dad - I cannot say the words mother and father, the connotations are too negative for me, and they have a positive relationship with one another. Back on track, the methods he proposed will not work, and we likely will wind up having to get up close and personal to fight off Afton, unless my reverse control theory works and we can get him to eliminate himself. So, how is he so sure that they'll work still, despite the damage? Besides, there were a few things that it took us adults to solve so far (some admittedly he could have done but didn't try, could have found but didn't look), so perhaps them functioning was due to the memories he used to investigate being from that day before the explosion, or would be wholly down to the soldiers interference. Besides, we know the soldiers predictions aren't 100% accurate, and for a reason, else the kid would not be alive. And his reasons for blurring my own and her memories of that night are grey at best, even if Gregory did try and explain his motive the night after when my memories came back 'earlier than expected'. As I write this, I look into the hole she was forced to create within the old diner, and I wonder what exactly did happen to the electricians, as we've found no blood so far: only the drained bodies, all of which show signs of frequent transportation. The hole the electricians had burrowed was the one we had to absail down due to the lift no longer functioning - the fire all those nights ago must have also caused the cables to snap - but this hole looks older, as if there's another way down here other than the lift, a second way that she made under the influence of that thing. We should try and locate it to consider it as an exit path. As I briefly mentioned earlier in this report, a subset of those of us here are leaving to the surface with the evidence and bodies we found and will be going up the way we initially came down here. We will wait for a signal to say that they are out of the building before heading further down. Albeit off kilter and taking the subject back a bit, the valves and second set of controls may be what the kid and soldier are on about and why they think they can pull off the same strategy that he attempted in his visions, but that will involve some risky repairs. But at least those points are on our side. And combining this with my reverse control theory, with enough raw emotion, it's crazy enough to work. For the order of heading down, most of my team is heading down first, but I will be heading down last, just in case something happens again. We've already tossed around our theories. Now it's time to put them to the test. What's really going to happen down in the labs. °*°•°*°•°*°•°*°•°*°•°*°•🌹•°*°•°*°•°*°•°*°•°*°•°*°

(What if) INSOMNIAC'S VENOM LETHAL PROTECTOR
Tumblr media
STORY-The tongue that Kraven cut off survives. Eddie Brock happen to be there during the Venom vs Kraven fight and he's the camera-man who got footage for the Bugle. The tongue latches onto Eddie's motorcycle after he got the footage fleeing the scene. Then further down the story Eddie flees town when the symbiotes took over manhattan with the symbiote tongie still on his bike. We cut to Eddie visiting his parent's home out of town where Cletus is right there holding his mom at cut throat. He explains how his mother used to be part of the flame and his cause before she deserted. Eddie tries to reason with hin but Cletus just slices her throat and runs away. Venom sensing eddie's rage bonds with him. This was happening just as the particle acclerator was going of so this piece of venom lives because he's out of range from the particle accelerator. Venom goes on a killing spree of the flame cult trying to find Cletus. Miles having just became an independent spiderman investogates these lines of brutal killings leading to our first boss fight between venom and miles. We play as Venom. Miles lost the fight and tells Peter that venom is back. After more investigation, Miles finds himself confronted by Cletus who reveals himself to have his own symbiote suit. We then have a short boss fight between Miles and Carnage where Miles eventually loses and gets KO'd. We cut to Peter searching the city for Venom after his call from Miles. The 2 eventually finds each other and fight but after a talk about what had happened they make up and decide to end this carnage threat first before settling between them.
Cletus brings all his followers to a small chapel in the city for an initiation where he gives 2 of his followers symbiotes. Turning them into Scorn and Toxin and also showing the incapacitated body of Miles rallying the support of his cult before turning him into Carnage Miles(absolute carnage suit). He also builds a huge shrine over the city blocking the sun making the whole town red as he demands his followers to make this city burn. We then cut to venom going on his own quest before he gets ambushed by Toxin having a fight in the daily bugle. Venom comes out victorious and kills him. Cut to Peter exploring an old abandoned factory where he comes across scorn who controls the technology of the factory turning it against Peter before we have another boss fight, with Peter finishing the fight by disintegrating the scorn symbiote.
Venom and Peter meets up at the bottom of the shrine to have their showdown against carnage facing wave after wave of enemies only to be greeted by Carnage Miles. They have a boss fight with Miles knocking venom of the shrine and bringing Peter to Cletus. Venom has seperated from Eddie where he is badly injured. He reaches for the symbiote having flashbacks of his and Harry's memories while he was venom. Choosing to be a better person he reattaches with venom and grows the wings flying to the top of the shrine to have finish the job. Venom beats the carnage symbiote off of Miles and saves Peyer in a cutscene before all 3 come face to face with carnage for a final showdown. Ultimately carnage is defeated with the symbiote beaten off him and our heroes have a moral dilemma on whether he should live or die. Eddie pleads for them to kill him while the spidermen tries to convince him not to while Cletus will say that he'll escape and do it all again if they take him to prison. Eddie decided that he's no hero and that he's a lethal protector and then proceeds to bite off Cletus' head. He then turns around flies away after trlling spider-man that his job is done and he's needed elsewhere. Ending the story of Venom: Lethal Protector.
