Its been a very intense exercise day even though I had a virtually sleepless night due to realising a long term realisation that sadly I am likely to have a peanut butter intolerance that reacts in giving me constant catarrh during the night. Nevertheless I began the day spending around 45 minutes working out with @angles90 while on the Monkeybars. During the afternoon fatigue caught up with me so it was back to the park for some more pull-ups using the @angles90 and then afterwards several sprints over a half mile distance. By the time I had worked out for another hour I was humming and harring whether to go to @mileendwall or gymnastics. The following videos including this one tells you the completion of this part of my story. Afterwords making sure I had both a protein and carb rich shake followed by an hour of stretching although the time I will complete will be past midnight.
