This pretty 1856 Italianate stick style house in Middletown, Rhode Island is currently an Inn with 10bds & a total of 12ba. It's been remodeled, but not to look like a business. You could move right in as a residence. Anyway, it's priced at $3.295M.

Isn't this an impressive entrance? Nice wainscoting, but the floor is the star here.

The sitting room is stunning. They made it very light and bright. Sometimes, I think that contrasting paint is more stunning than wallpaper.

What a grand dining room, large enough to seat many more guests.

The 2nd sitting room is just as lovely. I like the way they made the fireplace different in this room.

Look at the kitchen- a built-in screen. See what I mean, you don't have to convert anything back- the Inn looks like a house. The kitchen is beautifully redone.

This is so clever. I like how they put a neat little office in there. And, it's in the 2nd fl. hall, so they even made a little waiting area.

There are more than enough baths for each room to have its own. Isn't this nice? It's certainly roomy.

A few of the 10 bedrooms. No problem moving right into any of them.

According to the description, there's an Innkeeper's quarters and a 2nd quarters for a staff member. Maybe at least one of them is up this floor.

It's nice up here in the hall.

This room looks like it could be a staff suite, or something similar.

I do want to make "canon" player characters for the older FR games but I've had no ideas nor an incentive to replay the main campaigns. for bg1/2 I've got Yorick actually he just needs a respec. and for nwn I'm like whatever because the main story isn't interesting but when I get nwn2 I do want a character for that and Mask, maybe a duergar

The Week Before Warror’s Way

Watcher set down the plate he had been washing.

His brain felt bubbly from the constant stream of choirs this week. To clear it he looked out to his crowded inn.

Most of the ricky tables were filled with dragons of all sorts. A young Wildclaw was describing a far fetched series of events to an awestruck Ridgeback. There was a dark red Spiral brooding in the corner. And a older Imperial couple sat quietly eating in the center.

Despite all their differences these dragons were all here for the same reason: Warrior's Way.

Warrior's Way was a ten day long event were dragons tested their metal and battled various foes. Whether it was a spar between themselves or grappling with shade-touched beasts.

Many also used this to train to go into the service of one of the Gods. That was the goal of the dragons crowding Watcher's inn. They were those who seeked to serve the Arcanist and so had holed up here to wait for the right time.

"May I help?"

Watcher looked down to see a young copper Spiral beaming up at him. "Oh, thank you Leoline but that's alright. I'm almost done anyway."

"Okay! Let me know if you need help!" Leoline chirped before bouncing off undoubtedly to bother one of the guests.

Unlike the others, Leoline had no intention of going into the service of the Gods. At least not yet. He was from a long line of travelers and planned on seeing as much of Sornieth as possible. Clan Unseelie had been his first stop. In fact he'd arrived when he was only a hatchling.

Watcher chuckled as he returned to the dishes and remembered that day. The inn was almost empty at that time so Watcher was simply puttering about doing nothing when a knock came at the door.

Standing there was the Gaoler that guarded the gates, with a tiny Spiral hatchling in his paw. He shoved the hatchling into Watcher's claws and went back to his post without a word.

After getting over the surprise Watcher got the little one settled. He had worried that this would be overwhelming for such a young dragon.

But little Leoline had taken to the life easily. He helped in the inn where he could and would quiz the other guests endlessly about their own travels.

It likely wouldn't be long before the Spiral sent off on his next journey.

The thought of it made Watcher tempted to figure out how to make Leoline stay...but no. He couldn't. Leo had been preparing for his whole life for this. It wasn't Watcher's place to try to stop that.

Though it would not stop the Obelisk from hoping that someday the youngling would come back someday.

I love old mills, but only if they have the original equipment inside. This 1835 Victorian in St. Johnsville, NY is an inn/Airbnb, but the mill is like a museum. The Airbnb is the 6bd, 6ba, 8,236 sq ft farmhouse on the property. I have never seen a property like this for less than $1m and this one is $750k.

Apparently, the Inn is closed for the season.

I wouldn't mind renting out the farmhouse, as long as I get the mill.

The current owners are ready to pass the magic to the new owners, so I'm certain that all the props come with the mill.

There are some very cool antiques in here.

As well as some creepy mannequins. This looks like a little souvenir shop area.

There's a pool table here at the mill.

A living room area.

Plus a very large kitchen.

Small dining space next to the kitchen.

This is cute.

There's a lot of free space in here.

Bedrooms on the upper floor.

The uppermost floor is empty.

The Victorian farmhouse Airbnb is really sweet.

It has a kitchen.

But look at how cute the bedrooms are.

This one's very Victorian.

The baths are vintage/modern.

Lots of frills.

Dining area for the guests.

And, there are sitting areas.

There's also a large barn on the property. 4.10 Acre lot
