Influencer (Influencer Marketing)
New Post has been published on https://bankakredin.com/what-is-influencer-what-does-it-do-how-do-they-work/
Influencer (Influencer Marketing)
What is Influencer? What Does It Do? How Do They Work?
An influencer is someone who has the ability to influence other people’s behavior as a result of the size of their target audience or their individual persuasion ability. These people promote brands to their social media followers on channels like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok . They have even recently started using other platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
What Does Influencer Do?
As a phenomenon, the influencer uses his followers’ reputation to guide their purchasing decisions. Most of the time it is done by creating media (videos, podcasts, newsletters), meaning they share the products they are paid to promote in their personal accounts.
Types of Influencers
Influencers have a long history in the marketing industry. Initially, companies used attractive figures such as celebrities and athletes to help sell their products through television and radio advertisements.
The rise of social media has made phenomenon genres more popular. Influencers fall into several different categories based on the number of followers they have:
Celebrities : Artists, athletes, and pop culture stars
Industry experts and thought leaders
Micro-influencers : Individuals with influence on social media
Bloggers and content creators
Worldwide Influencers
Famous influencers are also known as mega-faces. Some names that are popular worldwide (such as Kardashian, Jenner and Cristiano Ronaldo) stand out. These names have over 1 million followers on different platforms and can receive serious payments for their advertising content.
Macro Influencers
Celebrities without international fame fall into the macro influencer category. They have between 100,000 and 1 million followers.
Micro Influencers
A micro influencer has 3,000 to 100,000 followers on their social media accounts. These people, who share in a special category (such as technology, textile, fashion, magazine), can also carry out regional studies.
How Social Media Influencers Work
Influencer marketing is particularly prevalent in the health and fitness industry, and Instagram is a common influencer marketing platform. Social media influencers who choose to work with both local and global brands may choose to reach out directly or through an agency they are registered with.
Influencers who agree to advertise the brand if a suitable fee or sponsorship is offered, also review the previous work of the brands.
Here are a few ways to connect with phenomena:
Gift a product or service : Identify people who share the same values as your brand and give them free versions of your product in exchange for reviews. Post your reviews on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and your website.
Sponsor posts : Search for bloggers with influence in your industry and pay them to write a blog or article about your field.
Guest posts : Ask people to write on your website or embed a piece of content on their site instead. This helps increase brand reach.
How Many Followers Do You Need to Become an Influencer?
Entry-level phenoms known as “micro-influencers” have less than 100,000 followers. But in some cases, influencers with fewer followers can get good investment in sponsored deals, even from most big names.
Names that can create brand value on popular social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram  and  TikTok can make sponsored deals with large companies and receive payments according to the number of followers.

Learned about erewhon today looking at their website and none of this looks real to me. This looks like an art installation. This looks like an ai trained entirely on 2020s socal culture was asked to create a hip, fresh, chic concept for a “market.” It looks like if you took a Whole Foods and distilled it to its most pretentious aesthetic expensive organic market elements. At least Whole Foods has actual food. What is this place

Pros of hyperfixation fading: no more worries about idolizing actors because I like their character choices. No more random sad spurts because I can't interact with the interest in any meaningful way
Cons of hyperfixation fading: where seratonin :(

I really want my friend to get into art school but she doesn't push herself as much as she could in her art and it isn't even her fault because she has absolutely no support from her family but I'm just really afraid that if she doesn't get accepted to any school she'll give up on her dreams of being a mangaka and artist and fall into a depression

It's fascinating to me that I'm comfortable writing a 40-word email ad which will go out to 50-100K subscribers, but I find writing a post for our client's new Twitter account with 11 followers stressful and frustrating

if there were actual jobs that landed people stability and work-life balance, there wouldn't be so many stupid, brain rotted influencers & grifters trying to make everyone as brain rotted as them.

at work i help with emails and we get a LOT of solicitations from various marketing companies and like. good lord i saw one today that made me realize how bullshit the Influence Post economy is. because my boss could pay someone the equivalent of basically my wages for a month. and this person would post 4 things on instagram for a 2-week period.

When I was heartbroken that my yearly raise did not reflect the amount of work, heart, and passion I put into my job every day, my salaried manager asked, “Is it just about the money? Is that all that matters?”
(Never mind that her husband makes more than enough to support their lifestyle and whatever she makes is just play money)
I replied, “if my needs were met, I wouldn’t care so much. Maybe just my pride would hurt, but you KNOW I struggle to make ends meet. You know I can’t buy a house. I pay through the nose to rent but can’t afford to save even 3% for it. My credit is awful because I can’t pay the debts I was forced into. So yes, right now it’s about the money. It’s about how I give so much of myself here that I’m exhausted but in the end it doesn’t get me further financially.”
I’m passionate about my job because I get to help people. That’s what brings me to work every day. “Is it just about the money for you?”
It felt like a slap when I was already heartbroken.
Capitalism supporters can go fuck themselves.
