The Exponential Unfolding of Consciousness
From the Ego to the InfiniteThe sequence 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 etc is known as a geometric progression—a pattern where each term after the first is found by multiplying the previous one by a fixed, non-zero number. Each number is doubled in this case, creating an exponential growth that is not just a mathematical concept but a fundamental principle found throughout nature. This sequence is…

Here is how you become infinite in meditation: The ego is like a glass bottle. It separates the air inside from the air outside. But when the glass breaks, the air is freed into the unlimited. This is what happens in enlightenment. The individual consciousness is freed back into infinite consciousness & perceive infinite bliss.
Learn how this can happen for you and how to be free of all fear and worry. Watch the video to the end, it gets really good! Much love to you <3

the law of assumption.
manifestation refers to the practice of controlling thoughts, thinking wisely and exercising self-awareness. it’s the act which represents the very cause of the materialisation of our own consciousness into the external physical world. but what is this phenomenon based on?
the reason is called the law of assumption. the law of assumption is what the reflection of our inner conversations is dependent on. it’s the law that enables the process of conscious creation done in the mind. it’s the undeniable, inescapable and irrefutable principle which states that our thoughts, moreover our assumptions, shape our outer reality. one of the most known teachers to have coined and defined the law as we know it today was neville goddard. he has provided us with most of the information we have nowadays in forms of books and lectures.
disclaimer · now, the theory or philosophy behind the law has existed for a very long time, way before neville goddard has redefined its meaning by his own conceptions. in terms of spirituality, the belief in the creative power of thoughts has been existent for far longer than that.
assumptions harden into fact.
with the law of assumption, we are referring to a very certain group of thoughts — assumptions. assumptions are merely accepted thoughts, thoughts you claim to be true or thoughts you consistently turn back to, aka continuously persist in.
it is important to note that your assumptions, by definition, aren’t based on evidence at all. you assume things to be correct to you without the confirmation of the senses or any other physical validation or verification. why? because the law of assumption is based on faith. on your own, personal belief. it is entirely separated from anything that could be deemed as factual, fixed or forever. therefore, by this law, you are allowed to assume anything. there has to be NO explanation for why you want to assume something! you just do it.
facts about and along the law.
the law is also no respector of morals and values. the same way it does not respect logic, it does not work with logical reasoning either. your assumptions manifest because of your acceptance in them, regardless of any sense. they aren’t based on any truth but your truth.
your assumptions create the world around you. it's inevitable. the assumptions you have about yourself, your family, your friends,… everything and everyone, all of them build the ground which you call your life.
another point is that your thoughts — and your thoughts only — create. you are the god of your reality, the creator of your life and the only operant power. thus, everyone is you pushed out, meaning everybody is a product of your assumption about them and yourself, leaving no place for "free will" exist. you are the god of your reality, therefore if you desire a change in the world, there is nothing and no one to change other than self.
because creation is finished, because there is an infinite number of states, any reality that you could possibly think of exists already. anything you can desire, you can imagine and therefore manifest. everything is possible. there is nothing in this world that you cannot be or have, as there are no limitations or restrictions to you. reality is simply what you assume it to be.
consciousness is the only reality. everything stems from your awareness. things can only exist within consciousness owing to the fact that imagination creates reality. and that’s where all creation starts — in the mind, mentally. as you are within, so you are without, meaning that signs do not precede but they follow. yourself must be expressed, dictating, directing and determining the contents of your world.
with love, ella.

The multiverse theory VS The consciousness theory:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Shifttok has struck again, confusing baby shifters and veterans alike. The current discourse about which of the shifting theories is more accurate is throwing me for a loop, so let's dive in, shall we?
What is the multiverse theory?
It is a school of thought that suggests that there are infinite realities, infinite universes, and that You exist within all of them. You are a part of every possible reality within every possible universe, and in order to shift, all you have to do is become aware of that specific reality.
Cool? Peachy.
What is the consciousness theory?
This one suggest that you are pure consciousness, and that everything that exists around you is a reflection of your inner world. You create reality and it materializes as you observe it. You are the creator and everything is the result of your perception. In order to shift, you have to change your inner world, and your outer world will follow, shaping the reality you desire.
Are we on the same page so far? Sure thing.
So, which one is more accurate when it comes to shifting?
Well, let's look at it like this:
If you are the universe having a human experience, and you exist within all realities, doesn't that mean everything is your creation?
If all you have to do to shift is switch your awareness from one reality to another of your choosing, and all of those infinite possiblities already exist for you to perceive them, doesn't that mean you are (you're never going to believe this btw) PURE CONSCIOUSNESS?
If the multiverse is a bunch of infinite realities within infinite universes, and you are at the core of every single one of them, ready to experience the one you become AWARE of, doesn't that mean YOU ARE THE MULTIVERSE? YOU ARE THE CONSCIOUSNESS THAT CREATES AND PERCEIVES REALITIES??
Why create a meaningless division in the first place when at the end of the day, everything is a loop that leads back to you? You are both pure consciousness, and the multiverse with its infinite realities. You are the creator and the creation, you are the reality that you wish to perceive and the perception itself.
Creation is already finished and every possible thing you could imagine already exists. But who do you think created it?
The universe?
The Multiverse?
The Omniverse?
You.
Happy shifting ❤️

it already exists.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
There already is a reality in which you want to experience. All you have to do is select it. The term “it already done”isn’t said as if it’s not true. There is literally infinite realities. A reality in which your a master manifestor, always manifest in 2 seconds, is a billionaire, married to there SP, could have said a different sentence then in which you have when you were speaking to someone, a reality in which you could have 50 inch hair, a reality in which you could already have EVERYTHING YOU EVER DESIRED. The reality already exist, there are infinite realities, and infinite possibilities. That’s why nothing is ever “out of reach” because there is already a version of you that already has there manifestation. All you have to do to select the desired reality is to persist. Simply persist. That’s the missing piece. You already clarified what you want, right? What to manifest your dream life, okay persist. Stop being lazy, i know people say to normalize it when manifesting but stand up. How bad do you want it and how bad are you willing to discipline your mindset in order to get what you want? You have one job which is to saturate your subconscious. The how, when, or what is not your job nor problem to worry about. persist!

This is what empty space looks like..
In quantum physics, a quantum fluctuation (also known as a vacuum state fluctuation or vacuum fluctuation) is the temporary random change in the amount of energy in a point in space, as prescribed by Werner Heisenberg's uncertainty principle.

Navigating the Infinite
My Journey Through the Layers of NondualityIn my spiritual journey, I have come to hold a unique perspective on nonduality that deeply resonates with my personal experiences. It is a viewpoint where I see the myriad forms and phenomena of this vast universe as expressions of a singular, boundless reality. This perspective has been a guiding light in my explorations, leading me through various…

What if
Every deja vu that we get is actually, us shifting realities (given that we shift realities all the time)
Like people say when you shift realities and go to your desired one, you won't feel new or shocked or wtv, you'll feel very natural and comfortable because that reality has always existed, even before you thought of it. Every reality co-exists, so the other version of you has always lived that lavish life and you're just shifting your awareness.
Either way, it will feel natural because it has always existed!
But when we get deja vu, it feels like we have lived this before— it feels natural to live that moment yet very nostalgic for no reason.
What if that's just our awareness adjusting itself in this new reality but our mind is giving signals saying, "nah, you have lived this before, it's nothing new" But you just shifted, so somehow you find it very new. So it's basically giving us mixed signals and that's what creates deja vu!?
I'm so bad at explaining, idek what I'm typing but I hope y'all get it. It's just my personal thought. 😭🤌

The Space Between: Exploring the Infinite Potential of Being
In a world where time is a relentless force and identity feels tethered to our daily experiences, we are constantly seeking to understand who we are and what we are becoming. We exist in the spaces between moments, continuously evolving but never quite arriving at a final definition of self. This journey is not just about reaching an end but about understanding the limitless nature of being itself—an infinite loop of potential, growth, and awareness.
Tumblr media
The Illusion of Time and Identity
One of the greatest illusions we face is the concept of time as a linear path. From an early age, we are taught to think of life as a sequence of events, neatly ordered into past, present, and future. We set goals, make plans, and measure progress based on this timeline, believing that we are moving toward some fixed point where we will finally “arrive.” But what if this is not the case? What if time is not a straight line but a fluid, expansive space that bends and loops in ways we cannot fully comprehend?
Our identities are similarly bound by this illusion. We define ourselves by the roles we play—parent, professional, artist, friend—and by the experiences we accumulate over time. Yet, if we step back, we begin to see that these identities are not as fixed as they seem. They are temporary constructs, shaped by external circumstances and internal shifts, constantly dissolving and reforming.
In this sense, we are more than the sum of our experiences. We are not bound by the past, nor are we solely the product of the future we imagine. Rather, we are always becoming—moving through a space of possibility that transcends time and identity.
Tumblr media
The Space Between Thoughts
There is a quiet, often unnoticed space that exists between our thoughts. In meditation, it is said that true peace is found not in the constant flow of mental chatter but in the stillness that exists in the gaps between those thoughts. In these moments, we catch glimpses of something deeper—an awareness that goes beyond the mind, beyond the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what our lives should be.
This space is where we experience our true essence, free from the limitations of time and identity. It is in this space that we come to understand that we are more than our minds, more than our bodies, and more than the moments we experience. We are the awareness that witnesses all of this, the consciousness that exists beyond the labels and narratives we cling to.
When we reside in this space, even for a fleeting moment, we realize that we are not defined by what has come before or what is yet to come. We are part of an infinite continuum, a vast expanse of potential where every moment holds the possibility of transformation. This awareness invites us to reconsider what it means to “be,” not as a static state but as an ongoing process of becoming.
Tumblr media
Dissolving the Boundaries
In the physical world, we often perceive boundaries between things—between ourselves and others, between the past and the future, between thought and action. These boundaries give us a sense of order and structure, but they can also limit our understanding of who we are and what we are capable of.
What happens when these boundaries begin to dissolve? When we no longer see ourselves as separate from the world around us but as part of an interconnected whole? This shift in perception can be both liberating and disorienting. It forces us to confront the fluidity of existence and the idea that we are always in a state of flux.
As the boundaries between self and other, past and future, dissolve, we begin to see that all we can ever be is this—this moment, this awareness, this potential. There is no final destination, no fixed identity to cling to. Instead, we are constantly evolving, shifting, and expanding.
This understanding challenges the notion of permanence that we often seek in life. We long for stability, for certainty, for a sense of control over who we are and where we are going. But in reality, life is a process of continual becoming, and the sooner we embrace this fluidity, the more fully we can experience the richness of existence.
Tumblr media
Embracing the Infinite
When we accept that we are always becoming, we open ourselves to the infinite potential of existence. We stop trying to fit ourselves into narrow definitions of who we think we should be and instead allow ourselves to explore the vastness of what we might become. This shift in perspective is not about giving up on goals or aspirations but about understanding that the journey is just as important—if not more important—than the destination.
In this space of becoming, we are free to imagine new possibilities for ourselves and our lives. We are no longer confined by the past or constrained by the future. Instead, we are present to the unfolding of our own potential, moment by moment.
This is where true freedom lies—not in the certainty of knowing who we are, but in the openness to discover who we might become. It is in this space of infinite potential that we find our deepest sense of self, not as a fixed entity but as an ever-evolving awareness that transcends time, identity, and circumstance.
Tumblr media
Conclusion: All We Can Ever Be
As we move through life, we are constantly confronted with the question of who we are and what we are becoming. The answers to these questions are never fixed; they are always shifting, changing, and evolving. In recognizing this, we begin to see that the essence of who we are is not something we can grasp or hold onto. It is not something that can be defined by time or circumstance.
All we can ever be is this: a moment of awareness, a flicker of consciousness in the vast expanse of existence. We are the process of becoming, the space between thoughts, the potential that lies beyond identity and time. And in this realization, we find a deeper sense of peace, knowing that we are always enough, just as we are, and always becoming more than we can imagine.

If a Genie came up to you right now, and said you could have anything you have ever wanted in this reality but you will never shift again, would you take the deal?
Think about it. You get the money, the perfect s/o, the dream job, the most amazing life, but you can never shift to another reality, ever.
Would you say yes?
No? Really?
Then why the hell are you so stressed about this reality? Why are you so obsessed with the 3d? Why does it matter so much when you're literally immortal, experiencing thousand of lives across universes as we speak?
Relax, take a deep breath, and let go.
This is just one of infinite realities, it is not the end all be all to your happiness.
It is only an experience, and you can choose a different one anytime you want.
Go shift.

The Play of PB?
(Caution: The following parts contains themes of seeming personal struggle and recovery. Proceed with mindfulness)
Tumblr media
(Part 1-3 were made many years ago, the original version of Part 1 is a catastrophe, it was impossible to read with a straight face and now that I'm older, I rewrote it)
Part I)
In the shadows of solitude, a solitary soul resides,
A symphony of despair, where darkness abides.
Loneliness echoes in the silent halls,
A tale unfolds, where hope calls.
Self-injury, a silent companion in the night,
Leaving scars etched in the fading light.
Hospital stays, a recurring scene,
A cycle of struggle, where pain convenes.
Endless nights of weeping, an anguished plea,
In the heart's abyss, a yearning for the sea.
Depression's grip tightens, an unyielding hold,
A narrative of torment, sorrow untold.
I tried my best, yet nothing helped,
In the echoes of despair, where silence yelped.
Love woven into every effort and embrace,
But darkness persisted, an unyielding space.
So, I write this story confined to a familiar bed,
A patient more often than not, it's said.
Distanced myself from family, friends, and love,
Afraid those I cherish might bury me from above.
Who would care? I wondered in the silent night,
Retreating from love, from warmth, from the light.
No one would know, I whispered in despair,
A solitary journey, a weight to bear.
Part II)
(older than in Part 1.)
In this seeming appearance, where all is "THAT",
Suffering seemed to happen, a wake-up from the mat.
If no seeming suffering, would there be a determination to wake,
And delve into the depths of Self, to find what's at stake?
Yet, in the depth of despair, a subtle shift,
A journey began, as the soul started to lift.
Through the wreckage of pain, resilience grew,
An evolution unfolding, as the truest Self Knew.
Part III)
(older than in Part 2)
In the stillness of Knowingness, a quiet rebirth,
A discovery of Self, a reclaiming of worth.
From the ashes of struggle, a phoenix takes flight,
And there it was, in the silence – Knowingness, bright.
Part IV) "Present"
Marrying my wife, creating a life anew,
Kids and a home, with nothing to complain about, who knew?
Laughter echoes through the rooms so grand,
Yet, funny little gripes, like a misplaced TV remote stand.
Mismatched socks in the drawer's mysterious ballet,
A dance of chaos, where order tries to sway.
Complaining about burnt toast and a runaway sneeze,
In the symphony of joy, these are the notes that tease.
So, here we are, with no shadows to shun,
A family, a home, where laughter is never done.
No longer "alone", in the heart's jubilant spree,
From shadows to sunlight, from the sea to a family.
Yet, in this seeming appearance, where all unfolds,
Illusions dissipate, as the cosmic story holds.
Nothing ever happens, yet life's vibrant dance,
A play of shadows, in the vast expanse.
Children's laughter, like echoes in the void,
A paradoxical truth, where nothing's destroyed.
The home we build, a mirage so clear,
In the realm of nothingness, where all is near.
