My Home State: Tamil Nadu
Indian State OC Series (1/~5)
Some Headcanons below :)
She's very talkative, if she recognizes you, she will almost immediately rope you into a conversation
She's generally pretty lax but if she gets angry, she gets angry
Her and Kerala talk in Tamil and Malayalam pretty interchangeably to the point you aren't even sure which language they're speaking because it's so mixed
She speaks old Tamil sometimes and some people look at her strange when she says a word they've only heard used in old poems/books
She almost always has her hair tied, for traditional reasons but also for convenience
Her hair is thick and it's really wavy
Her accents switches a lot, swinging from one to another pretty smoothly.
She's a very traditional medicine person, she does believe in going to the doctor for fixing bigger problems but for things like common colds, she usually turns to traditional remedies.
She believes in astrology to a certain degree, if someone asks her why she's doing something risky, she'll pull a 'it's a good day in ____ religion because ___!' or if someone asks her why she's not going somewhere? The same thing except how it's a cursed day
She's really into dance as well as classical dance. She often participates in cultural events/festivals/competitions
She also sings and plays a lot of classical instruments!
She's stubborn and fights back when met with opposition. This often turns into a strength or a weakness depending on the circumstances
Note: Tamil isn't the only language spoken in Tamil Nadu! They're quite a lot of tribal languages and I definitely think she knows them too!

Note
for those OC questions
stone 4
4. What is Stone's favorite place in the world? Has to be Manhattan, New York. Though of course, he'd say that. It was the city he grew up in until he was sixteen. He misses it sometimes, but after enlisting in the U.S. Navy, he moved to North Carolina because he couldn't fathom going back to Manhattan. He had been kicked out by his father and there were too many memories in that city. Well, technically not in the city since he hadn't gone out of his house when he was a kid, but still. It's the city where his father lives, and he can't really face the city.

Ideas for Villainous Characters for your Yuusona / Ocs in Twisted Wonderland
To help fanfic writers and artists, I thought I’d make a list of characters/items that creators could use to make their own twst characters. Feel encouraged to add if you have any ideas as well! The bigger the list, the better!
These are all things that present a challenge to the heroes in the Disney films or are connected to an antagonistic force, such as the poison apple being connected to the Evil Queen, or are just shown in a wicked light, such as the vultures from the same movie who just follow the queen looking devious.
Below are things that feature from some of the other animated movies that aren't featured in the main story line. (Not all the movies but I'll get to them.)
Live action, games, and etc. will get their own list eventually.
Peter Pan:
*Captain Hook
*Smee
*Any of the other Pirates
*Tik-Tok the Crocodile (debatable)
*The Mermaids (They literally said their intentions were to DROWN Wendy when they first meet her. I'm counting them)
*Tinkerbell (Debatable, but considering she tricked her friends into trying to murder a child, then betrayed her friends to vicious pirates with the only price being not to harm PETER, I’m counting her here. And--even though she “redeems” herself and is labeled a “hero”--she’s primarily an antagonistic force towards Wendy throughout the movie.)
The Indians (Again, debatable, but they were going to kill a bunch of kids)
The Jungle Book:
*Shere Khan
*Kaa
*King Louie (debatable)
*Louie’s monkeys
Sword in the Stone:
*Mad Madam Mim
*The pike fish
*The hawk
*The wolf
Cinderella:
*Drizzella
*Anastasia
*The Key Tremaine uses to lock Cinderella away
*The clock which awoke Cinderella from her dreams and ticked down to end the spell
Pinocchio:
*The Coachman
*Stromboli
*Lampwick (debatable)
*Monstro (Note: This is the name of Azul’s lounge)
*Pleasure Island itself (Note: stated to be a location in the Playful Land Event. However, I argue this as that was NOT Pleasure Island. Pleasure Island was a place that tempted you to be your worst and then cursed you for it. Playful Land just had you drop your guard and use rules against you. It’s basically just a Disney remake.)
The Black Cauldron:
*The Horned King
*The Black Cauldron
*The Wyrms
*The Witches
*Goblin Dude
*The skeleton warriors
Robin Hood:
*Prince John
*Hiss
*The Sheriff of Nottingham
Beauty & The Beast:
*The Enchantress (debatable)
*Leboff
*The Asylum Doctor
*The Wolves
*The Rose that counts down how long The Beast has to fall in love (Debatable)
Mulan:
*Shaun Yu
*The Falcon
*The Huns
*The Avalanche (debatable)
Pocahontas (no connection to history, please):
*Radcliff
*The “drums” of war
*The settlers (debatable in the film)
*Kokocum (debatable)
The Hunchback of Notre Dame:
*The Flames from Hellfire
*The Robed Figures
*Clopin and the Romani People (debatable. They did try to hang the heroes, after all.)
Nightmare Before Christmas:
*Oogie Boogie
*Jack Skellinton (Debatable)
*The Trick or Treaters
*The Doctor
*The creepy doll
*Snake that ate the Christmas Tree
*Oogie’s bugs

Home {Charles Smith x Native!Reader}
A/N: This story went through so many ideas. I couldn’t decide, especially because I just feel like my writing isn’t good enough right now, especially bc I try to keep my writing short bc I am not creative enough for long stories and I’m stretching for ideas because I love to write. Thinking about taking requests. Also reader is gender neutral. Might edit this to be an OC fic later on. Also I apologize if this is a little OOC. It’s my first time writing for Charles.
Warnings: canon typical violence, fluff, angst, mourning/grieving, canon character death
Word Count: 1.8k
1899
You met him one afternoon when he entered the reservation to speak with your father and brother. He was a dark skinned man with a long, black braid down the center of his scalp, ending towards the middle of his back. You were sitting alongside your father.
“Father, when will we draw the line? They’ve stolen our horses, they attack our women—“ Eagles Flies ranted.
“Enough, son. We can have our horses returned without fighting.” Rains Fall tried to dissuade his son. You made eye contact with the strange man.
“Rains Fall is right. I will not start a fight over some horses.” He spoke firmly. Eagle Flies lets out a frustrated sigh, storming from the tent. You quickly follow, witnessing through the flaps of the tent as Eagle Flies mounts the strange man’s horse and rides off into the night.
“He stole your horse.” You state plainly, a small smirk playing at your lips.
“My child, please take Charles Smith and find your brother. He is running toward a dangerous situation.” Rains Fall explains from across the tent. So, Charles is his name.
“I know, Father.” You nod and lead Charles to the hitching posts. In front of you stood a tall, warped brindle Arabian.
“Kiona.” You spoke softly, drawing a carrot from your satchel and feeding her. Quickly mountain, Charles mounts behind you.
“A beautiful horse.” He compliments as you follow the trail out of the reservation.
“Found her just outside the reservation. Tamed her myself.” You smile, lightly gripping the reins. Silence passes.
“What do you think about living here… on the reservation, I mean?” He questions.
“It’s not terrible… but my people have suffered. If I could help them escape, I would but with the U.S Army breathing down our necks, it’s impossible,” You respond, “My brother has good intentions, he just… doesn’t always think things through… why don’t you tell me about yourself, Mr. Smith?”
“I know a few men like that,” Charles chuckled, “and please, call me Charles. Mr. Smith is my father. My mother was Indian, and my father a black man. We lived with her people for some time, until one day, some men took her and never came back… my father was never the same after that.”
“I’m… I’m sorry to hear that.” You respond quietly, a frown tearing at the edges of your lips. Up ahead, Charles spotted his horse on the edge of a camp. After reuniting with Eagle Flies in the camp that Charles and his friends inhabited, your brother gathered a small party to reclaim the stolen horses.
“Arthur, we must go with them… to try to stop things from getting… out of hand.”
“I guess… come along. We can get them more horses.” The older man, Arthur, agreed. Charles turned to you, placing a hand to your shoulder.
“Please, return to your father. We will get the horses back.” Charles reassures you.
“Do not worry about the horses, just bring my brother home safe.”
“I promise.” Charles nods to you before mounting his horse and following the others into the night. You did as Charles had asked, and waited at the reservation for the return of your brother.
Hours passed before you witnessed Eagles Flies, Paytah and Charles leading the horses back into the reservation. Rains Fall watches from the entrance of his tent as you approach the group.
“Don’t run off like that again.” You tell Eagles Flies as you wrap your arms around his slender frame. He chuckles, returning the hug.
“Do not worry about me, little one. I am the one who has to protect you.” He spoke softly before pulling away and walking towards your father. You looked at Charles who stood back a few feet. He mounts his horse as you approach.
“Thank you, Charles… for bringing my brother back safely. I’m… my people are indebted to you.” You declare, gently taking his hand. He squeezes it gently before pulling away and leaving.
You should have expected the U.S Army would retaliate.
They came in the night under the cover of darkness, capturing young men and women of the tribe, you amongst them. With a sack pulled over your head and hands and feet bound with tight rope, you couldn’t see or move. All you could feel was the butt of the gun smashing against your head and knocking you unconscious.
For hours, you drift to and from unconsciousness. The sack had been removed from your head, but you were still bound, suspended from the ceiling. Occasionally, soldiers would come and land a few punches and kicks, trying to elicit a response before giving up.
It wasn’t long before you could hear shouting and… gunfire? You hang there, looking around drearily. One of your eyes was swollen shut, bottom lip busted and bruises littering your frame.
“They’re in here!” A familiar voice shouted and weakly you lifted your head to see Charles breaking the lock on the door. He rushes to your side, carefully cutting the ropes to release you. Swiftly, you fell to the ground with a small groan.
“I’m sorry, come on. Are you alright to walk?”
“… ‘m fine.. where’s my brother?” You asked as Charles wrapped an arm around you and helped you to walk.
“Don’t worry, Arthur has him… come on, let’s get out of here.” He encourages you, mounting his horse and carefully lifting you up. You sit behind him, slumped against him. A gunfight ensues during the escape, but you’re too tired and weak to care.
“Alright, we’re at the river. Let’s get you in a canoe.” His sweet voice explains to you, carefully lifting you from the horse and placing you down in the canoe. You laid back against the seat, too tired to sit up.
“Are they okay?” A voice called out as you closed your eyes.
“We just need to-“
And you were out cold.
It was midday when you awoke, the sunlight bleeding in from the tent flaps. You look around slowly, noticing your bloody clothes had been removed, and replaced with a clean tanned leather dress. Underneath, you were bandaged. You could barely see from your left eye, and upon licking your lips you tasted old blood.
“You’re awake.” Charles entered the tent, kneeling down beside you.
“How long was I out?” You ask, gently rubbing your temple as you sit up. He extends a cup of water, to which you graciously accept.
“Half a day. You were beaten up pretty bad. Eagle Flies is okay, he’s recovering.” Charles answered any questions you’d have. You relax slightly as you drink the water he provided. A moment passes between you both.
“Eagle Flies will not let this go, Charles.” You tell him, setting the cup down on the small nightstand.
“I know, I know… just rest now. It’ll be alright.” He comforts you as you lay back down on the bed to rest and recover.
Days had passed before you and Eagle Flies had recovered from your wounds. You returned to your duties, helping the sick and elderly. It wasn’t long before Eagle Flies demanded justice for those who were hurt by the U.S Army.
“Today, we ride! No longer will we be abused and killed by the Army, for sport, for oil!” He shouted, leading a small war party from camp. You watched as father looked on with a frown before mounting his own horse, and following.
It was a quiet day within the reservation. Eagle Flies had fled with some of the brave warriors of the tribe to strike the heart of the tribe’s issues — Cornwall Kerosene and Tar.
He’s your brother, although sometimes it doesn’t feel as though that’s the case. While he was brave and headstrong, you were more calm and peaceful like your father.
With the galloping of hooves outside, you and your father emerge from the tent. Arthur, pale and sickly, dismounts his horse while Charles follows, carefully helping Eagle Flies down from the horse. You take a small step forward, frowning.
“Bring him to me.” Your father commanded, watching as your brother was transported to the small enclosure. You follow, sitting down beside your father as the men carefully place Eagle Flies down. Rains Fall takes hold of his son’s hand as you place a gentle hand to your brother’s cheek. Tears begin to roll.
“My son.” Rains Fall whispered as his son took his final breath. You sobbed, leaning over your brother’s body. Arthur and Charles left the tent, speaking amongst themselves for a moment.
“I’m sorry, but we must pack and move…”
1907
With the changing of the seasons and the passing of the years, you grew into a young adult. It was shortly after the tribe’s arrival in Canada that Charles Smith left to return to his friends.
“Charles, please, wait!” You call out, following him to his horse. You pull something from your satchel, holding it out to him. It was a trinket adorned with a small moose antler with a coyote fang on one end, and a cougar fang on the other, “Take this.”
Charles carefully takes the trinket, examining the craftsmanship before looking at you, “Thank you. This is… amazing.”
“You are one of us.” You reassure him as he puts on the trinket, mounting his horse. He leans down, taking your hand and squeezing gently.
“Until we meet again.” He tells you before releasing your hand and riding off.
It didn’t take you much longer to leave as well, the pain of your brother’s loss being too much to bear. You wandered across the states, never staying in one place for too long. Your mind often wandered to all those years ago, the people you met, and the people you lost. No matter where you traveled, you always felt like something was missing, never feeling at home. Saint Denis was never your cup of tea, but it was a good place to gather supplies and clean up. The sound of a trumpet filled the streets between the random conversations throughout town and noises from the railroad you had overheard. You were standing outside the post office, sliding a letter over the desk.
“To Rains Fall in Canada,” You mention as you glance to your right for a moment. In the distance, two familiar men were crossing the cobblestones street to the docks. Quickly, you pay the man in the window before leading Kiona to the men.
“Charles?” You called out softly, slowly releasing Kiona’s reins. He stopped, and turned on his heel to face you. He looked different — his hair was no longer shaved and braided but instead splayed freely around his shoulders. He wore a collared shirt and vest that had seen better days. There were some bruises and scarring to his face and knuckles but he was still the man you met all those years ago. Before you knew it, you both were running toward each other to embrace. He lifts you into his arms, taking a slow, deep breath.
“I never thought I’d see you again.” You cry quietly, remembering all too well the day he left.
“I’m here now.” He spoke softly into your neck, his hot breath hitting your soft skin.
Home wasn’t with the tribe. Home didn’t have four walls and a roof. Home was in his arms, you knew that now.

Things to keep in mind while writing a south asian character-
Tumblr media
(Since I'm a mixed south-north indian and a hindu-sikh I've mainly included details about indian-hindu characters(ill try to include more abt sikh characters aswell)tho ive tried to include as much info as I can abt other south asian countries aswell !also ,if you want, feel free to add more details in :)
And please forgive my grammar in some of these places XD
1.The most common one,of course being that south asia is not all india.countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri lanka,Bhutan etc exist to.
2.Religion tends to be a big part of many south asian people’s lives , and If not a big part of their life, than most south asians are atleast religious in one way or the other.Different religions are in majority in different regions of south asia. For example,Sri lanka is majority buddhist, mainly in the sinhalese majority while the tamil minority there is majority hindu. But it's more than valid if ur character is atheist to tho!
3.For indian characters specifically ,it's is important to know what state they are from and that state’s culture . For example, most (or almost all)tamil characters won't wear a salwar kameez.(if they do then mostly muslim tamils)(reminder;I'm talking about traditional wear. Yes a lot of Tamil's could wear a salwar kameez if they want but it is not the traditional dress of tamil nadu)
4.India itself is very diverse,so don't make every character hindu.in some regions one religion is more in the majority than the others. If you decide to make a christian-indian character ,than they usually are from south-west india and north-east india.
5.If you decide to make a hindu-indian character as maybe a marvel/dc oc or something , its best to do some research on hindu stories and history.trust me,it helps alot. If not a hindu character than do research on the folk tales of that characters region,as that can help to.
6.NOT EVERY INDIAN SPEAKS HINDI.INDIAN/HINDU ARE NOT LANGUAGES.istg please . All it takes is one search of your characters state and the states description almost always mentions the state’s official language.while some character from non Hindi speaking areas of the country, for example a malyalee person could know how to speak hindi (most probably by living somewhere like delhi),they would still talk in malayalam with family and stuff . Also a pakistani character and Hindi speaking indian can almost always communicate easily since since the most spoken language in Pakistan,Urdu is very similar to Hindi in sound(also a lot of indians, specifically muslim indian’s have urdu as their first language.)Also punjabi Pakistani's and Indian's don't have any problem in communication(the script they write punjabi in is different tho)Also since a lot of people from the north had their ancestors migrate from pakistan to india during partition regional languages of Pakistan such as sindhi, multani, balochi etc can be understood by some people of such descent living in India. And a bengali speaking indian and a Bangladeshi can communicate just as well.Nepali speaking indians and Nepali people can also communicate with each other. But when it comes to Sri Lankan tamil people their dialect is different than the one of indian tamilians,so their tamil is better understood by malyalees, but they can still communicate well enough with each other.afghan people speak pashto and dari.pashto is also understood by a small amount of ethnic pashtuns who live throughout the sub continent.People from the Maldives speak the language of dhivehi.
7.Indians overall have many festivals that all people of usually a certain community celebrate regardless of religion, caste, etc. For example ,the people in kerela celebrate onam.Infact in alot of the state’s people from a specific region have their on festivities.
8.Physical features vary from area to area of South Asia.So there is no definite“south asian“look.
9.Sikh’s don’t cut their hair , that’s why most Sikh women have long hair and most Sikh men wear turbans. Although some do, like my uncle from my mom’s side and my mom herself and etc. Though socially it's more acceptable for a sikh woman to cut her hair then a sikh man. But a load of times sikh immigrants do have to sadly cut their hair and take off their turbans in order to get jobs and all.
10.-And Hindu’s don’t eat beef. Most Sikh’s and overall all Indians tend to avoid beef to.a lot of Hindus are vegetarians due to religious beliefs. Tho mallus and some people from the north east for example usualy do eat beef(mainly the non hindus)
11.-For characters specially from south india(that to mainly kerala and tamil Nadu) the naming tradition that is used most commonly is that the child and wife use the father’s name as their last name. Though I've noticed that outside of their states atleast they tend to use their family names, but very rarely caste names.
12.- Believe it or not, in a show( I'm not sure about the name) a pakistani character had the name“shiv reddy“.pissed me of sm.yes pakistani hindus exist but if I havent already mentioned before,CERTAIN LAST NAMES BELONG TO CERTAIN AREAS. Reddy is an indian telugu hindu last name.please do your research.
13.-This applies to a good amount of north indians and just overall non south indians.south india is not one state.madras was the OLD name for Chennai, which is just one CITY in one state of south india. There are 5 states,6(and more) languages spoken. Please do not confuse those cultures.
14.-As for a good amount of non punjabis...please.punjabis are not all “balle-balle“ sikh people.please. And they're not all angry people looking for a fight either.
15.-Talking abt north india,I need to mention bollywood and how they stereotype.bombay aka the film city is in Maharashtra.yet they still stereotype Maharashtrians as poor people.gujjus are always the rich snobbish ppl.bengali ppl are sweet shy people and nepali people are Chinese. Goans are always english speaking drunkards or high attitude aunties.rajasthanis all have a heavy accent and are royalty and Uttar pradeshis-biharis are poor illiterate people. PLEASE STOP WITH THIS STEREOTYPICAL BULLSHIT ISTG. See,stereotypes exist because they are true, but only a part of the truth and over exaggerated asf.
16.-India does have a poverty issue but we are far from a third world country.most indians are middle class, that to is split in between lower middle class, middle middle class and upper middle class.and until or unless you live in a rural area casteism really isn't a problem.but remember, while casteism is illegal in indian law,it still affects people.it’s just a little less prevelant in big cities. While india is the farthest ahead in south asia atleast the rest of the countries are doing well for themselves as well.
17.-hindu culture specifically has so much lgbtqia+ stuff in it.but the fucking brit’s and Mughals ruined it. The only transgender festival of Asia is held in tamil nadu.seriously, I advise you do research of your own on it and you'll love it to!♥️
18.-Btw, hindi is a language, hindu religion. (had to add this again)Your character prolly from some place like madhya pradesh, bihar,Uttar pradesh,Delhi, uttarakhand or himachal pradesh if they are hindi speaking. Some people have the same confusion with malayalam. Malayalam is a language, malyalee’s are the people who speak it or at from kerala.
19.-talking about food.curry is a wide ass term.wdym by curry?fish curry, mutton curry or is it paneer curry?is it more creamy or not?do you eat it by itself, with rice,a paratha/parotta or all?like seriously stop with “curry“ ITS ANNOYINGGG.again food varries alot area by area.even in a specific area food varries. For example,Kerala-Tamil nadu sambar is damn spicy but sambar from karnataka and telugu states tends to be sweeter.also food from Karnataka is much milder in spice then food from Andhra, but still capable of burning the mouths of most non south asians 😍😘🥰.also,we tend to eat most of our food with hands(THE best way.)famous delicacies vary from country to country in south asia and area to area of india btw. And our food is not ’smelly’, it's FRAGRANT.
20.ok so ive in total had 2 specific segments dedicated to language and this is the third one.India, while having only 22 offical languages(again;i remind you,we do not have a national language)actually has like thousands of languages. Native people from even just one state can have different mother tongues(for example-three people who were born and raised in karnataka and have families that are native to the state could have the languages of kannada, tulu and kodava as their mother tongues). And again, dialects also differ. For example,Bombay hindi and the hindi of a person from Uttarakhand would be different, and so would Bangalore tamil and a Madurai native’s tamil. Also, let’s say a telugu person has been living in mumbai for a while, very rarely will they ever have an ’accent’ while speaking hindi or english.
21.so above i mentioned that alot of people from the north have had ancestors move in from pakistan during the partition(and vice versa for some Pakistani's).Similarly,a good amount of people from west bengal had their ancestors move in from bangladesh(and vice versa again, but unlike the north india-pakistan thing indian bong’s and bangladeshi people don’t exactly have that ’divide’).Adding this in specifically not only because of how important this is but it can give more depth to your characters if they are from any of these areas.
22.Every state has different art forms.be it dance, music or just art, every state has it different.India has 8 classical dances(bharatanatyam, kuchipudi, mohiniyattam, kathakali, oddisi, kathak, manipuri and sattriya) and has countless many more.Music also varies and so does art as i said above.
23.our culture is super feminist but fucked by the brits and mughals again. We had so many queens and princesses that fought wars and also many female warriors. In the ancient times women only wore single drape saris and didn’t cover their breasts because they were not seen as sexual, but infact as a sign of motherhood(and there forth strength). If they were covered,it was for support.
24.Most people know atleast 3+ languages and almost everyone knows 2 at the very least. Sometimes they can even understand(which can range from basic to great) some other languages. For eg.- my dad can speak english, hindi, telugu, konkani, tulu, punjabi, urdu and multani+ he can understand malayalam, kannada, sindhi and tamil well enough.
That's it(for now):) hope this can help.feel free to ask questions!+random songs from my playlist✨✨✨
(ps,check this post of mine out cause y not lol)

TWST OC :3
Canon Disney character oc! He's based on Kaa from The Jungle Book.
Tumblr media
Name: Kshoshurankha Kaasura
Nicknames: Ksho, Whale Shark-Chan, Monsieur Serpent, Maneater
Age/Year/Birthday: 17, Second year (Class 2-D), April 12
Pronouns: He/Him
Club: Board Games Club
House: Savanaclaw
Homeland: Providence Thicket (Rainforest region)
Tumblr media
Description-
Kshoshurankha is an immensely large young man, at around 30+ feet long. As a Naga, he adjusts his 'standing height' based on who he's talking to, typically placing him at around 6-7 feet tall. He is the TWST equivalent of Indian. His upper body appears slender, and he has dark skin and long black hair. His eyes are a bright yellow, with vertically slit pupils. His scales are a light brown, with dark green-brown patches, similar to an Indian rock python. (He also has a permanent :3 face due to being a python (and dimples where his mouth stretches back to))
Kshoshurankha wears the school button-down, with a Savanaclaw sweater (Imagined to be from a 'winter uniform') rather than the school blazer. He leaves the top button of his shirt undone, and does not wear a tie. His hair is naturally a little wavy, much more visibly so when in the humidity of the rainforest.
His teeth are sharp and pointed, but lacks real fangs due to being a constrictor. His main body is quite thick and muscular due to this, however he's considered to be an average size for his species. He is often seen looking tired. I imagine he cannot take similar potions to the merfolk students, as the sudden reduction in organ size, and rise in body temperature is too much strain on him. He can move just fine as long as he takes breaks and keeps out of the way.
Personality/Character traits-
Kshoshurankha is very soft spoken, his voice quite quiet in contrast with his intimidating size. He finds it very funny to frighten the other students, which regularly works due to his inhuman strength and the fact that most of his threats aren't too far-fetched. He is a surprisingly good babysitter, though. He often watches over his RSA friends younger brother, and takes a mentor role in the same way the original Kaa does.
Kshoshurankha is a fierce environmentalist, and cares deeply for the natural world and the rainforest where his village is located, going as far as to threaten loggers and poachers who endanger it.
Kshoshurankha is relatively skilled with a longbow, and knows many wild herbs due to his mother being a doctor. He is also trilingual, speaking the main language ingame (English/Japanese) Hindi, and 'Serpentine' (A fictional language spoken by Nagas in his lore)
Kshoshurankha is sometimes quite clumsy, misjudging his size and weight, often getting stuck in gaps, and breaking things such as tree branches. This is because he is used to much bigger and stronger trees. He is significantly less active than most Savanaclaw students.
His unique magic 'Trusted Friend' allows him to put people in a very docile, sleepy and agreeable state
As per use, feel free so send any questions :3 (Please I have snake brainrot) I also plan on making a lore file for nagas in my universe, so feel free to borrow info if you also have a Kaa-based oc!

You put a spell on me
[A/N: I was too lazy to wait for the end of the poll. also i haven't watched the show and wikipedia is kinda holding me up so don't get mad at me for messing smth up, i'll go on the fan wiki tho, they always have everything.]
[EDIT: guys I forgot about the civil war 💀💀💀 I finally fixed it tho so yay]
Part 1/Part 2
Masterlist
[Billy the Kid (Tom Blyth's version) x desi!oc]
Warning: description of blood, slight violence, flogging, racism, flogging, slaves, smut in maybe part 6?
Summary: Sheila was a slave taken by a British couple at the age of 12 for her singing. She was brought to America even though they had the 13th Amendment where slavery was abolished. She saw a friend of hers, who was brought with her, getting flogged and that was her last straw, proceeding to run away. Until she sees the most notorious outlaw in the South, then she settles to free her friends from the British couple that came to America for money.
Tumblr media
It was July.25, 1878, Lincoln County, New Mexico. Sheila woke up to nothing but harsh screams coming from one of her friends as she was beaten and whipped. She felt worried because the girl was new…Unlike Sheila who had been with the owner since she was twelve, merely because his wife liked her singing when they had come to visit British India.
Her friend, Catherine, was a sad sixteen-year-old, mourning the death of her parents. They had threatened the owners of telling law enforcement what was happening but they knew that they wouldn't do anything about it.
The other slaves ran to her screams but were faced with fear and did nothing besides revel in their powerlessness. Sheila sat there, her damp brown skin and greasy raven hair clinging to her shell of a body. She knew how this would end, knew that they would be feeble against the man–Edward J. Mason– but she was ready to clean Catherine’s wounds and reassure her that she would be alright.
“Oh, look at my slave, Sheila, so obedient! You never have to hurt her, Edward!”
The sadistic gray-haired man chuckled, kissing his wife.
“ And aren’t I glad, Penelope! We chose her when she was twelve, it has been seven years since, of course, she’d love us, this is why I love Indians! They always gift us with beauty and trust.”
They both glanced at the gaunt, starved girl before chuckling. The Mistress patted Sheila’s head and reached for a rake beside her, beckoning to the other slaves.
Penelope Mason was a woman no different from her husband. Many wives were afraid of their spouses but Penelope was a wife who had nothing but pride in her bones. The rake in Penelope’s hand was covered in blood, meant to whip the slaves that threatened their control and most times Sheila could willing block out the screeches and screams, but now she just felt angry, ready to beat the couple with no morals.
But she was stuck being useless to defend them.
Fear is a burden that was attached to her like a drug, and only withdrawal held her back from screaming her heart out.
Until she found a boy with the brightest blue eyes.
From what she’d heard, he was an outlaw.
Billy the Kid was infamous because he was the man who killed a sheriff months ago, and chased out of the state. It was a mystery how he gained the courage to return to New Mexico.
“ Who’re you?” The man questioned, his vibrant cobalt eyes gazing at her with hostility.
Sheila didn’t want to think more about the dominant color in his entire posture and frame. His clothes were darker than sin and brighter than the sun, but his eyes were the only thing she could pay attention to, causing her to ignore their proximity.
“ I am a slave, belonging to the Mason family.”
He tilted his head, shocked eyes analyzing their surroundings.
“ I didn’ ask what you were forced to be, I asked who you are.”
“ My name is Sheila, is that what you want?”
“ Huh, I’m Billy, but considerin’ the poster you were starin’ at a min’ ago, you already know that. But...how did you...No, how dare they have slaves!”

Re: my Kuroshitsuji OCs
I'm still working on them, but here's what I have so far.
Meike Wallbrück
A Reaper. German, but is stationed in England as of now and works alongside her friend Amina.
(I feel that non-Germanophones sometimes end up thinking her name belongs to a man (it's pronounced "Mai-Kuh", can sound like "Mike") - only to see this cishet woman instead lol.)
A fashion icon with incredible eyebrows. Loves doing her nails - pity she's got to keep them short. She'd definitely have an appreciation for Grelle's sense of style.
Doesn't talk very much, but when she does, her observations are honest, scathing, and bound to elicit a chuckle.
Is amiable enough, but doesn't open up to people easily and has trouble forming close friendships. As for romantic relationships, she inwardly craves that sort of intimacy but doesn't feel emotionally ready. Feels that if she doesn't expect anything from anyone, she won't be disappointed.
Has a sisterly side once one gets to know her better - and an incredible friend once they've earned her trust. Good luck getting to that point, though.
Is hooking up with Ludger. He's bound to want to make it official since I see him as that sort of man, and so does she. But she's scared of how she'll fare.
Amina Raina
Another Reaper - an Indian one this time. (As an Indian myself, I had so much fun making her lol.)
She's from what would be the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir (is a Kashmiri Pandit/Hindu) and is partly of Punjabi descent. But she's spent a considerable amount of her life - and afterlife - in England, where she helps manage a branch of the Dispatch in Ipswich.
Very cosmopolitan indeed. Speaks several languages - Hindi, Urdu, English, Punjabi, French, Koshur, and some German.
A lovely, lovely woman who keeps everyone sane and is the mum friend. But she's got quite a few eccentricities of her own. Especially as she's forgotten what it was like to live as a woman in the human realm, and it shows when she's on the job. (Those who know her have plenty of stories.)
Suffers no fools - after all, she grew up wrangling six younger brothers. She's much, much stronger than she looks and is deadly with her scythe. Practically made for combat.
Has incredible hair - big, wavy, and very '80s.

Hey there! I was surprised that your OC Ivy is actually Indian as well! Can you tell me something more about her? :)
Hi! Thank you for your ask :))
I'm actually Indian too, so I totally wanted to make an Indian OC! I never really saw any until yours and I was pretty surprised too. I must say it gave me some motivation to make my own.
Anyway, here's Ivy! (I'm still figuring out her lore, so some of these MAY change in future lol)
About my COD OC, Ivy "Vampire" Valentina Salvador de Almeida
Basics
Ivy is the only daughter of Salvador and Helen de Almeida.
She was born in India, in the state of Goa, on the outskirts of Madgaon and lived there for a few years before moving down south to Karnataka, where she spent her formative years. Her teenage and adult years were spent in Liverpool, England.
She can speak Konkani and English fluently, while she has partial fluency in Portuguese and Kannada
She's a devout Roman Catholic
Her personality type is ENFJ
She's a tall girl standing at 5'7"/170 cm! Always stood at the back of the line for school assemblies. She inherited her height from her dad.
She's a WO2 Drill Sergeant in the British Army and serves in the Infantry Training Center where she trains infantrymen in basic and advanced skills.
She's nicknamed 'Vampire' from her slightly long canine teeth, all natural.
Personality
Being an extrovert, she enjoys company and doesn't like being alone.
She's normally quiet, but if she does speak, she's charismatic, genuine, and charming, and this often got her into quite some leadership positions in school and university, and allows her to very easily make friends.
Drinking makes her talkative, and even flirtatious, but she'll have to drink quite a lot to get to that point.
She has a strong sense of justice, and cannot stand it if innocent people are needlessly harmed. Being a drill sergeant gives her a little power to execute justice if needed.
She's optimistic to a fault, often getting bogged down by reality sometimes.
Her restless, adventurous spirit makes her hate being in one place. She enjoys travelling and doing highly thrilling activities like bungee jumping. She can also be quite reckless; give her a motorcycle and she'll be popping wheelies and even drifting.
Being an only-child, she can be quite selfish and bossy, though most of it was beaten out of her during her basic training.
Likes and Dislikes
She enjoys cooking and baking and can make a variety of dishes.
She loves reading historical accounts and all sorts of fiction, especially thrillers and mysteries. Her favourite novel is 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. She also enjoys Dostoevsky's novels
Her favourite Indian food is Mysore masala dosa and English food is Scotch egg
She hates milk tea and extremely spicy food (her Indian card is always at the risk of being revoked)
She loves anything that has garlic in it, though her favourite would be garlic bread
Her favourite dessert is apple pie
An area that has her whole heart is the Western Ghats
Her favourite color is phtahlo green
English Ivy
Her father is an adventurous man, so he took his family hopping around a lot from Goa to Karnataka, and eventually to England, where his wife got a job as a nurse.
Ivy and family moved to England when she was around fifteen years old, and settled in Liverpool.
Getting used to England's cold and gloom was a nightmare for poor coast born Ivy who loves the sun and heat. She can comfortably tolerate 30-35 degrees C like most Indians, but absolutely suffers through English winters despite eventually getting used to it.
Her years in Liverpool eventually bestowed upon her the glorious Scouse accent, though hers has an Indian lilt to it.
She had a hard time adjusting in English society, especially as an extrovert and a teenager, and often felt unwelcome in school. However, her university years were much more pleasant.
Do not talk to her about the Indian food in England. She will not hesitate to begin her TED talk.
If there's anything she actually does like about England, it's the abundance of pubs. She loves to drink, but considering how reckless she is known to be, she's surprisingly a responsible drinker and rarely lets herself get blackout drunk.
I've yet to think about her interactions with TF141, but that's all about her for now!
Wow, I really did infodump on you lmao. I hope it was an interesting read ^^ I'm excited to develop her some more and make more Ivy content <3
Thank you again for your ask! Have a great day/night :)

no Edwina is married to an Indian and lives in her hometown in India, free my girl from the inbred prince who’s best characteristic is being “nice”, you losers clinging onto that white man when it’s canon she’s happy living her best life with a desi is sus af, I know what you are
Well, unless it was stated differently in s3 pt 2 (which I haven't seen except for small clips, none of which involve Edwina) then I stick by my point. Mr. Bagwell hasn't even been added or mentioned in the show, if that's who you are referring too (again, haven't seen s3 pt 2). I've shipped Edwina with a variety of characters, whether it be from Eloise to Friedrich or the original guy she marries in the books (who I also headcanon as Desi even if I don't talk about him much on this app) to Marina to even other random ocs, but Friedrich was the just main guy. It was never about race in hindsight but more because I wanted her to be a princess, which she deserves. It's kind of sus that, from all I've posted which was merely just fun headcanons, you thought it was something it wasn't. 🤔
I don't even know why you even came here being rude about a headcanon that, on one spectrum, is purely for enjoyment and on the other, about giving Edwina the respect she deserves (most of the Fredwina fans I interact with give her more development following s2 outside of even mentioning Friedrich, so it's not as if her whole persona is now revolving around this yte man). If you don't ship them, that's fine and, to be honest, I would have even enjoyed to see who you paired her with (because other people I follow sometimes ship her with someone outside the prince as well, not everyone has to like him) until you decide to get hostile and refer to me, and others, as "losers". If you don't even ship them, then why not block the Fredwina tag altogether? I know what you are, apparently.
I get not liking or really caring for Friedrich, as most of his character showwise is very simple and what is added comes from the fandom headcanon itself. You're entitled to that. But don't come to my page and try to write off something that brings me joy and amusement occasionally as something it's not, just because it doesn't suit your fancy. Is there a trope in fandom that happens with placing black and brown women with a yte man, especially in historical pieces, and the many murky, gross things surrounding it? Yes, I can acknowledge that and, in a way, see your apprehension for it in that manner. However, which you would see if you've even looked through my blog especially in regards to Fredwina instead of immediately writing it off, the ship itself does not fall into that trope (most from what I've seen and interacted with, so if you found something else then please share) and many of the Fredwina fans that I know have actively taken the time to display the importance in Edwina's heritage rather than write it off (I also literally have post that call out the show itself for how poorly it handled certain topics like this, so why would I be backing a ship that holds the problems that you so claim? 🤨) Again, if you don't ship them that's fine, but don't try to paint it (and random people you don't know with little evidence) as something it's/they are not. Have a good day.

The fate of the “Preacher”
He joined the Gede.
I put an unusual amount of thought into this minor character, which I describe below the cut:
This character (who is actually a doctor) is supposed to illustrate the differences between the natives to the Underworld (“Banshees”) and the former humans (“Gede”). Unlike the “Banshees”, the former humans have noses, and can be of any gender/sex. They are forced by Baron to wear top hats, even if they don’t want to (he is diabolical…) If it’s crossing a line to call them “Gede”, I’m fine with just calling them “Undead”.
I designed him with two goals in mind:
As a tribute to Doctor John Montenée
As representation for people of mixed African and Native descent
In real life, Doctor John Montenée is  probably the single most important Voodoo King from 19th century New Orleans. Described as the sharp-dressed son of a Bambara royal with a series of scars on his cheek, he is said to have personally trained Marie Laveau. Where I have previously described the Haitian influences on New Orleans Voodoo, Montenée contributed Senegembian elements, as he was a master conjure doctor who popularized gris-gris in New Orleans. This is one of the reasons why New Orleans Voodoo isn’t purely Haitian in origin, but draws from multiple African traditions.
Much of this work has been focused on the oppression of African Americans during the 19th and early 20th centuries. I would be remiss to omit Native Americans, victims of genocide whose history goes untold. In Louisiana and neighboring Southern states, African Americans have a complicated history with Native Americans. The “Five Civilized Tribes” enslaved people of African descent, but there are also examples of positive relationships between the two groups. For example, the Chickasaw did not enslave Africans, but Choctaw - specifically Choctaw women. As such, a number of Chickasaw freedmen/women from this time period were the children of African men and Choctaw women. It is also possible that one of Marie Laveau’s close followers - Doctor Jim Alexander (legally named Charles Lafontaine) - was of partial African and Native American descent. Historically, he was described as being “about three-quarters Indian” and one-quarter African. Unfortunately, we have to take this description with a grain of salt, as there is a history of non-Natives falsely claiming Native American heritage. It is therefore possible that Doctor Jim Alexander was of mixed European and African descent, without Native American heritage. Regardless, I operated under the assumption that Doctor Jim Alexander really was of Native American descent, and attempted to respectfully incorporate Native American heritage with a degree of historical accuracy.
This OC is supposed to be a descendent of the Hazbin Hotel version of Doctor John Montenée - specifically, one of his grandsons. His paternal grandfather was very similar to the real-life Doctor John - the son of a Bambara royal with an “ink black” complexion, of average height and stocky, muscular build. Much like the real-life Doctor John Montenée, he was master of gris-gris and conjuring. He had a number of concubines, one of whom was a Choctaw woman. With her, he had a son, who would go on to become this character’s father.
This character’s father was technically an illegitimate child, but his own father took good care of him and was a good father to him. For this reason, he had a comfortable childhood and remained affluent as an adult. Although he was grateful to and respectful of his father, his father’s lifestyle concerned him, as it attracted negative attention and mistreatment from authorities. For this reason, he never took up conjuring. He was not ashamed of his heritage by any means, but was only interested in assimilating into the racial hierarchy of New Orleans so that - like his own father - he could pass prosperity down to his children. Like his father, he was sharp dressed, but dressed in a way so not to draw attention. For the most part, he was physically indistinguishable from the affluent Creole men of his time. He certainly did not wear traditional garb, but kept some traditional practices alive in the privacy of his home. He went on to marry a Chickasaw freedwoman, who was Black but had one Choctaw grandmother. She was the mother of their son - a man of mixed African and Choctaw descent, and the grandson of the Doctor John Montenée character.
I would place his birth year roughly around 1880. Much like his grandfather, he became a famous rootworker and conjure doctor. To describe his personality, he was always the type of man to go “against the grain”. He likely would have been called “queer” - not to describe his sexuality, but overall “strange”-ness. (enemies of his would also have called him “queer” in an attempt to insult him. he is the type of man who wouldn’t understand why this is an insult, unable to comprehend why his contemporaries saw homosexuality as a bad thing) He was highly eccentric and non-conformist, but thoroughly virtuous. His virtue is inherited from his parents, who were both exceptionally virtuous - never abusive or negligent towards their son, and known for feeding and giving charity to the poor. Still, his father discouraged him from becoming a conjure doctor, having witnessed how his own father was mistreated for his profession. Although his parents encouraged him to conform, he encountered too much difficulty integrating into mainstream society. A “walking encyclopedia”, he displayed a high degree of intelligence and retention from a young age. But while he was gifted in rational intelligence, he was below average in emotional intelligence. It’s not that he didn’t experience emotions or that he wasn’t interested in the motions of others, but that he had difficulty communicating his emotions and assessing the emotions of others. For these reasons, he struggled with social interactions in childhood and adolescence. As an adult, he decided to embrace what others considered “strange” in him - it is this very decision that allowed him to thrive, becoming renowned and adored by other social outcasts.
As a human, his atypical appearance caused him to stand out. Unusual for a man of his time, he took keen interest and pride in his ancestry. He came to learn that his father was half Bambara and half Choctaw, and that his mother was also a quarter Choctaw. Unfortunately, he was never able to fully trace her African heritage, only identifying that her non-mixed parent was also of the Bambara. He took it upon himself to scar his cheek, in an attempt to preserve the tradition of facial scarification from his paternal grandfather (who is just the Hazbin Hotel version of Doctor John Montenée). He was initially scolded by his parents for doing this, but they later came to accept his decision. He liked to wear a high silk hat - a family heirloom, as it was originally his grandfather’s*. He adorned it with feathers, and sashes across his chest in the style of traditional Choctaw dress. He pierced his ears, as Choctaw men were known to wear earrings, and enjoyed wearing jewelry in the form of necklaces and gold bracelets. All of these elements of traditional Choctaw dress were acquired from members of the Choctaw community, whom he sought out due to his interest in his heritage. Underneath this, he wore a suit, which he was particular to always keep in good condition. He was never unkempt, as he enjoyed expressing himself through fashion, and his unique style drew people to him. He was of average height (meaning, shorter than modern-day average height) and broad-shouldered, but did not inherit his grandfather’s stocky/muscular build. Due to his appearance, many women were attracted to him, but he was not a lecher.
*In real life, Doctor John Montenée was known for wearing a high silk hat; this among other reasons is why I may have previously misattributed “The Devil in the High Silk Hat” to Papa Gede. Top hats were such a popular fashion item at the time, this detail does not necessarily point to the African American “Devil” being Haitian in origin.
A master of rootwork, healing came naturally to him. He was extremely deft at curing disease, and sometimes described as a “preacher” for his skill at teaching, speaking, and imparting wisdom. He met an untimely death when he was falsely accused of killing a pedophile priest, who had connections to the Ku Klux Klan. Like his friends and family, he committed very few, very minor sins in his life, but his eccentric lifestyle barred him from entering Heaven. During his lifetime, he paid respect to The Baron of Death and was never once afraid of him. For this reason, The Baron was fond of him and offered him the chance to join the Gede. He accepted with little to no hesitation, as he was unable to join his family or friends in Heaven and wasn’t keen on going to Hell. (unlike most of his contemporaries, he was not put off by Baron and Maman’s sexual lifestyle. he himself was not sexually deviant, he just never understood prejudice towards sexual minorities) His color scheme changed from red and black to purple; otherwise, his appearance is similar to how he appeared as a human.
One of the conditions for joining the Gede is that you have to agree to have your hands amputated. Upon doing this, your hands are immediately replaced with magic - there is no loss of dexterity. In the default state, the new hands are black with pink magic glowing from the joints in the fingers and the centers of the palms. In this state, black and pink magic cancel each other out - it is possible to touch living things without killing or healing them. Anyone with these hands can shift the color from black to pink or vice versa; in other words, they have the power to kill or heal through touch.
I don’t know why I decided to do this, but he’s totally supposed to look like a nutcracker… but I screwed up here and made his shoulders too broad. I’m just really bad at imitating the art style of the show! His shoulders should be noticeably broader than his hips, but this is due to his bone structure, which he inherited from his grandfather. In terms of musculature, he is very average (he lived long before weight training became popular). He is also average height - not tall. He is himself a mixed race descendant of Choctaw and African slaves, but it is also possible to connect him to characters of pure Choctaw descent, as he sought out and achieved a connection with a local Choctaw community.
