All Tomorrows/Killer Folk AU: Sphinx-Descendant of the Predator

Sphinxes are a cousin species the Killer Folk. Their genetic relation is similar to that of humans and chimpanzees.

Sphinxes are polyandrous and matriarchal. The males are loners and are only allowed within the female groups during mating season (spring and summer). The males compete with one another to see who will mate with the most females. Once the pups have been weaned, all males, including pups, are banished from the group until next mating season.

Similar to earth felines, sphinxes live in almost every biome on Areia. Their call is terrifying to a human. Sounding similar to that of a screaming human in abject agony. Coat patterns and thickness will vary depending on region

Somethings you may notice is that Asha's dress is practically in ruin, and I do have an explanation for that! Her dress is like that BECAUSE she was ripping off her dress to care for some wounded people since they don't have the proper stuff to care for them, so she just rips it off to help the citizens later on. Also, she does it so that when she and Star/Aster meets up with her, he would be able to heal them with STAR MAGICCC :3

Another thing is that Star doesn't have a shadow (totally not a peter pan refrence trust-). Mainly because they are basically a celestial being and doesn't have a shadow and is constantly emitting some form of glow. He is, in a sense, pure light, just toned down.

And uhhh the flowers was a reference to my video I did of them a few months ago-

I forgot what the purple one was, but the closest one that is similar to the one I used was the Colchicum m Montanum, which is found in the Mediterranean sea, which is what the developers of Wish said it was where Rosas resided. And the yellow flower was a flower Star/Aster made, and its called a "Star Flower"...yeah really on the nose am I right? 🧍‍♂️

And someone in that video said that "In Polynesian culture a flower on the left side of your head means you’re in a relationship" and It wasn't intentional at all when I made that video, so I just decided to implant that small detail here because, although they aint in a relationship yet in this picture, but they soon will be HAHAHHAHAH🗣🔥

Anyways I really gotta work on that short video before I modify the script since I came up with a unique idea for the story that contradicts everything so yeah...TO THE DRAWING BOARD AGAIN.

jason and amelia's friendship was terrible.

amelia didn't become friends with him willingly, or because she saw him and was like "oh i want to be friends with that guy!"... the teacher had to ask amelia to go and talk to jason... the teacher made jason's classmates talk to him because he was THAT lonely.

amelia was made to believe that he was the only good thing in the world. jason cared about her not as a person, but as something who could provide him use. she helped with his business, she stuck by his side when she should've left, she was his first friend (ONLY friend). and in amelia's eyes, she couldn't drop jason because she was all that jason had. she was scared of talking to other people because of jason, couldn't do things without considering jason's opinion on it. she hated him but she couldn't do anything. her mom advised her to leave jason so many times and she couldn't go through with it. because she was codependent on him and jason knew that.

jason prioritised his own needs over amelia's every single time because he thought amelia would never leave. jason is manipulative and he knows he's manipulative. he knows when amelia's scared and he knows how to utilise her fear. he's smart, does things for his benefit and no one else's. but he isn't smart enough to realise that amelia never liked him. they were close friends. he gave her everything, he kept her safe from the worst people, they were supposed to be together forever, they made promises. he trusted amelia enough to reveal his secrets. tell her how he killed someone on accident. when amelia yelled at him instead, jason — in his delirious state, sick, stressed and overwhelmed — tried to reason with her. it was no longer about the incident for him.

she rejected him. how? how could amelia reject him when he gave her everything? amelia saved herself and thank god she did ... without jason her life is better. maybe she's still scared of things because of how jason fed her lies. maybe she's still affected by how he was her closest friend for like 20 years of her life... and how she had to kill him. even the good moments in their friendship was manipulative...

the cycle of how jason thinks is so fucking weird. he wants praise so he gets praise from his friend who uplifts him and then he gets praise from the people who come to his business and his friend is the only one who supports his business so he can't get rid of her! it's all about!!!! his reputation!!! his worth!!! it's always about jason and never anyone else!!!

AUGJEJGJGHG I LOVE AMELIA SHE SUFFERED TOO MUCH

AND THE FACT THEY WERE NEVER IN AN ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIP OR DID ANYTHING ROMANTIC. THEY WERE JUST FRIENDS. BUT IF THEY EVER WERE IN AN ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIP IT WOULD'VE BEEN SO MUCH HARDER FOR HER TO LEAVE HIM

and i feel like all the affection in the friendship wasn't shown by amelia but rather jason. he is known for giving her gifts (like the music box) and giving compliments but only because it's like the only way to keep her? i guess? he could fucking care less about amelia herself, which SUCKS.

i think lucas would be the type to keep it a secret for a really long time, even as a young child. he admires the knights not only because he loves his uncle kaeya, but mostly because he heard of the stories of his dad being "the youngest ever prodigy captain" and that just amazes him. when lucas finally finds out the truth on why diluc quit the knights, he becomes even more secretive until...

well, until diluc finds out because it cant stay a secret forever. honestly, diluc would be against it at first, but if lucas starts showing his determination to join the knights then diluc would allow it.

in fact, diluc firmly starts believeing that his son is going to be the greatest knight there ever was. even greater than him, greater than all of them, and it makes him so proud.
