SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA -- The South Korean President 'Yoon Suk Yeol' previously declaring martial law through an overnight televised address late last Tuesday (December 3rd, 2024 -- Korea local time). After being in effect for 6 hours, the declaration was lifted the following day. He later claimed it was a deepfake, while others who witnessed the event refused to believe that it really happened. Our international, internet partnership with TEGNA for OneNETnews, together with Nickelodeon Action News are now going to have a quick fix on that.

A current declaration of martial law was broadcast LIVE on Yonhap Television News (YTN), blaming the move on unknown security threats. It was soon joined by a political storm of opposition lawmakers, who ran to the National Assembly to vote against the decree. It was lifted the next morning after a unanimous vote in the National Assembly with a final score of 190 to 0.

Following the lifting of martial law, in an exclusive interview with Cable News Network (CNN), Leader of Democratic Party (LDP) named 'Lee Jae-myung' stated that the televised announcement was a deepfake, an AI-generated video (Artificial Intelligence), who mimicking his appearance and voice. This claim has yet added another layer of complexity to the already volatile situation.

Contrary to President Yoon's deepfake claims… Many eyewitnesses, including military brass and opposition politicians are saying that the broadcast announcement was genuine. South Korean General 'Park Ahn-soo', army chief in charge of martial law, said that he got his first know-how about the declaration from this so-called LIVE broadcast. Opposition leader 'Lee Jae-myung' told local media reporters, he thought that first it was a deepfake, but later it dawned on him that was technically valid.

Based on the available evidence and testimonies of witnesses, OneNETnews can affirm that the martial law declaration is indeed half-TRUE. No credible evidence can support the deepfake claim made by President Yoon. The prompt reaction from the National Assembly and testimonies from key witnesses are all evidence supporting the conclusion that the declaration was still genuine.

Many these days doubt that Solomon ruled over much and some question his, as well as his father David’s, existence.

A new radiocarbon study of an important archaeological site seems to have made a significant step towards ending a scientific debate and establishing that the Biblical accounts of King David and King Solomon were historically accurate.

In 1958, Prof Yigal Yadin proposed that one layer of the site identified as stratum 8 dated to the 10th century BCE which he associated with Biblical King Solomon. This was based on a monumental six-chambered city gate. Such gates were also discovered at Megiddo, Hazor and Jerusalem. The construction of these gates at these sites is described in 1 Kings 9:15. The site also showed  a 27-meter-long casemate wall fortification, stone glacis, a large courtyard-type administration building, and a monumental stairway. Previous strata did not have such substantial gates.

Yadin’s findings and conclusions were corroborated by later researchers. But a school of thought arose in archaeology called the low chronology. Archaeologists from this school of thought led by Prof. Israel Finkelstein dated stratum 8 to the ninth century BCE, attributing the massive construction to the northern Kingdom’s Omride dynasty

Finkelstein proposed that the Biblical accounts of David and Solomon were greatly exaggerated and that Solomon was in reality nothing more than a glorified “hillbilly”—“little more than a hill country chieftain … rul[ing] over a marginal, isolated, rural region, with no signs of great wealth or centralized administration.” His rule “extended over no empire, no palatial cities, no spectacular capital” (The Bible Unearthed, pages 190, 238, 143). “The supposed archaeological evidence of the united monarchy was no more than wishful thinking,” he wrote of the early “Solomonic” discoveries at these respective sites (page 235). …

A new radiocarbon chronology study of the city of Gezer focusing on stratum 8 was published in the scientific journal PLOS ONE. The report, titled “The Chronology of Gezer From the End of the Late Bronze Age to Iron Age II: A Meeting Point for Radiocarbon, Archaeology, Egyptology and the Bible” was composed by Lyndelle Webster, Samuel Wolff, Steven Ortiz, Marcella Barbosa, Cameron Coyle, Gary Arbino, Michael Dee, Quan Hua and Geraldine Jacobsen and was the product of ten years of excavations carried out by the Tandy Institute of Archaeology.

Yes, there was King Solomon and he ruled over a large kingdom. And archaeological evidence does support it.

The construction of Stratum 8 … likely occurred in the first part of the 10th century BCE (Start 8: 998–957 BCE, 68.3 percent HPD [showing the tightest probability]; 1023–942 BCE., 95.4 percent HPD [including potential outlier samples]). The late Dr. Herman Hoeh wrote that archaeological disregarding of King Saul and David decades ago was wrong:

But the strongest evidence against the modern interpretation of archaeology was discovered by the French at Mari on the Euphrates River. There it was discovered that during the lifetime of Hammurabi — who was mistakenly dated by historians in the time of Abraham — the Benjamites were in control of Palestine and men like David were famous! From the tablets found at Mari, we read these clear words: “The year in which Landulim went to Hen and laid hands upon the territory of the Benjamites,” and “The year that ZimriLim killed the Davidum of the Benjamites.”

Of course! Under King Saul, a Benjamite, the tribe of Benjamin was dominant. Gentile nations regarded all Palestine as the land of the Benjamites. And David was the greatest of all the generals of the Benjamites (I Samuel 18:7; 21:11). David’s fame spread so far and wide that the Gentiles called all the generals of Israel Davidum, or “Davids” — men like David — just as the world’s “great” Roman Caesars gave their name to the Kaisers of Germany and the Czars of Russia.

How were the historians and archaeologists to interpret these astounding discoveries? Were they to date Hammurabi properly to the time of Saul and David? Not at all! Rather, they cleverly assumed that Benjamites were in Palestine long before Benjamin was born — that the name of David was famous for nearly a thousand years before David was born! They hoped thereby to keep their interpretations of the king lists and reject the Bible. Here is a place where the Benjamites are mentioned and their generals are called “DAVIDUM” or DAVIDS! King Saul was a Benjamite (1 Samuel 9:21) and had put David in charge of the leaders of his army (1 Samuel 18:5).

Just as the world’s “great” Roman CAESARS gave their name to the KAISERS of Germany and the CZARS of Russia, so David’s fame spread so far and wide that Gentiles called the officers and generals of Israel “Davids” – men like David!

On the other hand, even now, biased secular sources such as Wikipedia have chosen to often push an anti-biblical narrative by often referring to “scholars” who oppose scripture. Here are some excerpts from its article on David:

Nevertheless, here also one cannot always offer conclusive proof that a certain biblical passage reflects the actual historical situation in the tenth century BCE, beyond arguing that it is plausible to this or that degree.”[10]

So, Wikipedia is pushing the false narrative that David could have been a made up legend. That is one reason that I sometimes post about matters of archaeology.

Anyway, as far as whether to believe “scholars” over scripture, the Bible teaches:

4 … Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. (Romans 3:4)

13 But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, 15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. And the so-called editors at Wikipedia are deceived and deceiving in many of their reports about biblical matters. As are biases from sources like Google.

But the Bible can be trusted. There is a God and that is provable (see also the free online book: Is God’s Existence Logical?).

Satan does not want people to believe the word of God or to act on it.

The deceived associated with Wikipedia and many other places function as his minions.

Yes, King Saul, David, and Solomon existed. And yes, there is archaeological evidence to support that outside the Bible.

Yes, the Bible is true. And hopefully archaeologists and others who doubt it will reconsider and believe the evidence.

And hopefully more in this Laodicean Era will realize that because the Bible is true, they need to have a better zeal to change themselves and support the word of God.

Where Does It Come From, And What Is Its Function?

They were subjectively viewing bleeding at 3 and 4 minutes after carotid cross-clamp removal and objectively weighing the sponge used to tapenade bleeding at these times were used to assess intraoperative suture line bleeding.

Mortality and complications during surgery, such as bleeding in the neck or brain, were documented. Pairwise t-tests, two analyses, Fisher exact tests, and multiple linear regressions were used for statistical analysis.

Carotid endarterectomy procedures were uniformly identical among patients. Intra-arterial pressure was monitored continuously throughout the endarterectomy, conducted under general endotracheal anesthesia. To achieve an activated clotting time (ACT) of 190 to 250 seconds, intravenous heparin was given before carotid cross clamping. A conventional endarterectomy was done after the intraluminal shunt was placed for preventative purposes.

Tacking sutures were seldom employed to close the gap in the distal intima. The arteriotomy was completed using a polypropylene suture and a Dacron or BP patch angioplasty. Before the incision was closed, a drain was placed and taken out the following day. After surgery, all patients kept taking their antiplatelet drugs as prescribed. Mortality and complications during surgery, such as bleeding in the neck or brain, were documented.

Conclusion

Compared to prosthetic patches, bovine pericardium patch provide some benefits, including increased biocompatibility, less suture line bleeding, and probably lower infection rates. Due to its many benefits, bovine pericardium is routinely used in carotid endarterectomy.

I’ll start my theories with this one, focusing on the Land where the gems live.

It’s said to be the only island on the entire world. It’s shape designs clearly that’s a meteor crater, probably the last one since it doesn’t seems to have been hit by others or any sign of destruction caused by another impact, but it’s just speculation here.

We don’t know with what frequence the meteors hit the Earth, but it’s probably a meteor shower of great importance, very similiar to the one that caused the K-T event, also called the Cretaceous-Tertiary extinction. You know, when the dinosaurs died, but stretched on a larger amount of time, since sedimentary rock was capable of deposit from one impact to the other. On the rock in the Beach of the Beginning, 6 layers of sedimentary rock can be seen. 

It means years, at least. So, how many year passed from one impact to the other? centuries? millennia? We can’t know. 

We know what is it (an impact crater), but how long ago it happened? Some real life examples can help here.

The shape of the Land is very, very similiar to the Vredefort dome in South Africa, both as impact type and as erosion.

Vredefort dome is one of the oldest impact craters on Earth, estimated to be 2 billion years old, and one of the largest, originally having a diameter of roughly 300 km (190 mi). It shrinked to 70 km (43 mi) and lost half of his original circle, thanks to erosion.

Vredefort Dome and the Land are very similar, the shape being mirrored.

Vredefort Dome is a ringed crater, meaning it has concentric rings and not only a single circle, just as the one of the Land of the Lustrous, and it’s caused by a massive impact. One very clear example is the Valhalla crater on Callisto.

In my opinion, the Land was enormously wider than the one we see now, in the recent event of the manga and the anime. The more the crater shrinked and eroded, the more the crater is old. Usually, an erosion like that can take at least a billion years. This teory would also explain why the island is so flat: no mountains if not little hills seen sometimes in the background. They eroded.

Ok, so we kinda said the impact could be 1 GA (billion years) before the event in the manga or before, but can we be a little more specific? Yes, actually.

The first Gem to be born is Red Diamond.

Diamonds often forms under the great pression of a meteor impact, and they take roughly from 1 to 3.3 GA to form completely, on average 1.8 GA. 

The info overlaps with the one of the erosion!

But we still don’t know how many years Red Dia was born before this generation of gems, and we have no clue to know. Or we do..?

Carbonado is the type of diamond that takes the most amount of time to form, 3.3 GA. And Bort is the last diamond to be born on the Land.

As Phos’ agate legs are not really agate, Ghost Quartz is not really a phantom quartz and Jade is not really a jade, can Bort not be a bort, but a carbonado?

The mineral bort, or industrial diamond, is a simple diamond that cant be used for jewellery, be the size, the shape, the crystalline structure inside the mineral or the dark (metallic, black or brown) colour or the opacity, but it’s a normal diamond in its physical properties. Ballas bort (from “ball”) it’s more similiar to the Bort character we know, since ballas is a ball-shaped diamond, spherical and stronger and tougher than the gem quality one but always crystalline.

Carbonado is another story: polycrystalline and porous, it’s the is the toughest form of diamond. Just like Bort, and just like the character is the one that forms last, the youngest diamond.

So, Bort is probably born 1 or 2 GA after Red Dia, and Bort themself, in the present of the manga, it’s not even 1000 years old. It’s a lot of time, but the erosion on the Beach of the Beginning, shown in the present and at the time of the birth of Red Dia, is unequivocal, and not only of the rock itself.

The coastline is eroded, too. At the birth of Red Dia, the Beach wasn’t a beach at all. So the idea that Red Dia is born so many years before this actual gems generation is not that crazy. I hope.

So, my conclusion is that the last impact event, the one that formed the Land, happened between 3 or 4 GA before the events of the manga.

And this HUGE time frame would explain why there is no other islands or craters, too!

Craters on our Earth are found only on the mainland and never in the ocean. Why? Because the oceanic crust, the tectonic plate where the oceans lie, is heavier and thinner than the continental crust, and often subdues under another crust lighter and bigger than it and melts in the mantle. 

The subduction happens frequently with the oceanic crust, and it’s always replaced by new oceanic crust. If the other islands were on a oceanic crust that was being subdued, they are completely gone. 

But, maybe, the hope is not all lost. Not at all. Probably there is, at least, one other land, at the exact antipode of the world.

As said before, the type of crater left is a multiple ringed one, and that type of crater is the symbol of a very violent, stronger-than-normal impact, that causes a leak of the mantle at the antipode of the planet, called mantle plume. A thing similiar to an hot spot then, maybe a volcano! Volcanoes are famous to give birth to a lot of minerals. Maybe another island of gems?

My conclusions are:

the Land is an huge impact crater, eroded by years

it’s probably 3 or 4 billion years old

there could be another island in the dark side of the earth we didn’t see.

Can Black Holes Cause an Apocalypse?

The world may not have ended on December 21, 2012, but that does not mean it won’t end at all. So what will be the force that will disperse this robust system of ours, rendering all forces including gravity obsolete, and forcing the sun and planets out of their orbits?

The universe contains billions of heavenly systems that travel interdependently in a perfect and harmonious fashion. What could be the obvious cause or force that could disrupt this great arrangement, deorbit the stars and planets, and make every other force ineffective including gravity? If we ponder upon the verses of the Holy Qur’an, “When the sun is folded up (and darkened). And when the stars fall (losing their luster)” (At-Takwir, 81:1−2), “And when the heaven is torn away (with all the truths becoming manifest)” (At-Takwir, 81:11) with our current cosmological advances, will Black holes be the cause that will likely destroy the Sun and even devour the light of stars so that they are unable to function?

Black holes are considered to have the potential to cause a universal apocalypse. It seems plausible that with such gravitational power of Black holes, mountains would be casted away, and magma displacement via volcanic eruptions could lead to major earthquakes. There are a couple of recent geologic studies pointing out the possibility that the gravity of the sun and moon play a role in development of earthquakes. The 7-8 meter rise in seas and 35-40 cm rise in land caused by lunar and solar eclipses are considered to be a possible factor among many factors that triggers an earthquake. Earthquakes of 12-15 Richter scale magnitude can occur because of the gravitational force of Black holes. The biggest earthquake ever recorded was of 9.2 magnitude; such that if it happens again, it can lead to a major catastrophe in a very short time.

Let’s not forget that we are residing on a globe filled with fire in its center. Gases that make up the atmosphere are held only with help of planetary gravity. One of the forces that will boil all the waters away and let all the gases escape the planet could be Black hole gravitation. The air in our atmosphere and resulting “air pressure” can be destroyed by Black hole gravity. Oceans would start boiling violently and then might evaporate off the planet. In this case, living things would suffer severe structural damages since all life forms are composed mostly of water (~70%). That is why astronauts wear a special space suit filled with air made up of normal atmospheric pressure when they leave the atmosphere. We should also keep in mind that trillions of heavenly bodies (asteroids, meteors, and comets) located in the two asteroid belts (Orion and Kuiper) may be freed from their gravitational control by the vacuum impact of the Black hole, causing colossal cosmic collisions.

The disruption of gravitational balance

There is a sensitive relationship between the elements of the universe, such as electromagnetic, nuclear forces and an apocalypse may result from a disruption of these.

According to the general relativity theory, the time-space plane can be rolled or wrinkled up like a paper. The gravitational force of black holes can cause the displacement of stars which are interconnected through weak web of attractions. As if a piece of net takes a specific shape when loaded with heavy objects, the web of space-time, also known as the cosmos, could be distorted and even torn apart by black holes with their infinite mass “sitting” in it. This is a characteristic of black holes. A possible explanation for this might be that via elimination of common physical laws, the black hole region could become the gateway to metaphysical dimensions. Cosmos of space and time is described as strong-built, fracture-free in the Qur’an; “You do not see any fault or incongruity in the creation of the all Merciful. Look yet again: can you see any rifts?” (Al-Mulk, 67:3). However, in verses about the apocalypse, cosmic fractures that will occur is constantly repeated; “Day will come, land to be transformed into another, skies to be converted into others” (Ibrahim, 14:48)”On the day when the earth is changed into another earth, and the heavens (also)” (Abraham, 14:48), ”And the sky split asunder, and so, on that day it will be most frail” (Al-Haqqah, 69:16), and “The sky will cleft open thereby” (Al-Muzzammil, 73:18). We can conclude from these verses that new heavens would be created from these “fractures.”

The way that doomsday will actually take place is in the knowledge and control of Our Creator who executes these acts and maintains the order of the universe. Approaches and conclusions made with current physical and cosmic sciences will enable a better understanding of the verses related to doomsday.

The Sun rising in the West and the apocalypse

Can a comet or a planet change the direction of the earth’s rotation by colliding with it? Can the earth change direction and start to rotate from East to West instead of West to East? A catastrophic event like this may cause colossal destruction and end the lives of many organisms. As a matter of fact, a comet impact in recent years was detected to slow down the rotational speed of planet Jupiter.

Venus is a mysterious planet on many levels. For example it rotates in the opposite direction compared to other planets. Sun rises in the West on Jupiter. Dense rock and dust layers of Venusian atmosphere is theorized to be formed as a result of a collision, and because of this collision, it is thought to have started spinning in the opposite direction. A day in Venus is longer than a year. In other words Venus revolves around the Sun faster than it rotates around itself.

Bediuzzaman Said Nursi explains the sun rising in the West rather metaphorically as follows:

“While God knows best, the Qur’an, which is in effect the intellect of the earth, will disappear from its head at the end of time and, as a result, the earth will go mad. With Divine leave, it will collide with another planet and its rotation will be reversed. Through Divine Will, its journey from west to east will be reversed from east to west, and the sun will start to rise in the west. Truly, if the gravity of the Qur’an, which is the firm rope of God that binds the earth to the sun and the ground to the Divine Supreme Throne, is broken, the tether holding the earth will come unfastened. The earth will consequently become dizzy and deranged: on account of the reversal of its usual motion, the sun will rise in the west. Through its collision with another planet, Doomsday will begin at the Divine command.” (The Rays, p. 365)

Whichever way the earth comes to an end, even if the universe is not destroyed by an external destructive event, an apocalypse is foretold as something that will eventually happen with some mind-blowing descriptions in the Qur’an. What science speaks of black holes and other astrophysical possibilities in the universe seems to confirm these descriptions:

When the sun is folded up, and when the stars fall, and when the mountains are set moving. (At-Takwir, 81:1-3)

When heaven is cleft open, and when the stars fall in disorder and are scattered, and when the seas burst forth. (At-Taqwir, 81:1-3)
