#impromptu medical care

Treating an injury in an impromptu environment where proper medical help is unavailable. Whumpee having to grit their teeth through a messy wound cleaning without painkillers or sedatives. They're fighting unconsciousness, nearly passing out from the pain as caretaker begs them to stay awake.

The only place to treat wounds, in my humble opinion :)
