Hi! So sorry I haven't replied and this will probably be a shorter ask because I may forget some things. I'm so glad you had a great time and enjoyed all of your shows and I really enjoyed reading about them and your opinions and experience! 🩷
Omg CATS was your favorite!? Lol I do like it amd some of the songs are good and catchy..I did like seeing the dancing up close when I saw it on tour too. How do the songs work..was it still the same musical with songs and costumes just with more sophisticated ballroom dancing? Or was it more like drag glam costumes or something and what about the makeup..no whiskers? lol. I'm kinda confused how that would work but Im glad it worked and you enjoyed it so much. It seems really fun audience environment and energy throughout. What was Memory like since it's a slower song? Or even the staging..it doesn't really have a lot of staging sets so I'm curious about that. However I guess it would or might be similar to the Cabaret environment and staging and with audience interaction too I guess so maybe it could work if they wanted to stage it again but I'm not sure. What do you think of the new Cabaret leads btw? I thought she didn't really look the part at first but I saw some photos and would be interested in hearing audios. I also don't know how she will be in it while doing press for Moana 2 though. I used to be a fan of Adam Lambert and love his voice and think he could amp up the craziness of the Emcee's antics or be similar to Alan Cumming. Emma Stone will always be the perfecly marvelous Sally stunt casting to me though.
Romeo and Juliet with Rachel Zegler is also opening soon and I am super curious about that. It's apparently a play but has some music from Jack Antonoff? Is it not songs..idk which is a shame cuz I love her voice and I loved her as Maria In West Side so I think it could be good. I only brought it up now cuz that also seems like some kind of modern reimagining like what CATS or Cabaret tried to do but not similar at all or is it just that they updated from Shakespeare language probably.
Anyway the Notebook number two! Love the url change btw!!! I loved reading about the staging and will hopefully see it on tour even though this cast seemed pretty amazing so I'm happy for you! But I think it's so special the show means that much to you. I didn't know all 3 actors or versions were on stage during that time though...that's so cool. Is it always like that in other scenes or just for I Wanna Go Back? I'm sad its closing and I'm not sure why it didn't last longer. Reading what you wrote and how you described it right down to the rain scene reminded me of how I actually feel about the Outsiders too. Like about the music not being really Broadway but it just fits the show so well and makes so much sense. That show is also emotional and resonates with a lot of people and both shows are based on popular movies and I love how the shows are so different from them too. My Days reminds me or has the same message sort of as Stay Gold. Both shows make me nostalgic too..idk if it's cuz of the movies though. Idk if I ever asked you how you felt about it compared to the movie though. Were you a big fan of the movie and nervous about the adaptation? I knew Ingrid Michaelson would probably make it good but I didn't imagine it would turn out so well. Even hearing about adding another young version instead of two made it seem so different but now it's just like it expanded the story or message compared to just comparing it to the movie if that makes sense. I know some of the cast talked about that but moving it to the 1970s instead of the 40s kinda still confuses me if you could expand on that? I think I read that somewhere but I could be wrong.
Also..I'm sorry for mentioning Outsiders again there cuz you haven't read it or listened and I'm afraid you won't like it cuz it's the popular musical but I do agree with Newsies similarities cuz of the fans and popularity, brotherhood theme, and the relationship is sort of similar. They also both have hot leads lol but that's all I'll say and not in a fangirl way or anything, but I do love the whole cast and think they're so talented. I think it's popular for a good reason though so I hope you love it. Its like a mix of Grease, West Side Story and Newsies to me so if you love those shows you'll hopefully like it. I know people have problems with the music though and that's kinda it's own thing I guess. I may be biased cuz the book, story and movie already mean a lot to me too. I hope you don't mind this part and that it doesn't come off as annoying and not pressure. Also maybe the Newsies comparison only makes sense to me. I once compared Moulin Rouge to Hadestown and how Hades was sort of like the Duke and the whole forbidden love can't be together mixed with the tragic ending haha. But now I think Gatsby is a pretty close comparison to Moulin Rouge plot and show vibes wise with actual similar kind of music. I'm so sorry you didn't get to see Hadestown! I would've loved to hear about Jordan Fishers performance but I have seen some clips aIready. I hope you feel better from the migraines by now and well rested!
Omg I'm sorry Aaron seemed like such a disappointment the night you went! That really sucks especially wanting to see him live. Do you think actors should just call out at that point or did you still enjoy it? How was Roxanne? I always wonder how much of a show is just on autopilot after doing it so much but I also understand actors can just have an off night vocally too and I think I would be sort of disappointed to have an understudy since I could only see it once so I hope it was still good! Im glad you enjoyed JoJo's performance at least. I can't remember if you've seen the show live before or not. I'm also happy about the new cast and would like to hear John Cardoza since I'm familiar with his voice now.
Oh Mary seems like a good time and funny show but I do get what you mean about only needing to see it once. I'm sure I would at least enjoy it but there is just so many shows to see but I do like hearing more about it. I hope maybe they'll post more clips so I could see the humor. I do like Conrad Rica more too.
I've only seen the movie version of Once Upon a Mattress but I bet the stage version isn't so different and I'm familiar with it and the story in general as and I only remember a few songs. I think Sutton Foster singing Shy would be good though and it would be a fun less serious show in between.
I did listen to Stereophonic and enjoy the music so much! Bright and Masquerade are so catchy and I still sing them all the time or they get stuck in my head. I also knew it was similar to Daisy Jones too and that reminds me I still never watched, read or listened to all the music of it yet. I kinda forgot about it whoops. It was probably one of my favorite cast albums I listened to as far as the music staying with me. I was more curious about what you felt about how long the show was, or felt? Did you think some could be cut? What were the mood of most scenes..arguments or something else? I just don't know how it would be over 3 hours but I guess there is some songs to break it up. Is that why it was lower in your list or just you were tired and is it pretty similar to watching a musical or not at all?
Wow this is probably hella long so now I will reply and continue in a part 2!!!
my beloved pink heart anon i need you to know that i always smile whenever i see you in my askbox but i did in fact chuckle when you said this would be a short ask and i got three messages 🤍
i know! i was surprised too that cats: the jellicle ball was my favorite — i was actually getting coffee with an old friend this week and she asked me about my trip and the shows i saw she was just so shocked when i told her that because everyone knows just how much i dislike the original work. i think there are some songs that are cut or some are sped up a little? i don't remember them doing the awfull battle of the pekes and the pollicles, at least? i don't know how familiar you are with ballroom culture (would recommend watching paris is burning if you're interested!) but it was really just staged as a competition! the stage itself was very minimal, but very, very cool — basically just a cat walk and then the "cats" (humans in the ballroom community who called themselves cats) would strut + dance. there was a screen and they would project like, what category of the competition was going on and who the cats were, which was really neat! memory is a slower song and it's grizabella going up the staircase and it's just so gorgeous and touching. and yes! very immersive! actors would come around to grab props or would just interact with the audience depending on where you were sitting and it was so so fun!
i haven't been following this production of cabaret closely! but i've heard that people quite like adam and auli'i! i still have to watch the emma stone cabaret boot in full (sent with invisible ink, hanging my head in shame, etc). i've heard she's so good!!
r+j is so ... because like, obviously a play that has been around for hundreds of years cannot be spoiled. but also why is every element of the staging already spoiled for me? they haven't even been in previews for A WEEK and i'm seeing twitter videos and tweets everywhere. i'm (obviously) not anti-bootleg but i don't think that shows should be posted on twitter like that because it's not a concert!!! and filmers know what they're doing! audience members who are taking their phone out to film is just not it! it's distracting! it looks very cool — have seen people calling it brat summer r&j, and i do really like rachel zegler, rooting for her success always! very intrigued to see what people say of it once it opens/is a little more set in stone.
i loveeee shows that do a little more expanding/reimaginging of "classic" or "older" shows, like spring awakening deaf west, oklahoma 2019, gay oklahoma from 2018, cats: the jellicle ball, etc. i think it's amazing how much more depth can be added to shows just by direction, casting, and staging — even if not much in the original text itself has changed. like it is one of the things that makes me love musical theatre as an artform; how it's constantly growing and changing and improving and also the same.
for my beloved notebook: hehe thank you! and i managed to get sitpwgs (url) back so i can go back to it someday! we will see when! there are times where all three couples are on stage, or times where it's just young allie + middle allie/young noah + middle noah at the same time, and it's just really brilliant and beautiful, in my opinion. i'm really devastated that it's closing so soon, although have been expecting this just based on their abysmal numbers (same with water for elephants — been reading up on broadway's weekly grosses since i was in high school, and have a fair idea of what to expect by now). i really hope you're able to catch it on tour 🤍 i didn't particularly care for the book or the movie, but i really, really loved the musical! and i do enjoy ingrid's music — i do think the notebook's score works really well in the context of the show, not so much without it though. and yes! i thought it was still in the 40s too until i was making my most recent edit and realized it was actually in the 70s 😭. they changed it so the war that noah fights in is the vietnam war instead, and it is a lot more obvious in hindsight looking at the clothes/costumes!
please don't apologize for mentioning things! i always value what you have to say, even if i am not super well-versed in that subject yet! i've been getting back into the habit of setting monthly goals in terms of things to watch/read/listen to, and i think i'll get around to the outsiders next month. i definitely want to read it first (and maybe watch the movie first?) before listening to the cast recording. i really liked aaron's roxanne (it's always a treat, and he did the opt-up!); despite aaron's checked-out-ness he always sounds vocally great.
i really love john cardoza's voice, and i hope he has a wonderful, long lasting career. he is one of the most charismatic, talented actors i've seen in a hot minute. i wonder if oh mary will tour, and if so, i hope you get to see it! it's just delightful. i have a hard time conceptualizing what oh mary would look like without cole escola, without the current cast, just because they are so good.
i've never seen once upon a mattress and actually went in pretty blind — just vaguely knew that it was inspired by the princess and the pe — and i really liked it! that being said i am still confused about how old these characters are supposed to be. i hope they do a cast recording! i really really liked michael urie, he was so funny and charming in it!
did you see that stereophonic is getting sued? haha i literally turned to my friend after the show and was like how has this show not been sued yet. so i guess there it is. i love the music but the play itself is not my favorite. it feels SO long and that's part of it, i think — it's supposed to feel like it's dragging to encapsulate how much time they spent in the studio, etc. a lot of argument, a lot of tension. it was lower in my list because i was just miserable watching it, actually — i had a really bad migraine, the sound quality was weird (the music was very loud, the actual speaking parts weren't that loud), it was just long and i felt like i was going to pass out at any moment haha. so mostly a me thing and not a stereophonic thing! i do think if i was feeling a bit better, i probably would've loved it more!
my wrists have been aching a lot lately (yay tendinitis) so it may take me a little longer to reply to the other messages but 🤍 love you! hope you're doing well!

its crazy how many of my previous interests have just been enveloped by cowboys. it feels like every game i was into, besides like valve, rdr2 overshadows in every way.
overwatch? i mostly liked it because the characters were generic archetypes i could project onto and make my own. rdr has that but with more depth. theres still more meat to chew on but theres also still plenty of space for you to write in your own details. its honestly apalling. cole cassidy vs arthur morgan is just hydrogen bomb vs coughing baby and somehow coughing baby is coming out on top. spit on that man arthur give him tb make him feel like a reeeeal cowboy
borderlands? at least 90% of my interest in borderlands was because of jack and i wont even kid you it all stems from him. but now ive got an even more interesting lying backstabber whos abusive to his kids. dutch is literally just better to me in every possible way. i still think jack is fun but dutch is just....... better. it feels like literally everyones relationship with dutch is on the level of complexity of jack and tim or jack and angel. hell id argue some of them are even more complex than the most interesting one in borderlands, whatever you think that may be. rdr2 is also somehow more anticapitalist and antifascist haha
every time i wanna play a bethesda rpg its just in my head how racist it is. how it coos at you if you wanna side with fascism and racism, tells you that "mm well. this isnt _good_ but you should have the freedom of choice!!" like. sorry i cant play skyrim anymore i start thinking about how this series jerks off genocide at every turn and hollowly says we dont think its bad. but youre never allowed to see the oppressed's perspective. even if you choose to play as an argonian or khajiit you dont even experience fuckin racism man. at least in rdr2 i can look at the pepple who idolize micah n dutch and go "are you stupid?" because the game literally in no uncertain terms tells you these are bad bad bad people. the game tells you time and time again that everything, war, death, colonization, illness, starvation, is awful. it constantly points at all of this, it HAS to show you just how awful the victorian united states were because it was BAD. and it doesnt shy away from this. and then you have skyrim where every great historical figure in it is constantly jerked off for genociding millions of elves or beast races. there are so many stories about religious oppression but how am i supppsed to care when literally everyone is fine with wiping out entire races of people. the elder scrolls isnt nearly as humanizing as rdr2. in rdr2 you can really feel for some of the characters who have shitty biases and awful morals because one of the core messages of rdr2 is how everyone is human. everyone is a living human person with relationships and feelings and thoughts and death is bad. death is really really bad it fucks you up!!! so you can see these characters and sympathize with them, to a degree. even with the ones you actively want dead, it feels. human. the hatred of micah in me is so vitriolic because of how much death hes caused. i only value his life so little because of how little he values life as a whole, his own and other peoples. you want to kill the bigots because they hurt people. meanwhile in skyrim youre told to kill the bandits and youre not allowed to even think about what their lives couldve been like. theyre just bad guys. no other reason. and when there is another reason it doesnt matter. you slaughter them all the same. UGH sorry mgmmhkgkfngndn ive really stopped liking tes recently. cicero is still my babygirl but like. im prolly just gonna steal the dark brotherhood at this point and stick them in something else i cant do this. a lot of this applies to most fallout games too btw. new vegas excluded sorry that im basic but its made me actually feel things for the characters i talk to. its great at humanizing people. oh also rdr2s open world is infinitely better than anything bethesdas put out ever. im sorry its just literally flat out better
idk im trying to think of other games i used to like but theres not a lot others i can directly look at in comparison to rdr2 and say "well. the cowboys game provides everything i like from this one and more. theres no point anymore"
#learned all that elder scrolls lore for NOTHING#memorized tftbl for NOTHINGGG#i jest#but like. idk if its just the hyperfixation or bad experiences with the other games#i just cant bring myself to care period#tf2 is safe at least#its half tempting to find a new url for this blog....#also no other game has made me as invested in real life history#rdr2 made me more comfortable with death. with learning about brutal history n stuff#some of this stuff hurts to learn about. it should and thats normal and not the end of the world

my honest opinions of the ac games (theres only 4 good ones)
AC1: you cant pay me money to play this i do not care dude nothing in this interests me because of the mechanics in it. the only things i like from this game are maria and malik and calling altaïr altaïqueer other than that i dont give a shit.
AC2: not good. hype not deserved. combat system sucks as well as the parkour and thats like the selling point of the games.
Brotherhood: same as above; not good/hype not deserved. stalking isnt sexy btw.
Revelations: the only ezihoe game i "liked" but even then i just really hate ezio, id rather play as sofia.
Chronicles: i dont have a desire to play them though i do consider the china one. only problem is guess what fucking bitch is in it.
AC3: as an american the main story is the most boring thing ever. running around in the homestead and frontier is the only part that is good. the naval combat is dog shit.
Liberation: i cannot tell you what happens in the story. i have played this maybe four times. i dont remember anything but the beginning and end. it was fun to explore but the audio in the game is just bad. i think this would be cool as like a pixel game.
AC4 Black Flag: i still have dreams about this game. the story is very good and all of the side characters aside from burgess and cockram have their own rememberable characteristics. graphically its beautiful ecen on ps3 and with some really unconventionally attractive characters. the side content isnt overwhelming and the hacking is a nice change of pace from battling ships and taking forts. its genuinely super well balanced and edward is a relatable character. i would prefer more equality with the clothing on the male/female assassins since. well. either make them both whores or both prudes. but other than that its a great game, the naval combat isnt hard it just takes a few battles to practice. also you can play this game without any other prior ac experience, i know this because i did and i loved it on the first play through. ever since then every other ac game is disappointing aside from Syndicate and Origins.
Freedom Cry: if you so much as try to argue that this isnt worth playing i'll kill you. if you play r*gue and dont consider playing this i genuinely believe you are racist. playing AC4 i think that FC is mandatory after it. this is the only expansion i condone spending money on. im not spoiling anything. play the fucking game.
R*gue: its racist. i said what i said.
Unity: you know when pretty people have no personality? okay but now make that a game. i will reblog gifsets of this game but no. i will not play it again. also?? theyre not even french theyre british you tellin me a canadian company couldnt get french VAs?
Syndicate: literally so easy so stupid i love it. i feel so good at video games when i play it. i recommend it to people a lot because its "inclusive" (i feel more indian people wouldve been nice. also a lot of the women are just evie 2) and its easy to relate to either jacob or evie. the story isnt that great but its fun to follow along with anyway and the side content isnt super overwhelming. i love how gross they made london look its a great touch.
Origins: i also recommend this one. basically i only recommend AC4, FC, Syndicate, and Origins. i find the drama of this one real good, its a revenge story that is compelling especially if you have a kid or have dealt with child loss. the second game to ever make me shocked after a death (first was ac4 with thatch). i also love the fights with the gods and i really love the african biome and i think its super overlooked in media, i think more rpg games set in african-esque areas would be cool. honestly the only thing that keeps me from playing this game over is i always get busy halfway through a playthrough. also that one elephant mission terrified me. i think about kensa and khaliset and taharqa and shadya a lot.
Odyssey: when it comes down to it this game is boring. idk what you want me to say its really boring. lgbt cash grab. way overhyped, its not that interesting and theres just too much in the game. it suffers from prioritizing quantity over quality. sure theres some great lines in the game and a few okay characters but a lot of if not all the characters are one dimensional and bland, as well as the movements and facial expressions. i think the ac franchise shouldve been wrapped up in origins, this wouldve worked better alone.
Valhalla: ugh where to begin... i couldnt even get halfway through this game. this is just Skyrim without the dragons and todd howard. and what is Skyrim without todd? boring and uneventful, apparently. why on earth are we able to change history so much in a game franchise that was originally about reliving history? just make the main character a woman if theyre supposed to be one, like in odyssey, the "having an option to be a man" is so fucking stupid. if being a female character makes AAA games unsellable riddle me Horizon Zero Dawn and Tomb Raider. this should have been a spin off game or a stand alone project.
anyway, those are my thoughts. no, i will not being playing any new ac games. at this point the only ac games i dont have blocked in my tag sections are black flag, liberation, origins, and syndicate (and unity but thats because i do enjoy looking at it. pretty but no personality, like i said).
if youve never played an AC game before, the only ones you should play if youre interested are black flag, freedom cry, syndicate, and origins, in that order or with syndicate first, though seeing as freedom cry and origins are very heavy games having a stupid one in the middle can help balance the anger and tears.
for those that have played ac games, obviously this is my opinion and you may have other opinions, but i dont honestly care, no arguing that 'actually blah blah is a good game' on this post im not gonna listen, make your own post ♡. im pretty fed up with most of the stuff that comes out of the franchise anyway.
at the end of the day, play what you want and dont ;) pirate the four ac games i recommend if you are interested in them that would be sooo bad haha ;).
#i talk#assassins creed#ubisoft#but no really if youre gonna say something about my opinion being wrong homie... you wont change my mind ♡#ive got six years of game design under my belt. i know a bad game when i play one#feel free to agree with me and hate on the ezio games though :)

some little additions to the ep 5 endings for low brotherhood
oh this post is going to hurt but i’m doing it anyway. these are just some brainstorms on tweaks to the endings bc for the most part, they all come off as high brotherhood, which is fine for me tbh bc i have never played a LB route cause im Soft™️. but i’m also Curious™️ and thought up some variations that couldve been made for people that did have a LB playthrough
these are mostly tiny changes. nothing too major bc like in canon, i think morality having the highest affect on Cross vs. Surrender is fine, but it would’ve been kinda cool if the epilogues had been tweaked a little to reflect brotherhood also. so possible tweaks i thought of is basically what this post is about.
here’s some:
redemption
(sidenote: okay i said the changes were mostly little and i promise they are. this ending specifically tho just has the most significant ones i’ve made by adding in like 2 extra scenes. but that’s really it)
in this ending things are the same when they reach the road block, including daniel tearing up, until sean says “you’re my brother”. they do not exchange i love yous nor hug or touch foreheads. sean goes straight to “and i know it’s gonna be alright” while keeping an outstretched arm on daniel’s shoulder. daniel also goes straight to his “how do you know”. the car scene plays out the same from then on except without hugging. they mostly stay separately in each other’s seats.
daniel doesn’t panic and jump to his feet when the police start walking sean to the car. he stands up resigned and watches sadly but quietly. sean doesnt say anything as he gets in the car but does look back at daniel before they pull off
in the collage, there is still a picture of daniel visiting sean in prison, but they don’t hug and just speak tensely across from one another.
daniel doesn’t come on the day of sean’s release, karen is the only default. now, like lyla, daniel is a determinant. (imagine if they were all determinant and even karen didn’t come meaning sean could get out of jail with nobody in the world caring about him jesus christ) there’s a scene with sean afterwards visiting daniel’s apartment. when daniel opens the door, he’s shocked and slams a palm to his forehead, clearly having forgot sean’s release date.
there’s small polite smiles on their faces as they greet each other at the door, but sean never makes it past the front steps. their conversation is brief before daniel gestures that he actually was walking out and has to go. they say their goodbyes with a casual hug (quick back slap) before daniel hops in his car using his power and pulls off with sean watching.
sean still goes back to their first campsite but alone. it mostly plays out the same where he still cries, but with no comfort, and then drives away towards the right after taking one last look at the trail
the epilogue ends with daniel stepping out of his car and approaching faraway friends that he waves to. they’re drawn vague and out of focus to save on production costs (don’t worry dontnod i gotchu). the angle of the scene shifts so it looks like daniel is walking off towards the left
summary (1/2) -> sean took the heat in order to let daniel have a childhood in america. and he succeeds in this, but because their relationship was poor, during his incarceration their bond practically turns to dust. daniel gets a childhood, but sean loses his own and his brother in return
summary (2/2) -> sean still wants some kind of relationship with his brother, but its awkward and distant. daniel does not hate sean. he holds some semblance of polite respect for him bc in his HM!eyes sean “did the right thing” at the end of their journey. but overall, they are not that close and are more like acquaintances who just worked on a group project one time.
blood brothers
sean doesn’t say “be careful” before daniel gets out the car. just “you know what to do”
they don’t hold hands after daniel’s massacre. daniel just stares out the window while sean focuses ahead
(after the 6 years) when sean backs into the garage and daniel sees he’s being held at gunpoint, daniel doesn’t do anything at first. he doesn’t even move forward to get a better look. he simply watches the scene play out until the gang members notice he’s there, bc sean keeps glancing his way, and they begin to threaten him too. that is when he uses his powers.
sean giving daniel a pat on the shoulder? yeah in this LB version it’s now a shove. he noticed that daniel did not have his back. daniel just shrugs.
he still heads out to their patio and takes a seat. the scene is angled so that the player sees sean over daniel’s shoulder think about joining him, wanting to go smoke, with their dad’s lighter already out so we still see it. but he instead waves his hand dismissively and turns back into the shop.
daniel stares out towards the beach alone.
summary -> they gain freedom and escape to mexico, but their relationship is empty. there’s no polite respect, but there’s no outright animosity either. it’s just….. empty.
lone wolf
daniel doesn’t say the “it’s my turn to take care of us” line (omg it was so good tho). it’s now smthg along the lines of “i won’t let you stop me here after all this”
when saying the “we made it” set of lines, he’s still happy but also boastful, ready to hold it over sean that he was right
he doesn’t cry. instead of sobbing over the death of his brother, he is more shocked bc of how unexpected it is. he still calls out for sean’s name frantically, but does not get distraught afterwards. instead of leaning onto sean’s arm like he does in canon, after it sinks in that sean’s dead, he only grimaces while sitting uncertainly in his seat
the pictures stay the same
when sitting on the beach and looking over the ocean, he is not drawing in sean’s journal. he still has a small smile on his face but we also see him taking swigs of the beer can(?) here instead of later
also instead of a teardrop tattoo, he has a tattoo of 3 dots. the teardrop has several meanings, including death of a loved one or crime affiliation. but bc a lot of players interpreted it as being a tear for sean, then i think it’s preferable to just not have it in the LB version at all to avoid confusion and just have him with the 3 dots to make it clear it’s solely part of the gang/crime lifestyle
(moving on) daniel heads over to sean’s memorial and it is absolutely not as decorated as it is in canon. there is only 1 candle and no plants. the brick is still there but instead of a cross, it’s just a hastily laid single wooden plank with sean’s name scribbled down it. there’s no eye patch. the only thing of sentimental value there is their dad’s lighter.
daniel doesn’t sit, he stands looking at the memorial while drinking his beer. he realizes it’s empty tho and lazily litters the can beside sean’s memorial before turning to walk off and as he does he sees the gang.
most of their interaction plays out the same, but while daniel’s walking away instead of sparing the group, it’s clear he kills them as they are all unmoving, us seeing the dude with the gun flop to the ground over daniel’s shoulder. this change is bc personally i interpreted daniel sparing them as a sortve homage to sean’s high morality in this route. as in he’ll still do what needs to be done to survive, but will try to kill as little as possible out of respect for sean’s beliefs. so being as though daniel does not value sean as much in this LB version, he doesn’t care about that and kills them without thought.
summary -> for the most part, daniel still has the relatively content life he does in canon except, going by the now bare minimum memorial and littering, he doesn’t value sean’s memory nearly as much as he does in HB. sean’s death was ofc still a shock and smthg he still remembers, but it didn’t crush him like it does HB!daniel, and he honestly feels more annoyance than regret. in his LM!eyes, hes disappointed and thinks its a little stupid that sean wanted to switch gears at the border like that. he doesn’t hate him tho, he just sees sean as a disappointing memory.
parting ways
at the border daniel still cries, but instead of saying sorry to sean he says “i can’t do this sean. i have to go”, making it extra clear he’s not crying bc it’s the end, he’s crying bc of the damage he does not want to do.
he still says the “i hope you’ll be happy” line, but instead of being genuine it’s now full of disappointment with a twinge of bitterness
you know that quick angry facial expression he has before he’s walked off by the cops? WELL HOWDY IT DEFINITELY STAYS
the picture collage still shows him having a relatively happy upbringing with stephen, claire, and chris
when he’s on the phone at the reynolds’ and claire comes up to him, he’s still smiling and content. when he gets the letter with no sender name, his smile drops after taking the pic out and realizing who it’s from. the player doesn’t see yet tho. emphasis on 1 pic bc it’s not several like it is in canon/HB.
daniel rolls his eyes and with his power tosses the envelope & photo card (no sand btw) across the room so they land on a distant table. the camera zooms in on them and we finally see it’s of sean in mexico.
when claire comes back into the room, she halts seeing the mail and picks them up, glancing between them and daniel regretfully before sitting down
we go back to daniel and with arms crossed, he glances out at the tree in the yard for a brief moment before walking away
the scene stays focused on the tree and we still zoom out to the Wolf Brothers carving, except it has a not-recent slash cut through it
summary -> daniel gets a childhood in america and sean gets his freedom in mexico, but their relationship is destroyed. daniel doesn’t approve of sean’s final decision at all and holds little to no respect for him. sean sends the post card bc, like in redemption, he still wishes to hold some kind of relationship, but he doesnt try all that hard and doesn’t miss daniel that much to send several pics and a chunk of sand.
and so these were some of my ideas for low brotherhood endings! i tried to put them in order from most positive (minute respect) to most negative (outright disdain). i’d love to hear thoughts on this or if anyone wants to add to these, then that’s fine to! just don’t break my heart pls
#lexi plays lis2#life is strange 2#surprisingly my variations to the LW ending hurt the least#still messed up but my redemption & blood brothers tweaks just feel cold#and the parting ways one…. :(#lis2#lis 2

more nightmares about a horror book / movie named slosh. me n my mom in Vegas getting to shelter from a series of video game things that manifest after a game can scan prefrontal cortex (??) for people's fears. first nightmare earlier in the night was footage of the "game", black and white. I go into it after so i remember
my mom is driving like crazy through Vegas, there's some kind of huge monster attacking, meanwhile people are just manifesting in the streets harassing cars breaking windows, we keep dodging military barricades. drive past hotels on fire. run into a hotel and climb up a really narrow staircase into a boat until we're almost at the top and hear an announcement the boat is damaged so we scamper back down, another announcement of people "praising the Brotherhood" me knowing is a fallout ref but people thinking it's religious, we see a man in a trenchcoat through the glass doors at the entrance of the hotel, immediately we realize he had a bomb strapped to his chest, my mom and i begin running again. we're running up the stairs crawling on all 4s, there are these metal obstructions like tire spikes that im foldinh down w my hands, we get to a point where my mom can't go on and she says "wait, you need my 'dear mother'" which i guess is some kind of will signature? there are all these papers on the floor and she goes "no no not this pen, this is the one you like to use", it's an ink pen but it writes bolder than the ballpoint so i tell her to use it, she signs the tile floor then another paper in the wrong spot then i guess she gets my paper ? i don't remember, i woke up about that time, i don't know if i "survived" or didn't make it.
the first nightmare earlier in the night was about the same thing, it was footage from the game and looked like a cross between security camera footage and very glitchy VR, was in first person. there were video game elements like right clicking? to interact with an object, like at one point i remember moving a pitcher mitt to an instrument and it started playing it, but the vision was very low visibility and grainy and the music that came out was scrambled and so it sounded scary. there were people w elongated features standing motionless in rooms, all very dark and grainy vision. i woke up in the dream to a person standing in my room by my bed, then went to tell my mom IN THE DREAM about it. i saw her in my old house dining room which is always "my house" in nightmares. if i were able to lucid dream it would have tipped me off immediately that something was wrong. i was telling her i didn't know if i had watched the slosh (soft? sour? a name like that) movie but id definitely read the book because there was a part in the book i had to stop at (WHICH ENDED UP BEING MY FOLLOWING NIGHTMARE *BEFORE* THE THIRD ONE WHERE WE'RE RUNNING) and she was like "oh if you saw that then you definitely watched the movie". i woke up irl from that, peed, then went back to bed, where i then had the second part (of 3) of this same series of nightmares.
i don't remember a lot of it now, a lot of avoiding people in groups and twists and turns through a large metro area, both indoor and outdoor spaces (a lot like the Vegas strip now that i reflect on it). all i really remember about this part of the nightmare was a man "trying to help me" by dragging me in the floor by my arms, me in kind of sitting up position, and then another large (bad) man comes up and starts pushing me along by cupping me between my legs, groping hard and pushing hard into my pubic bone, and i can feel it burn and the pressure, and in the dream i wake up (!!!!! AGAIN) and throw the book aside, it's got a white cover with black 70s looking text, a word again like slosh or i think "Hover" (i think wordle right before bed might be destroying my brain a little), then tell my mom i knew i was reading it because i stopped at that part in the book and it's where i woke up from my nightmare (still having the nightmare btw as we're in my old house's dining room, but now it's daytime and i can see the pool through the backyard glass door).
then i woke up FOR REAL around 7am and fell back asleep to have the third part of the nightmare til waking up and punching it into my phone until just now.
anyway. lol. combination of wordle and talking about bird box last night i guess. back to having shitty dreams! i had a good run :'( my 3 week neurotypical streak broken!!!

im watching this video and this quote: “realism was never intended to just mean ‘humanity is a piece of shit.’ it was literally about highlighting the human experiences without supernatural or speculative elements” hit me on what i mean when i say i like 03 more for being more realistic and darker.
because i vehemently disagree with dark, gritty, humans bad = realistic and “more mature” by consequence. but i do say i like 03 better because it is these things. it’s darker, it’s grittier, and it shows more of the flaws of humanity than the idealism of brotherhood where those flaws and mistakes are more controlled by supernatural beings that the humans have to band together to destroy. in 03, the homunculi have roles in humanity’s mistakes, but they themselves were created by humans to begin with.
so why do i like 03 more for being darker and grittier (and yes, i find the story more mature, but not BECAUSE its dark and gritty) if i don’t agree that darker and grittier is inherently better?
and that quote i think is it. because to me, the realism of 03 is centered around the human experience. It’s a much more intimate story than fmab which has a widespread cast and world that it (very effectively btw) divides its attention across to tell a fantastic story. Fmab is an amazing story, but in the end, i prefer the intimate analysis of human experience story of 03 over the fantasy adventure tale of fmab. and just because it’s darker and grittier doesn’t mean that’s all it is. 03 is far far from the dark and depressing and miserable show people reduce it to (myself included, as i like to poke fun at its bleakness) it just feels that way in comparison to fmab because of their contrasting messages and endings. but 03 isn’t realistic because it’s darker, it’s more realistic because it examines aspects of humanity with less supernatural elements.
both have the feeling of optimistic nihilism, but fmab leans into the optimism, while 03 leans into the nihilsm. and to me, by addressing the nihilsm, it makes the optimism easier to hang onto. Fmab says nihilism and humans are tiny and weak and insignificant, but it ultimately contradicts that by having its characters face off against a larger than life villain and having an enormous impact on the world that most humans cant ever have. 03 says nihilism and humans are insignificant and it sticks true to that but it says “thats okay because you can make your life count and your experiences mean something to you and your actions have consequences as a part of the All so make good choices as the One etc etc.” its ending feels more faithful to its message of being a simple human. i believe ive shared a video about 03’s ending being “perfect” (i disagree and think fmab’s ending was better, but i definitely believe it had a great ending For Its Story) and that video covered why the less satisfying end better fits fma’s messages of being human.
long ass rant, but tldr: i like fma 03’s “realism” and the video i linked put a good definition on what that means to me, and 03’s overall messages and ending i think fit the themes about humanity mangahood was trying to present in a more grounded and realistic way (with less supernatural elements, with a very disturbingly human main villain, with supernatural elements being played much more as metaphors and even having real life parallels such as the philosophers stone being paralleled to a nuclear bomb, with the themes of race and genocide being more grounded and less idealistic etc) because the latter ends up contradicting itself and its themes of “just a tiny human” with a larger-than-life story and villain and characters
Edit: important to note that the video advocates for non cynical stories. it advocates for stories like fmab, and i am a huge supporter in more stories like those. with heroes who are just good to be good. with less cynical stories with cynical characters. it just happens that in fma’s case, because every story is case by case and and no matter its tone can be very well written, i do like fma 03’s takes better. The characters are more morally grey, and i would say the world/reality it presents is more cynical, but i never get the sense the characters or message are cynical. Ed even says something like “if thats the truth than i refuse to follow a doctrine of cynicism.” ed is less of a heroic role model than fmab ed, but he tries to be good. He tries to do the right thing and to stick to his ideals in a world that challenges them, and he fumbles sometimes but he’s always still a Good Person. And to me that’s more compelling than fmab ed who is undoubteldy The Hero. 03 is more hopeful in that it presents a harsh truth but advocates for not giving into it and continuing to live your best life in spite of it. That’s more “realistic” to me, without being cynical and depressing like realism in storytelling is often associated with, and thus, it resonates more with me. ((But this is just me talking about why i prefer 03, and isn’t accurately reflecting how great i think fmab is.))

oh yah the Brotherhood episodes I totally forgot about it! there was a scene where Noctis gave another chocobro all the veggies from his plate at a diner that's all I remember adhhdjdjdjshs *gives Prompto all the HP boost accessories* *9999 HP* I miss XV too 😭 I don't have the console to play it anymore tho I have the full Pocket Edition but it just isn't the same 😭 no sidequests and it's not really open world like the regular one and you can't really interact w chocobos or change their colours too 😭 and apparently there's a FFXVI coming out??? 👀👀👀 so curious
Yes haha fffhjgdsj Noct was like that till the end :,) boy did not like his veggies,,, and for the longest I didn’t know you could change the colours of the chocobos until I was watching a friend’s stream and i was dumbfounded lol I still have to go back and fully complete the game, I only got Noct and the bros till level 45-46 when I finished the story. I always had to keep prompto alive in battle man fhgddhj istg i used so many potions and elixirs on him alone 🥺
But oh no... do you have a pc ? You can always get the Windows edition! They’re always doing mods on chocobros and just in the game in general it’s so cool!! Btw, the pocket edition is so cute🥰, I’ve seen it but have never played it though
OH MY GOD ALSO I used to feel so freaking bad using summons on Noct because he used to say “it takes a lot out of me.” Afterward and while a summon was happening you could hear him grunting as if he was in pain I hated it but if I didn’t use it I was going to die and I did not want to go through a battle again😭 im horrible
Also yes!! FFXVI is happening!! It reminds me of XIV which makes sense cos the director of XIV is also in charge/helping with the game. The designs of the summons are so cool!! Ifrit looks awesome 🤩
#kaydne#answered💛#as u can see my ff nerd has decided to come out#but just makes me realise how much i love it <3

Thank you for the tag @kolchekyourweapons !!!!😍 okay let's see what i can bring out from my name regarding to songs i listen to🤔🤔🤔
Btw I LOVE WARDRUNA AS WELLL AAAAAA with Danheim, Gealdyr and Heilungg
Run for you Life ft. The Siege
I usually listen to this while working out. Last summer i -surprise surprise- ran while listening to this song. But i really love all Siege songs, they are just 😙👌 you can check them out
Enemy ft. Imagines Dragons
I FUCKING LOVE ARCANE!!! okay??🤣🤣 im obsessed with the charactets and the plot and how amazingly realistic are they -nobody is 100% good or 100% evil, they have flaws etc etc..- And this song just rezonates with me on so many level. Me too - needed and still need to be independent from people, knowing, in the end I am the only one who will matter and who will need to face life. Noone will be there permanently, even family is just a passing relationship. And of course with the "everyone betrays us" lol. As much as it seems too rough or trivial, I belive I can only trust myself completely.
Bőrönd from Carson Coma
So I'm not a big fan of our current musicians because i either feel like they are repetitive, always singing and talking about the mainstream "oh no love hurts baby" or they are just....reaaallyyy bad overal. BUT HOLY CRAP THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW HUNGARIAN BANDS I'M SO FUCKING PROUD OF!!! CARSON COMA. PERFECT. MAGNIFICENT! Their songs hold meaning, deel thoughts about how troubled can a person get with their everyday life, how fucked up our systems are, they hold a strong critique/opinions on specific things that i can only agree with. Bőrönd - as you can see, a very fresh, recent song of theirs, but it just means so much to me, opens so many closed doors in my head. Everyone has their flaws and regrets, but you will overcome them. But only when you face and accept them as parts of yourself. KhmmmShAdOwWoRkKhmmm what i did sooo long ago🙈
Eyes of the Wolf from The Withcer Wild Hunt
Uhhhhhhhhh Witcher is my weakness. I read it, played it, suffered through the netflix show and i just deeply love the lore, the slavic atmosphere. Cd projekt red did a HELLA FUCKING GOOD job with the soundtracks i am obsessed with all. My inner slav -which exist deep down in my heart- is partying whenever i hear OY LAZARE LAZAREEE lmaoo
Kutya by Krúbi
Another stone hard critique on our system very vulgar very scandalous and this is why i love it and the musician. He is not afraid to voice his opinion - tho it can cost him his whole career here, sadly it is unfortunate to criticize the system...
But Krúbi is not afraid, calling out everything and everyone for their hypocrisy.
Love it, love him, keep going King👑
Assassin's creed 2 soundtrack/ Ezio's family by Jesper Kyd
It is no surprise my favorite-of-all-time mucis, songs are Assassin's Creed songs. This series, and the whole vibe, feeling it gives me is wonderful. I can't explain, they put me in another world. I have fond memories playing the OG Ac 1 and 2 when i was like...11 with my cousine, looking back, remember not wanting to see THAT bath scene from Brotherhood because i was litul and now what a hopeless, shameless whore I am🤣🤣🤣🤣aNyWaY back to the music: I adore the soundtracks, they ease me, calm me like no other music can.
Thank you for the opportunity to show my taste in music -it is just the tip of the iceberg muhahahahahaha- and with this, i could show some aspects of me, myself, moi, the crazy bitch that runs this hellsite. I am honored😌💖
Thee no préssüre taggos: @author-morgan @certifiedlittleshit @spacehuntress2 @itsme-wora @hysterialevi @fortunas-fool @sleeplessincarcosa
Spell Your Name in Songs
Thank you so much for the tag @yesitsloulou and sharing your song choices/story. This just made me realise how awkward my name is in regard to music I listen to, but it was also very fun! This might be a long one so please don’t feel obliged to read - at the very least just listen and enjoy the music if it’s your kind of thing :)
1) Kvitravn by Wardruna I love ALL Wardruna songs but this was one with a K that means something to me. I’ve loved Wardruna since I can remember but it holds a lot of connotations in regard to examples in my life where I’ve loved something but had no one to share it with - Wardruna is an example of this, because for so long it was just me listening and appreciating in my room when I was younger and having no one to talk to about it. I kept forcing Wardruna songs on others as recommendations but nobody really got it’ - that is until I met some new friends who love Wardruna as much as I do, and for me now this song (and all of them) just represent that feeling in recent years of me being able to listen to Wardruna and feel moved, and also a reflection of finding new friends along the way.
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhiUacGzIg8
2) I Want to Break Free by Queen
I have been a huge Queen fan my entire life, so for me Queen just represents growing up and especially my childhood with my mum because she’s also the biggest Queen fan, so for me it just represents sharing something with my mum and also growing up as a fan of rock music and blasting out Freddie Mercury in the car during drives together.
I Want to Break Free in particular just reminds me of all the times I’ve felt ‘trapped’ in my life and ‘freedom’ is certainly something important to me, especially in regard to relationships in the past where I’ve felt trapped and only finally feeling free in recent years.
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUOtCLOXgm8
3) Return to Skyhold from the Dragon Age Inquisition soundtrack
The Dragon Age franchise, and Dragon Age Inquisition in particular, is just one of my favourite things in the world and means so much to me. Inquisition holds a special place in my heart because it was the game I found/played first (my dumb ass doing it in the wrong order) and I’m just obsessed. I chose Return to Skyhold because Skyhold just feels like home to me. Every time I load up the game and walk around the castle, I’m in my happy place. Return to Skyhold just reminds me of going back there, time and again. Returning home.
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9lg0tfmv3I
4) Song of the Lonely Mountain by Neil Flynn
I could have chosen any song from the LOTR/Hobbit soundtrack and it would mean the same thing, but this one I particularly love. My dream came true a few years back when I went to New Zealand - and Hobbiton - for the first time, so this song just reminds me of driving around NZ blasting the LOTR/Hobbit soundtrack, and also hearing music from the movies being played whilst I strolled around Hobbiton in absolute awe.
Concerning Hobbits is THEE anthem for me/for this feeling, but unfortunately my name doesn’t have a C in it.
5) The Phantom of the Opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber
Music of the Night is my ABSOLUTE Phantom bop but again my name lettering just isn’t playing ball. I love every song from the show, and this one encompasses the show as a whole - it’s my absolute all time favourite show/musical, it just means something to me, and those of you who are getting to know me from my HoA posts will not be surprised to learn that the mask kink also plays a part too, obviously. I can listen to the soundtrack again and again and I will never tire, it just reminds me of my entire life (which sounds stupid, but I’ve been listening to it on repeat my entire life).
I’m linking to the Royal Albert Hall Performance (so spoiler alert) because this is my all time favourite performance/Phantom: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EGb4hj-EXt0
6) You’re Beautiful by James Blunt
This is going to sound like the cheesiest thing in the world, but I’m choosing this in honour of the House of Ashes fandom. This song has been added to the Jalim playlist and now all I can think of is this community when it plays. I’m choosing this now because you’ve no idea how much being part of this community and laughing at your posts or being moved by fan fic/artwork has just helped me mentally and made me happy. So this one’s for you: You’re Beautiful ;)
But also Salim and Jason can GET IT.

Hi I'm new to anime & I trust and admire u!!! What do u recommend??
Hey there! and yeeesss, i’m so glad you’re gonna give anime a try! there are so many good stories and plots in anime which dont exist in western media so it’s a great mode of entertainment! so as for recs, lemme copy and paste my previous list and update it to answer your question!
Currently watching:
Neon Genesis Evangelion - i admit it has a slow buildup but be patient because you will really find it intense and see how it’s not your typical mecca anime. so far, i think it seems to be a deconstruction of the genre and has alot of psychological themes
Boku no Hero Academia - it’s a recent anime and it’s really good! i think it’s on course to becoming a really big anime that will last many seasons at this rate. the story is about a world where majority of the inhabitants are heroes cause they have quirks (powers).. and the premise is that the main character doesnt have one but he wants to be a hero so watch and see how the story unfolds!
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures (currently on Stardust Crusaders) - macho anime with an excellent plot! the guys are hot haha and many of the memes are in japanese so watch the original subbed but if you prefer not to read, the dub isnt bad. it’s very memey but the story is really entertaining and has unpredictable moments
One Punch Man - a parody of a superhero anime. tbh this isnt really binge-watch material cause it’s like a running gag and the story unfolds after episode 5 so i’ve just been watching this during my cardio days in the gym. but it’s really funny and a good anime
Hunter X Hunter - this anime is popular and it’s about hunters. so the beginning has the protagonist wanting to be a hunter and then he meets some fellow hunters along the way. it’s one of the highest rated anime in MyAnimeList (the RottenTomatoes equivalent of the anime world) so yeah check this out!
Recently watched:
Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (Battle Tendency) - SONO CHI NO SADAMEEE JOOOOOOJOOOOOOOOOOOOOO the type of anime that’ll get you wanting to go to the gym and lift. that being said, it has a really amazing story
Shingeki no Kyojin / Attack on Titan - it’s the Game of Thrones of anime imo.. like it’s so GOOD.. it will just make you gag after every episode!!! it’s so intense and there are really badass characters. and the plot is really brilliant. like if you think season 1 was like WHAT THE FUCkk.. wait til season 2! this anime is crazy and exciting. not for the faint-hearted tbh cause it can be graphic and disturbing (also dont get attached. they could die!) but yeah, this anime is popular true and some say it’s overrated but that’s because it really deserves all the recognition and success it has for its amazing plot
Love Live! School Idol Project - i honestly just watched this like out of curiosity and just for kicks. i was not expecting to love it but after episode 3, i was like wait??? wasnt this anime supposed to be fun?? why am i crying?? so yeah, it’s super good, touching, entertaining and sweet! and the songs are really catchy and good.. TBH this anime is like so gay since there are no men (except Honoka’s dad) so yeah it passes the Bechdel Test with perfect score
Love Live! Movie - the conclusion to the anime!
Love Live! Sunshine - i watched this like a few months after finishing Love Live! cause i loved the original girls and i was worried i wont like these girls.. but honestly, you will appreciate them. and it’s EVEN GAYER.. and is soo good too!
btw tell me who your fave girls/best girls are after watching Love Live and Sunshine. my best girls are Umi Sonoda and Kanan Matsuura :>
Anime watched/finished:
Kimi no Na Wa - universally lauded and recently released! it’s the best film released in 2016 imo. i swear it’s really next level storytelling
Rurouni Kenshin - i think i watched this anime twice/thrice.. It’s so suspenseful. it’s about samurais. and this anime made me interested about Japan’s history. it’s kind of a period drama with amazing fight sequences. and it’s critically acclaimed. it’s my father’s all-time favourite anime
Rurouni Kenshin OVA - it’s a prequel. also more violent and tragic than its anime counterpart.. like it’s really different from the series. but it’s so good. you’ll find out how Kenshin got his iconic X mark from here!)
Ghost Stories - THE DUB IS A MASTERPIECE! THE SUBBED IS SHIT. TRUST ME. the DUB is the popular one too cause it’s the superiour version. You really have to see this one. the anime bombed in Japan so the english dubbers got all the rights for the anime and they gave the go signal for the dubbers to do whatever the fuck they want and the end result is fucking hilarious. it shits on the Scary Movie Franchise tbh
Puella Magi Madoka Magica - i swear do not be deceived.. it is a really intense and surprisingly dark anime with excellent plot twists
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun - super funny anime. if you need a laugh, this will really lift you up. i watched the first two episodes in sub and dub back to back.. and i can vouch that the voice actors for the English dub are excellent. it’s actually even funnier.. but if you prefer subs, then that’s fine. it’s just the lines are more humorous, expressive and have more variety :) Nozaki’s voice is also attractive in the dub.. it’s still very Nozaki imo. this anime pokes fun at the shoujo manga yet still has romantic elements. it’s mostly comedy though
Jigoku Shoujo / Hell Girl - angst, tragedy, philosophical anime analysing humanity’s hatred, need for vengeance, and suffering. Futakomori or the 2nd season is my favourite but it’s worth finishing the entire series. 3rd season is very painful to watch though and you dont have to watch that one tbh if you dont want to lol
Yu Yu Hakusho - occult, spirit world, ghosts, and fighting. you most probably have heard of this
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters - 1st series starring Yugi. iconic!
Digimon - can be very intense! better than Pokemon imo
Cardcaptor Sakura - this is also suspenseful. like the premise is essentially that Sakura has to catch all the “monsters” that were freed from this book. and it’s up to her to “capture” them and put into cards. magic, fantasy, and beautiful animation
Ranma ½ - this was so funny but the ending was disappointing cause it got cancelled apparently.. i really hope this will go out of limbo and give us a proper ending like InuYasha did but i doubt it
Danganronpa (murder plot twists, intense and despair-filled storyline. click this to know more about the premise. it’s like Battle Royale meets CSI meets How To Get Away With Murder. btw i highly suggest you play this game (it’s available on Steam) instead of watching the poorly condensed anime. so buy it on steam or you can download it how you like cause it’s one of the best games ever. and if you plan on watching this, there is no Danganronpa 2 anime so yeah just play the first game tbh. here’s a trailer of the game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwJeZPMhdUk. if ya dont wanna play the games then you can watch the anime. and after watching this, here’s a link of the playthrough of the 2nd game. it’s super fun, full of plot twists, and interactive)
Yuri On Ice - it’s a really cute gay anime. people will argue it isnt and its queerbait but i’m gay and alot of the things which happen are too much for just bros to do so yeah, i believe it’s canon gay or mlm. and i enjoyed it so you watch it and be the judge
Blood+ - vampires and sword fighting
Ghost In The Shell - it’s a sci-fi movie
Yakitate Japan - baking and cooking!
Getbackers - still up to debate if the duo are gay but if you google art of them, there have been official art released and it’s so gay lol. but yeah it’s shonen genre and it’s not canon gay
Cowboy Bebop - a CLASSIC. the dub is great!!
I don’t remember if i finished these but I watched a lot of episodes enough to recommend it and will rewatch them soon to relieve memories. I’m pretty sure I tuned in though and watched like 80%:
Fushigi Yuugi (i think this is shoujo but it has a nice adventure storyline)
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (i feel like i actually finished this. idk why my memory is hazy concerning this anime. this is so popular. you should’ve heard of this iconic anime somehow. i watched and tuned in but i don’t remember how or when i stopped)
Gundam series (i think i finished the first Gundam and the second)
Tsubasa Chronicles (it’s like a spin-off of Cardcaptor Sakura but they’re like all grown up and the plot is different)
Naruto
One Piece (i watched like the first four seasons)
Bleach (i remembered watching until episode 40 omg)
Great Teacher Onizuka (this is so funny tbh. i think i watched almost all of it)
Studio Ghibli films I watched:
Spirited Away
The Wind Rises
Ponyo
Tales from Earthsea
Anime I plan to watch (many suggested this to me and i plan on watching them so i’ll write them down here) :
Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice)
Anohana The Flower We Saw That Day
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Tokyo Ghoul
Re: Zero
Your Lie in April
Shin sekai Yori
Gintama
More of Makoto Shinkai’s movies like 5 centimetres per second, etc.)
More Ghibli films too
Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive (after i finish FFXV game im watching this one)
Persona 4
Here you go!!!! I know it’s an extensive list. I’ll probably make this a masterpost of anime recs and will update this list, and add more soon. If you have any questions or anything, don’t be shy to message me! :)

howdy folks! chels reaaaaallllllly hates the mullet (and to be fair, i do as well, onsidering the whole reason i got my hair cut again was to remove my existing mullet) so after she gets back from gym we’re going to a cheaper hair place to get it fixed. shes iiiinnnnsssiiiiisssting on paying. fine. alright. whatever.
should be fine.
also i played more fallout 4, and ive accidentally become a Knight of the Brotherhood because i was trying to hand in the patrol quest to danse but id already triggered the arrival of Maxson n co soooo i had to go to the prydwen and do a bunch of shit before i could finally get danse to say ‘btw ive forwarded the patrol thing to Kells’ thanks buddy.
also the closer i get to where Preston has been for like 30 hours, the Castle, the fucking laggier it gets. like, im a ways away still, close tooo.... uh...... big johns? big johns salvage, yea. i was gonna work my way down from goodneighbour but i cant be assed to find the correct door to leave out of soooo i went to like... some other place and planned to work east, and boy hwdy . fuck me.
and i died a shit ton of times, once to a grenade that i didnt see physically but that i saw as an indicator, and normally thats enough, right. so i see it coming from my right, i move left. except the grenade ACTUALLY overshot, ended up being on my left, so i ran right into it and fucking died. that was good. another time i got absolutely minigunned to pieces by a gang of super mutants who honestly just fucking mateialised? like id been slowly picking off mutants with one of my sniper rifles and then suddenly there were like 6 of them on the hill with me and i died before i could /really/ react. nice. classy.
so when i respawned that time (back at the evans way cul de sac which doesnt appear to have a marker which confuses the fuck outta me) i start working my way back over. but between evans way and big johns, theres like... a sewage pipe, right. uh... mike pike? west pike? i dont know. theres sewage pipe, with some raiders. so i gotta kill them first because theyre in my way, you feel. so i do that, and i get a nice chunk of droppd frames because of a vertibird overhead, which promptly crashes for no fucking reason, despite having never crashed on my previous attempts. a second one appears out of nowhere though so thats nice. then suddenly, behind me, on the hill that i will later use to kill super mutants, ANOTHER gang of raiders appeared, who had never appeared before. they had never been there. it was chaos. and at one point, for aboouuut 15-30 seconds? game ran like a fucking powerpoint. absolutely fucking outrageous. eventually it calmed down, we finished off the raiders, and then i saved and went to bed. but honestly it was an absolute mess
i suspect this game reaaaallly is designed for power armour use lmao
#admittedly i now have like 4 full fucking suits of power armour???? not including one i know where to access???#its in fort strong and im gonna grab it at SOME point. theres also the giddyup buttercup armour from the Club that i can get#so theres like.... a fuck ton. 5 immediately accessible. i dont wanna do giddyup yet becuse i know theres like a mirelurk queen or whatever#ready to ream my delicate non-power armour using ass#fallout 4 stuff
