What's that drama on bton twitter about you and a troll account?

basically an ex moot dmed me a few days ago accusing me of being behind a troll account stirring up drama on twitter and reddit (at least the assumption was that the same person was behind both accs)

the funny thing was that they were absolutely convinced it was be because *checks notes* i called penelope regency perez hilton 😭 like, id love to take the credit for coming up with that one, don't get me wrong, but im pretty sure i came across someone calling pen that in 2022, found it hilarious and have used it myself every since.

what's also funny is that the day before this happened i had retweeted a post about reporting that troll acc on twitter and reported and blocked it myself (and i have the receipts to prove it cause twitter emails you to update you on the reports you make)

what annoys me a lot is that any time i was approached by people in the fandom to delete posts deemed too inflammatory i have done so. so coming out and blaming me for something i didn't do was just low. i don't need to make anonymous troll accounts to tell what i think. if i want to say something i say it, i got no issue taking flack for it (ive literally been spammed with insults and threats by polin stans on this blog multiple times and found my og twitter account suspended the following day shortly after an incident like that).

btw i went through that troll’s posts (the accounts have thankfully been suspended since) at the time and it's pretty obvious that this person isn't me cause they'd literally retweeted my posts on twitter before i blocked and reported them...which doesn't sound like the best way to hide my identity if i was behind it 🤣 plus (a bit silly but since we're at it ill mention it lmao) i don't think I've ever called kate and anthony “kanthony” they've been kathony to me since 2021!

serious talk today 😔 so i need to address character anons . why you should be careful with them , my experience ( bc that’s why im making this , as i need to address it ) , and if you are a character anon for someone , why it’s so important to be nice .

this is long but please bare with me as it’s important

everyone wants a character anon. someone to talk to that also happens to be a character from a show you like ?? sign me up . people use character anons as comfort characters , they talk to them , get to pretend like their favorite character is actually real for just a bit . and it truly makes people happy . they feel good abt themselves and puts a smile on their face . see the difference with real friends and anons , is that you know exactly who your mutual is . with your character anon , you have no idea who’s really behind that . when a mutual calls you an insult , it’s most likely in a jokingly and loving way . to a degree , teasing and insulting each other is okay . when that comes from a character anon , it feels like a slap in the face . that perfect happy world you were in ? vanished . now you just feel shocked that your character anon , has just changed and is now bullying you in a way that doesn’t give off tsukishima vibes . like the person behind that is seriously making that character an ass towards you and do you know how much it hurts ? imagine a stranger coming up and calling you for example , a dumbass . or saying they’d rather talk to someone else . hurts right ? that’s how it feels when a character anon comes for you .

moving on to my experience with a character anon . it was heaven at first . i had talked about how much i wanted a character anon and boom there was an anon in my inbox . too good to be true . they were so nice , made me melt . i almost threw my computer across the room couldn’t stop smiling . we spoke for a little , very soft cutely . my friends and i were all fangirling . they were hyping me up , watching this unfold like a k-drama . we were having fun they came up with a ship name for us , helped me reply to my anon , until everything went downhill

then we moved to my alt account to talk for a few reasons and i’m very glad we did because i would be ashamed if any of you had to have the conversation that started popping up on your dashboard . i received a message from them saying “ gotta blast to another babe, i’ll be back in a bit 🧡- your dearest ( character ) 🧡”

see i don’t care if you use this same anon for mutliple people when you interact with me like that it’s in their character and it makes me feel terrible about myself . go ahead and use the same character anon for mutliple people but don’t tell me you have to go talk to ‘ another babe ‘ in your character . makes me feel like i’m no longer interesting and you’re tired of me . not to sound self centered but when you send me a character anon in my inbox , i don’t want to be told those things by them . and it was all fine until then . so my friends said ‘ go off on him ‘ and i just played it cool like i was upset so i ‘ went off ’ 

as if that weren’t good enough i received two more saying  “no need to get pressed miss 💀- (character) 😜” and “i’ll just slide in one of ur friends dms then LMAO- stay pressed 🥺”

this hurt me so much man . i played it cool and said like ‘omg wow ihy you whore ‘ but it really did hurt . i got messages from my three oldest and closest mutuals that the character did indeed ‘ slide ‘ into their inboxes . it was ignored by one , and addressed by two . both seemingly upset because at that point i was visibly hurt . the anon was flamed by them and no on heard from them after that . however two of my mutuals ( including one who received a message from my anon ) gained new anons at the same time i did today . their anons had the EXACT same layout as mine , and i am very suspicious .

see if this wasn’t already ‘ not fine ‘ i then realized , that this person , who acted like an ass , and hurt me , has to be one of my followers . wtf man . did you think it was funny but it went wrong ? were you genuinely attempting to hurt me ? and as well as the fact that two of the mutuals that the anon spoke to after me where two close friends whom i havent publicly interacted with in ages . so is someone stalking me and my acc ? i have full confidence that the anon is reading this right now . what i’m now doing is laying a bit lower , maybe interacting on alt accounts , staying cautious of anons , and attempting to find out who the anon was . my attempts haven’t been working so if anyone who’s reading this knows of methods that have worked for them before ( for finding out who anons are ) please message me or talk to me through inbox or comments . i really want to know who this person was knowing they must follow my account closely . whether its for finding account names or ip addresses , anything works <3

so this brings me to my next topic , please be cautious of anons because you don’t know who they are or what their intentions are .

so first of all welcome to the Fandom :D😘 I see that you've already encountered all the sides djgjhh so what I got from your message is that I think you came into the fandom through Larry and now you're kind of struggling about where your place is because you're not sure where u stand on that topic right? I hope I didn't misunderstand you!

So my advice is honestly to just look for people that you like following/you like their posts and their takes etc etc rather than finding a "side" or a "label" (larrie, rad, anti etc) personally I've found that "picking a side" often doesn't end well and for me personally it was just annoying because then I felt like I had to adhere to everything that side said, so what I did and do is just try to find people that I like, that I think are really nice people in general regardless of Fandom and just stick with them! i found that none of the sides of Fandom are monoliths and there's a variety of opinions everywhere so sometimes I end up agreeing/disagreeing with larrie mutuals and sometimes with louies or others etc etc it all depends on following the right people for you imo! and I think this way of navigating Fandom is also a lot less stressful for me. also you said you love Louis but you're not a fan of Harry but from your ask I got that you prefer the larrie part of fandom rather than like.. people who think Louis is straight? which is understandable! and again just bc you don't think they're together now it doesn't mean, at least imo, that you can't stay in this little corner of the internet! I think you totally can stay here and interact with the content that's being made, and I think you can also interact with the people! if someone is a nice person with a brain Im sure they won't care about it tbh!

Also you said you want to support Louis but are not sure about H? Renegades ATLA AU for Nobell Week 2020

I know I’m probably not the only one who decided to do an ATLA AU, but I thought I had some interesting ideas. If I had any writing skills, I’d make it a fic, but I don’t so here’s all I got:

Nova is the Avatar. She’s from the fire nation. Her parents didn’t tell anyone she was the Avatar but Ace found out and he killed her parents and Evie so he could get his hands on Nova

Ace is the Firelord. The anarchists are all firebenders, except Leroy who is a nonbender. Phobia is Ace’s advisor. They all think Nova is just a normal firebender but Leroy and Winston suspect that she’s special.

Hugh is the King of the Earth Kingdom and a powerful bender. His husband, Simon, is a waterbender. They adopted Adrian, the air bender, when his mother, their close friend, died (like in the acc series). He is now the Earth Kingdom’s Prince.

Max is a waterbender and he can bloodbend and take ppl’s powers away (like in LoK)

Danna, Ruby and Oscar are the Earth Prince’s personal guard. Danna and Oscar are earthbenders and Ruby is a waterbender. Oscar can control Magma like Bolin.

Ace wants to take the Earth Kingdom down from the inside, so he sends Nova, disguised as a nonbender, to become another one of the prince’s personal guard and learn all their secrets.

Frostbitch (i refuse to call her anything else), is a daughter of a noble man and says something like, “a nonbender can’t defend the prince!”

Then she defeats Gargoyle like the badass that she is and is accepted into the guard.

Danna is suspicious of Nova because she’s Danna and she’s suspicious of everything.

Adrian, tired of being a overprotected prince, sneaks out under the guise of the Sentinel and saves random ppl in the Earth Kingdom.

Except he never had that much training (cuz he’s like the only airbender in the city) and he ends up hurting a lot of ppl

His dads declare the Sentinel to be a criminal and tell the Eath Kingdom citizens to bring him in

But this is about Nobell ;)

Danna follows Nova one day and finds out that a bunch of firebenders have been hiding in the Earth Kingdom (Ace and Phobia aren’t with them cuz they need to be in the Fire Nation)

Nova finds out that Danna was following her and puts her in a metal cage.

The rest of the team is worried about where Danna went and Adrian orders a search for her. They don’t find her and assume she was taken by the Fire Nation.

Nova visits Danna in her cage every day. At first, Danna refuses to talk to her, but eventually she lets down her walls and her and Nova talk.

Nova comes to the cage at the same time every day to give her food and talk to her.

One day, Danna was waiting for Nova to arrive at their usual time. But she doesn’t show up. Instead, Ingrid comes and tells Danna that Nova will not be giving her food anymore and instead Honey or Ingrid will be coming to give her food.

The days after that are much worse. Danna had no company and had to suffer cruel insults everytime Ingrid or Honey came to give her food. They would drop the food on the ground carelessly, half of it falling out of the bowl as it clanked loudly against the ground. Sometimes, they would shoot little fire balls at her in attempt to burn her. Danna was weak and often was not able to dodge the fire, making Honey and Ingrid laugh and laugh and laugh.

One day, instead of Honey or Ingrid, Leroy comes to give her food. He is gentle and nice. He tells her that Nova is worried about her. He talks a bit, about the four nations and the war. He tells her about how all the elements are connected and she is surprised that a nonbender could have such a deep understanding of the elements.

The next day, Honey comes to give her food and says something along the lines of, “You will never get out of here, little girl. You hold out hope that your team will save you or that your bending will get you out of here. But even the best earthbender in the world could bend metal.”

When Honey leaves, her words ring in Danna’s ears. She remembers the words Leroy said. She focuses on the metal cage and becomes the first person to ever bend metal.

She gets to the palace and tells everyone about Nova, but Nova has already left for the Fire Nation to tell her Uncle their secrets

Cue the final battle scene

It is finally revealed that Nova is the avatar and Adrian is the Sentinel

Nova begins to contemplate fighting for her uncle and Honey captures Danna.

Nova frees Danna and decides her uncle is a bad dude. Honey dies. (good riddance)

"Why did you save me?”

“I couldn’t let anything happen to you. You...”

“I what?”

“You matter too much to me!”

Big dramatic kiss (im sorry i cant write confessions)

They defeat Ace with the power of sapphicness and Nova is the only heir

Except, wait, what’s that? It’s a bird. It’s a plane. No, it’s Maggie, the long lost sister of Nova Artino.

Maggie was found abandoned and was raised in an earth kingdom orphanage. She’s a fire bender and is a friend of Max’s, which is why she knows Adrian and the rest of the guard and stuff.

Nova and Maggie go to the Fire Nation and Nova becomes the new Fire lord. Danna goes with her.

They all remain friends, of course, and see each other all the time. Nova is a kind and just leader and eventually, Danna becomes her queen.

Whats the story behind the angry russian anon?

Jfhsndhsjsbs oh god... well, basically..There is this tg community page on this russian facebook where a lot of people repost artists' drawings without permission and two days ago, a friend told me that they had posted one of my arts (the touken one in a bench); there were some very insulting commentaries where they would mock and make fun of it (not all of them were insulting,though);There was even this one edited image with nuggetneki and my kaneki's head which i honestly thought it was hillarious JDHAJDHAJDHAJI made some tweets and they screenshoted it (i think some russian person follows me or maybe some of them simply like to stalk my acc??? Djgakfbajdhajs) anyway,there was this tweet where a friend of mine said things about them, with the mindset of how many bad things they did with others' artists, with similar cases as mine;Personally, i didnt get too offended about the mocking, because that was what they were trying to do, make fun of what i drew. The problem was the fact that they reposted my drawing without my consent, which,if they keep going on my account to check on my tweets,it definitely wouldnt be too hard for them to message me and ask for permission, am i right? Anyway, they got pissed about what me and my friend said, and (i think it was the admin of the page?) Posted a huge text talking about the situation. What they said was basically that we were offensive towards them, that it was only their opinion and that, if i had felt offended about what happened,i could have asked them to delete it instead of saying such things (kinda hypocrite, since mocking what i did is okay, but mocking them is wrong, huh), which by the way, i wonder how many times artists might have come to them asking to delete their posts but them not doing anything about it... seriously, there are so many reposted arts.... sighs..
