9. Work I’m most proud of (and why):

There’s two. You Were Made To Be Mine because I love it, and I think I’ve really created a world for these two characters, and Jacob is just one of my favourite characters I’ve ever written. Also Let Me Be Your Star. This was written on a whim after something on Twitter, and it’s just been so well received. I was proud of how accurately I wrote Louis, even before we saw on him on X Factor, and I’m just really proud of how it all went.

Oh and I have to mention my first long fic A Lot of Fight Left In Me. My heart and soul went into that story, and I love it so much. And Piece by Piece, this fic will always be so special to me.

10. Work I’m least proud of (and why):

I don’t want to say. I do have one, and in a way, I am tempted to orphan it. But hey.

11. A favourite excerpt of your writing:

This was hard. I’m going for this from YWMTBM chapter 56. “Lou….” Harry shuffled their bodies until his own legs were out in front of him, Louis’ body against his, silence broken by only Louis’ sobs, and Harry’s breaths. “Louis… you know it’s okay to not be okay, right? It’s not a weakness, sweetheart… you’re just, you’re just human.. Don’t ever be ashamed of hurting because I want to be the one you turn to… not the one you run away from, yeah? I want to share your burdens, wipe away your tears… hold you when you cry. Because I love you, Louis… so much, you have no idea how much.”

“Harry, I-”

“No, it’s my turn. Listen to me, please?” Louis nodded, more tears falling as Harry started to speak. He didn’t know if there was anything Harry could say to change his mind about this. No pretty words to fix it.

“You need to trust that I’m not going to run away when things get a little bit tough. Because I’m not, not now, not ever. You’ve been pushing me away, Louis, so fucking hard, and it hurt so bad because you wouldn’t let me in when all I wanted to do was help. I just want to be there for you-”

“But you nearly weren’t-” Louis whispered, the words falling from his lips. “You nearly left me, Harry… I… you nearly died, and you nearly left me. I had to listen to a doctor tell me that they didn't know if you were ever gonna wake up. I was nearly alone again, like before. I’ve never been so scared, Harry. I can’t bear the thought of you being taken away from me. I don’t want you to leave. It’s been easier to push you away, knowing that you would leave by your own free will, than losing you any other way.”

“I didn't want to leave… you have to know I never would have wanted that, Lou...” Harry was crying again now, reliving those awful memories, things he’d pushed deep down long ago, realising with horror that Louis had never moved on, had never really talked about how he felt when Harry had had his accident… how he’d nearly lost his husband. “But I’m here now, yeah? I don’t want to leave you, Louis. I want to grow old with you, and hold your hand every single day. I want to wake up to your beautiful blue eyes, and I want to share your pain, and your hurt. I want you to trust me, to let me do that for you.”

“You were there for me when I had my accident. You were my rock. You kept me going when I wanted to give up. When the physio was too much, I just wanted to give in, but you made me strong, Louis. You encouraged me… you believed in me. But now it’s my turn. It’s my turn to support you, to believe in you, like I promised when I married you. Please let me be there for you-” Harry’s voice cracked on the last word, meeting Louis’ eyes.

All Louis could see was honesty and love. There was a sincerity in Harry’s words that he just believed, and finally, he reached down, watching as his smaller hand sat on Harry’s, their fingers mingling gently, cautiously, as if they were afraid to touch. Louis bent his fingers, letting Harry clasp his hand in return. What seemed like such a small step seemed enormous to Louis, but he knew Harry was the only person he would ever want to be vulnerable with.

Despite everything… despite how hard Louis had tried to push him away, Harry wasn’t going anywhere. Harry loved him, and he loved Harry, more than he could ever say. He looked back into the eyes of his husband, the one who loved him in spite of his faults, who loved him because of them. Harry didn't see a broken man who he needed to fix. He just saw his Louis. Louis’ bottom lip wobbled as he stared deep into Harry’s eyes, as if he were looking into his soul, seeing the other half of himself.

12. Share or describe a favourite review you received:

Some of the comments I get make me want to cry, honestly. I’m not sure people know how much leaving a comment on AO3 means to authors. I’d be hard pressed to find just one, but anything where people can relate to my writing in their real life is always very touching. Here’s one that moved me deeply recently from my christmas fic Feels Like Christmas:

“Im not gonna lie, I had to take breaks reading this because it was SO SAD in parts, in between being so beautiful.Harry was just like an angel of Christmas in this and your Louis seemed, to me, to be VERY realistic. I can't imagine how losing Jay has affected him in general but especially on his birthday and at Christmas. She was such a beautiful mum and it still breaks my heart to read of her. The cemetery scene was perfection but heart-breakingly sad.I loved Harry delivering treats to the "neighbour" who turned out to be Louis. I wish I had a Harry :)Your writing was so sensory - which is something considering I'm Australian and rarely seen snow lol But the smells, sights etc of Christmas were just amazing.Terrific job, loved it :)“

13. A time when writing was really, really hard:

I went through a period of getting negative comments on YWMTBM and that was very hard to push through and tell the story I wanted to tell. But I did, and I am proud I did, because I write for me and that’s the most important thing. I have a story to finish, and I’m determined to. I also found the scenes in the middle of YWMTBM very hard and emotional, and I got caught up in Louis’ mindset for a while, which was very tough.

14. A scene or character you wrote that surprised you: I wrote a section of YWMTBM where Louis was struggling a lot with his mental health, and I surprised myself by delving into a subject like that. It was quite different for me, but I hope I did it justice, and that people could understand Louis’ actions. Also I wrote an mpreg birth scene which I never expected to do lol.

15. How did you grow as a writer this year:

I feel my writing as a whole got better, I got more confident, and I was more able to craft stories.

16. How do you hope to grow next year:

To not take on so much lol, although I love writing so much.

17. Who was your greatest positive influence this year as a writer (could be another writer or beta or cheerleader or muse etc etc):

I’ve worked so much with @thecompasspointstohome, one of my closest friends and she’s so much of an inspiration to me, no matter how much she ignores that I tell her that. She’s amazing, and my work would be a mess without her. I am forever grateful to have her.

18. Anything from your real life show up in your writing this year:

Yes, a bit of a sad one. A child in my class in battling leukaemia at the moment, and he was the inspiration behind Mia and her story in A Lot Of Fight Left In Me. He still has his down days, but he’s an amazingly strong child and I hope he has the ending that Mia, Olly, Louis and Harry have in that story.

19. Any new wisdom you can share with other writers:

Write for you. That’s the most important thing I’ve found.

20. Any projects you’re looking forward to starting (or finishing) in the new year:

My BDSM fic, and my Harry Potter exchange fic. I also have my fic for the Fanworks for Charity to write, as well as updating YWMTBM. I also have a few other stories in the works so wait and see :) Oh, and my tearjerker fic which I’ve been teasing forever on Twitter, oops...

I got tagged by @pomegranate-belle <3 I'm sorry this took for fucking ever?!!??

I’ll tag @lioness--hart @fox-in-the-library and @whitegodiva if you guys want to do it? And anybody else, obvi <3

1. How long have you been writing?

Actually sitting down to type stories out? Eight years old. I've been making shit up since I could talk. I have it on good authority I am entertaining to listen to.

2. What are the major themes of your current wip(s)? LONG ANSWER

omg I really dont know. I spent several hours over several days banging on this question in my head both in front of the computer and away from it only to come to the horrified realisation that I Don't Know. *gay panic*

I know the things I like to write about. I like to write about free exchange of culture, of mutual respect and fraternity with your fellow humans (which leads to themes of unity, unconditional love not only of people but of the world, and the gray area of what it means to protect those things without giving in to hate, indifference and intolerance. THE GRAY AREA IS WHERE I THRIVE.)

I like to write about intergenerational relationships (which leads to themes of obsolescence, changing of the guard, and how people, in general, not individuals, never really change. Like, there's For a Good Time graffiti on the walls at Pompeii. That is HILARIOUS.)

I write a lot about family, both born and found. (Everybody has a place and everybody is loved.) I write about mental illness and being queer (which all by itself leads to themes of not knowing your place in the world even if you have one. Frequently comes up against the previously mentioned theme)

So yeah. I don't know. My big WIP, the Aalee Rise series, is about a young woman on the cusp of adulthood going out into the world for the first time. It's her idealism vs reality. The other main characters in that cast are all foils re: various facets of societal structure and ideologies. One challenges her idea of government, another her idea of religion. She falls in love, her loyalties to her brother and parents are tested, she makes mistakes, she fights monsters and saves the world. A lot.

tldr; It's my sandbox and I just wanted to build castles in it. I don't really know if the castles will mean anything when I'm done. I hope they do.

3. What do you want people to take away from your story once they’ve read it?

My greatest ambition is that I could ever write a hero as beloved as the heroes I read about growing up, figures that reminds not to give up hope, to get back up when we're down, that the dark times ahead of us will come to pass.

At best, if I've done that, I'll be ecstatic and satisfied.

At worst, as long as you had a good time, if you didn't throw the book across the room in disgust, I'll take it.

4. Would you be excited if people write fanfiction about your wip(s)?

YAAAAS. I would literally never read it because Im terrified of accidentally absorbing someone's ideas and making them my own bc Christ alive that's a legal nightmare, but yes that would make my life.

And you can have my firstborn if you send me fanart.

5. What’s your go-to writing beverage?

Tea. Really strong and sweet. I make a fresh quart each morning and usually go through it by the end of day.

6. Who is your favorite oc? Tell me about them!

OMG ALL OF MY CHILDREN ARE PRECIOUS. (it's Aalee.)

Aalee Dering is the eighteen-year-old protagonist of my Aalee Rise series. When we meet her in volume one (Worldwalk) she and her twin brother are setting off on their coming-of-age journey around the country. Her people, the Noruahai, have defended humanity for generations from unearthly creatures called asmic, and if she wants to become a licensed Marshal like her famous mother (and wow, she really, really does) she'll have to prove herself on her Worldwalk.

Aalee thinks with her heart first and always. She loves beautiful things, and all things are beautiful to her. She's quick to cry and struggles with anger, as well as distraction; she has trouble keeping focus. Good for getting into trouble. Not so good when it comes to being a responsible adult.

It would probably be easier if she wasn't of two minds on every single decision she has to make. She empathises with everyone, which can be paralysing-- how can she fight someone whose point of view she gets?

7. Do you feel that mistakes are important learning tools in the writing journey?

Mistakes are learning tools of life, darling. In writing they generally aren't the types that will destroy friendships, health, financial status, etc, which means they're generally easier to bounce back from. Unless you commit career suicide in some way...

8. Rank your ocs by their capability in a footchase (either running after or from smth, your choice)

1. Fall from the Aalee Rise series. He's a complicated human. Without getting into the context of the world he's from, he's hard to explain; but the short version is he's half-ghost so he can basically turn himself into the wind.

2. Rosie Frey from Color of the Stars but only when she's a lion. In her human form she's pretty normal.

3. Lynn Blythe (or any of the other vampires) from Echoes of Eden, because they're cheating cheaterfaces who use mystical vampy powers to be stronger and faster than humans

4. Sendmarshal Henley from the Aalee Rise series. Probably the fastest regular human. Imagine the most beautiful, tall, leggy black woman you can, all lean muscle and elegant grace, and now imagine her scooping you up and zipping out of danger with an easy smile on her face... *fans self* I stan.

5. When running headlong into danger to save someone? Aalee Dering. When running away? Frustratingly, satirically slow. She's one of those idiot heroes who stops to make sure everyone got away okay so Fall's always running back to grab her ("MOVE, IDIOT" "But that little old lady--" "FIRE-BREATHING MONSTERS. MOVE.")

9. Does your wip have romance? tell me about it!! if not tell me about a friendship/important relationship in your wip!! MORE LENGTHY BLAH

Relationships are the driving force of my writing. How one loves or is loved by other people, how they relate and engage with others, is how one grows, in real life and in fiction. There are a number of relationships in all my series that I'm fond of for various reasons. (For instance, even though she cannot STAND him, I'm eager af to write Eden and Lynn's relationship in Echoes of Eden because of how complicated it is.)

And as a rule all of my characters are queer or questioning unless otherwise stated, and I ship everybody with basically everybody else, and almost everybody has a love story in their history. (at least, their parents certainly do because I am a gross vile romantic and these fuckers came from somewhere.)

That having been said, for the sake of brevity I'll stick with Aalee Rise and limit myself to the Big Three: Aalee and her brother Elles, Aalee and her best friend Norah, and Aalee and Fall.

FAMILY: Aalee and Elles are twins. Born together and never separated, which stands out in a world where families are broken up by chaotic circumstances and random death on a regular basis. Aalee is easily distracted and has difficulty communicating her thoughts, so she tends to act on impulse; Elles is forever the cool head and the hand grabbing her by the back of the shirt to stop her from walking into danger. And after eighteen years of this... he's tired of it. He loves his sister, but he longs to see the world on his own terms, walk his own path. And Aalee doesn't share that sentiment. Not only doesn't share it, but is blown away when it comes into play. Her partner in crime wants to break away, and she does not take it very well. The first volume (Worldwalk) explores how their relationship suffers, grows, and changes due to this break.

FRIEND: Aalee's best friend of ten years is Norah. They met as little girls in a monster-ravaged town; Norah was entertaining the youngest orphans with a story and Aalee joined in. The pair of them spent a long night keeping civilians from panicking while Marshals battled asmic beyond the walls of the bunker. They exchanged addresses and became penpals over the next few years, since both of their parents travelled and they were rarely in the same place at the same time. That changed suddenly when Norah lost her father. Since then, Norah's family and Aalee's have lived in the same town. Norah is her warm hand in the dark, her shoulder to cry on, the first person she tells any good news. for Norah, Aalee is the only person (at the beginning of the story, anyway) with whom she can be her real whole self. They love each other no matter what.

ROMANCE: And then there's Fall. Aalee meets Fall when she rescues him from being murdered in a back alley-- except, oops, turns out it was a sting operation to catch the killer because he's not actually the helpless filthy vagabond she assumed he was; he's actually a powerful Marshal who was on assignment. Stuck together for various reasons, he becomes a mentor to her on her worldwalk, while she blatantly digs into the mystery of who he is, which turns out to complicate their lives, the lives of their friends and families, randos they happens across, their enemies, and also God's. To say they fall in love with each other is an understatement of cosmic proportions. They choose each other.

10. Do you believe in the advice kill your darlings?

Yeah but I take the advice as intended; which is not, as most assume, kill your fave characters, but to get rid of that which does not work, even if you love it. That pearlescent line of dialogue, or that golden bit of allegory? Doesn't matter how much you love it and how proud of it you are, if it does. not. work. it HAS. TO. GO. (save it in a new file to reread when you feel down and scrap that shit from the main file.)

that said re: killing characters, in my youth I was very much of the George RedRum Martin camp of "KILL THEM ALL" but as Ive gotten older my main focal point has been "What purpose does their death serve?" Death is not the only sacrifice worth writing. So while I am not afraid to kill my characters, I do take the nature of their deaths in the writing very seriously. There has to be a point.

11. Do you prefer plotting or worldbuilding? Why?

WORLDBUILDING MANYEXCLAMATIONPOINTSGOHERE! Plotting is like the maths of writing. It's measurement, it's brickwork, it's demolition when the wall you put up last week is three feet too long and now you have to scrap it and start over. Vital. But not my favorite part.

Worldbuilding is the art. It's the music your OCs hum and the stories that they treasure and the faith that holds them up when the crap you throw at them might tear them down. It's the story behind the jacket they wear and it's the reason they nod to the altar when they enter a place of worship and it's the meaning of their names. It's the magic. How the world works, the little details that make it real to the reader because it's real for your characters, is my favorite part of writing.

Did you know have an AUs for how the others could have met? 2. What's your favorite AU idea you headcanon a lot? 3. if you could make your own Gaalee movie what would be the plot? 4. Would you like to have seen KakaGai get married? 5. Naruto should have had been raised by a surviving clan member?

i don’t mean it in a bad way, but thank you anon. and thank you for the ask. also im gonna put this under a cut cause it’s... long and i don’t wanna annoy ppl with long posts on their dashes lol

1. I have a lot of AUs and story ideas, but they mostly revolve around GaaLee. I have one canon AU centering around Gaara, but I haven’t actually done any real plotting for it because it’s a huge project and because my top priority rn is the plethora of WIPs I already have going, specifically getting the last two chapters of Alliance finished since that’s been 8 years in the making and it’d be nice to be able to just... say it’s done and move on to the sequel fully. I do have some other AUs of course, ones that are currently in progress--such as Find Me, which is a high school AU, and then I’ve got the hanahaki that I just recently started working on. Oh and I almost forgot the Pirate/Selkie AU which I started ages ago but then the computer that it’s on busted so i need to take that in so i can access that file. The way that characters meet varies from AU to AU but it ranges from chance encounters to having a mutual friend. Find Me is very much a chance encounter for Gaara and Lee, but they would have eventually met because Gaara and Naruto were already friends. Hanahaki fic has the Sand Sibs being tasked with.... something plot important etc etc and they travel to Konoha. Pirate/Selkie AU is another chance encounter sort of deal.

Generally speaking, any AUs i come up with tend to be non-canon, because most of my canon projects tend to take on more of a fix-it-fic kind of vibe where i take the canon up to a certain point. so like i rlly think i only have one canon-verse au and honestly i have No Fucking Clue what i’m doing with that yet lmao um. im sorry if this is disjointed im having a hard time focusing for obvious reasons lol ummmm mmmhmmm i hope that’s a good answer.

2. My fave AU idea. oh gosh. that’s so hard. I have so many different stories running around in my head. I’d probably say Alliance/Allied Nations Saga since it’s now a canon divergence AU. I spent so much time working on it--again 8 years--and putting so much heart and soul into that fic/series. I don’t know if Find Me is like my fave in terms of AUs but I set out to do something specific with that fic and I think I’ve accomplished that already even if there are still 9 chapters to go. It’s honestly probably my most popular fic, and I think it’s the simplicity of a hs au layered with the intensity of dealing with mental health issues which are largely based on my own personal experiences. So even though it’s not my fave, per say, it’s still really special to me. I do have a soft spot for coffee shop aus because apparently i don’t get enough of coffee shops at work lol but i haven’t gotten around to writing one of those yet.

I do have to say though my Pirate/Selkie AU is one I’m super fond of. I think it’s just so fun and imaginative, and I really want to get back to working on it. But I do have like... four or so WIPs going on so I’m like ehhhhh maybe just... wait lol

3. If I made my own GaaLee movie it would fully be the plot of The Allied Nations Saga. I have literally thought so many times how cool it would be to just... see it lol It’s silly but when you spend 8 years working on one project it just... really becomes a part of you in a way I think other projects don’t.

Also I would be very interested in seeing The Art of Love because it’s just... that good imo

4. I would love to have actually seen Kakashi and Gai get actually married. Like I know we all joke because they basically are married in canon, but god to actully see it and have it acknowledge. I’d have cried.

5. Naruto should have been raised by someone period. Clan or no. He should have been given to a family that would take care of him. Hirozen’s a punk ass bitch who promised Minato he would take care of Naruto and then proceeded to neglect him at best. the shit Naruto went through was so avoidable. None of that should have happened, he shouldn’t have had to live that life but Hirozen didn’t care about Naruto and it’s absolute bullshit.

hooooly shit, i just found a wip story from years ago that i completely forgot about. It’s a Fallout New Vegas story involving my courier who is dumb af and basically the hot mess express. after re-reading it, im really tempted to pick it up again

(for anyone curious, the unfinished piece is beneath the cut)

Getting shot in the head, close-range at that, and left in a shallow grave to rot is not exactly Jack's idea of 'fun'. Waking up in some random strangers house, barely able to see through the haze and blur of his foggy mind is not ideal, either. Well, unless he'd been drinking copiously the previous night, then it may be acceptable. It also depends on who's house he wakes up in. Needless to say, it was not an attractive young person. In fact, it was quite the opposite, being an old, withered man. It was a good thing Jack was so preoccupied with the fact that he'd been shot in the head that he didn't stop to contemplate on what level of the ‘shitty morning after’s scale waking up in an old guy's bed would be.

Truth be told, he probably wouldn't have anything to compare it to, seeing as he couldn't exactly recall his drunken flings and drunken flings-turned-mishaps, among other unmentionable occurrences. He couldn't remember because, get this, getting a shot to the brain gave him a case of amnesia. Hell, when Doc Mitchell asked what his name was, it struck him just how shitty his current position was. Really, he didn't even know his real name. He just said 'Jack Wilder' because he thought it sounded badass. For all he knew, his name could actually be Inklebert or something equally as lame. That thought is almost as bad as the other ways he could have ended up in a withered old guy's bed. Almost.

The doc also helped him figure out just what his specialties were. Apparently, he got this neat machine that could test someone's genetics and tell them what they're good at. Jack figured the Old World folks made it as a way to test for deficiencies or if someone is well suited for a particular job field. He was about average in strength and pretty good in endurance, forgetting his easily injured extremities (thanks, genetics), his charisma was great, his agility was good, turns out he's nearsighted, so he needed to wear glasses to even out his perception, and goddamn if he was a lucky bastard. Woefully, his intelligence left quite a bit to be desired. After all, he wasn't the fiercest Deathclaw in the pack. Ah well, they can't all be scientists and doctors, can they?

It was thanks to Doc Mitchell that he was alive and knew any damn thing, so he owed the doc a lot, and Jack swore he'd repay him. If, of course, he got out of his current predicament alive. Jack, despite being inherently lucky, was just a magnet for hordes of, well, anything that would want to kill him. Yeah, he probably should have noticed the cluster of red ticks on his Pip-Boy's map, but he didn't. He probably should have noticed movement in the horizon. Instead, he was busy musing as to why crows had survived and no other birds; if there had been other birds. Also, were they mutated, or naturally as is? Why? He surmised that as long as they didn't try to peck out his liver, which he needed in order to drink more, that he didn't give two fucks to Sunday about them.

That was when the proverbial shit hit the fan. He isn't the stealthiest guy around, that is for damn sure. But one would think he'd be smart enough not to step on a Radscorpion egg. Well, that is where one would be wrong, for that's exactly what happened. He stumbled oh so gracefully into a nesting ground. Most of the Radscorpions went off hunting while some had stayed to watch the clutches.

That leads us to our current situation.

Jack is running full force, chest heaving with his breathing labored. Yeah, his endurance is pretty good, but you try sprinting endlessly with a swarm of Radscorpions trying to shove a stinger in your spinal cord and see how that works out for you. Of course, he attempted to use one of his guns in his as of yet small arsenal of weapons. The hunting rifle worked well enough, if, say, there were one or two Radscorpions and not a horde. Pitch in a couple feral ghouls too, and you got a Jack that's panting like a bitch and bordering on crying.

His weapon cache isn't that great as he's tight on caps. He had just helped restore Primm and find a sheriff, but their casino was not yet open for him to rob blind yet. Thus, he couldn't find many good guns, other than what he found scavenging the Mojave and looting corpses. Right now, he was really pissed at himself for not just robbing every shopkeep of their weapons and caps. Then again, as said, he isn't the stealthiest, nor did he have the heart to full on murder someone in cold blood for their belongings. Unless, say, it was a really sweet jacket or hat. Hey, he likes to stay stylish.

In the near distance, Jack saw a great and imposing figure looming. He almost faltered in his steps but would rather not get over come with stingers, pinchers, and feral jaws. As he focused intently on that point, willing himself to make it and not pass out right now due to lack of oxygen and fatigue, he noticed the figure start to take shape. Again, he nearly fell out of step when noticed it was a giant...dinosaur? 'What the fuck?'

Again, Jack is just a few grades higher in IQ than a pack brahmin, but even he knew a dinosaur from one of the books he attempted to read. Reading didn't hold much interest to him, but he had been curious about those oversized reptiles. Maybe this giant dinosaur was his savior incarnated into something Jack liked. He can't complain, but he probably would have preferred a giant bottle of whiskey or a hot person. He isn't picky.

As he was getting closer, a loud crack shocked him, making him jump and trip up. He stumbled, barely righting himself before the faint whisper of a missed stinger flew past his back. He glanced over his shoulder for a second, yeah, a stupid move, but he was curious, only to find one of the radscorpions with a large hole in its head left in the dust. His eyes widened as he turned and raced onward to his violent savior. It could only be the dinosaur who saved him, right?

Again, another crack and another faint thump of an enemy down. Right now, Jack would be crying with happiness if he hadn't been so busy running for his life and trying not to die. Again. He was close enough to see the full profile of the overly happy looking dinosaur. Mentally, he dubbed his violent savior Barney. He had read about a great dinosaur named Barney in which many revered in the Old World. It seemed only fitting; Barney the Dinosaur.

Then, he caught a slight flash coming from the mouth as another thunderous crack shattered the night air. He may be about as bright as molerat, but even Jack could figure out that it was actually someone shooting from there as a perch rather than the dinosaur animating and rescuing him, much to his disappointment. He came to this realization a bit late, but at least he got to it eventually rather than running up and attempting to speak to the monument.

Only after a few more shots did the numbers dwindle to something Jack could handle with his meager weapons. All but falling flat on his face onto the ground, he made sure to pull out his rifle while turning and shooting a Radscorpion way too close for comfort, getting off one more round before it fell. His attention turned to a ghoul that took the opportunity of the larger threat as a distraction and lunged. It tore at his right arm, causing him to cry out and bash it with the butt of his rifle before a clean headshot sent its skull fragmenting. While he appreciated the rescue, the brain shower could have been skipped.

He sat there for a moment, attempting to catch his breath before flopping fully onto the ground, sprawling out spread eagle and nearly passing out.

Hello, I would really appreciate any one who can help me out with this, personally i am so disgusted with the government and the way the country is run that i don't know much about politics as i stay away from it for my own stress levels. I want to know who is in charge of car insurance etc. (department of transport??) so i can write to them and explain the situation which makes me sick to my stomach thinking about. Everyones aware the government are trying to get young drivers off the road, but to then expect them to find a job even in this tough climate is beyond me.
