Autism, as according to the dsm-5. I do not like how they phrased certain things but alas, I shall infodump nonetheless A) Social interaction and communication (must have had a history of all, current or in the past) 1- Different ways of communication, for example being unable to have a normal back and forth communication, when talking you share less of your interests, emotions, or life. But it could also be OVER sharing this stuff, or stuff in general. 2-Weird use or lack of understanding on/of eye contact/use of gestures/facial expressions/body language/nonverbal communication. Like maybe too much or too little eye contact, maybe you're over expressive with your hands or under expressive. 3-Trouble maintaining/developing/understanding relationships, for example trouble making friends, not being interested in people, finding it hard to do 'imaginitive play' [play pretend] B) Restricted/Repeated patterns of behaivior/interests/activities (need at least 2) 1-Stimming. Aka repeated movement or use of speech [saying the same word again and again or moving the same way again and again] <-in a 'not normal' way [they phrase it bad but yk] 2-Insisting on things staying the same. Maybe having a set routine or ritual. For example 'i must eat ___ for breakfast every day or i will be anxious', 'we must drive the same way or i will be anxious', or having rigid thinking patterns. 3-Special interests/hyperfixations(edited)

i have something to say but idk if you all r ready for it or if u even agree, however i am not capable of shutting the fuck up: the trope where one member of a couple's only exception for whatever is the other member of the couple is whatever imo, dont hate it, dont love it. but ive seen ppl apply it to trobed in like the sense that abed doesnt let anyone touch him when hes overstimulated except for troy and its cute, sure, but it doesnt really make sense to me? like idk maybe this is just a me thing, maybe im the weird one, but i have a best friend, who is my favourite person in the world i love her with my absolute entire heart, (im using her as a comparison and not any romantic partner bcs i dont have one and im aro and i dont want one) but when im overstimulated i still dont let her touch me, like i love her but that doesnt make me stop being overstimulated, yk what i mean? maybe if anything my reaction would be different, like if i was having a meltdown and my mum touched me i would scream (i know this bcs she has and i have) while if my bsf touched me i might swallow down such a reaction bcs i dont want to upset or frighten her bcs, again, i really love her. but that doesnt mean i WANT to be touched. i would endure it until i was in a better place to ask her not to but nothing about that sounds romantic to me? and i guess i just dont really get the logic behind this trope in this specific situation, if anyone could explain their opinion thag would be cool.
