So, you know how cats LOVE tight spaces? Yeah, Vee is not safe from this either. She LOVESS spending time in places like the back of the couch, under the bed, any box that fits her and even inside drawers/closets. Basically, if her bigass head fits, she will squeeze herself in [insert the cave diver meme here]. It brings her a strange sense of comfort. She usually chooses to hang around such places when she either wants some quiet alone time to do internal robo mumbo jumbo like sorting files, clear her cache, etc. or when her battery is low and just wants to sit back and stare at whatever (like a low maintenance mode of sorts). She is very susceptible to getting stuck though- Shelly had to pull her out from the wildest places ("Girl how did you get stuck inside THE DAMN WASHING MACHINE -")... Back when Gardenview was still functioning, Vee's favorite hiding spot would be inside Veronica's jacket, imagine a cranky lil robot staring people down from inside her handler's jacket with only her head poking out (precious lil bean 🥺). She was forced out of this habit though because it didn't fit her image as a popular gameshow host.

Vee absolutely loves hiding out around Shanon's house, no doubt. She's only out and about so often because she knows Shelly will come looking for her if she's hiding for too long, but if Shelly knows where she's hiding, and she knows she's okay, she'll absolutely be hiding. Her favorite spot is right under Shelly's bed, cuddled up with the pillows Shelly "forgets" to move out from under there. However if Shelly and Shanon are gone together, she's hiding in places SHE KNOWS she'll get stuck in just so Shelly touches her more and helps her out of there. Shelly would be pissed if Vee wasn't such a "soggy" mess of tears and sniffles and just so pathetically sad, but she always tells her to stay out of them knowing very well she will absolutely not stay out of those spots. Her Zoomie hiding spots are THEE WORST THO- getting stuck in the stupidest places because she accidentally nyoomed into a spot she can't get out and is heard crying for help because she can't move but she NEEDS to move NOW or she will go mental. This leads to Shanon putting censors in these spots so she'd get a message on her phone if she gets stuck in these spots, and Vee is secretly incredibly grateful for this.

This is unrelated but I love imagining a low battery Vee being a little sleepyhead, she would absolutely self isolate because she has no energy to do anything, but if she's forced to interact she's like a tired little kid and only gives simple replies while yawning and rubbing her eyes incredibly often. This is the only time Vee will ever express that she sees Shanon like a parent though, as she'd accidentally slip up and call her mom like this. "Mommy I wanna go to bed" ahh Vee hahahaha I love her.

Yeah that's absolutely canon, she absolutely would hide in Veronica's coat and just tiredly glare at people, especially if she is having an off day and doesn't want to record a game show but has to. Once Veronica moves back to town, she starts wearing oversized hoodies, and whenever Shanon's like "Veri girl I know you like being fancy now why the hell are you in a massive Hello Kitty sweatshirt?" she just goes and picks up Vee and puts her in there PFFT. Vee looks like the happiest toon alive when she's in Veronica's hoodies, and I'm sure Shelly would pick up on this and try it too. It unfortunately doesn't work for her as she's shorter than Vee but Vee appreciates the effort regardless, knowing she only attempted because she looked so genuinely happy whenever Veronica let her reside in her own hoodie. At Shanon's place- no habit is pressured out of them, unless they're hurting themselves or others obviously. Shanon just wants them to be themselves, and if Vee's self is a goddamn lunatic cat robot, she's cherishing her goddamn lunatic cat robot. Thankfully Vee isn't too wild... Especially since she still has a lot of unlearning to do. Delilah never appreciated the beauty of Vee's true self... We hate Delilah in this household. (Silly/not serious - I just headcannon that Delilah caused everything bad to happen and I hate her for it :] )
