Throwback Sat. (#Back in the day Saturday??) Whatever... Throwback to me last year playing in a ball pit. Because my inner child is strong af and I let her out to play whenever she wants. That’s important! Seriously, though... Upon recent reflection (brought about by my 30th year approaching at lightyear speed), I’ve remembered how important it is to let yourself have some good, clean, child-like fun and to be okay with it. Trying to remember not to take yourself too seriously all the time, you know? Life’s a crazy journey with all types of ups and downs and forks in the road, but when you’ve got people that love you, a connection to your spirituality #mindbodyspirit , and the ability to do the things that you love to do and that feed your soul, then that is something to be supremely grateful for! And I do, and I am... so I am stating right here right now that although I am a woman who is about to be in her 30s 😱, I don’t ever want to lose the connection that I have to my inner child- the part of me that’s silly and goofs around and doesn’t give a fuck about what I look like to others.
