jeonghan was always known to be a bit of a menace by all his friends.

well, maybe even more than just his friends. after all, there was a reason why he was often called the loki of seventeen by many of his fans.

he was simply a bit unconventional in the ways in which he found entertainment, such as the time in which he berated dokyeom into searching for bugs for them to eat on the streets. he simply had a tendency for bugging his members (out of love, of course), becoming an extra obstacle in their lives just for the fun of it.

now, jeonghan also had a heart of gold and far too much love for his brothers to ever actually cause any harm to them. however, after over a decade of knowing his brothers, he had somehow conditioned them to accept his odd behaviors and simply go along with his shenanigans whenever he felt like acting up.

you, as well as his members, always found great entertainment in his weird behaviors. i mean, it takes a great man to be able to cheat his way through every single game without consequence.

despite finding humor in his ways, you would sometimes have a tendency to put a halt to it. a simple whine of 'hannie!' would have him stopping in his tracks and murmuring against your ear as he whined back but relented at you. what you didn't know, however, was that you were the only person who held this power over jeonghan (even his sister would occasionally fall victim to his menacing ways).

today was one of the many instances in which jeonghan grew bored while at practice, deiciding to wreck havoc just for the hell of it. it was easy for him to spot a victim, – it was usually mingyu – which then lead him to approach him with the illest of intentions. there was never much thinking that went into teasing his members. it was just second nature to him by now. so when he eyed the water bottle in mingyu's hand, even the other members who were standing nearby could see what jeonghan's next move would be.

he was patient with it; engaging in conversation as he usually would as to not draw suspicion. jeonghan realized in that moment that maybe his instincive need to bug mingyu for no reason might be something to look into, but that would come some other day. for now, he wanted a quick laugh.

jeonghan saw his opening the moment mingyu uncapped his bottle and brought it to his lips, taking advantage of his calculated proximity to tilt the end of the bottle in order to drench mingyu's face, causing the man to almost choke on the water he'd been drinking.

as expected, this began a mini war between the two boys, as five minutes later they were both attacking each other with any and every water bottle they could find in their vicinity, even going as far as causing collateral damage to a few of the other members. what jeonghan hadnt planned, however, was a sudden visit from you, who had walked in just as jeonghan squirted yet another water bottle directly at mingyu's face.

"jeonghan!", you scolded as soon as you were in earshot, "leave him alone, you got him all drenched!", you were now standing next to the group, frown on your face as you took in the scene.

"baby? what are you doing here? did you–"

"don't 'baby' me. why are you bugging mingyu again? look at him! he's completely wet."

"i got water in my eye!," whined the tall man, taking advantage of your defense for him.

by now, a few of the members nearby were snickering at the swift turn of events, entertained by not just the water fight but the way in which you immediately sided with mingyu rather than your boyfriend.

"i'm wet too! how do you know he didn't start it?", tried jeonghan, knowing full well that the idea was unconvincing.

the frown remained on your face, continuing to come in mingyu's defense for some reason unknown to jeonghan.

"what?", his wide and incredulous eyes turned to look at you, ignoring the snort he was pretty sure seungkwan had just let out.

"you heard me."

"f– fine," like a petulant child, jeonghan turned to mingyu and gave him a forced smile, "i'm sorry for getting you wet, gyu."

jeonghan couldnt help but feel scolded by you. it was rare that you actually ever went against his shenanigans, but he did know he could sometimes go a little extra hard on mingyu due to mingyu's disposition to put up with jeonghan with no complaint (usually even fighting back). he was a bit embarrassed by the way in which you sided with him and even berated him in front of his members, but he also knew he could never say no to you, so apologizing just seemed logical to him.

after a few moments of him whining at his members to mind their business and go get their own girlfriends, he dragged you away to a less polluted corner of the practice room to get some one-on-one with you.

"babyyyy," he immediately pouted at you, proceeding to attaching to you like a bear, burying his head into your neck.

"hannie, you're all wet!", you complained despite making no move to push him away, even wrapping your arm around him and running a hand through his damp hair.

"why'd you have to do that? the boys are supposed to think you're obsessed with me," he frowned against your neck.

As mentioned in my previous analyses, I have STILL been seeing people criticize Jun's relationship with the members. I cannot stress enough how adorable and unique each ship is so I have decided to do an analysis.

Here is JunShua!

UNDERRATED PAIR!

I swear Joshua is Jun’s comfort hyung, you can't convince me otherwise!

Even though they’re only a few months apart, you can tell that Shua cares for/treats Jun like a younger brother but as a friend at the same time. There are times when we would catch Shua paying close attention to Jun (which reminds me of an older brother who adores his younger sibling) but we would also see him initiating cute little banter and teasing with Jun (reference to the entire Huya live). This shows how casually they act around one another, which I think mostly stems from the fact that both of them don’t really seem to care much about age gaps and they’re both foreigners so formality doesn’t really matter as much to them (I know that this is basically the dynamic of everyone from svt but these 2 specifically stand out to me).

In particular, I noticed how Jun becomes EXTRA playful when Joshua is around.  Don’t get me wrong, Jun is NATURALLY playful but he has this energy that becomes amplified only with specific members and Shua happens to be one of them. Even in their selcas together (which btw there's A BUNCH), the playful air that surrounds them is so apparent because of the silly faces they make.

It might be because Joshua’s tolerance of playful Jun is super high so he does such a good job at responding to the little pranks specifically by playing along. A specific example of playful Junshua would again, be the entire huya game live! Another would be a clip during left and right promotions where Jun was jokingly telling Shua something but instead of listening, the latter turned his back away playfully, pretending to be disinterested. So Jun with ZERO hesitation dramatically grabbed Shua. I honestly think this fits Jun’s type of humor really well since he can get all rowdy without offending Shua. 

Honestly, this is what I love most about Joshua — he knows how to attend to all members and he does so with different approaches depending on the personality of the person. For example, with quieter members such as Jun and Minghao, he would often direct his attention back to them when their voices are lost in the crowd or if they’re unintentionally unattended to, he would make sure to let them know that he was listening by responding to them even in the sidelines. This shows how observant and attentive Joshua is! 

Another thing I noticed is how they bicker A LOT!

An example would be the intro of the rice planting video with just the two of them and the time they had to babysit kids, which all happened during Super promotions. These two videos give us an idea on how close and playful they actually are around each other!

I also enjoy the fact that Jun OFTEN INITIATES PHYSICAL CONTACT! It reminds me of that Rock with you behind video of Jun lifting Shua up, as he and Minghao were about to leave for China. You’d also often catch him randomly hugging or poking Shua on the face or Jun would play with Shua’s hair. In short, Jun can be quite clingy around Joshua.

Jun also becomes very talkative with Shua! It might be because the former is aware of how much of a good listener the latter is.This reminds me of that one Junshua weverse live where Jun was passionately sharing a story while Shua sat there, with his full attention on the former. 

I also saw a clip of SULKY Shua (rare sight ik) with Jun and it was the cutest thing ever huhu (see this is what I meant when I said they treat each other like same-age friends because Shua is comfortable enough to act all baby like in front of Jun lmao)

i think it’s also nice to know that they hang out / have hung out beyond work hours especially because Jun is known for being quite shy to reach out to other members for a drink so the fact that we’ve heard stories from Shua’s perspective is so precious to me. In one of their lives together, I remember him mentioning how Jun expresses his love for Seventeen when he’s had a few drinks.

Overall there's something about Shua’s personality that allows him to click well with the craziest AND quietest members! He somehow unleashes their inner crackhead energy (like with Jun) AND I’M HERE FOR IT! I absolutely love Junshua’s sibling-like relationship with one another!

- he’s always keeping his promises! even with his busy schedule, he will make time for his person . i think he could even have this routine where they like go watch a movie every saturday or smth. reminds me of when he would go live every sunday lol. if he wouldn’t be make able to make it, he’ll schedule it for the next day. he will always do something to make up for it

- he’ll always keep the relationship feeling new. yk how the honeymoon phase wears off, he’ll do everything to make things more fun and romantic. he could plan so many cute dates. he would always know the right things to say. he could literally give u butterflies even 5 years of dating him just because of his smooth talk lol

- chan could be….pretty dominant. now this obviously doesn’t mean he’s gonna go crazy controlling his person. however, he’s a natural leader. he leads in his career, and it melts into his relationships as well. he likes to be the one to make the decisions. he could be stubborn in his ways so he won’t back down. it’s his way or the highway vibes

- chan can be hot headed. it seems like he would try really hard not to fight with his person, but it just never works out. he could be pretty passive aggressive when he gets mad. i’m not gonna lie i feel like he could bicker a lot with his partner.

- remember how i said he loves to spoil his partner? well he could use this to his advantage as well. chan could do/say something to upset them and he’ll spoil them as an “apology.” ik some of yall would find this a pro lol but this can cause resentment overtime. maybe he isn’t good at apologizing, but with communication from both sides, this can change.

- i think chan can be super overprotective. i could say possessive aswell, but im more so getting overprotective. it’s like he has this fear that something could happen to his partner, and this can scare him. it could be something he overthinks about a lot in relationships. it’s almost paternal like. like a father worrying about his daughter. of course, many could see this as a pro, however, it could get to the point where it becomes suffocating because it’s like…are you my father or my boyfriend? i’m seeing him lightly scold his partner for being out late lol. it’s stuff like that.

Leon had been on his well deserved break for about a week now, he was spending it on the couch or laying in bed while you gave him a massage. That’s he so terribly needed.

He really wanted to take you out, treat you to something that your deserved as week for taking care of him for the past week, but he was exhausted, you knew it, he knew it even though he wanted to ignore it.

He had bags under his eyes, his muscles were sore, and he was waking up at two am from a bad dream and then waking up again at one pm.

You forced him to stay there and rest, he needed it, but he insisted that he wanted to do something for you.

So you compromised, and instead of going out, you two ordered food, and sat back while watching some movies on the tv.

Even if Leon hated chick flicks and twilight, he loved seeing that smile on your face when your favorite part began, or when you’d laugh at the stupid jokes they made.

He soon learned that there was a pattern in a lot of the movies you guys watched together that night. Dancing.

There was so many dancing scenes.

Dancing inside of a quiet house, just swaying around with music playing in the background, dancing in the rain. Basically every possible “dancing scene” in movie fiction.

It stayed in his mind for a few days before he finally asked you when you two were watching another movie after dinner.

“You like these things don’t you sweetheart?” He asked randomly, you turned to him looking confused as to what he was talking about. “Hm?” You hummed back at him. “You like dancing scenes?” He asked but it sounded more like a statement.

“Oh, yeah I guess, they’re cute” you admitted, he smiled at the confession, and how you gave him the reason. “Why? Do you wanna dance” you asked now.

His eyes widened a bit and he gave you a light chuckle, truth be told Leon never learned how to dance, it wasn’t something he ever gained interest in when he was young, and then he never had time to learn.

“Yeah.. no” he said softly as to not sound rude, “why not?” You asked “cmon it’ll be fun!” You insisted and got up from the couch and grabbed a vinyl of your favorite song you would dance, clean, and cook to when it would play in the background of your home.

He smiled at you but he was still unsure, “nah sweetheart, I don’t think it’s a good idea” he told you, you ignored him and continued taking the vinyl out.

“Why not?” You asked again “I, I don’t know how to dance” he said behind you, you smiled, for some reason it was cute.

“That’s alright, I’ll teach you, I’ll go easy on you” you said turning back around as the song began playing.

“Here, place your hand right here” you said taking his hand and placing it on your hip and the other in your hand. He still looked embarrassed.

“That’s great, see your a natural!” You told him, Leon was so adorable when he was nervous, it was one of your favorite ways to see him, a bit shaky, but very flustered.

“Is this right?” He asked when you two began to take a few steps. You nodded and continued directing him where to take his next step.

“See your great lee” you told him looking back up/down at him, he smiled back at you. “Thanks for the encouragement baby” he said, sounding a bit sarcastic but you ignored it and gave him a kiss, which he was quick to make more passionate and place his other hand on your hip. So now you guys were just swaying.

And finally the rain began pouring down, and his mission he made for himself was complete.

What made you like Clint/Bruce and what do you like about them?

what a fantastic question. I don't think I've ever really thought about this in a coherent way lmao

in terms of what made me become completely obsessed like clint/bruce, it was probably MAVG. Clint had been my favorite marvel character for years, but he actually didn't show up in the game until about 6 months after it was released, so he just was like. not there for awhile lol. and Bruce's subplot in the main campaign is so good like I cannot emphasize enough how well they write him in this game it's actually kind of crazy. so ig because there was no Clint for me to focus on Bruce filled that role and when Clint did finally show up in the game, it meant I was paying an insane amount of attention to everything they both did, and it turns out the writers were also paying an insane amount of attention to what their relationship looked like because they have *so many* interactions with each other. looking back, I can't really pinpoint when/what specifically in the game triggered the thought of "hey they'd be good together." My best guess is a combination of some of their dialogues. There's one where they mention their super-secret coffee place (in-game Clint was very concerned about Monica knowing about it, Bruce assures him he never told her), one where Bruce is offering Clint an air mattress that he can use in Bruce's room (long game related story, I can elaborate if you're interested), and some others. There were just a lot of seeds and hints that they'd had a pretty close relationship, and it made a lot of sense to me; they fit together very well. Clint is the only Avenger without super powers (this is a universe where Nat has a super-soldier serum variant, or it's at least implied she does) and Bruce's only "power" is the Hulk, something he has very complicated feelings about, but I don't think he sees "Bruce Banner" as an Avenger; he's just a vessel for the Hulk, so in this way I think they both kind of see themselves as outsiders to the Avengers and I think because of that they can be drawn to each other in a kind of weird way, cause they both don't see the other as an outsider. I think there's a subconscious recognition of "hey, you and I kinda share the same insecurity, let's become homoerotic best buds about it."

Personality-wise, I think they do a good balancing act with each other. Clint is definitely louder than Bruce but he's also good at drawing Bruce out of his shell in a natural way. Like, he's genuinely interested in what most people have to say, including Bruce, and I feel like Bruce probably isn't used to that. And I also think Bruce caught on pretty quickly that Clint is way smarter than he portrays himself to be, and for some reason this results in Clint lowering that mask a lot more around Bruce than he does around other people who also see through it (i.e., Nat and Steve).

Once lunch arrived you ended up at the catering table at the same time as your ‘ex’ admirer. The whole morning he’d been laughing and chatting to Steph who actually seemed kind enough to give him the time of day. He barely looked up when you brushed elbows, focusing too heavily on piling two plates up with food.

How had he managed to make you the one desperate for his attention? 

As the days passed your resentment only grew, the other guys beginning to notice how you would shoot daggers with your eyes at the two love birds from across set, not on purpose of course. You couldn’t help but feel almost neglected, change not being your favourite thing to deal with. Well, only change in some ways as the newest shift in your life was rather welcomed.

Since your loss of the buzzcut-having idiot, a new person had strolled in to fill in his shoes as the one to annoy you as you worked. Well, not necessarily annoy, you rather enjoyed having Ryan around to talk to you. He wasn’t trying quite as desperately to get in your pants, in fact his flirting was far more subtle. 

The more Ryan was around, the less you seemed to care about Steve-O and Steph. Every morning he’d head over to where you were setting up and start talking.

“Hey, I listened to that band you were telling me about the other day, they’re really great actually.” Ryan told you, handing over a cup of coffee he got.

“See I told you they’d be your thing! If they come to LA or Philly we should go.”

You tried to ignore him and continue your conversation but you still found yourself getting distracted as the man-child stormed off in a huff.

‘What the fuck is he so mad for?’ You thought. All this time he appeared to have completely moved on from you and now suddenly he was all bitter about you simply talking with Ryan?! That doesn't seem fucking fair! You had always passed Steve-O off as the one jackass who would consistently ‘harass’ you but now after these games were going on it dawned on you; was there something there? Underneath this simple little routine you had formerly developed, had there always been some real emotions? You swallowed that down like a large pill, uncomfortably stuck in your throat. Fuck.

Before you knew it, filming was over and Tremaine was hosting the wrap party at his house, inviting the entire cast and crew. You dressed up pretty nice for it, sporting a short skirt and low cut top, if it wasn’t to impress Ryan it may have been for... you know who. 

The night was pretty great, getting to be intoxicated with your co-workers is always a privilege and you and Ryan were pretty much stuck together for the whole night. You also took notice to Steve glued to Steph as per usual but even still after all this time it didn't seem like either of you had actually gotten anywhere with your new partners. In fact a lot of the conversations you were having seemed to be held while your eyes were drifting in search of the other.

“I really fucked up my back on that one, which was stupid cause’ it was already fucked up.”

You nodded along to Ryan’s story while sipping your vodka coke, Steve-O and Steph in the corner of your eye sitting on the other couch. You chewed at your straw absentmindedly, the jealousy simmering in your heart as he slung his arm around her. 

“Go talk to him.”

Your attention was taken away.

“What?”

Ryan shook his head, smirking.

“To Steve-O. This is what it’s been all about, just get it over with already before you don’t see him for another six months.”

You shook your head in disbelief.

“I don't-”

“Its fine, really, I get it.” He gave you a genuine smile before getting off the couch towards Bam and the others. You sat in silence for a moment before looking up towards Steve-O, his eyes already boring into you even with Stephanie chatting away. Fuck it. 

You pushed yourself off the couch and beelined straight towards the man who was already looking at you, a puzzled expression on his face. 

“Sorry Steph could I talk to Steve for a second?” 

You stood in front of the pair, the alcohol making everything a little less daunting.

“Yeah, of course.” 

You smiled politely back at Steph before beckoning her partner to follow you. 

“What do you want?” He tried asking you but you had no response, only booming through Jeff’s house searching for a vacant room. 

Eventually you found a guest bedroom and guided Steve inside, closing the door behind him.

“What is going-” He was cut off by your lips slamming onto his, hands clutching at his face as you did what sober you could never dream of. 

It took Steve-O a moment to register what the hell had happened, but when he did he did not hold back. His mouth moved equally as eagerly, hands already gripping your waist and pushing you against the door. You pulled away for a moment just to take off your top, going right back to it afterwards, slowly edging towards the bed. 

Once the back of Steve’s legs hit the mattress you both fell onto it, him settling you to straddle him, his hands slyly moving up to your tits. It would be very hard to convince me now that there wasn't something between Taekook at some point, and it certainly wouldn't all be undone by a clearly romantic something between Jungkook and a girl. You definitely would not be able to convince me that what they did was "for show". Their relationship is authentic no matter what the nature of that relationship is. I've been a Taekooker for a long time now and I think I'm older than the average here. I not only have plenty of receipts for my belief in Taekook, I have context for all of those receipts because I was here when it happened. I was much more active on Twitter when the tattoo artist "scandal" happened, and I actually got tagged with a few of my TK friends by the first shady accounts trying to spread it. When I think back on that time, I just feel bad for everyone involved. Even the tattoo studio staff, who were harassed mercilessly and had their shop vandalized. That had much bigger impact than the recent video, but it's funny because when I saw the convo around that I was just thinking I've already seen him back hugging a woman. If that was enough to debunk Taekook I would have bailed in 2019. The intention of this rumor was exactly the same as well. It follows the same pattern as every other. Post something with no context and that's actually not proof of anything, but spin some wild stories about it. It's very easy with interactions between a man and a woman. Every person I see still posting it everywhere says the woman in the video is his pregnant gf. That's obviously not true. People freaked out because they were told more was coming. That didn't happen. I agree with a lot of your second paragraph. I don't put more weight on interactions just because they're between a man and a woman. I do think it's weird that a few seconds without any context would be enough to question just because it is a man and a woman.
