A common question that comes up goes something like this: . . 🥩’What do you think about the keto diet (or paleo, low carb, whatever else is popular these days)? Should I be doing it?’ . . 🥑There’s a very simple answer to this type of question, so listen up if you’re are wondering the same thing. All nutritional strategies (better term that diets) have their advantages and disadvantages. What works for some of you won’t work for others. Ask yourself: . . 1️⃣Is this strategy helping me achieve my goals? . 2️⃣Can I maintain this strategy in the long term? . . 👉If the answer is no to either of these then guess what? This ‘diet’ is not right for you, is it? Now yes, there may be circumstances where you go on a ‘diet’ for a short time, in order to reach a particular goal. However, I’m talking more here about long term health and lifestyle . . 😒Lastly, if you haven’t even tried a certain strategy then my god, don’t ask if it will work or not! Try it and see what happens. That’s how we learn about our body’s capabilities and what’s works best for us. No one else! . . ❓I hope this sheds some light on this common question.
