My big brother Chis got a couple of clones last year in our #BHSbonsaipots, but one died. He then realized redwood seedlings were growing under the redwoods in his backyard, so potted one alone and three together to make up for the loss. He was was glowing with pride when he showed me while misting his trees with a water bottle. He also made delicious burgers with homemade pickles! My 30 year old privet from Portland, collected in 2011, has 2 trees next to each other. I could pull them apart or cut the left tall one to make a short twin trunk oak style or this, a hill top style twin trunk with a tall main canopy and a slanted shorter stumpier tree in back.
