Please Help!!

i really hesitate to make this post bc it's the end of the year and everyone is strapped for money but the past several months have just been slowly getting more and more overwhelming for the things we need to fix.

We've been driving around in a car with the back windows we can't even roll up (one is held up by duct tape and the other is now slipped off the track that we can't even pull it up at this point) and trying to save up money to fix the windows, and a small oil leak.

Two months ago we had to turn off the water to the kitchen sink bc underneath is rusted through and it needs replaced. We're doing dishes in the bathtub with a hair catcher because we can't use the dishwasher.

A few days ago, one of the back tires went flat because the wall has rotted and we have no spare. I need to go to work, but bc of my disability, I have a job that only has me work maybe twice a month. I get *maybe* 200$ a month and I don't currently have government assistance. It's been impossible for us to save anything to fix anything and it keeps snowballing. At this point we are worried how to even get food.

I'm stressed. My wife is stressed. If anyone could spare even a couple dollars so we can replace the back two tires on the car so I could go to work, I would be eternally grateful.

A quick update from us:

I’ve lowered the goal amount to focus on our most urgent need: an inverter and battery back up.

(We technically need two batteries, which is why the GFM is at $2k to cover a lot of the cost and include what has already been donated.)

We have had… honestly too many power outages in the past two years here, and each one has caused serious problems for us with no heat, even to the point of being life threatening. This inverter is rated the best for pellet stoves and the best for no interruption. (and therefor no smoke blowback into the house) This would help us the most right now!

As always, I offer as much art, stickers, prints, anything you can slap an art on in thanks for any donations! I do have a small waitlist at the moment for commissions/requests, but I’m working my way through it as fast as possible! hi everyone. it embarrasses me to do this but everyone was so kind and lovely last time so i’ll give it a try. if you know me well you might know that i’m an english instructor and i doordash to make ends meet when i’m not teaching. well, because of some nonsense beyond my control, doordash deactivated my account, so there goes my primary source of $$$ until i start the summer course i’m teaching in july. 

i’m trying to get on other apps but got waitlisted, and in the meantime i have $2 in my checking account and bills for therapy, etc. coming in the next week. i don’t know what to do and i’m getting really worried! if anyone can help out by sending a few bucks for food/gas/bills, i would really appreciate it.

‎‏Then the journey of suffering and separation began,because my children were separated and evacuated from our home without covering or clothes., From here they became infected with diseases, and what increased our fatigue was the constant upbringing due to the different areas in which we were displaced, as we were displaced 9 times, and this was very expensive, the last of which was the 9th of this August from Hamad Town. In addition to that, we have lived in the summer season in a tent that did not exceed three meters, closed with nylon, so it is like an agricultural greenhouse atmosphere. It is very hot. All in all, we live difficult days that no human beings can afford

We have no work because of the war, and we do not have any kind of money and this is accompanied by a crazy and horrible rise in prices.

Although water is not suitable for drinking, this is the cause of many diseases

The last suffering is that we are out of Hamad without taking our purposes or our tents and now we are searching the earth in the roads and our children and our elderly parents are suffering..So we use direct donation including what they can or share links fully so people can know our tragedy and pain. This is a video I took from Bisan's page because I feel like this is important. Bisan, here talks about the second winter of this genocide and some of the important points are:

the rains have caused the sea level to rise and it has flooded the tents which were set up on the beach.

speaking of tents themselves- they do not preserve heat. It is not made to preserve heat and yet gazans have had to live in these shelters for over a year

last November there still were shops; there were means of production, however little, to produce clothes, coats, and blankets that could keep people from freezing...right now there is nothing as every inch of the Gaza Strip has been carpet bombed.

Israel has blocked life sustaining supplies and fuel like coal and wood have started to run out: it is becoming impossible for people keep warm.

I don't have much to say anymore and can only request you to keep your eyes on Gaza. Gazans are struggling to survive and right now every little donation can go a long way into sustaining life. My friend, Siraj Abudayeh ( @siraj2024 ) has been struggling too and while his tent was not washed away in the waves, it did drown because of the destruction of sewage wells. He hopes that if not all, he can at least help some of the most vulnerable members of his family by continuing to rent a shelter. However since his old campaign was abruptly shut down by gofundme, he lost a lot of money and right now he can no longer afford the shelter.
