Agent Phoenix head canons (real not fake but cringe)

Hi tumblr. This is my first text post don’t make fun of my poor outlining 💔

ok so i feel i should section this i have a lot to say

hopefully this is entertaining..btw a lot of this is based on my own personal actions when playing as the Phoenix also I’m not completely set on a lot of these

Sections:

- kinesium and communication

-communication generally

-sexuality / gender

-appearance

-relationships (still not 100% on these)

Kinesium and Communication

We should note that Phoenix (gonna call him AP from now on for simplicity sake) is completely mute minus a few noises such as coughing or gasping.

Also note that Roxana Prism doesn’t even know the full power that kinesium can have when harnessed by a person such as AP. (We know this from her remark of shock at the very end of IEYTD 3)

The agency being full of people with kinesium in there head giving them the ability to use telekinesis means all of them are connected in a way. AP is able to use the connection of all the kinesium to communicate telepathically with anyone in the agency. The first time they did this is was to The Handler on one of their early missions. They had no idea they could do it and actually they were calling handler a bad name. Once the handler just heard a voice in his head replying to what he said to AP he thought he was going crazy. AP didnt know how they did it and they eventually sat down with handler and they figured it out. AP eventually was able to regularly reply to the handler during missions and communicate with more ease to fellow agency members.

Outside of people with kinesium in their brains, AP uses sign language. Though they will only do this if they absolutely need to talk to someone outside of the agency. When it comes to Zor members they will refuse to reply to them at all. They will make rude hand gestures or faces in response, no coherent replies to anyone.

This is with exception to Dr.Prism. They regularly tried to reason with or converse with her specifically in Mission KBOOM. Dr.Prism doesn’t have kinesium in her head (i think?) so they used sign language to talk to her. She would know ASL because i think id be agency policy for the sake of deaf agents and AP.

Example of AP using sign to communicate. (I think here, they didnt want handler to know their reply but wanted to reply… by thinking of responding to handler he accidentally let him know what they said.. lol)

Sexuality and Gender

I don’t think AP would care enough to consider labeling their own gender or sexual orientation.

But they know they don’t identify with any gender and are gender less but do not mind being called “he”

So in simple terms they use They/He pronouns

As for sexuality, they like someone romantically once in a blue moon, and even then they arent very expressive about it. They knows from his like maybe 3 crushes in their life, they like whatever and whoever as long as they fit his type (No clue what his type is!! Probably;y more masculine people low key. Men kisser.)

personal headcanon that the early iterations of prism's robots found it very difficult to pronounce certain vowels in certain contexts. one of the first reasons why she built that vocal test machine was to fiddle with their pronunciation software.

during this time period, pronouncing the 'i' in 'prism' was next to impossible. they'd just end up defaulting to 'puh-rye-sum', which would make their creator noticeably dejected, which in turn made them feel pretty upset.

so, instead, they begun defaulting to calling her 'dr. p', as they were perfectly capable of pronouncing it that way. inevitably prism sorted out the vowel issue, but by then the robots had adopted it as a habit, and any newly created robot picked it up pretty quickly from the others. they'll swap back to 'prism' when stressed, or in situations of grave importance, but calling her 'dr. p' is akin to a term of endearment to them

btw, was wondering, exactly in WHAT way is Zor being weird about Phoenix? can Phoenix even tell?

Weird about Phoenix in the way that they consider the Agent to be like… “You’re a complete nuisance, way below me, and I should squash you like a bug. But I’ve TRIED THAT, and like a mosquito, you seem to evade your fate by some stroke of luck each time. So maybe I could consider you a worthy opponent… and a decently attractive one at that. Given the opportunity, I can’t decide if I’d kiss you or kill you. Preferably, both, but you also intrigue me…”

And they might not notice right away because they’re in fight-or-flight survival mode most of the time but when they Do notice they’re pretty much just grossed out. It’s very one-sided

unpopular ieytd headcanons? /nm

seeing as I've dedicated myself to being the world's biggest fabricator enjoyer (joke). i think it will be obvious who i'll take the opportunity to talk about :] with some other headcanons thrown in also.

I think a lot of my Fabricator headcanons count as "unpopular" if only because not many people talk about her in general. The first thing that came to mind for me is that I personally headcanon her as trans for no reason other than I'm trans and my favorite characters get hit with my beam attacks. I also think she's not really mean once you get to know her - She's much more relaxed around friends, it's just that she has. One friend total, maybe two if we're being generous with the definition of friend. And I just generally see her as a different kind of "mean" than other people seem to, if that makes sense? She has fun with it, yeah, but she has reasons and such. even if those reasons can be petty. I don't know if she enjoys drama for drama's sake, she's got a reputation to uphold and all. She uses more subtle verbal attacks, sarcasm and such.

Another unpopular headcanon, but for Agent Phoenix this time: My Phoenix is a lesbian. Got them with my beam attack also. I also tend to see them as less... Chaotic? They're cautious, taking their time to figure out the situation. They do still put things in their mouth though. That's important to me.

I got a bit silly with it. And by that I mean I'm whacking them with a bat and giggling like a lunatic. Look look hear me out. When you get close to death enough times to earn the moniker Phoenix, you're gonna get scars. Sidenote, my search history looked really funky this morning. Anyway.

Home Sweet Home is really small but I CAN and WILL milk any small bit of content for ideas. I came from the submas fandom, this isn't new lmao. I figure it fits best before ieytd 2, bc in between 2 and 3 just seems impossible.

Reginald I can definitely imagine having an older sister. I think they’re on good enough terms, just don’t get many chances to see each other because of his work.

Roxana… I can see with a younger brother. Growing up, she never seemed to like him much—she’s never understood small children, even when she was one—but he LOVED her. When she was a teen she was a great big sister, tho. They don’t see each other much these days.

Fabricator is sandwiched between two other sisters, the three of them were always fighting as kids, and still always fight now

John Juniper is the onliest child to ever have only childed

Solaris is an only child

Hivemind is an only child but has a LOT of cousins

Anna Ulanova has two younger siblings, a sister and a brother. They’re closer to each other in age than they are to her, so she always felt a little disconnected from her, but she was a loving older sister all the same

Ollie is an only child, but ALWAYS wanted a brother

Daniel Sans has a twin out there somewhere. No one knows where. Most are hoping to never find out

Dr. Zor had a twin that they ate in the womb

More IEYTD Pokémon HCs

Phoenix's Espeon is basically like Red's from the Pokespe/Adventures manga. An Eevee test subject that escaped from Zoraxis, experimented on to evolve into a Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Leafeon, or Glaceon and back at will. She lost this ability after evolving into Espeon.

After Operation: Rising Phoenix, Phoenix found a Poke ball containing Juniper's Serperior in the rubble. It took the grass snake quite a while to warm up to them, but eventually they managed to start getting along. (If Juniper is still alive, he does eventually get Serperior back).

If this takes place in the Pokémon world instead of the real world, then John has probably had to specify multiple times that he has no familial relation to Professor Aurea Juniper. It still happens sometimes.

Juniper has his own custom Poke balls with his crest engraved on them.

The Fabricator was a contest star in her younger years, with her Pokémon earning many ribbons. She was expelled from the contest scene after being found using her Salazzle's pheromones to influence the judges and toxins to try and poison the competition.

Zor isn't afraid to use their Pokémon to punish their underlings. Many Zoraxis employees have been devoured by Sharpedo, succumbed to Drapion and Gliscor venom, and more recently been roasted alive by Heatran. Their Garchomp isn't just the ace of their team either; he's their most trusted executioner.

Hivemind:

- In line with canon, despite being 6’0, he hunches a lot and ends up more around 5’11 or 5’10

- Okay I know his canon height is 6’0 but I still like to think of him as 5’2 maniacal bee scientist . Like anklebiter, kick-in-your-shins-if-you-swat-one-of-his-bees type guy

- He started out with mind controlling bees and doing tests on them to alter their genetics (like neurotoxin stingers), but more recently he’s taken on much larger animals like the giant squid. He’s also dabbled in robotic insects at some point, but I’m not sure where Home Sweet Home sits on the timeline (I’m thinking sometime after ieytd 3? Just bc the ocular implants aren’t mentioned at all in the game)

- He and Fabricator aren’t really friends or even acquaintances, they just see the other and think “Thank god I’m normal, not like them” (neither of them are)

- You know those honeycomb bookshelves? Yeah, those. He uses those and those shelves alone in his lab purely for aesthetic purposes

- not really sure if there’s anything else, just since there’s so little content of him (WE NEED MORE I NEED MORE OF HIS UNHINGED WHIMSICAL LINES)

- His outfit would be a long sleeve white dress shirt with a yellow vest that has some kind of bee-related pattern and khaki pants. How this is gonna translate when I get around to drawing him I have no idea

- def a bright yellow, not like Handler’s, closer to lemon or well, y’know, bees

Caliente:

- like. big. big guy. could pick any Phoenix up and turn them into a pretzel. even Cyan, who’s taller than the average Phoenix (I think? Idk, short gremlin seems to be popular)

- Based on the sign in KBOOM we can assume that he’s good with welding and metalworking. I wanna see big man Caliente welding together a metal flower made with bolts and nuts and screws in his free time :3

- idk if he has a canon hight but to me he’s around 6’5, 6’7 ish, somewhere in that range. Very tall man who can bend metal with his bare hands. You know those videos of strong guys rolling up a frying pan into a taco? He’s like that

- He’s a pyromaniac, but not in the way Phoenix is. He has access to literal flamethrowers and uses them to harm others, Phoenix only has their lighters or a grenade or two and they prefer to use their enemies’ weapons against them or just take them out as quickly as possible. They see it as inefficient and cruel to burn someone (trust me, they know) (not Cyan, just Phoenixes in general, I see a lot with burn scars)

- not sure yet but I think he’d be a bright scarlet/orange-red

General:

- they’re like brothers, but the kind of brothers that are constantly fighting and annoying each other and those around them but if someone else tried to pick on one of them, the other would take that person out (literally or not literal, depends on the offense). Like, “Hey you can’t bully him that’s my job, get away from him.”

- They’re literally the brain and the brawn. need I say more

happy fabricator friday. time for me to post fabbylaris content okay?? obligatory these are all my personal headcanons and some of it has little to no basis in actual canon, it's mostly just me expanding on things I think make sense. with that out of the way.

I think, in theory, that Solaris is one of the very few people who could convince the Fabricator to leave Zoraxis. If not the only one. I doubt the Fabricator has many outside support systems, and while she could turn to the Agency for help... I doubt it'd go well for her.

So that leaves Solaris. Someone she worked closely with for years. Half a decade, at the very least. It would be incredibly difficult for her to get away with the amount of loyalty to Zor she has, and the manipulation she has to have experienced, and the fear for her life... But Solaris leaving might have planted the seeds of doubt in her mind. There's nobody she trusts more, despite the rocky start their relationship had.

I like to think that Solaris was the first person in over a decade, besides Zor, to actually... Interact with the Fabricator in a generally positive way. Solaris never belittled her, or talked down at her, or made her feel like she wasn't worthy of her rank... Because despite her prominence in Zoraxis, I don't think the Fabricator truly has a seat at the table. And this isn't really new to her, she's far too accustomed to being looked down on, but... It stings. With Solaris, though, she's finally someone's equal. There's mutual respect. It's nice, being appreciated...

So of course if she wanted to leave she would seek out the one person who might not turn her away. What else would she have?
