i don't feel like studying any of the subjects from The Plan rn but everything else is so boring that i also don't want to waste time on like watching content or something and i would rather switch subjects then give up on studying for the day and by old me standards ive already done enough but new me i still feel like i can do more but i don't know what ughhhhh this is torture
#okay so The Plan is#i mean not that anyone would care or understand but i like writing on tumblr like a diary#The Plan is to finish law in one month so i can give the online test and this js non negotiable because there's two#online tests and i have to do ATLEAST one before this year ends or it will be too much#and then to finish my backlog of direct tax till like 10th so i can give that test and be caught up with the rest of the class#and there's about 35 more 2 hr lectures to go (rip me)#oh also i haven't touched audit in ages and backlog is getting to the i can't breathe under this burden levels and classes resume on like#10th 11th something and i want to rejoin with them#the plan is to have all this done by november so in December#i can focus on catching the fuck up with fr and afm because like ive attented SOME classes like sparingly#and i know it but very upar upar se so i have to do it properly once or ill die#yeah that's it that's The Plan#it's doable i think i calculated hours days wise and everything#but like. theory subjects are fucking hard to do constantly because either they're boring asf (like law and audit)#or they're complicated and make me cry from frustration (like direct tax)#mann.#now that im actually studying#i feel so irrationally scared for how chill and like. blaise attitude i had towards inter exam#i had absolutely no idea everyone else was studying so deeply like tax syllabus first half is the exact same as inter#just a little advanced and sir keeps saying ye toh aapne inter mein padha hi tha and im like hain??? bhai itna sab tha????? i had no clue😭#like how tf did i pass my dad says not to tell anyone that i didn't really study for it cause ppl will think#aise hi farzi ca finalist ban gayi but like tunblr so wtvr#but yeah how tf??? could i pass???????#like i actually start to panic when i think about how less i had studied which makes no sense since it's not like they can#take away the result or reverse it or anything it doesn't matter now#but like just woah. like i can't even explain#i remember for tax all i watchef was marathon and usme bhi i got bored (THE DAY BEFORE EXAM!!!) so i skipped#the main topics that had crazy weightage and just did a number of tiny topics and studied only enough#to get passing#dt irl is VAST i can't believe these people learn such specific things that if iss date se iss date mein hai toh section 54 ka exemption

Twas the first day of school, here is a little recap:
We mainly went over all the new procedures. Theres one about phones and if they have to take it up 4 times in a row you have to pay a fine of 15 dollars. And the dress code regressed?? No teacher is enforcing it though. We still have the same tardy policy (10 tardies = ISS).
If this phone policy doesn't 'work' then we just- wont be allowed to bring our phones at all Which is a HUGE safety concern.
below is a recap of all my class periods <3
1st period: Colorguard
Nothing much happened here, again a lot of today was just a repeat of all procedures. There were a few band specific things, such as attendance, rehearsals, UDB, and stuff pertaining to the band hall itself. There is now a form so if need be, your istrument can be turned into the shop to get fixed!
We also cleaned out the guard locker room/area. All of the costumes from last year got put in one of the lower lockers. We somehow found stuff from seniors who left YEARS ago. And 3 year old water....in a jug still.. yikes.
Tumblr media
2nd: Forensics!!!
Im actually so happy I got to be in this class. Im looking forward to a lot of things in it. Especially the labs and that one lecture about blood splatters. Our teacher is actually absent this first week, but thats because he's also the volleyball coach. (Our volleyball team is in Hawaii for nationals I believe)
We had three assignments. One of them was designing a locker (mine is super cute, it has a Marina poster), the second was a Syllabus scavenger hunt which isn't due until tomorrow but I wanted to get a jump on it so I finished it at home. The third was homework, which was just a student survey.
Tumblr media
3rd: ELA
It was just, again, more policy updates and a little get to know you card. This class, thank god, wont be all on computer. We'll have some paper assignments. We haven't gotten our reading yet (which upsets me a teeny bit, but I'm sure we'll learn about it later in the week)
Tumblr media
4th: AP World History
I'm actually so exited for this class its not even funny. I was genuinley upset when we didnt get our unit 0 packets and when I found out we werent getting our textbooks until Friday.
We did learn that the AP teachers are no longer allowed to split that 70% weighted major assignments to 40/30. Which absolutely sucks, and on top of that our first unit is stuff our state says we NEED to know to get said World History credit. Which means we wont even be tested on it come spring. Our district hates us.
I actually have a good teacher for this AP class, last year I had a very (idk how else to put it) 'White privlidged' teacher. AND AND I narrowly missed being stuck in a class with someone I despise. Made me so happy!
I also learned that 'The History of the Entire World I guess' is pretty accurate! So I can use that as a study resource for like- a short summary.
Tumblr media
5th: Astronomy
SO SO SO excited for this class. And there is no math! None! (If they added math it would have to become an AP class). My teacher is so funny unironicly. He's very monotone and you would think he'd be a bore, but he's actually really funny in my opinion.
We actually will talk about why Astrology isnt real which I think will be really fun. I dont nessicarily believe astrology is real, I like the idea of it. But going indepts on why it isnt is going to be really interesting!
We also will get to learn how galaxies and solar systems form, which will be really helpfull for making my story, Abyss. Theres also gonna be night labs!! (if we go we get a free 100 on a test grade) And maybe some Day Labs if the school can get their hands on a solar telescope.
Tumblr media
6th: Geometry
It's geometry. There wasnt really anything of note here. Just the fact that i somehow have a class full of kids who dont care abt the Highschool grades. (I have confirmed this, it isnt speculation) It's gonna be a loud period..
Tumblr media
7th: Band (they split it up weird)
Again nothing of note. EXCEPT NOW I HAVE TO LEARN THE SHOW?? ON MY FLUTE?? WHAT??
Im in guard, i dont do 'band' until concert season. I cant work on my solo during this period OR my homework. Pissed me of factually because the original plan was as followed:
Used as a study hall
Practice choreography
Practice flute
But nope! They hate me! /j
Tumblr media
8th: Musical Theatre!
So many new people! Its gonna be so much fun! I have a lot of friends in that class so im really excited!
I already know the song im gonna do for our first solo, just gotta get permission cuz its technicly not from a musical (Wont say im in love from hercules)
Anyways thats it!! Tmmr will most likely have some more stuff so follow if you want to see!

hieieieee~
sorry for being random but can you gimme a few tips for scoring well in maths in cbse 12th grade? i scored just 34.5/80 in my half yearlies and you can imagine how must have i felt- the same old crying, anxiety attacks falana dimkana.
i thought i should ask it from someone who actually likes the subject rather than the people who just want me to score good to improve their school average :)
Areey koi na, aap padhare humare inbox mein shobha hi badh gayi humari🥹
Allllrightttt, let’s start with the basic tips:
Learn how to love maths-*gets hit with chappal* No seriously, this is the first one. Maths ko ye sochkar solve mat karo ki mujhe exam clear karna hai. Try to be curious about the concept instead, like “oh I just learnt this new trick to solve answers, let me learn/revise its functioning by solving these questions.”
Focus on your syllabus. This isn’t an exam but a practice tip. Solve the entire NCERT, examples and miscellaneous included (if you don’t like math in general than you can skip those 2 tho). Solved them? Solve it again! Then add to the mix the exampler and viola! 99% prepping complete. This is where majority of your exam will be from. And given that you aren’t a fan of math to begin with, you can afford to skip exampler aswell if your only aim is of getting a decent enough score. (Take for example my own exam. It was a bit out of syllabus with tougher and outside questions on the 4 marks side, I hadn’t practiced anything outside the ncert but still bagged an 85% in math without coaching and all.)
Take your sweet sweet time. Again, a practice tip. Don’t rush , don’t try to be ahead of syllabus or put more on your plate than you can handle. Do enough questions/exercises as you can take on a singular day. Take time to ‘digest’ them , or let them settle in your mind. How you did that question, what formulae and derivation were to be used, let it seep in. Then, do more questions once you feel like it, the next day Of course. Once you have somewhat versed yourself in those questions and come back for revision, increase the number of questions you do each time, like solving more of the kind from exampler/RD or combining multiple exercises in one session. It will help both your speed and practice in general. Ps, don’t forget to redo questions you got wrong! Take extra care with them :)
Don’t sweat it. Rona dhona chhod do, aur chinta to bhulke bhi mat lo. Isse jo kaam achha ho rha hai wo bhi kharaab ho jaega. I remember losing it after getting my first term result because I scored a mere 32/40 in math, took me awhile to get back to the subject. I did it again in my CLAT/AILET, I was so afraid/anxious that I ended up sick in the twilight hours of my exam day and naturally didn’t get a good score. I have learned my lesson since, do me a favour and learn from my mistakes instead of repeating them on yourself :’)
Analyse yourself. Last but not the least, Sweety, its you who knows her own predicament, tour strength and weaknesses, and how smart you really are. It’s your own life that depends on you, na kal ko Pados waali auntie ki life pe asar padega aapke kuchh karne na karne se, na wo chidne waali chachi ki, to in logo ka pressure bilkul mat lo. Aur na khudko inke bacho se compare karo. Final term hai abhi, tab tak itni mehnat karo ki apna personal best de sako, and if your personal best in math still falls short of being your overall best, then leave it. Bhagwaan ne jin fields m talent diya hai unme kuchh karo, kyunki kismat m aagey wahi likha hai. Believe me, you’ll walk away from math satisfied that you gave it your all Well that’s it from me, if you need any specific help, Pop in anytime. All the best wishes and lots of love, BA Math waali didi<3

Pakistan sey aik Islamic Socialist Darkhwaast
Yey jo qaum hai jo apney baapon ki tarhan banana chahti hai
Iss sey toh pyaar nahi hai
Unn khaandonon main jahan mummy raj hai
Beyshumaar hai, beyshumaar hai,
Pakistan don’t become a capitalist pig
at least keep lying
imran khan ur spokesman proclaiming Islamic socialism
at least keep lying
Pakistan don’t become a capitalist pig
Jhoot hi boltey raho.
We know India’s too far gone
Delhi has a Gucci store now
White girls visit the taj
White girls make YouTube videos
Pakistan don’t become a capitalist pig
Offer no white girls free hotel rooms or spa packages
Try to rebuild your relationship with Iran
Learn Farsi again
Go and ride the Metro-ye Tehran
Women find women to talk to, to assist
Bachon, you do the same.
Theek hai, let’s find a way out of this outside of US help
Karro cancel aid, inhi paison key neechey philusteen dabba hua hai.
Nahi chahiye.
Pakistan don’t become a capitalist pig
Or an army general’s awful decision
Or lose yourself in the lie of immi k philosophy
I want a bandi for prime minister
I want mummy to be prime minister
I want there to be no prime minister
Pakistan don’t become a capitalist pig
We are so near the end
Educate house feed the poor
Educate house feed the rich
Every huge shaadi every maarty could have mandatory public service
If we can’t have a new metro service
Localise industries and markets and commerce and education
Localise ur whole damn dil
Why the fuck should I go from johar town to defence anyway
build an Aitchison in every gaon
This time welcome the girls and the khusras with open arms
Kya faida gor’on key syllabus ka?
Bachon ko khooni darinday bananey key liye toh nahi paida kia tha na.
Pakistan, what is Pakistan even?
This teesra tukra, of what once was so together, every one in their own dhun,
In the same tamasha.
Pakistan don’t be a capitalist pig,
Kya faida?
Baarish bhi zehreeli hogayee iss dunya ki.
Ab toh nahanay aur nachnay sey bhi uljhan hoti hai.

@rederiswrites, @ellenembee, and @bloody-mary-23
The whole story beneath the cut.
I reported it yesterday, because I happened across his (unsigned because he couldn’t be bothered to do his fucking job) grades for the first quarter that were pending his approval which was due Friday and he can’t do anyway because he’s gone.
He’d been bitching about how no one did anything in 3rd period and how 2nd period sucked because they were 3 weeks behind schedule (students don’t run the fucking classroom, so whose fault is that?) and all this shit, so I thought I’d check the grades to see who I would likely have problems with in regards to getting them to do work, because generally overall averages can give you a general idea of who works, and who either doesn’t or is just having trouble grasping stuff.
Not this time.
The grades were so damned bizarre, because in one class it was like 1 100, 2 60s, 2 50s (a whole 5 kids in that class). Another was 3 100s, 1 80, a handful of Cs and Ds and like 8 or 9 Fs (in a class of 17).
So I started looking, and in the 17 class, only white students had 100s, and a few young black men who I know do really well in classes (I’ve long term subbed with them in my classes before and stuff) had failing grades. Then 4th, all the white boys had 100s, and then the black students and the girl had failing grades.
I have never in my life seen grades fall so perfectly along racial and gender lines. Never.
Because it doesn’t fucking happen.
So I brought it to my boss yesterday, and she went to the principal because she agreed it was really weird and asked me to look over the grades, if I could find them.
So this morning I looked through all the papers because they had talked and were going to let the students with low grades make up the stuff they didn’t have. Because there were a lot of 0s.
Except nothing has a real grade on it other than one quiz. Everything else is a check mark, and there’s no way to tell why Whitey McWhiterson’s check is worth 100 points but that same check on a student of color’s paper is worth a 40 or a 70. Okay, that’s a lie because we know why, but still.
And of the quizzes, he didn’t even grade them all. Didn’t give them all out. There are papers where he just wrote the name of the student on it and it’s blank. It was never given to make up. And the white kids who got their hundreds, some of theirs aren’t graded, but they didn’t even finish the quiz so you know they didn’t get a 100. Quizzes are 20%. There’s no way you can have a 100 average when you got a 50 on a damned quiz.
So today is where we found out that he literally gave the white boys 100s.
I made a spreadsheet of all the assignments and grades that I could find, and it’s bizarre. There’s full assignments redone twice by multiple students and on both there’s a check. There are half a dozen assignments that were just never graded. There are assignments that were turned in to me earlier in the year that are missing.
But it’s basically so much worse than we thought it would be yesterday.
The principal is the only one who can go in and change the grades because grades were finalized for report cards last Friday when the teacher was ‘still here’, so my boss (the CTE director), can’t go in and fix it.
So he has been reported. There’s nothing more that I can really do, but I am so damned mad because get this:
While trying to figure out which worksheets went with what assignment (I had a list printed of the assignments’ titles that actually made it into the gradebook), I ended up using one student’s work because he had almost all the assignments (one or two of the ones he was missing I know he turned in) to figure out which drawing was what figure, etc.
He’s got a 58 on record when his work was what I was using to figure out what was what for the kids with their fake 100s because they couldn’t be bothered to label shit.
That student came up to me about his grade, asking if I’d put it in there, and completely stressed because he’s a good kid and he normally gets As and Bs.
And all I could tell him was to let his parents know the principal was looking into it and there was some stuff that needed to be checked.
Like.
And then, to top it off, the teacher gave his son a 100 and he doesn’t even have the damned syllabus turned in. The first assignment, and he doesn’t have it. He got like a 70 or an 80 on his quiz, but he has a 100 average overall?
Also, the son skipped class the last two days and I’m not to write him up for it because they called his dad today to talk to him.
Fuck it. Throw him in ISS. Better, send his ass home if that’s where he wants to be. He’s sure af not taking the class seriously with his dad not there to give him grades anymore.
And you know, it says something that his dad was going on and on about how lazy and awful and disrespectful his students were, yet once he’s gone the one I have the main problem with is his own damned son.
