You and your boyfriend Bucky planned to meet up in the park today for some coffee, cakes, and adventure.

You were waiting for him on a bench amongst the busy crowd—wearing a summer dress. The sun [k]issed your exposed [s]kin—making you feel warm and relaxed.

That was until you spotted him—and that relaxed exposure turned into need and fantasies.

Oh. My God! That walk. That goddamn walk of his.

The way he walked was Godlike. The kind that had [p]anties and [u]nderwear drop within a mile radius.

Your heart started racing, your mouth [s]alivating, and your [s]kin ignited in delicious tingles as you examined all of him.

Power, confidence, and [d]ominance were evident in his posture, in his every stride, as he walked, trying to locate you.

His arms swung back and forth with each step he took—so much ease in them. His fists balled up at his sides.

His [c]hest was puffed out, and his shoulders were broad as he swayed with each move he took.

His groin tightened against his jeans with each foot he took forward—no secret that he was absolutely packing in those pants.

His mouth remained in a thin line. His eyes narrowed as he searched around for you. His expression made him look rugged and [h]ard—so [s]exy beyond belief.

You had to stifle a whimper as you felt the ache and need in your [p]ussy—[t]hrobbing, [b]egging, yearning for his riveting [t]ouch—[t]ongue, fingers, and [c]ock.

If people weren’t around, you would have snaked your hand into your [p]anties and played with yourself.

As soon as he spotted you, the contrast between his demeanor before and now was massive. The man that previously exuded [s]ex and [s]in turned into a boy seeing his crush for the first time—mannerisms softening, and his face beamed bright with love and joy.

“Hi, doll!” He cheered.

As he walked over, you got up to your feet, [l]egs unsteady as you were still spellbound by his magic.

He hummed as he towered over you and cupped your cheek, leaning down to [k]iss the other before pressing a captivating one to your [l]ips. He lingered there for a moment, making you dizzier, before pulling away.

Your face was stunned—[l]ips slightly parted, and eyebrows shot up. And he noticed, furrowing his eyebrows.

“What is it, doll?”

“I-I… yo-your walk.”

“My what?”

“Your walk… fuck, it’s so [s]exy,” you breathe out.

“Is that so?”

His previous hold on you—soft and endearing—turned into a [r]ousing and demanding one. He palmed your [a]ss and pulled your flush into his broad [t]orso, ignoring the [d]irty looks from the strangers.

He leaned his head down, brushing his [l]ips against your ear. His warm breath fanned the sensitive [s]kin of your neck, making goosebumps erupt all over you. You purred in approval of his intoxicating [t]ouch.

“Fuck this date then,” he hummed, making you shiver, “let’s go home, and I’ll walk for you like that there, [n]aked.”

So tomorrow is a total solar eclipse

I'm sure most of you have heard about it in one form or another already and we've all seen that airbnb map circulating around. But for the rest of the world and most of the US not in the totality path, did you know you can still watch it live?

Here's the youtube link for NASA's live broadcast.

Looks like it's scheduled to start at 1:00 PM UTC (here's a timezone converter for your convenience) but youtube should also give you the option for notifications. And because NASA is NASA, they're also going to have Q&A and science facts sprinkled in.

In addition, there are also indie groups like Slooh who will also be streaming the event on youtube and their website. Slooh is typically membership-only, but the stream is free for everyone via youtube. Unlike NASA you have to be a member to submit questions for their Q&A.

I recommend keeping one of these streams open even if you are in the eclipse path as you're going to want to keep your eclipse glasses ON UNTIL THE SUN IS FULLY COVERED. When I went with Slooh for the 2017 eclipse they gave us a countdown until it was safe to remove glasses, and fair warning when the totality had passed so everyone could get their glasses back on. Here's a Forbes article with a bit more information, but the TL;DR is you should wait until it gets dark before taking off your glasses and as soon as it starts getting bright put them back on.

And for those who aren't in the eclipse path and can't make it to either livestream, don't worry! If the 2017 total eclipse is anything to go by there's going to be plenty of documentation you can catch up on the next day, or even just a few hours after the event passes. In fact, one of the local Utah colleges managed to send up a weather balloon with a 360 camera to get a crystal clear view. Here's a link to the regular video they posted and here's a link you can watch from your phone for a VR experience. Smarter Every Day also filmed the 2017 eclipse including capturing the ISS passing by for a once in a lifetime photoshoot, as did Veritasium sans ISS photos. Both are science channels and go a bit more in-depth on what it's like to actually be there. I'm expecting both channels to cover this eclipse as well. SED already has some pre-eclipse info videos out which I'm not linking to but are all over the channel if you have time to browse around.

It's not quite the same but there was a partial solar eclipse in October of 2023 which OSP managed to cover. Red's video is tons of fun though so I'm including it.

Promise Me [Sharky]

You sighed deeply, one that almost took all your breath to intake. You were waiting for the results of your exam, staring at the computer in front of you.

Hovering over the email app, with the mouse but not pressing it.

It's been over 10 minutes.

10 minutes since you got that email notification.

And you really didn't want to check it.

"Sharky, I can't -"

You turned swiftly to face your boyfriend, but as quick as you turned, he took hold of your face and held in his hands, gazing into your eyes with his soft brown ones.

A hard gaze but one that wanted to show comfort, one that wanted to hold and protect you from this world.

Which is why he would be there for you, to stay by your side and help you whenever you needed him. That's why he was here now, to be there when you checked your results.

To make sure, you'd be alright.

"Lisa, baby, it's gonna be okay." He rubbed his thumb over your cheek, giving you a soft smile. You tried to avert your gaze downwards, but his hand brought you back to look at him.

"Look, even if you don't pass this exam, you can always retake it. That's a plus, not all exams have that."

You sighed for what seemed like the millionth time in a row. You took his hands off your face and held them in your own.

"I know, Sharky, but I don't want to retake it. If i can't pass this one, how can I pass the retake?" Your voice laced with worry and brows creasing deeper.

"You will pass. I know it."

"Let's be realisti-"

"I am being realistic. You're an amazing, smart person, Lisa. And I know without a doubt in my mind you're gonna pass."

He leaned in towards you and pressed a soft kiss on your lips,

Then, on your left and right cheek,

And lastly, placing the softest kiss on both of your eyelids, so delicate you could barely feel it.

And when he leaned back, he gave you the brightest smile as he watched your face turn more away from anxiety.

"Promise me. If you need to, you will, because I wholeheartedly believe that if you truly work hard for it, you'll get it, baby."

You took a deep breath and nodded slowly, putting a small smile on your face.

Sharky turned your head to face the computer, your body following suit as he watched you take the mouse in your hands once again.

Even with Sharky there beside you, your heart was pounding, the anxiety you felt again spread all over your body, and your breathing became heavy.

Sharky's brows upturned. As he saw the state you were in, he knew being anxious was normal in this situation, but he wanted to you to be able to endure it.

So he took hold of your free hand and squeezed it slightly. Earning a look from you, it was clearly obvious that you were afraid in his eyes.

"Open that email, I'll be here beside you. It's gonna be okay." He spoke softly and slowly, nodding his head along with his words in reassurance.

You swallowed, turning your head as you finally clicked on the app.

You read it slowly,

Word for word.

With every word you said Sharky rubbed his thumb over your own hand.

Or he would lightly stroke your back in small circles, providing you a sense of comfort.

And when it came to the results, you shut your eyes close and inhaled sharply to calm your racing heart.

You slowly peeled your eyes open and glanced down at the results.

And your heart dropped, your mouth slightly agape and your breath hitched in your throat.

... 64%

64. And you needed 67% to pass this grade.

As you read it over and over again, trying to make sure that your eyes didn't deceive you, tears started to develop in the corner of your eyes as you stared at the screen, still in disbelief.

What did you do wrong?

"No..." You gasped under your breath, refreshing the page to see if they made a mistake and if it changed.

You turned to Sharky, who's sat there staring at you, his face downturned as well, but he stood up and went over to you, wrapping his arms around your figure.

This time, you couldn't control the tears, and you let them all out, sobbing into Sharky's chest as he hugged you, slowly stroking your hair to let you know that it was okay to cry.

Sharky's face brows furrowed together at the sound of your sobs, his face filled with hurt.

He hated seeing you cry.

Because it hurt him to see you like this.

"Lisa..." Sharky spoke quieter than a whisper, slowly tugging at you to pull you out of his grasp to take a proper look at you.

"Hey, you know you may have not gotten the score you wanted, but you tried your best. And I'm so proud of you, baby."

He kissed your forehead quickly and lingered there for a second longer. He rested his head on top of yours, brushing his hand up and down your back, trying to soothe your tears.

"It'll be okay, I'll make sure of it." Sharky's voice was firm, taking your chin between two of his fingers to make you look up at him.

Your face was covered in tears, red eyed, and flushed cheeks, a frown covering your face.

"I'll help you whenever you need, I'll test you and help you study to make sure you'll pass that retake."

Your gaze softened as you stared up at Sharky. Genuinely, you were so thankful, your heart calming with every word he said.

Sharky always knew what to say. He knew what to do to make you feel like you were at your best, even if you were at your worst.

"Promise me, Sharky?"

He laughed, the corners of his lips turning into a small smile.

"I promise."

He held your face in his right hand, wiping your tears as he kissed each place that it had left a stain.

"So wipe those tears, baby, because you won't need them anymore."

And so you smiled. Even though you may not have gotten the grade to pass, you have Sharky by your side. And with him, anything is possible. He'd help you through it all, and you wouldn't want it any other way.

"And does me telling you that I love you, Lisa, make you feel any better?"

Eyes Off You Ft. Park Jisung {ch-3}

A/n: Your favorite resident yapper is back again with ch-3! Judging from the notifications I'm getting, you guys seem to like it a lot. MAKES ME SO HAPPY! I was gonna post it yesterday, but sadly, due to a storm, the whole town was basically in an electricity black out. And me being stupid, I posted chapter 2 and wasted the remaining battery by watching Jisungs fancams and edits (no regrets).

"I knoww, mom~" Lianna whined as she spoke to her mom on the phone. Today was her first day of class, and her mother called to give her some pointers.

"Mom! Your daughter is not the type of woman to throw herself at the boys!" She exclaimed as she put on her lip gloss.

"Okay, okay... now end the call! It's late back home. Mom, sleep well and I'll call you after class. Okay, love you too." She smiled and ended the call before getting ready and walking downstairs to see her brother prepare breakfast.

"Would you look at that. You're actually cooking." Lianna said, making her brother chuckle as he plated her breakfast and put it on the table infront of her.

"I might not look like it, but I can prepare a decent meal." He said as Lianna chuckled and began eating the chicken soup and rice her brother made for her.

"Mark and Haechan came over last night." Johnny said making Lianna choke on her soup.

"What?!" Lianna exclaimed as her brother sighed and patted her back to help her clear her throat.

"You looked really tired, so I didn't tell you." He said as Lianna drank water and cleared her throat.

"Well, I was... but a little heads up could've been good." Lianna said, making her brother smile and pat her hair.

"You're gonna see them anyway, so just eat up nicely first." Johnny said as she continued eating.

Lianna's

"I'm so nervous." I said, feeling a little giddy as Sungchan wrapped an arm around my shoulder.

"Don't worry, it's not that bad. You just go say hi and all, and you're all good." He said as Shotaro gave me a thumbs up.

"You got this! Oh, Eunseok's stop is arriving." Shotaro said, and almost immediately, a buff looking dude entered the bus with a blank expression.

"Eunseok! Over here!" Eunseok looked up and smiled before sitting next to Shotaro.

"Morning guys, oh... Lia? I'm Eunseok, we texted in the group chat last night." He said as I nodded with a smile and happily accepted his fist bump.

"HI! Bro... you look so manly compared to your profile picture." I said, making everyone laugh as Eunseok turned around hiding his face.

After the bus ride, we reached the university. I gasped as I marveled at the gate in front of me.

It's bigger than I expected...

"Where's Wonbin?" I asked, referring to the boy I had the most fun chatting with.

"Forget about him. He's always pretending to be the main character by coming late to class." Eunseok said, making me laugh before abruptly stopping and hiding my face.

"What's wrong?" Sungchan asked as I hid behind the three boys.

"Shh..." I shushed them before watching Jisung and Mark walk away.

"Why are you hiding from Park Jisung and Mark Lee?" Eunseok asked as I sighed.

"Remember that jerk I told you about who abandoned me after becoming popular?" I said, making them nod before Shotaro gasped.

"Don't tell me it's them!" He whispered, making the other two gasp.

"No, Mark is a good friend of Johnny, it's Jisung." I said with an annoyed tone.

"I knew it. They were no good. You do realise that they're a part of the Dream Squad, right?" Sungchan said making me gasp.

"No, wonder. Ugh...jerk." I mumbled when a gasp caught my attention.

"I knew it! So that jerk has always been a stuck-up." I turn to see Wonbin next to me, making me shriek.

"When did you get here? I'm surprised you actually woke up." Eunseok said, making Wonbin lower his sunglasses to roll his eyes at Eunseok.

"I wake up only when I think something or someone deserves my presence. Don't think it's you monkeys....Lia!" Wonbin exclaimed before hugging me, making me smile as he broke the hug and looked at me.

"Girl, we have a LOT to talk about." He said, making me nod as we walked towards the door.

After talking for a while, I headed to my classroom with a nervous feeling. I successfully found my classroom and sat on an empty chair before organizing my stuff. After awkwardly looking out the window, I heard the sound of the chair next to me being pulled, so I turned to see a guy casually sitting in the seat next to me without a word.

He was really tall but not as tall as Sungchan and seemed to be a lot quieter than Sungchan. The boy calmly took out his mask and began arranging his things.

"Stop staring. Your eyes are bulging out." He said in a calm voice without looking at me, making me embarrassed as I mumbled a sorry before starting to scribble random notes and lyrics in my book.

"Lee Chanyoung... but I dare you to call me that." He said making me look at him.

"What am I supposed to call you then?" I said, making him clear his throat before removing his glasses and turning towards me.

"Anton, everyone calls me Anton." Jmhe said making me nod as I shook his hand.

"I'm Lianna Suh." I said as he hummed in response before speaking to me in English.

"I'm not being discriminating but... you're not from here, are you?" He asked, making me widen my eyes as I answered him in English.

"I'm from Chicago." I say as he let's out a sigh of reflef(?) Or annoyance(?).

"Thank goodness. I was feeling so awkward since I thought I was gonna be the only one from the States. We're besties now, and you aren't allowed to ever leave my side." He said, catching me by surprise.

"Okay..." I said when I felt eyes on us. I turn around to see a boy blankly staring at me and Anton.

"What's your deal?" Anton spoke in Korean as the boy cleared his throat and sat straight.

"Continue your English conversation... I was just watching you two speak. I'm Sohee, by the way." He said with a smile as we shook hands.

"I'm Anton and I don't like your vibe." Anton said making me widen my eyes and look at him.

"I'm Lianna, but you can call me Lia and Anton doesn't mean what he said." I said making Sohee laugh as Anton scoffed.

"Oh, I meant every word." Anton said with an offended look.

Jisung's

"I haven't seen Lia yet. You saw her?" Mark asked me as I shook my head.

"Maybe the both of you can have a restart. You know, apologize and make up for everything." Mark said making me look down.

"Nah, I don't want to pressure her. I'd prefer for us to just pretend like the other doesn't exist." I said, making Mark pat my shoulder.

"I won't force you, but it's good to make up for past mistakes." He said when Jaemin and Jeno ran towards us with smirks gracing their faces.

"Already got a chick's number." Jaemin proudly showed us his paper with a phone number.

"So did I. But we didn't catch a glimpse of Johnny hyung's sister." Jeno said as Jaemin continued.

"We don't even know how she looks, though. What is she majoring in?" Jaemin asked as Mark smacked them with his book.

"Hey, it's their first day. Don't go around flirting with the juniors... especially Johnny's sister." Mark said as Jeno booed at Mark.

"You're boring. What's her major?" Jeno asked making Mark groan.

"Music. Don't go around searching for her. She wants to live a quiet and peaceful college life." Mark said making them boo at him before leaving.

"Ohhh, Jisung! There's a cute girl seaching for you." Jeno told me with a wink before the both of them ran away laughing.

"A girl?" Mark said looking at me.

"I don't know anyone from the first year students." I said as we headed to our respective classes.

I internally cheered the moment the lunch bell rang as I lazily got up and packed my books quickly before running towards the cafeteria, not realizing that I bumped into some people while doing so.

Lianna's

"You alright?" Anton asked me after we were shoved to the ground by the fucking menace to society, Park Jisung.

"Fuck no." I mumbled while massaging my knee.

"Who the fuck does that dude think he is?" Anton said as we sat on the ground.

"Tell me about it. He thinks he's the king of NCUA. Here, let me help." A random person said before pulling me back up on my feet and helping Anton get up.

"Thanks." I said as I dusted my clothes.

"No, problem. I'm Seunghan." He said with a smile as I shook his hand.

"Oh, I'm Lianna." I said with a smile before motioning Anton to introduce himself.

"I'm Anton. Hey, you know who that dude is?" Anton asked as Seunghan sighed while we headed towards the cafeteria.

"One of the Campus Kings of NCUA, Park Jisung. He's my senior." Seunghan said, making me roll my eyes at the title of campus king internally.

"I saw you guys at the program, I'm a first year, too. I don't know much about him, but a senior told me about him and his gang." Seunghan said as we entered the cafeteria.

"Gang...cringe. So... what's your major?" Anton asked as he proudly stood straight.

"Dance, of course!" He said as me and Anton nodded our heads and clapped for him.

"Ooh... that so cool. We're both music production majors." I said as he made an o with his mouth.

"Producing is hard. Kudos to you two!" He said with a smile.

"Thanks, are you having lunch with anyone?" I ask as he shakes his head.

"Not really." He said while thinking.

"Why don't you join us? We're having lunch with Lia's friends." Anton said making Seunghan smile.

"I'd love to! Thanks!" He said as we stood in line to get our food.

Jisung's

"I was starving." I said while eating my food.

"I can see that." Chenle said before laughing.

"Shut up." I said with a pout, making him laugh more.

"Damn, for a nerd... that girl was really fiesty." We look up to see Jeno and Jaemin with annoyed expressions.

"What now?" Renjun asked as they sighed.

"We were just teasing a kid, and his friend went berserk on us." Jaemin said as Jeno curled his fist tightly.

"So annoying. " Jeno mumbled when Haechan shushed them.

"Let's just eat lunch peacefully, yeah? I have a test the next period and I don't want to forget everything because of your yapping." Haechan said making me chuckle before all of us went back to eating.

After classes were over me and the guys were heading out together when Haechan stopped.

"Yo, Mark... doesn't that girl look like Lia?" Haechan said before Mark smacked Haechan's head.

"Cause that is her! Yo, Lianna Jade Suh!" Mark exclaimed and called for her by her full name. I froze the moment she turned around. She still had the icy and sour expression she had back in high school making a chill run through my spine.

She looked over at us once before breaking her gaze and walking away with her friends.

"Ouch." Haechan said as Mark stood there speechless.

"Well... if that's Johnny hyung's sister... she does not look chill and calm." Renjun muttered before Chenle looked over at Jeno and Jaemin.

"What?" Chenle asked them as they scoffed.

"That can't be Johnny hyung's sister." Jeno said, making me furrow my brows.

"Why not?" I asked as Jaemin threw her distant silhouette a dirty look.

"Cause she's the nerd who attacked us."

Lianna? Attack? But she's just a fluffy and cuddly baby!

The Indian Economic Service (UPSC IES Exam) Recruitment 2024 has commenced with the release of the official notification. I had never played the original game, but it looked right up my alley: narrative based, exploration, fantasy settings, and an elegant mechanism for player progression. This game is very similar with a lot of content, so I went all in. I just got notification while writing this post that it will be delivered by Friday.

I wasn't really paying attention to games on Kickstarter when this game originally launched. When I saw the campaign for the reprint, I wasn't sure I needed a game bigger than Frosthaven, but I watched a number of reviews, and they all tended to agree that this is one of the best narratives ever experienced in a game. There's a lot in the game that got my attention, but that sealed the deal.

Like Unsettled, this game is about exploration and creativity—there's no combat. So, I ordered enough or my wife and I to both play.
