I'll throw in some of my favs.

Joe Rogan: Graham Hancock & Randall Carlson mind blowing lens to see the past of earth and humanity. Speculative, but magnificent. There's a couple episodes of them together and separate.

For body stuff, anything with Ido Portal, videos are far better, you need to see him move. This or Kabuki Strength or specifically Chris Duffin, which is a very technical look at lifting heavy. Completely different perspective from Ido, but incredibly informative. Mostly I know the from YouTube, but I think there's podcasts to find.

For deep philosophical stuff and cutting edge science. The Portal with Eric Weinstein is exceptional and varied. It's difficult listening, doesn't pull any punches and isn't predigested, it's raw, real and very at the edge of human thinking. It is all this but also accessible instead of overly technical, compassionate and fascinating.

London Real with Brian Rose, especial his Ido Portal interviews and documentary. Also his Wim Hof interview. Much of London Real is exploring the limits of being human and being successfully human.

It's not podcasts, but music that takes the long-form spoken word and transforms it into magic... Akira the Don. Anything he does is amazing.

The Rebel Wisdom podcast goes just about everywhere, but focuses on bringing forward innovative perspectives on society. This is the voice of a men's group so the reach a broad range of people unheard in the mainstream. They find many hidden voices.

Dr Rhonda Patrick's Found My Fitness is my preferred source for nutrition and longevity science. I trust longevity research as a proxy for health as the priorities of the researchers are more reliable than the profit motive of much medical research.

Know Fear with Tony Blauer and Jocko Podcast (Jocko Willink) are very manly fighting men podcasts with some territory covered in fitness, motivation, philosophy of life, and other aspects that emerge for combat. Know Fear is more combat mentality focused, Jocko is a retired navy seal doing his thing.

How to Pet Your Dog is about Dogs.

My own podcast: Alchemy of Everything. Assuming the stars align and I can put my plans into action sometime soon in a worthwhile way. The goal is something like: restoring the symbolic poetry of beautiful thinking to our understanding of the universe through fun conversations.

We shall see how it goes. How these others can give you some quality listening.
