okay so i finished love, victor a while ago and i saw some other reviews and thoughts about it here so now i've got a pretty good list on my thoughts and feelings.

tl;dr: it has some issues, yes, but im gonna hold out and hope it gets better later on because the same thing happened with the first few eps, i wasn't that into it but then it got good, and nothing is ever great with the first season, because at that point we're getting used to those characters.

⚠️caution: spoilers ahead (im on mobile, i cant get an under-the-cut)⚠️

1. while a leah on the offbeat movie would have been amazing movie sequel (even tho i havent read the book yet, im just here for the wlw content) i am kind of glad we got this instead. mostly because I've seen book series where one movie was good, so they decide to do the rest, turn out bad (hunger games? divergent? percy jackson? the hobbit?) because so much was cut from the book-to-first movie writing, that other scenes wouldn't make sense to future movies if they had those in while cutting others. however, i am sad that i didn't get to make the choice of deciding whether what was cut was wrong etc. about future movies, but i'll take what i can get.

2. LGBTQ+ POC as a lead! that's amazing! as a ace/bi lantina that's close to home (it also is great that victor's from texas and so is ya gorl) and even then it's a mixed latinx family! i think pilar mentioned that at least the grandmother left Colombia and i saw the Puerto Rican flag in victor's room. also the salazar's are definitely from small town texas, even without knowing the name. (church barbeques, the use of the words "such a diverse city" in regards to atlanta)

3. a lack of actual lgbtq+ main storylines (so far) is kind of sad for a show like this. i was getting serious bi/pan vibes (as a lot of other people) from victor from the beginning, and when it was implied that victor was actually gay (while great, not shaming) as it has been brought to my attention, there was a lot of looking at a lot of straight relationship problems (please let us know more about benji)- edit 6/18: upon further consideration, it very much is a show about questioning your sexuality, I'm speaking about the other straight relationship issues, not mia and Victor's, its just the first season.

4. let us talk about cheating for a sec. never okay, in any circumstance. i feel sorry for mia that she saw victor making out with benji and the fact that he was doing any of that in the first place. victor made a choice to lie about the espresso machine and then kissed benji at the hotel and then when benji was fighting with derek, basically confessed his love and mistakes, then proceeded to makeout with benji after he broke up with derek, he built that grave and now he must lie in it. i get having feelings for a guy when you are in a relationship with a girl, and not accepting yourself enough to end that relationship but you really want it to work so you can be "normal". really, he should have told mia after he got back from the trip tho. i get being in highschool and doing stupid stuff and making dumb decisions, but for a show aimed at teens i think we should also remind said teens to make good choices even if we have to lose some realism within the character choices.

4. pilar and her decisions based off her brother pissed me off. because i honestly think that if she'd kept her mouth shut about what she knew or confronted victor about it in the first place we could have avoided a LOT of mess. did she not learn from snooping around her mother's business about her relationships that going behind a person's back doesnt end well? i did, however, like the pilar/felix friendship and was really kind of hoping that they'd get together during their coffee hangout (although now im glad that didn't happen) because they had a deeper understanding of each other. same with wendy/felix, although they do seem to much alike to work out in the long run but i still feel bad for wendy.

5. i don't know how i feel about lake and andrew, as people separate from each other. both seem to be the way they are from their upbringing (not confirmed why andrew is such an ass, but if his comment about his dad is anything to go by i bet it's got something to do with attention) but andrew seems to be less, idk, superficial? like he turned down mia because he didn't want to be a rebound, he didn't out victor, he actually stood up to early teasing the other dudes in the lockerroom were doing at victor (with teasing of his own obviously but that interaction had him on my nice list until much later). lake? lake. i honestly don't have an opinion of her? not really. i mean after hanging out with pilar i was hoping felix wouldn't go back to lake. is her name laken? i feel like her full name is laken. but they also played the "im only like this because my mom is really superficial about stuff and i do like the geeky nice guy but appearances" to "actually screw the norms im gonna makeout with him infront of the whole student body". i honestly thought she was gonna be bi because she kept hitting on mia when she was helping set up for her "date" and "big night" and there was one point where i saw her face fall at something mia said in relation to her and idk i was hoping she'd be bi (i figured early on that victor/mia wasnt gonna work and was like "oh mia/lake would be cute" but now idk.

6. okay on to the "big night", i have one word. NO. i didn't like the peer pressure into having sex. i agreed with felix when he said "your body your choice" but im also disappointed that victor made out with mia and when lake was talking to felix after victor left he didn't try to stand up for victor.

7. on to age gaps because i hadn't really thought of this at first. we'll start with benji/derek: WHAT GRADE IS BENJI?! because that determines my thoughts. if he's a sophomore that meant that he and Derek started dating benji's freshman year and thats eugh, don't do that, don't care if its a gay couple that shouldn't be happening because the maturity of the two characters is DRASTICALLY different (this is also a reason i am not a fan of cmbyn) but that would explain why they were so rocky. hoping the event at the gay bar was open to anyone not just for drinking, but not liking that fact that not one of the adults with victor were like: hey, this is a 16 year old, that's kind of wack when that dude was hitting on victor. that made me question some stuff. although i figure it might be making up for the lack of a gay bar scene in love, simon. but even then, in svthsa it's a restaurant with a bar that some people go to just to drink at, it wasn't just a bar, simon could be there but should NOT have accepted drinks from college kids, not matter how attractive.

8. i loved how bram and simon and their friends helped victor out though. i like how bram was like: hey i know my friends are a lot so here's a gay basketball league becaue there's no one way to be gay. i like how Simon talked about needing help himself just to help victor and how he said his friends were cool with it because it's a community. i like of justin(?) mentioned how being what his parents wanted was putting on a mask and pretending, not him doing drag. my favorite lines from that ep are: "and before you ask my pronouns are they/them/theirs" "'they're all gay? even that guy? he's like [insert really tall number]' 'yeah. you should see him in heels'" "or in simon's case: really unathletic" "and also because bram said that if i wore [the jean jacket] one more time he'd burn it". also katya was there. and the group hug too!

9. the back hand homophobia in relation to family is sad, but realistic and i sincerely hope his parents are kind enough not to be too harsh on victor because of it. anything they say that isn't positive or supportive of victor is bad but i hope they realize that there is more to him than that and that they can come to terms with it because it's not always that hard to be a part of that community and super religious. i am biromantic and catholic. and while there are some things i wont agree on my mom with, i know that it's more of a strike against God for kicking out gay kids from families than it is to be gay, because those parents were given trust by GOD to love those kids no matter what, and be good parents. so in the end, the parents are wrong and harmful and in the case of christians against jesus's teachings to love everyone.

10. this is fan speculation but dont think simon/bram are going through a rough patch? i honestly think it'd be a little cruel to the characters to have on of their actors be producing but then not have that relationship stay. and while it's not set in stone and obviously things happen in the real world, we have no proof script wise about there being a rift. all we have are bad photoshopped ig photos and scenes where two characters are never standing next to each other probably beccaue schedules never link up correctly for minor characters. who knows, maybe nick robinson was filming for a movie where is does have an even more major role than victor's gay guru in a series about victor so his filming time was around that. im gonna keep hope that things are okay.

11. that being said: we need more mainstream wlw content, because someone said it earlier and it really does seem to be catering to straight girls. i'll admit i did freak out when benji played call me maybe which is something i associated with him and victor but then kissed a guy because who wouldn't? we get that serenade and sweetness and then it'a ripped from us. but i did mellow out. if i flipped later it was because victor was making dumb decisions and i had to give myself a moment of compsure before i continued.

in the end, i'd say that there is a lot of growth this series needs to go through, but i also know that some people just aren't going to like it and i get that. but i also know that sometimes the best of stories have rocky starts, nothing is ever perfect from the beginning. and besides, further seasons are on hold until we figure out this covid thing, which means that you bet they're gonna be looking at our feedback. they saw what we thought before, they can do it again

i really did like it but we need more ACTUAL lgbtq+ relationship stuff from this series and better decisions on what we are teaching the younger generations, as well as what we want to focus on and realism within characters. i'm giving it an 8/10, because there is always room for growth and i really hope we get better things out of this than what we have been given in season 2.

ONF MEMBERS AS YOUR SIBLING (MK & U version)

OMG I AM VERY VERY LOOKING FORWARD TO WRITE THIS PART!!!!!

Either you are related from Yuto or Minkyun side and either one of them later joined the family. Confusing? OK example you are Yuto’s sibling by blood and then later Minkyun joined. Or in reversed, Yuto joined later.

1. You are the youngest sibling (could be in terms age when the family comes together or you being born later OR stand in of Yuto’s youngest sister)

2. You are the middle sibling, being either Yuto’s elder blood sibling or Minkyun’s younger sibling but is older than Yuto.

3. Or you are the eldest (Good luck if you do lol there will be a lot of face palming), and alot of “Yuto, I thought you are on my side????”

Any scenario that is suitable to your own imagination. Also there will be some repeated ideas from first universe because i would like to keep characterization consistency.

Btw this pair of sibling would be one of the noisiest.

My recommendation, you are the middle sibling. But you can totally imagine that your are younger ones. I will try to elaborate both, I hope i won’t confuse you guys🙈

Also age recommendations, Minkyun born in 1995 while Yuto is 1999, so if you are the middle sibling, your birth year is at between. I would prefer as 1997 or 1998. Preferable that 1997 born if you are Yuto’s sibling, while 1998 born if you are Minkyun’s.

If you are the youngest, either you are same age as Yuto but later birthdate or the 3rd child that born after your parents marriage, in this case, 2 years younger than Yuto and 6 years younger than Minkyun.

Heads up I mentioned in the Hyojin & E-tion household, 3 households in this universe are very close to each other.So, apologies in advance and by all means there is not explicit favoritism (I did wrote about household interacting for previous universes). It just convenient and i felt we can use it this way. Also, Minseok is Yuto’s classmate.

General headcanons

Yuto family moved to Korea when he is still a toddler. So he speaks Korean outside and Japanese back home. Because his family speaks in Kansai dialect, Yuto picks up that dialect automatically

Of course it could be Yuto’s family moved to Korea when he is at middle school age as well, it can be flexible.

Minkyun struggling to learn Japanese but then give up. But it never stops him to randomly drops in weird Japanese when he is hyper, and then leaving Yuto （and you）facepalming because Minkyun used it wrongly

Actually even though mature but super sensitive brothers. Well in very different ways. But should you live with them long enough, you pick up that intuitively

I dont think this family will have alot of fight because both are sensitive in nature and deeply scare to hurt each other. So this family is all about giving out mental security to family members as well.

(its very different from MInseok Yuto household, because them 2 are in same age, so there is less factor to consider, while Yuto would have to put in Minkyun being a hyung when he started to get used to Minkyun’s existence. And Minkyun will sometimes, not in a bad way, being to passionately and freeminded hoping the younger one to open up more)

I mean, Yuto is defo the tsundere one while Minkyun radiates big puppy energy for this pair chemistry.

Minkyun never knew Yuto can be such a fan towards his weird antics XD He thought Yuto wont get his joke due to cultural differences, but turns out Yuto loves it (well cause mostly is body gag/ mom gaegu, like you see what Minkyun did during his birthday’s mini game heaven in 2020, that suddenly motor engine starting? Ya that is total epic lol )

Its super harmonious? like this family combi does not shy away on expressing hey i need help and family members super volunteer to help out if needed. (not that i mean other family does not help out each other, but this one is particularly doing it with super high tendency)

Due to Japanese background, Yuto might try to settle things on his own, but Minkyun will break that mindset stereotype and helps him out (like why you think it is a hassle for me? Ask for help if needed that is what family is here for.)

Minkyun playing guitar while singing and that is how your family know if he is at home or not.

Yeap in this universe Minkyun is a songwriter while Yuto is a dance coach and dancer (later when they all grow up, BTW i am thinking that Yuto and Minseok runs a dance academy later on.)

Minkyun is also part time sponsor/volunteer at pet shelter. In the end you and Yuto also are familiar faces at the spot.

Also, hanging out being little part timers at Baskin Robbins lol

OH IF WANNA TRULY LINK EVERYTHING FOR UNIVERSE 3, BASKIN ROBBINS being the main meetup/setup point. Jaeyoung is Minkyun’s friend so he would always drop by to have ice cream. While Changyoon could be doing a part time job there before and while occasionally drop by when he is nearby.

welp they all live in the neighbourhood/same city in this universe so they all coincidentally bump at each other very often.

Either Yuto joining a school dance club or a dance academy so there is where he met Minseok. (Who is a really curious kid who also look up to Yuto and Yuto also look up to him, cos dance talents)

(for this part I wont be talking about how Minkyun snuggling cat snacks cos its repeating what I wrote.)

Scenario 1

If you are related with Yuto and Minkyun is the new join

Could you be are extroverted and you kind off help Yuto to get close to Minkyun

You and Yuto would find this new brother fascinating. He looks quiet at the beginning but later he will prove you both wrong

But when Minkyun is his serious mode, you will feel strange towards that too, because how can he has such large gap

i thinking its super cute and funny that if you and Yuto both gets intimidated at Minkyun’s height lol

It will be fun if Yuto has a denial stage aka hard time opening up to accept it because he is cautious, but you just bluntly accept it and joins Minkyun. It shows difference between personality of related blood siblings lol

IF actually you and your blood brother are introvertedly fun, Minkyun’s existence will be the key to spark both of your dork traits. It is a assuring factor for your parents that you 3 hang out very well.

its not like your family never heard Yuto laughed, but ever since Yuto and Minkyun opened up and gets close, Yuto is laughing alot.

you and Yuto both asking MInkyun for help when you two could understand some Koreans. But since Minkyun fools around 50:50, you two ends up googling or just straight up asking your friends

But if it is homework/grammar wise, Minkyun will really really explain it to you.

Minkyun also get close towards Yuto’s classmate, Minseok. I think a few times, you did not join, but the boys went out to roam the streets to feed stray cats/animals.

Bonus if in this hc, and you are younger than Yuto, and you have a crush on Minseok. Minkyun picks it up and would wanna help out but you told him to keep still XD

Scenario 2

If you are related with Minkyun and Yuto is the new joined / OR my preference, Yuto being the home stay student, and your family ends up unofficially adopts a Japanese sibling since Yuto continues his homestay contract with your family.

You and Minkyun thought Yuto is a bit distant in the beginning, and you three overwork your brains on trying too hard not to do something impolite towards each other culture.

But you and Minkyun would be surprise at how Yuto is so adapted to Korean culture later on.

Could be you are similarly shy like Yuto and need time to open up. This time Minkyun will be the one to open up first and slowly helps you.

Minkyun would suggest 3 of you to hang out at pet shelter. It does help.s

hould it is the homestay hc, I do see your family and Yuto’s family going along very well. Occasionally showing up to greet Yuto’s family during Skype session.

As Minkyun is the one who gave up, you are the one who would pick Japanese up later on. It gave Minkyun a shock when you and Yuto casually switching Japanese and Korean (with you amateur Japanese, but its already enough to give Minkyun a fright)

He might pout a bit, thinking/semi blaming himself a bit for not putting more effort to try to manifest the tool get close with Yuto. But then will throw the worry aside because its not really that important. Because he understands that its not like he and Yuto could not communicate anyways.

if it is the student hc, This could be when you and Minkyun are still high shcool-ers/ middle school-ers. And your school opens for foreigns students.

Minkyun being a bit worried because of he is 95er and Yuto a 99er. But when one day he sees Minseok come to visit, he goes: “ OMG thank goodness, I was so worried that he could not get along with classmate.”

Yuto just sidelining his hyung lol like chill dude, I interacts just fine ok. Don’t worry.

(maybe Minseok comes to pass homework for Yuto because Yuto was sick and Minseok know the address.)

Similar to above, should you are Minkyun’s younger sibling, he can picks up that you have a crush on Minseok too.

Scenario 3

If you are the child that born later from your parents marriage

Them both flustered when they first meet the baby you.

Idk why for this hcs, I felt that age gap will be wider, as Yuto and Minkyun’s parents come together when them both are more older than other hcs. My age range idea is Yuto is about 10 or 13 while Minkyun is 14 or 17.

So, also I do think them both had a fight with parents, especially the mom because of her decision to get pregnant at older age. But quickly reconciled, they are just worried, no bad intentions.

Because they are more grown compared to other hcs for this scenario, they help out on babysitting even more and even practical.

Minkyun basically is just like a young flustered dad while Yuto is the calmer one. But sometimes when the baby you throws a tantrum because you specifically wanted mommy, cues in both Minkyun and Yuto flustered.

Also, Minkyun being funny but you are unbothered, 3 seconds later, it was Yuto who could not hold in and burst out laughter.

You might be the one who pick up the language. And because you master both language, maybe later on your career pick would be interpreter

Rather than Yuto gets confused with language, you are the one who gets confused with language in the beginning lol

It only got better when Yuto decided that you should speak Japanese with him and Korean with Minkyun in the household.

Minkyun is gonna let his baby young sibling ride him, and he will do his iconic either elephant or horse voice imitations.

(super funny bonus, if you are scared of that when you are a baby, but it got better later on.)

Sorry to bother you, but I keep seeing posts about a future Goten AU and I keep getting really curious! However, when I try to find links to anything about it I end up at some abandoned URLs.

SECOND TIME TRYING TO ANSWER THIS CAUSE MY IDIOT ASS FORGOT I HAD ONE TYPED OUT AND CLOSED EVERYTHING :)

some disclaimers im getting most of this from an old draft i had written about the au, i havent watched the specific scenes in dbz and dbs that these are based on in well over 2+ years so i dont remember the timeline of events that well so im sorry if some of it just straight up doesnt make sense lol

this whole thing did start out as an excuse to replace the romantic scenes with mai in dbs with goten actually so the truten themes are pretty significant but that aside future goten is a very good boy with a much different personality and outlook on things… much like how future trunks is compared to his main timeline counterpart :3c the whole thing was developed by me and my gf together and we never rly posted too much about it and the broken links you did end up finding were probably from like the one or two times we did but here u go im glad u asked

I HOPE THE READ MORE LINK WORKS ON MOBILE IF NOT IM SORRY

the big change is it starts out with chi chi getting pregnant before goku dies of heart disease or whatever in the android saga instead of the cell saga, so even after he dies in that timeline she still has their 2nd son and he grows up in the future timeline with trunks.

when they were kids (like 10-15) goten was stronger than trunks just bc gohan and chi chi were there to teach him just a little bit. trunks and goten sparred a lot though so he was able to keep up but never really passed him. (that part isnt really important but i figured it was a nice detail that made sense)

thats when history of trunks comes into play, and they both get really serious about gohan training them. the scene in the movie where gohan knocks trunks out before flying off and getting killed is the same except now he just knocks out 2 kids instead of 1 i guess.

i feel i gotta add that this au was created when the future trunks arc in dbs was airing, and mai was introduced as his love interest, and honestly in my opinion the scenes were written really well but i just wasnt digging the fact that before she was granted a younger appearance she was already middle aged, like she was old enough to be his mom if that makes sense. so it really isnt a dig on mai at all cause i love her and id die for her its just the romantic plot that i didnt like. so when that was airing i thought “WELL what if that was someone else”

she’s still with them though in this timeline and she still has her younger appearance!

the future timeline is still progressing the same as it did in canon, the androids still wrecked the place and no one was strong enough to do much about it so trunks is still set up with a time machine to meet with the other timeline. goten stays back and does his best to protect everyone while hes gone just in case

some stuff happens in between here but skip ahead to trunks coming back from the trip after the cell games i guess! lots of stuff happened obviously like trunks literally dying, spending years in the time chamber with his dad, meeting a whole gaggle of clowns that he’d only heard stories about, seeing gohan as a preteen. hes got a lot of stuff to share!!! now hes back and he can take care of the androids + cell + and goten can catch up and lifes pretty good over there! 😇

during the rebuilding period goten would spend a lot of time with chi-chi and ox-king and still slept over there occasionally which she really appreciated, and he invited trunks and bulma over there with him frequently.

despite this he wasnt present when she died as no one really expected goku black to wipe out the landscape so far from the city, but she and ox-king died along with more than half of the population. (ugh god im so sorry queen i love you😓)

as i said before mai is still here and she’s still the leader of the resistance!

events of future bulmas death is the same as well as mai originally intending to go with trunks when they meet up together in an abandoned building. goten is already there as the three of them rest up a bit and start making their way to capsule corp. goten was planning on staying behind anyways but he wanted to see the two of them off. when goku black interrupts them as they arrive, trunks and goten encourage mai to escape, seeing as she only has a gun and everyone already knows bullets arent gonna work.

this scene is the same as it was in canon, where trunks tries to rush black but gets beaten quickly. mai trying to buy him time to let him escape is replaced with goten actually fighting him and taking a hit for trunks but getting knocked out as mai did. trunks under extreme stress from already losing his mom today assumes hes dead instantly, (he has dumb bitch disease, he didnt even check for a pulse in canon!🤔) and fires a masenko to escape into capsule on his own

after trunks pops back in time and black is focused on searching for him, mai sneaks back in to retrieve goten (even though they told her to leave she really just ducked behind some rubble and stayed close, because she wasnt just gonna leave them!)

she takes him back to an underground bunker with other members of earths resistance and when he wakes up she tells him that trunks made it to the time machine and that hes presumably in the other timeline now.

idk if yall remember it well but i rewatched some of the episodes just for this, and trunks in the main timeline believing goten was killed and mai is alone and he wont be able to get back is so sad. and when he spent that day with gohan and his family and cried thinking about how if black hadn’t have shown up, he couldve had a family too… he doesnt deserve to be this sad 😥

skip to when he’s finally able to get back home with goku and vegeta with him and they make their way to the bunker where he sees mai and goten together! the scene in canon where he rushes over and starts spilling his heart out is the same, with him telling goten he thought he died

they get a really sweet hug moment here when theyre both happy to see the other is still safe and it gives both goku and vegeta some Food For Thought, because goku actually didnt know there was a goten in this timeline, and he doesnt really recognize him at first. vegeta has the idea in his head that this is probably goten.

goten never really had any sort of real attachment to his dad. it makes sense hes never met him, hes only ever really heard about him through others, (his mom, his brother, trunks, and probably bulma has mentioned him as well) so he definitely knows OF him its just that, he doesnt know him. so when he sees the real goku standing there for once a lot of thoughts run though his mind, like, “that looks A LOT like goku black!” “thats definitely my old hairstyle” and “holy shit is that my dad?” but the first thing he actually says out loud is “Holy shit its goku orange” and vegeta really almost loses it because cause any doubt in his mind about this kid being related to kakarot just went right out the window cause only someone related to him would say that

and as you probably know a lot happens after that with them all finding a way to defeat zamasu but i dont want to include all of the rest when you can probably just interpret which scenes were changed

ANYWAYS now instead of trunks surviving the apocalypse its trunks and goten surviving the apocalypse. thats why its not a really super romantic deal like Who has time for dates when goku black Might possibly be hiding in this abandoned olive garden?? so theyre just very close and privately affectionate

the ending where trunks and mai get to live in a new world with their counterparts is the same except gotens there with them of course, dbs left their ending pretty open

so that takes care of the story changes, heres some additional details and information on gotens character in this au!

heres his design, drawn by my girlfriend @ssj2 uwu !!

he kept his natural hairstyle for a while, but i think he changed it sometime during the rebuilding period after the androids and just let it grow out a bunch. up until then he kept his natural style purely to honor the guy he’s heard so fondly of even if it brought him a lot of mixed feelings when people said he looks just like him. a really distinct feature about his new hairstyle is that the spikes look like horns and i love that a lot !!

and the shawl he wears was the same one chi chi wore

some personality traits for future goten is that he has a habit of bottling up his negative emotions and has trouble taking care of himself, as hes always more focused on the well being of his loved ones. he can be mischievous and cocky but hes not overconfident (or he hasnt been since gohans death) however in some situations he can be charismatic and assertive which works really well imowhen their timeline is erased and theyre temporarily in the main timeline, goten gets to meet a bunch of people like gohan and his family, chi chi, and even his counterpart

Do you have any advice for someone who's recently single? I split with my ex bf nearly 2 months ago and in the weird bit where I want to move on but also feel sad sometimes

Sorry i didnt answer this straight away, i just wanted to think it over before i answered but...

I think that theres this key part of "moving on" which is entirely about being sad. Like when u go through a break up u do lose someone and a lot of other things too and its a grieving process. And grieving is like a big wibbly line that goes up and down and also like a set of circles within circles (idk if u have ever seen that picture before of the circles?)

Basically that the way it works is that when u lose something, u have a gap in ur life and instead of filling that gap or replacing that person/thing/relationship, you just grow circles of other things around it, so u dont replace it but u build other things? Im explaining this god fucking awfully and im sorry about that.

But i think what im trying to say is that, if you try to force yourself not to be sad ever, you wont move on, you'll carry the saddness and it'll fester. So what u have to do is let urself be sad and acknowledge why you are sad (bc u lost something and u wont ever have that same exact thing ever again) and thats the only way u can embrace the new stuff that youre going to build and enjoy. Like u accept u wont ever have the same thing and that allows u to go out and find new things and enjoy those things.

And as for like moving on as with other people and stuff, if u meet people u think are hot or nice or whatever, dont feel guilty or any of that shit, but trust ur instincts? If talking to them makes u feel good then keep talking and go as far as you want to go that feels good for you. If it makes u feel sad or strange or not good, dont do it?

I know that sounds simple or like im talking down to u but im not trying to talk down to u or like ur daft. Im really not at all. I just think its like, its a thing ive missed in the past and done wrong. Like forced myself to date thinking it would stop the sadness but then it didn't. Like i think u should go out there and do whatever ur gut is telling u u need to do?

Im big into trusting my own instincts about things lately, like, have some faith in urself that you know what you need to do to be happy.

And also like, being single is fun if u dont put too much pressure on urself to go out and "be single" you know. Do u know the song pressure to party by julia jacklin? Thats like the perfect song to sum up the feeling im getting at, like that whole album is a wonderful break up album that id definitely recommend bc its got the moody sulky sad breakup shit and then its got some amazing upbeat tracks too.

I remember last time i was single the best bit about it was way more than "i can sleep with whoever i want" it was like i was presented with this whole opportunity to go out and claim everything i wanted and be whoever i wanted to be too. There was no one linked to me who had expectations about the girl i was, i didnt have to worry if something i wanted to do was going to break the image they had of me. I had so much fun just embracing all these things i wanted to do/be and like i really grew into myself and idk, i think the girl i am now is completely unrecognisable from the girl i was in my last relationship, and its because i had this time of being alone and being able to just do shit i wanted selfishly.

Like, if i wanted to go on holiday or travel somewhere i didnt have to worry about anyone elses plans or whether they wanted to come, i could just have my own agenda that completely pleased me and it was amazing and freeing and so fun. But even down to how i spent time at home too. I broke up with my ex just aroind covid and so alot of my time was spent in lockdown at my grandparents and like, even just the way i chose to walk down to the beach in the evening smoking a joint listening to the Waterboys, staying down there till midnight on the phone to B or another of my pals, or how when things began to open up again i went out with my cousin and we ate pizza in the park and shared prosecco and got smashed together dancing to rolling stones songs... Like it was just fun things i wouldnt have done had i been with that ex because he wasnt the kind of person who did that stuff.

Idk being single is such a nice opportunity to self reflect and look at what you wanna be and choose to grow into that person if that makes sense?

Basically go out and date, be a fuccboi if u want to, do whatever makes you feel good. Have a one night stand, be that person who doesnt text back in the morning (i did this once and have mixed emotions about it tbh, but the experience was ultimately good and best for me???) like go out there and do whatever you feel u need to do. And omg be brave about it!! Give people ur number, enjoy just flirting with people, enjoy making the first move, enjoy checking out dilfs in the park (jk) (or not u know) like theres a lot to enjoy. And when u feel the sadness let urself feel it, embrace it and sulk and wallow in it for a wee bit, all things must pass and over time the sadness will go.

I still look back at the time i spent with my ex and mourn that loss bc for a long time they were one of my best friends, and we went travelling together and we'd picked the names we wanted to call our kids and theres so many happy memories i had which all went down the drain and were lost. And im saying that now, when im in a happy relationship with someone i want to spend the rest of my life with, who i wouldnt trade in for anyone or anything u know. Im happy and 100% moved on, but every now snd then I'll remember walking back to our flat in seattle when it was warm but had that stuffy evening kind of feeling to it and it was a little bit too windy, but it felt kinda perfect, every now and then ill remember walking with him there and my heart hurts so much i want to cry. And the only thing u can do is let urself feel that sadness and know that yes, its sad you lost that, but you can go to seattle with someone u love and be happy again, and u can make new memories and be even happier and idk. I hope some of this makes sense and helps u?

idk. its been on my mind lately wrt radfe/minism assigning moral value to certain .. demographics over others. like i get that there’s some type of appeal there. to be a lesbian, one of the most oppressed groups, and then to assign moral value to your oppression. but i mean, it doesn’t actually track. we’re all just humans. for good and ill. the way the world’s been split up, it could’ve split up differently and then we’d be shitty to each other in different ways. as it is, the dice fell where they lay and i’m not going to for example champion against misa/ndry where it doesnt exist. but saying that men are inherently oppressive.. they don’t have some type of gene that makes them hurt women. or even some unbreakable socialization. some assholes historically brute-forced or slowly boiled the frog to the point where equality was no longer an option socially or economically. there’s nothing genetically unique to white ppl that had us ripping apart the world. conversely there’s nothing about women or poc that invites oppression onto them. oppression isn’t logical.. (in the sense that you could justify oppression of a group, though oppressors try and indeed some members of oppressed groups eg te/rfs agree with them) beyond the logic of abuse and the benefits oppressors reap in a social system that allows them to and does not punish them for harming their victims.

idk. my - way of relating to this world has i think been guided by my desire to reduce pain. that’s why i’m confident in interacting with ppl i disagree with. if their way turns out to reduce pain then i’ll change my mind, as i’ve done in the past. but idk. its wild to me that some people can make some leaps of logic that i just can’t see how to bridge. like i was talking to some white supremacist on fucking runescape the other night (Dont ask how ThIs Shit got started) and like idk. that guy is kind of - okay like first of all. you know what fuck it. i know his game. his game is that he’s accepted a hierarchy of races at which he’s coincidentally at the top, and thus he views equality of other races as a threat to his position (and he’s correct!). and he views degeneracy (lgbt-ness) and probably women’s rights as a threat to his hierarchical position in patriarchal heterosexuality (and he’s correct!) he thinks that people would be happier and in less pain if europe was some white heaven and all the degenerates and poc were excluded, but that has nothing to do with how poc/degenerates are fairing, because he doesnt value them as full human like himself. so for him, everyone that matters is taken care of and pain has been reduced/eliminated (i mean, white supremacy is not sustainable like - it wouldn’t work, there is no white supremacist utopia because its an inherently violent ideology that requires subjugation of SOMEBODY to function it will never stop). but for me, everyone matters, unless they’re causing others pain.

ugh this is not cohesive!! but i lit a fire under my ass because i understand this dude again. but anyway, it’s frustrating because you really cannot convince people of universal humanity when their ideology and self-worth is hinged on there being hierarchies. transphobic radfeminism or like similar types of movements (i wont get into them because i’d be sticking my ass out of my lane) of people assigning hierarchical worth to their own oppression are different but similar. for one, the end result of transphobic radfeminism is, if you follow the logic - the assignment of babies as male or female, and the elimination of all males. like - there is the understanding that men are biologically predisposed to oppressing ‘females’, and that ‘females’ are inherently more worthy because they are biological martyrs in that sense, they are not tainted by a genetic compulsion or ability to oppress (incorrect of course for a number of reasons). so the only solution is to avoid relationships with ‘males’ and if you do they will without fail mistreat you and you’ve brought on your own suffering (by being a bi or straight woman). like i literally saw some terf say ‘welp it sucks that straight women are straight lmao lets get them robot boyfriends’ like WHAT?? there’s this huge disconnect to humanity and reality there, and a huge disconnect from empathy to vast swathes of the human population. it approaches things this bizarre sort of value judgement based on happenstance of birth (birthright, so to speak) from a different angle than ur average runescape white supremacist, but i think why there are parallels b/w te/rfs and white supremacists is because they both draw the same conclusion. like te/rfs say that men are subhuman because they biologically oppress women (and i’d agree within the sense that ppl who oppress others are less humane, except that te/rfs link it to something inescapable), white supremacists will say that poc/degenerates/women are less human because again - something apparently inescapable. the results of either of these ideologies is either genocide or seperatism, the former of which is horrifying and the latter of which is not actually feasible (at least without violence). it is the attempt of a scoundrel to comfort themselves by having pride in something they had no say in rather than their actions.

liike we have to understand that humans are like all CAPABLE of good shit, AND bad shit, and the fact that men (for example) can choose to fight for equality with women and don’t is what makes them uniquely bad. this is also is the only thing that brings hope. like, there’s also the fact that it is real. we are all working with humanity here. its just very hard to argue with people i think if they can’t agree with that premise. am i unique here? did my parents do me wrong by raising me to believe in my inherent humanity and the inherent humanity of others? i don’t think this was very coherent... but basically there is no value or worth that is granted to an individual being because they are a certain race or gender or sexuality. we are all the same damn dirty human worldwide, contending with lines that were drawn to subjugate some to raise up a few. but these lines were drawn, they are artificial. time to rip it down ykwim ;3c

Oh it’s no trouble at all reallyalthough I would HARDLY consider myself as “””popular””” hhhhiknowlike8peopleI did something like this once before on one of my ask blogs but I’m just gonna trim it up and rewrite it.+*~ Below The Cut For Shitty Jazzy Advice ~*+Be warned it is long and wordy.This is my own personal blog process/blog beliefs.Don’t take all of these to heart fully because there are many ways to do/interpret things. I am simply sharing how i personally do things.If anyone feels the need to add more onto this, feel free to.

First lets get The Blog Theme down.Believe it or not this is actually important and can affect you and your blog a lot more than you think.-> THIS ACCOUNT IS WHERE I GET ALL OF MY THEMES -Please note there are other blogs like this one, I just use that one specifically.You can also use the default theme that tumblr gives you, there are ways to edit it but I do not know how to edit it you would have to ask someone else.Simple Theme Color rules that I use:- Do not add bright neon colors with black. I love black n neon as much as the next guy but it makes your theme eye burning.- Blog colors can determine a blogs theme as well. A bright colored theme suggests a happy upbeat blog. But this only applies if you care for that sort of thing.- Make the text easy to read. Please even your links in the sidebar make them a color that is different enough from the other colors on your blog so you can actually read them. Use a easy to read font as well.What I always make sure to add in a theme:- Ask Box. Obvious thing to add, never feel ashamed or hesitant to close your ask box if needed. Whether it be due to plot reasons or you have asks piling up. Feel free to close it for the time you need and open it up again when desired.- Submissions Box. Not REALLY needed, I just always add it for ease of access. You can get to someone’s submit box just by adding /submit to the end of their url but I prefer to have a tab for it.- Character page or reference tag. Seriously add a reference page or a reference tag that is easy to find. It’s kind of a turnoff if you don’t have a easy to access reference. Don’t be upset if you feel your reference isn’t good enough. As long as you have a color palette to it you will be golden. Never shade a reference without a normal color palette we are all begging you. If you draw art traditionally, you can always add a color palette in with MSpaint nobody will judge you for that.- Rules Page. Now this isn’t 100% needed. I just add them to avoid getting spammed with questions or like… nsfw questions or something. If you don’t care about that then don’t worry ‘bout it.These are the main things I add to a blog. I also add these things because I’m extra:- Lore/Plot page. This usually contains links n tags to follow all of my plot posts or specific lore posts.- Ask Hints page. This is a HUGE help to people who are shy like me!! I usually can’t think of good asks to send so Ask Hint pages are such a help. I always try to add them whenever I can! Also they can help people ask more plot relevant questions when needed.Other Important things to add to a theme of a blog:- Add warnings. If your blog isn’t going to be happy go lucky, please consider adding a warning somewhere. Whether it be in the blogs description or your rules page. You don’t HAVE to add a warning, but its best if you do. - Add a tagging system if needed. No again, don’t have to do this. Some don’t tag things at all which is fine! I prefer to have tags and tag everything so I don’t accidentally trigger someone or just have peeps upset at me in general. I always have trigger tags, sensitive content tags and OOC tags. I go overboard with my tagging, I am aware of this, but I would rather be safe than sorry.Lets talk about Blog Playlists:- It is perfectly fine to have a blog playlist. Most complain about blog playlists but that is generally only if AutoPlay is on. I’m neutral on blog playlists just as long as the autoplay is off I am good lol. AutoPlay tends to give me a spook. It’s a highly debated thing in the community, but from what i’ve seen people just don’t like AutoPlay lol-> IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE A STOCK PHOTO FOR YOUR BACKGROUND, TRY USING THIS METHOD FOR FAIR USE I know most don’t honestly care about fair use of stock photos like this, but try to be fair +*~ Onto the character’s themselves ~*+What do you choose as your main pokecharacter?Literally whatever you want. I know some try to challenge themselves by choosing a pokemon they dislike/is hard to draw as their main character, but please note there is a difference between challenging yourself and doing something that you dislike to impress others.Choose whatever you want. Whether it be a popular pokemon or not, as long as you enjoy it, go for it.Need Help designing the character themselves or their personality?Enjoy some links that I’ve used in the past when i was in a bind.- Master Post of Character Design/Story- Character Flaw List- Color Scheme website - A big thing containing stuff for character design - Here is a Palette Blog that I follow that I use for color palettes when I come up blank!- Need help portraying better speech bubbles for characters? here is some examples of some fun things you can do with them!- Are you a mainly text based blog or just want to word some of your things better? Enjoy this.I could link you so many more things, I also have a bunch of Art Tutorials saved/tagged!But I’m going to move on to avoid spamming~In the end. Have fun with your character design. If you aren’t enjoying what you are designing/drawing then maybe you should try something different! Again, there is a difference between challenging yourself and just forcing yourself to do something you dislike.+*~ ONTO BLOG THEMES ~*+What kind of plot should your blog have? Should it have a plot? What is better?Literally whatever you want!! Do what you want!! You want a big plot blog?? DO IT!! You want a silly nonsense blog?? DO IT!! Want a mix of both?? DO IT!!Now. Lets discuss blogs that contain sensitive subjects:- Do research on sensitive subjects. I know you are doing blogs for fun! Why would you want to research something that sounds boring right? Yeah it can be boring. But DON’T TRY TO PORTRAY SOMETHING YOU LITERALLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. Because then that’s just being ignorant or offensive. If you want a blog starring a depressed character? Please at least just do some research on depression so you aren’t just doing one big stereotype splattered everywhere.- I know doing research sounds boring but there is a line that you have to do research on before portraying it unless you just straight up want to be offensive or ignorant. In which case if you would want to be offensive… why? just why? idk shoo bEGONE.- Doing research on the subjects you are portraying can actually teach you things and help you better your characters and plot. Believe it or not… studying something you don’t know that much about will…. help you LEARN??? wow shocking I know. I know I sound sarcastic and rather salty with this, but it happens more than you think.- Portraying a subject you know nothing about just requires some research. It’s honestly not that hard. Oh honey I’m so sorry you dislike someone in the community, but please spare me the time of scrolling past your huge call out post for a person who hurt your feelings a bit. Call out posts should only be for community threats or something. Is the person you are going to make a call out post on a pedophile/art scammer/submits porn or body horror to blogs/blatenly sends out hate to others openly/sends fetish asks or something of that nature? Then yes that is a community issue that needs to be addressed. Is the person you are going to make a call out post on someone who just hurt your feelings/you had a fight with about something that is only directed at the two of you or your friend group? Then don’t.A community issue is a issue that addresses the entire community, not just you and your issues with someone else. Ye that's what I thought too. I can't picture Gon being utterly different aside from this abandon issues, to me he'd still be the cheerful and kind boy he always was. The CA arc would happen, it's just that it's likely Kite wouldn't die in it. Or well, at least not in the way he died in the story. I think Gon would become a hunter tho, like his dad, at his age, I'd totally see Ging encourage it. But still, without having to look for Ging there's no reason for Gon to do all the stuff that lead him to Kite in the first place. So without Gon, I think the CA arc would still happen the way it happened mostly, except that basically? it depends on how Pitou happens. Because think about it: without Gon, Netero would still hire Grandpa Zoldyck and deadly attack Komugi. Meruem would still ask Pitou to heal Komugi. Meruem would still fight Netero and him, Pouf and Youpi will all be subjected to the poison. The only thing imo would be that Pitou would protect Komugi from Pouf during that time, but then? I think Pitou either will survive the arc or will decide to stick around the King until he dies and she dies as well. Otherwise, ye I don't see much difference aside from how Pitou would play her part in all of it.

But oh my, who knows. If, in that AU, Ging is more accecible by people maybe he would have heard about Kite's CA problem and joined. If Ging died, I think about the same thing that happened with Kite would happen with Ging - ie, Gon will lose it. In canon, (es manga), Gon's attachement for Kite is also because Kite is the biggest link he has with his dad, and that it's thanks to Kite that Gon got this goal to find his dad and the motivation to do all the path he has done. (the number of mentions of Kite in the manga i s we ar). So in a way losing Kite was losing one of the adult who was here for him at some point and who was honest with him. So if Ging, in that AU happens to die, it would be kinda the same thing. Especially if Gon spent his life travelling with his dad, ie why he knows only him. It would destroy him.

Also keep in mind? If Ging dies, the Chairman election would be different. Since Ging manipulated everyone, first by setting up the rules against Pariston, then by playing with Cheadle, and then taking advantage of Leorio punching him to use it against Pariston. So if he dies, all of this would be put into jeopardy. At its core I think the Cheadle/Pariston deal will go like it went, but without Leorio in the way nor Ging to controle it all. (if Ging is alive but a good father tho, only the Leorio variante would be different - especially since without the CA arc, Gon would be going well.)

as for kpk and leorio there is a very tiny chance that gon will meet them like what you say, as for killua idk man since that kid is just wandering around, maybe in the AU they will see each other at some random city and decided to be bffs. leorio and kpk probably wont be together because at first gon is the one to resolve the conflict i think? without gon kpk might just going to hate leorio a lot and not befriend him. kpk will be fucked up in the yorknew arc (pt1)

(pt2) since at first its the squad that told him to control himself and not dive into danger straight away, its really hard to predict what will happen, but most likely kpk will probably loose his cool and ended up getting captured??

Honestly I still think the hunter exam would happen in that AU so I don't really fear for Gon and Killua meeting since, as long as they met together in a dangerous place, the whole thing that brings them together is their common age. for Kurapika and Leorio well - if Gon wasn't on the boat, they both would have been faced with the examination still, and would have probably fought just like they did. Likely failing to save the guy that Gon saved too ahah and they'd feel terrible. But I think they'd also have a proper fight. So I think that eventually, Kurapika and Leorio would take a lot of time to actually get along. Hell, without Gon, it's even to be wondered if they would have found the place of the Hunter Exams, since they had to follow Gon to find the place.

Honestly without his friendships I think Kurapika would be completely fucked up for YN, and hell, depending on how he meets Gon in the end and how he got along with Leorio, he would be completely alone in YN. Without having to look for Greed Island, none of Leorio/Gon/Killua would have been there for York New if they hadn't befriended Kurapika, and Kurapika alone? Would have been a trouble. Eventually if I think the begining (the whole part where Kurapika is alone) would be the same, after the fake death of the Spiders tho, Kurapika would be a wreck. In canon he feels better because his friends are here to cheer up on him, and Gon even propose him a new goal. Before that, Kurapika felt empty, like he lost all goals.

As for the rest of the arc, Pika wouldn't know about Pakunoda's abilities if Killua and Gon didn't know about it, so the rest of the hunt for the Spiders would be far more tricky. Kurapika would lose his cool more easily. But Killua and Gon wouldn't be taken hostage so maybe Kurapika would have a slight chance to kill Chrollo. But otherwise, I think, especially with Pakunoda's powers still being a secret on him, that he will be captured or worse.

So ye Kurapika alone would be... quite a mess indeed rip.

I've been talking to this guy daily for a little over a month now and like.. my brain just wants him to be my boyfriend so I can bug him without feeling like im Bugging him, you know?

Theres no chance of us meeting in person until March because we have different start dates for Disney. But like.. I've never had a guy admit to liking me and want to talk to me everyday and straight up tell me he likes me while also planning fun things to do together in Disney... part of me doesnt trust him fully BECAUSE this has never happened and idk how its supposed to work so it feels too good to be true.. but part of me is like.. can we both be in Disney already? I just want to hang out with you in person now.

I like him. I like his voice. Hes like an attractive dorky grandpa.

Ive been fighting a losing battle with my attempts to not get attached to him. He just does cute things that rope me in closer and I cant. And im like, so scared that if/when we meet he'll see me and be like "ew no" even tho he can easily go on my FB and see that i am NOT a model (and I've told him- he insists he doesnt care about that..) [he has a body like Nick Jonas Circa "Careful What You Wish For"] or like.. what if we meet and we like each other for real and he becomes my first real boyfriend? What if we do all those relationship things and then we break up? What if he's My Person? All scary things I've never thought about with anyone before because No One has ever admitted feelings for me.. and this guy has already stuck around while I dumped two big buckets of overthought crazy on him, he's mentioned the idea of a relationship, he was sad/worried (or appeared so) when he thought I wasnt going to Disney.

I dont know what happens in a relationship or how fast or slow you are supposed to do things. But he's been patient through my crazy moments and still talks to me everyday and im like.. what is happening? Is this a trick? Why do I deserve this?

Especially since I legit WAS NOT looking for anything. I "Liked" his survey on a DCP FB page and then he messaged me and sent me a friend request and idk why but I responded and we've been talking everyday since and I just.. i know I'm overthinking it all but like.. if we do become something come March, like what? Part of me thinks hes talking to Every woman who "liked" that survey but also part of me thinks hes just talking to me (tho mostly i doubt that somehow, based on youtube rabit holes about men/dating) But he's told me he likes my personality and that Im pretty and funny and he's straight up told me he liked me a lot and has mentioned a relationship in conversation and when I tell him I'm uncomfortable with something he backs off of it and like what if he IS a good guy who DOES like me? Idk how to handle that. He sent me a recording of his voice because I said i wanted to hear what he sounded like (then we had a whole conversation via voice recordings) like.. hes a goof and he seems like a good guy but idk man. I've never experienced this before so I dont trust any of it.

Hes a sweetheart with a dirty mind so Idk how to handle this all or if im being too trusting or not trusting enough. (I dont truly trust people very easily, at all.)

My life suddenly feels like a movie where I'm finally figuring stuff out and now theres a man here to throw a wrench into everything and make my brain go mushy..

I've noticed recently that I find myself more cute and attractive and I dont want that feeling to be just because some man claims to find me attractive, I want it to be because I am happy with myself. And like, I know its silly but I have this belief that you get into a relationship when you are headed in the correct direction for your life/destiny/whatever you are meant for in life. Like, you meet your person once you are either IN or headed toward your purpose, whatever that is. Idk.. idk how to explain it, its just a silly thing that I kind of believe. Especially when I look at my friends who are married or engaged. Idk.

So yeah.. all that said.. Basically I have relationship fever (best way I can think to explain the feeling). We talk everyday but I still want to be able to talk to him without thinking Im coming across as clingy or annoying. I want him to be my boyfriend so I can "bug" him without feeling like im "bugging" him... but i mean, with the way I overthink things we could be at the altar on our wedding day and I'd be like "Are you sure? I know you asked but, are you sure youre sure??"

Also idk why but yesterday at the JoBros concert I thought of him during "Lovebug" and "Year 3000"-- okay i think Lovebug was because I legit heard his voice for the first time the day before (not a phone call but still his voice) and Year 3000 because we talked about Meet the Robinsons 1x so obviously he is linked to anything Meet the Robinsons related in my brain because that makes perfect sense..

Why am I like this? Why cant I be normal and not overthink everything that happens in my life?? I've listened to his voice recordings a few times because I want to see/hear him in person because Im insane and he should run away as fast as he can.. the first time I heard his voice it wasnt at all what I was expecting and I got chills all over my body, not the usual shivers up the spine, my whole body. It felt weird but good. I thought he sounded weird at first but by the next morning when I replayed the clips my brain was like "That is the most attractive voice ever" idk how that works.. I just want it to be March so we can meet up in person and see what happens/where it goes if we do.. part of me imagines he will knock on my door and we will hug and go get food at Disney Springs, part of me knows the more likely scenario is that if we meet I will be super awkward and just stare at him and be quiet and awkward and hyper aware of my body size, and another part of me thinks we wont ever make it beyond messaging. He'll get to florida amd see just how many pretty, single women compared to single men there are and he wont care for me anymore and We'll never actually meet.

Idk how to life.

Idk if this will answer your question satisfactorily but itll be. Something. Ive thought about this too much too often. Just a lot of rambling. (Wont go into Nanashi bc he already kind of is one? A demi-demi fiend)

For consistency’s sake in this im defining a fiend as some kind of human demon fusion.

Im sorry this took so long

Kazuya – kazuya my man my treasure. I’ve thought about this a lot, so I’ll use this as a chance to link up to my ‘demon from the start’ AU. In the opening of smt 1 kazuya and yuji are taken to a hospital where weird experiments are being conducted. They both break out in like 2 minutes and leave but I kinda thought ‘hey what if they didn’t break out in time and went through terrible demon fusion experiments?’

Ive got 2 cohabitating versions in my head. So version 1, He kind of looks like an electronic ghost? Idk if you remember when I talked about this 500 years ago. Grey, barely visible, fuzzy around the edges, when he does talk its like someone talking through a broken radio. Idk sort of like the idea of someone isolated getting lost in computers and technology but on a literal level. Makes doing anything pretty difficult but on the upside maybe if someone else wears the comp he can, possess it? I just made him rotom dangit

Version 2 is just straight up monster version, sort of like I wrote him in that one fic where he got cursed but more, werewolf-y, scraggly hair, maybe spikes on his back and filmed over eyes, sort of all white like the alexander nina chimera in fma? A lot of this demon form I made to parallel that chimera actually, not in terms of body shape (kazuya can still stand and wear clothes) but the unnerving factor, the inherent wrongness and fear it inspired in others.

a very unhappy pained werewolf, bc the thing I would (will? If I write it) is that the fusion was done improperly, so its not as seamless as takeshi’s fusion was. Kazuya hands are more claw than hand, so using the comp is more difficult, but even more pressing is that the fusion screwed up his throat, so demon negotiation is hard, and its that much harder to explain who he is to a future full of very anxious trigger happy humans who probably wouldn’t listen to him at the best of times.

Flynn – For some reason I always associate Flynn with birds? Mostly diurnal raptors, ever since I first started playing smt iv in 2016. I have no idea why.

I think Flynn kind of has a canon fiend, or at least semi-divine form when he fused with Vishnu in smt iv a? but this is where I put my bad thoughts so disregarding that

Ive had this dumb idea for a long time (pre-smt iv a) of Flynn being like a bird-demon type fusion, with talons, sharp fingernails, maybe some patches of softer short feathers on his arms and legs, and wings (idk from what, prob red-tailed hawk). Idk how it’d happen, I thought some kind of curse, he’s probably pissed off enough deities to warrant it. theyre big enough to let him fly, if he ever tried

In his case the change is noticeable but almost entirely hide-able. So for Flynn, in a neutral route that depends on so much on what outsiders think about you, he has to get through while hiding his new demonic nature from Hunters and people in Tokyo in general (also the samurai too probably) who’d turn on him if they knew what he was. So doing every mission, working himself to the bone endlessly with his nails constantly filed short and wings tied down tightly until the pain almost makes him sick. Fun!

DS1 (these headings have no consistence) – ds1 kazuya has a fairly canon demon version I think, but ill throw down my hc anyway – King of Demons route he can usually make himself look how he wants, but default he’s got horns, bat wings, fangs, and keeps the cape I see him in sometimes. I think it suits him. If he hugs someone (Atsuro) he uses his wings too without thinking, so it’s a very warm all-enveloping hug

Ds2 – if Hibiki goes alcor route, I think his outward appearance would kind of change to reflect his new nature. To other humans he mostly looks the same, but sometimes in stressed moments/pre-battle his eyes turn totally blue like Leo Watch’s in Kekkai Sensen. Hibiki’s battle form (the way alcor turns into a giant cube) looks like a white glowing abstract rabbit (like the rabbit on the moon get it?)

Smt if – this is vague bc I only played 30 minutes of the game and don’t know anything about it. You know how when you die in the game you get a guardian spirit? HC that the player character is actually a guardian spirit demon possessing the corpse of a student that died in the attack trying to find someone to, guardian over? They look mostly normal, except not, really dying when theyre killed? They just get back up, taking horrible wounds. Only clues about their demons nature are a grey pallor to their skin and red eyes.

Persona - and now the vaguest of all. What would a fiend even look like in persona, in a world that (usually) doesn’t have demons? I have no idea but I like to think if any human fused with a shadow they’d look mostly normal in the real world except for eyes that turn yellow at dramatic moments, and then in whatever alternate world the game has their human skin starts falling off and they take increasingly abstract and freaky shapes depending on whatever emotional turmoil/teen angst they’re going through. (also slightly ties into a hc for that fic i will also never write where philemon and myarly reincarnate as humans)

i'm 17, have had my ma junior operators license for 10 months. i was driving home, when in a thickly settled area i saw a motorcycle getting ready to pull off the sidewalk, i was keeping an eye on him to make sure he wasnt going to pull out into my lane, when i looked up and saw that the car in front of me had come to a dead stop, at a greenlight, bc a pedestrian had taken a step into the crosswalk. my vehicle hit the one in front of me, which pushed into the one in front of him. Pretty bad damage, speed was around 25-30mph. Right now i'm listed as an occasional operator on my dad's insurance (clean record). Its liberty mutual, just curious how much itll increase per year since im young. i wasn't cited, no injuries.""
