I had a scene in the original version of chapter 26's smut scene (rewrote that one entirely from my original draft) where Lin called Arst "(my) dear" in Long Dau. Arst asked what he said and Lin got embarrassed and tried to deflect, while Arst tried to pester an answer out of him (without success). It was a cute scene, but it sadly didn't go with the flow of the revised version. Maybe I can try to repurpose it in another scene one day...

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH oh, okay! Actually I have no clue if that’s why other people ship them? It might be? It might also be that them being the last two out of the group made people consider the ship and then start actually enjoy the possibility of it? I don’t know! Personally SeroMina is one of the ships I’ve been shipping the longest (I’ve been on it since before starting to like kamijirou, actually!) and one of the only three ships in bnha I have a seriously hard time breaking up and shipping around (the other two being ochadeku and bakushima) so I’m reasonably sure my ending up liking them was an independent thought process and it wasn’t guided by shipping other things? But it’s been so long that I can’t really say why I first considered them as a possibility, so who knows, really! Might be, might not!

The reason why I’m still shipping it right now is that I find them highly compatible, that their interactions in canon give me life, and that I just find them extremely visually pleasing - I think I have a very specific way of shipping them? In my head? I have this story about them, or... an ideal way in which I like to think they might happen, and it makes me very happy and makes me feel very warm and it’s just, it’s ideal? To me, the possibility of Sero and Ashido ending up together would make for an ideal lovestory and relationship, it just gives me the fuzzies haha it’s like, you know, they’re very very good friends, and to me that’s the most solid base to start a relationship, and they’re comfortable with one another which is wonderful. They’re the same type of silly and extra and rowdy which is fun, and I’m very very stuck on the fact that when Ashido was talking about her future agency she just assumed Sero would be in it - she wants him in her future??? how cute is that!! he wasn’t the only one she mentioned so I’m not saying it’s “canon proof” or whatever, I just like that out of the squad the only one she assumed would be with her in the future is Sero, it’s soft I like it. hello. i read your goodbye message post and most of it feels like i wrote it myself. my account was terminated 3 days ago and i'm feeling exactly the same as you did. dead. spending a ridiculous amount of time and effort, pouring my heart and soul into it, only for all of that to be taken away. my blog kept me sane and it's the reason i stay alive. i truly hope i wouldn't have to wait for months to receive a reply because i don't know how much longer i can take this.

I’m so, SO incredibly sorry this happened to you, it’s not something I want anyone to experience (and JFC are terminations still happening orz). I understand how you feel. I’m so sorry. *HUGS*

I don’t know if I can offer much comfort because again, it DID take me two months to get my blog back, and 2 months of nonstop emailing and determination to keep emailing. I DID manage to get my blog back. I know tons of other people who didn’t. I don’t know if the difference is perseverance, or if it was something on my blog (or more specifically NOT on my blog) that made me a special exception, or anything else.

Still, here’s some advice on possible things you can try. I don’t know if any of these things contributed to getting my blog back, but if it feels better to be doing something rather than just waiting, here are some things that I tried.

-Send emails consistently, but not too much. I don’t know if they blacklist emails/blogs that contact support too much, but I was wary of it, and other than the first week, kept my emails to once a week.

-KEEP SENDING EMAILS. I don’t know if there’s something in their system sorta like the Tumblr inbox that doesn’t let some of their messages through, or if they simply skip/ignore some. The message they finally responded to was something like the 4th email I sent. They never responded to my earlier ones.

-In addition to sending new support requests, REPLY to the first email you sent. I didn’t notice this the first two times, but that automated “We’ve received your request!” email that doesn’t even have a copy of your message? Well, if you read carefully it tells you to reply to it to keep your place in the queue. Idk if it helps, but it was after my second reply to an older email that they finally got back to me (though not, ironically, on the email I replied to LOL).

-Make your case for why your blog shouldn’t have been terminated as clearly and politely as possible. It’s easy to get emotional, and I know I did a few times, but the vast majority of my emails were borderline groveling. It increased my bitterness, but I could swallow my pride if it meant getting my blog back. Quote their guidelines back at them. Be super, SUPER polite and always thanks staff for their time.

-Try sending a support request in a category other than “blog termination.” There’s a chance it’ll just get deleted/moved to the correct category, but if they take too long getting back to you, then whelp, politeness and trying to make things easy for them be damned. Fact is, they often respond in MINUTES to things like improperly flagged posts. THEY HAVE PEOPLE. Just maybe not people looking at your termination review request.

-Try adding an attachment. Follower sent me a post that gave advice, saying they have a bot scanning for messages with attachments and prioritize those. Idk if it did anything, since staff never responded to any of my emails with attachments, but better to cover all your bases. I made a simple jpg infographic on Tumblr, with my blog url, icon, date blog was created, approximate follower count, date of termination, and very simple bullets why my blog shouldn’t have been terminated.

-SAVE all of your messages before you hit send! Because when you get that automated email, they don’t give you a record of what you sent, which sucks and is stupid. I have a text file that I saved all my lengthy ass emails to, along with the date I sent them. Near the end, I sent staff a huge ass email compiled of all previous emails, saying “Hey, I sent all of these on these dates.”

-Maybe have friends/followers also send emails on your behalf? I don’t know if this did anything for me, and I know everyone who got a response got a copy-paste answer that I needed to be the one to contact them. But, people WERE sending emails for me (thank y’all so much ;A;), so that’s one more possibility.

I hope some of this information may be helpful to you or others in our situation >.

This is such a painful, unbearable situation. Blogs aren’t just disposable things to so many people, and it’s extremely irresponsible of staff and the entire company that this keeps on happening. And if it gets to be too much, there’s no shame in realizing you need to move on for yourself, and find alternatives.

Even I’m trying not to be too dependent anymore, and to make sure I have no regrets, even if I’m terminated again tomorrow. It could very well happen again. I’ll never be able to use Tumblr the same way again because now I always feel that blade against my neck.

BTOB [TIME] 2017 Concert Report (Hong Kong)

Hello ya'll! So I've went to BTOB's concert yesterday (14th of July) and it was super awesome!! Even though the venue was really big, the seats weren't all filled (and there was a section across me where it was completely empty ;;) But thank god it didn't look like a black ocean (or else I would've seriously be sad (I was so worried, gosh)). Since the concert "starts" (always late -__-) at 8:00, I decided that I would get there around 5:30.

You could preorder lightsticks so I paid beforehand so I could get it on the day (on the merch table). For some reason, the merch table opened at 5 (it was kinda late), and the VIP ticket holders had to start lining up to have their 'mini fanmeeting' with BTOB prior to the concert (for like 20mins only?? XD).

After I got the ticket, it was lowkey boring since I was alone (waiting for my mom again ahem) and so all I did for the next hour was stand around... (there were so little people after the VIP people were let in because a lot of them were VIP ticket holders). So at around 6:50 (yes it was really painful waiting for my mom ;;), my mom finally arrived and we got some food in this small cafe inside the venue (the food wasn't that good tbh).

At around 7:15 we decided to go through security check (because SHINee's one took forever?!). But it was actually really fast (and this time, they didn't even take out my stuff), but they did have a metal detector... (and they would give you a wristband once you pass (I guess it's for security measures...)). I got in at 7:20 (LOL) and found my seat ;v; this time, I decided to sit in block 4 (which is the sides) (when I got the tickets a few months back) and I was kinda at like in the middle-ish bottom.

There were so little people at the venue I started getting worried (and it was 10mins before the concert started). Then right before the concert started, a shit ton of people came in (in crowds) and they didn't have lightsticks so it was sTraNge (and it felt like they were paid to get in or something because the venue was kinda empty).

So at around 8:10, the lights dimmed, and everyone turned on their lightsticks... it's time for BTOB to shine!! They started with a song (that I don't know the name of (I'm so sorry orz)), but it was really cool hahaha, this time, I actually warmed up way faster than I previously did (than SHINee) and started screaming way louder after this song ended XD

And then it was I'll Be Your Man!! It was sO gOOD (kms bc Hyunsik's vocals ARE SO oN poiNT I CAN'T (and he's also my bias so it's like additional points)). Hyunsik always sings the higher notes / sustained parts (??) / the climax part of the song so it was really great being able to hear them sing in real life ;v;

Eunkwang, and Changsub, as usual, rocked too in vocals!! Then Ilhoon was like KILLING it (along with Minhyuk and Peniel). Sungjae was surprisingly good with his vocals (I think he improved (I'm so proud of my bby ;;)). So after I'll Be Your Man (this song is my jam;;), it was Thriller! (Flashbacks to weekly idol when they were saying how their dance in the intro looked like they were washing clothes haha). The chorus is like KMS ITS SO GOOD.

After that, they had their opening speech, (featuring Sungjae's broken english). Most of them spoke English (except Hyunsik (who spoke Korean) and also Changsub). Peniel spoke first and omg he's so cute ;; Then Minhyuk introduced himself and said "I'M YOURS" (like wOA WOA WOA OK. I THOUGHT IM YOURS BUT IF YOU'RE MINE THAT WORKS TOO (jkjk)). He's such a bias wrecker lmao, and Changsub scrunched up his face purposefully when he heard Minhyuk saying that (and cringed haha (like same)).

Oh yeah, and Peniel kept asking us, "was it fun?" (he was expecting "YESS!" or something like that) but in exchange, he received screams hahaha, so he was like, "I want an answer, not (imitates girly screaming)" LMAO. So when he asked, (for some reason), I was going to say yes, but I ended up saying it too early (that the whole venue was quiet) ;; (and I was really loud too omg hahaha)

Then after that, cue to a messed up setlist. They also sang Someday, Second Confession, Wow, Peniel's new song (solo), Hyunsik solo (he sang a Mandarin song), Sungjae solo (Goblin OST??), then Ilhoon, Peniel and Minhyuk did a collab (insert song name lol), The Movie, Beep Beep Boop Boop (this was the third song on the setlist). I probably would know more if I listen to their songs again (but I'm so tired right now because I arrived home at 12am and I only got 8 hours of sleep;; (bc I went to bed at 1am)).

Memorable parts of the concert: During one of the MC moments, Ilhoon was like "you guys are hot" (I was legit like, "woa wOA woAAH WhAT?") until he said like hot as in the sweating kind of hot (lowkey disappointed (JKJK)). After Sungjae's solo, since he was wearing this long coat (bc Goblin lmao), Eunkwang said he really wanted to try the coat (and the members said, "It'll probably touch the ground if you wear it" (LMAO)).

So when he did, it reached his ankles haha. They also told him to reenact to one of the scenes and it was really cute and funny. Oh yeah, and at some point, Eunkwang showed his abs to the audience (OMG hahahah) and apparently "Someone had left their abs in Korea" (BTOB members look towards Minhyuk). Eunkwang only showed his abs for 2 seconds and Sungjae said "it looks like white chocolate' LOL.

I don't remember which part of the MC, but Sungjae wanted to say how we're a really cool crowd or something, but then he was like "you guys are so tasty" in English LMAO. The moment Peniel heard him, he was like wtf bruhhhh X"D and he tried to correct Sungjae (poor Peniel lololol). BTOB is so good at making their fans laugh bc legit the members were like "see? naturally, we only have 4 members left" (when Peniel legit just walked out of the stage) so everyone laughed hahaha.

Minhyuk is also such a bias wrecker? I didn’t really see why he was so popular in the beginning (im sorry), but after seeing him rap, I’m like fucking in love (kill me pls). He also kept shooting finger(?) hearts to everyone so /dies/. When the backdrop had them

The fans also prepared some rose lightsticks but guess what? ONLY MY SIDE OF THE SEATS DIDN'T GET THEM :DDDD /salt/ and the members took a few of them away (lmao) bc they "were really pretty". The fans also prepared some slogans but they didn't sing the songs (that were for the slogan), but in the end Ilhoon took them up and made this impressed face hahaha (idk why but he always reminds me of an old man?? X"D)

As an overall, it was really great and in no time, the concert came into an end ;v; it was really fun and really worth it. I feel so satisfied and happy after watching them perform and so I hope to see them again!! ;v;

Not related to Kpop shit: (it's all vkei ;v;)

(but after seeing Codomo's photos in Korea, I feel really jealous ;v; and also Pentagon performing in A-Kon (like "guys, you have fans in HK too" loLOLOL)). Not related to Kpop, but when Morrigan's Ayu kept on hinting that they're going to have an European tour on IG, I got really salty becauSE I WANT THEM TO COME TO HK TOO OK /extremely live deprived/ (which is the result of me being salty at all of the bands not coming to hk lmao)

(but Versailles is coming to HK and I really want to go ;v;;;;;;;;;;;;; but at the same time, if Pentagon came, I would have definitely went ;v;;;;;; I want to hear Hizaki's guitar shredding but then no one likes Versailles (not that I know of) ;v;;; and I don't want to be stuck alone ;v;;;;;;)

Basically sad life lol. IM GOING TO WAIT FOR KIRYU, ROYZ AND/OR CODOMO DRAGON TO COME TO HK. C'MON GUYS, IM WAITING TO SPEND ALL MY MONEY ON YA'LL.

BSD Chapter 51 Summary

A bit of summary for the new chapter. It took me a lot of time to just read through this cuz there’re so many texts and many difficult kanjis that I have never seen before. But the chapter is nice and I am so in love with Dazai and Shinsoukoku’s reaction. As usual, please note that I might make some mistakes with my translation (I mostly will!!) because my Japanese is limited. Kindly correct me if you spot anything that is incorrect! Thanks <3

                                                 SPOILERS AHEAD

- Based on the information he got from Natsume sensei in the last chapter, Dazai and Kunikida set off to  Fyodor’s base. It’s located in an old mine which is equipped with sensors and traps and all the other equipments that would prevent ability users. They took Atsushi and Akutagawa with them. Dazai mentioned the first priority is to capture the virus user and second is  Fyodor.

- Atsushi was quite concerned about this collaboration and told Dazai it’s not going to work cuz Akutagawa hates him so much. But turns out Akutagawa is very obedient with everything Dazai says lol. (TN: I never deny that Dazai is such a manipulative guy lol, but the way he motivates Akutagawa is kinda like the way a father would motivate his son too xDD). 

Dazai: “You were my subordinate 4 years ago right? I wonder if you can show me that you could do a little better now?”

Aku: Yeah.

Atsu: Well Akutagawa? Your name is Akugatawa right?

Aku: Yeah

Atsu: Do you know that you will have to fight alongside with me?

Aku: Yeah

Atsu: What did you eat last night?

Aku: Yeah

(TN: He’s just so focused lol)

- After the 2 managed to get into the mine without being noticed by the guards, Aku told Atsushi that he doesn’t need him at all, and that this is one in 4 year chance for him to prove his ability to Dazai (TN: I mean why are you so obsessed with aknowledgement Aku? orz) and then maybe he can just kill off Atsushi. Atsushi got angry with Aku and told Aku that the only thing in his head is killing the enemy and “No wonder why Dazai san cast you away and disappeared” (TN: no no no Atsushi why you said such cruel words T_T) This turned a switch on Aku which Atsushi was sure he would be killed, but Aku just said nothing and kept moving.

- They then heard someone’s voice through the tunnel so Aku decided to capture them to mine for information. But the two guards say they don’t know anything about  Fyodor’s whereabout. Aku so wants to kill them off but Atsushi stops him, saying he’s like a lawn mower lol, and again “because you only think about that you will be thrown away by Dazai san” (TN: He’s got Aku’s weak point, hasn’t he? xDD). Then Aku was like “I’m gonna make you into a tiger skin rug after this”, to which Atsushi was like “I’m gonna teach you some other stuff rather than ‘kill’ “ xDD 

- One of the guards then pointed them to a place which they think might be where  Fyodor is hiding and took them there.

- Meanwhile,  Fyodor is talking to a mafia member who reported to him about the disappearance of Mori and Fukuzawa. He put a tie with explosion on the mafia member to force him to spill out the information.  Fyodor later killed him off, obviously (by telling him to take off the tie by plugging off a wire but that actually activated the bomb instead)

- Back to Aku and Atsu, they reached the gate and got in contact with Katai. However due to the mine being underground making connection very bad, Katai couldn’t disable the security device. So Aku told him to just focus on finding the location of the virus user because that’s the top priority. Katai then went like “I got it bro”, to which Akutagawa said “Who’s bro with you? I’m gonna cut you off” lol

- While Katai is looking for the location of the virus user, Aku and Atsu has a little talk. Atsu asked Aku why he thought that Dazai put them together. And Aku said it’s because Dazai always choose the option with the highest rate of success and that no wonder he chose Atsushi because Atsushi is his trusted subordinate. Aku then went on saying that “If there’s thing I don’t understand, that’s why me…?” (TN: Poor babe, it’s obvious that he trusts you too!). In turn, Aku asked Atsushi why such a coward like him would risk his life to save somebody, to which Atsushi said because it’s the right thing to do. 

- Their conversation is cut off when Katai informed them that the virus user is just 2meters away from them. (btw his name is Alexander Pushkin and he’s so ugly ><) That’s when one of the guards back then (who gave them info about the gate) took out a gun and shot Aku. Atsu managed to get him off the bullet line but Aku still suffered a scratch from the bullet. They were going to chase after the guy when Aku collapsed since the virus has been activated!

And that’s the end of the chapter. I can’t wait for the next one. I wonder if the virus always needs a counter part. If so, then who?

PS: I made a bunch of edits since there were so many typos orz. I typed this in a rush so please bear with me orz PS2: I realized I typed Dostoevsky in all my post instead of Fyodor lol. Just changed it. Idk I guess Dostoevsky is just more familiar to me xD

i’ll start out by saying i’m really sad that intsys doesn’t give us any interactions between mathilda and the other members of the deliverance ( lukas, forsyth, python ), especially when they’re clearly very trusted. like, none of them even really mention her, i think? correct me if i’m wrong. i thought it was strange that it’s a random soldier, to my recall, who tells alm about mathilda’s relationship with clive — and like, yeah, but……idk it bums me out. 

especially since, as i’d mentioned before, i think mathilda and lukas have a lot in common in the way they approach things. clive is a reasonable person, but he tends to get stuck in the rut between emotional response and rationality, and as a result can be slow to act. forsyth is a being entirely comprised of emotion, and python is just kinda along for the ride. i definitely headcanon that, prior to lukas’ arrival ( tho it’s unclear? if forsyth and python came along before or after him ), mathilda was really the driving force behind the deliverance. clive was the head of the operation and the leader, but she was kind of the one actually getting shit done. or pushing clive to get shit done. and being his voice of reason.

so when lukas comes in and — in my view; feel free to offer your own thoughts if you disagree! — is someone who actually operates on the same playing field as her, she’s immensely relieved. as much as she loves everyone in the deliverance, i’m sure there have been times when she’s felt like she’s the only one moving things along or taking initiative, and she’s gotten frustrated. then lukas appears and tells clive things like “just promise me your melancholy will fade with the dawn. on the morrow, we must begin a plan of action to retake zofia castle” ( p sure that’s like 90% accurate quote there; that was off the top of my head ), mathilda is like thank fuck.

so considering the game gives us no conversations between them to go off of, i think their relationship — at least from mathilda’s end — would be based on mutual understanding; the kind of thing where like two people are in a workplace and surrounded by a bunch of incompetent people and they just kind of look at each other across the room like ‘look at what we have to deal with’. ( not that the rest of the deliverance is incompetent — that’s admittedly a harsh way of putting it — but you get the idea. )

beyond that, it’s hard to say. mathilda is pretty good at keeping close friendships separated from work, and while she cares about many of the deliverance members, it’s hard to say they actually move into the personal sphere where she would have a reason to interact with them outside of work-related stuff. but this can be something we definitely can play around with! it’s not like she adamantly keeps the two spheres separated, either, so there’s definitely room for movement.

as for the fernand business, again, the game doesn’t give me any clues orz i for sure don’t think she was oblivious to it. clive says that he’s had many arguments with fernand about his views by the time alm comes around, which means that mathilda knows about it for sure, even if she may never have been there to see it firsthand. i think that mathilda and clive share many of their views when they started up the deliverance, so she’s on board with equalizing treatment between nobles and commoners, and different tiers of nobility as well. especially coming from someone whose life has revolved around the belief that merit trumps social standing ( otherwise, as a woman, she would not be where she is ), she might even feel more strongly about it than clive does. her father was clearly someone who didn’t care much for social limitations, so i think that growing up in that environment means that mathilda was able to develop a rather liberal stance on the matter, which is rare for zofian nobility, as even clive, in his new support with python, says that he still believes in social tiers.

so i think in the end it comes down to — she doesn’t agree with fernand at all in how he’s treating lukas, as she believes skill trumps station any day of the week ( which is also why she’s so quick to trust in alm’s judgment just based on clive’s word; her dialogue if you choose not to recruit her [ tho idk why anyone…..would do that that ] is interesting in that regard ). but i don’t think she’s addressed it openly, either with lukas or fernand, as she doesn’t really see it as her business, as long as things don’t get out of hand and mess up the operation. as much as she appreciated fernand, i think in a way she always considered him ‘clair and clive’s childhood friend’, to an extent, and considered herself a degree removed, so she wouldn’t have felt comfortable being the one to broach the topic with him.

Whats your opinion on the headcanon that bakugou is hard of hearing because of how loud his explosions are? If you dont mind my asking

I think I answered this q on this blog already? Maybe? But anyway, I don’t exactly mind it, but I can’t say I share the headcanon myself - for one, because I’m of the opinion that their bodies are built to withstand a safe use of their quirks (a bit like you can’t break a leg by simply walking, you know), so in general I’m not a fan of headcanons that include damages caused by simply doing what their bodies were born to do? 

But also because generally, even under the assumption that his body isn’t made to hold up with his explosions, isn’t it awfully convenient how only his ears take damage in these scenarios? What about his eyes? How come he can still see with no problems even with the continuous exposure to the explosions’ light? How about his hair? How come he can stand so close to fire without it ever being damaged by it? His palms have thicker skin and we know that thanks to his UA file, but what about the rest of his body? How come he can stand smack in the middle of an Howitzer Impact without getting even slightly burnt? When you say “only his ears aren’t made to withstand his explosions” what you’re telling me is that his whole body is tailord to deal with his quirk but his ears, and that just feels unrealistic to me - by which I mean, when this is the scenario we’re talking about, you can’t give the fault of the damage to Bakugou’s quirk. It’s a problem his body has, not a natural consequence of having that sort of quirk. And imho with those premises you sort of end up with a different kind of story, you’re supposed to write it differently - that’s what I think, at least

Ah, this is also another reason why I’m not a huge fan of the headcanon - don’t get me wrong! If you like it then go on, I’m not trying to stop anyone from enjoying ideas and possibilities!! But personally I like Bakugou not having any reason to be loud-mouthed and rude, that’s just his personality and how the environment he grew up in made him, and lately I’ve seen the hc used to justify his behaviour more than I like? Bakugou being an asshole is just who he is, and I love it! I love that his life made him like that and I love that he’s working hard to fix that flaw, giving him an external reason, something he has no control over, to justify his personality changes the core of his character too much, and that’s not something I’d ever want to do tbh

And it’s also cool to think that he was somewhat genetically engineered to be better in a fight to compensate for a lack of earing (though again, why only his ears and not his eyes or his sense of tact too), but that goes to cut on all the hard work he put in becoming as good as he is, right? If that’s what you like than who am I to stop you! But Bakugou’s hardworking nature is one of the things I love about him, I don’t really feel like taking away from him all the effort and work he put through the years in becoming as good as he is now

Uh, well, it’s not like I “haven’t considered” doing it, but more than a collage it’s… just how I always draw? Only usually I cut the pics for each of them to be a different image so they’re easier to see, while yesterday I was too lazy to do that and left them all on the same canvas haha so I guess yeah next time I’ll feel like drawing krkm if you’d like I can leave the drawings all in one pic, that’s just less work for me after all lol
