What if Jason and Thalia were switched?

Like what if that was Hera's plan to unite the camps?

The Greek daughter ends up in the Roman camp.

The Roman son ends up in the Greek Camp.

Both of them become their camps respective leaders, and when the time comes their identities are revealed.

Because you've got for the first time in Centuries, Greek and Roman siblings.

And not just any, children of the King of God's.

And it's not like anyone would know any different.

I mean the Romans are so against Jason for acting un Roman like.

And yet they they allow the very not Roman Percy to be Praetor with no years of service.

Anything else and the mist solves it.

Politely threatens her husband to either claim them incorrectly or not at all.

Imagine she doesn't even do it at the beginning and Camp Half-blood ends up with feral Jason Grace.

But he smol.

I mean 9 year old Thalia was definitely already feral so good luck to Camp Jupiter.

Idk just feral Grace siblings at different camps and Hera like... I have made a mistake.

Was looking at refs and since Viktor has two different leg braces I was wondering, do we think he wears them simultaneously?? The refs don't perfectly line up perspective-wise so it's hard to tell but parts of the one he wears during the Hexcore scenes look like they could maybe line up with the brace that he wears over his clothes, but also some parts really don't and look like they'd be super uncomfy. Also HOW does he take these on and off. Experts weigh in

#viktor #arcane #ig my assumption would be that he wears both simultaneously cause in the scene where he injects the shimmer #it seems implied that he just threw off his clothes and kept experimenting #so one might assume he was already wearing the smaller one underneath #tho it is a funny image to think of him just being like 'one sec i gotta go all the way home and grab my other brace to do this'#he can take off the back brace too cause hes not wearing it in the scene where he's in the hospital bed and you can see his shoulder #where the strap would be #but that one seems to make even less sense functionality wise #everything looks like its screwed together #or screwed INTO him #but only the top bolts on his spine are i think #in the close ups of his back brace model it looks like theres cushioning underneath the parts of it that cover the rest of his spine #so he can take it off. but HOW #what parts of it unscrew/detatch to pull open and off #does it not do that at all and he just has to shimmy it off his shoulder and all the way down his legs to get it off like a romper #the shape language of the designs are cool but like. tell me how it wooorrkkksss #forgive me if im just dumb and dont know at all how braces work and theres a very simple practical explanation for all this #any king who wants to infodump about mobility aids at me....the floor is yours #something to be said i suppose about the fact that zaunites have crazy prosthetics with wild augmentations that work flawlessly #and piltover's like. idk heres some fucking uncomfortable ass metal. salo gets wheelchair in non ada compliant place #they havent ever needed to adapt to accommodate disabilities etc etc #or maybe artists were just like 'heres a design' and everybody clapped and didnt give it a second thought #and then they just turned off the visibility on the mesh when they didnt need it knowing thered not be a scene where its taken off #dont even wanna THINK about what that rig would look like #like 40 different controllers #soft body and rigid hard surfaces needing to move together....#a cold chill just shot up my spine #<- guy who is only an animator and doesnt know how to rig #forgive the magic wand tool with zero cleanup. i am lazy

#okay so the scenario here is that she’s visiting the coast of Enbarr in Duke Gerth’s territory #I think where she’d usually be in Duchy Gerth wouldn’t be on the coast #it’s hard to tell on the canon map but this coastal area would be like former Nuvelle territory #so Duke Gerth would probably live in a more central location #and Petra really loves the ocean and swimming #so she’d obviously want to go to the coast as often as she could #and the direction is a little off but she’s supposed to be looking south west towards Brigid #but yeah I think it would be very bittersweet for her to visit the coast some days #also she ended up looking older than I planned so maybe this is around the time she goes to Garreg Mach? idk #my art #petra macneary #fe3h #fire emblem three houses #okay actually I think some Gerth territory is on the coast but #I think Duke Gerth is probably in a central location regardless

oh good, I was afraid that wasn't going to read properly and people would just be like "what is this supposed to be". :') but yeah! I like to think Eric was pretty fond of Neige as a kid! single dad sees orphan child approximately the same age as his own son and goes "hmm. okay, you guys are going to be friends now." (this did not go as well as he'd hoped.)

(also I do love how it's kind of a running joke that everyone loves Neige except for Vil, who's standing over in the corner and just seething with furious irrational hatred. someday maybe he'll find someone who doesn't think Neige is the best thing since cinnamon rolls.)

Oh no. This is so much worse than Tim thought.

Bruce is attempting to parent him.

At first he’d thought he’d messed up on patrol, or that Bruce thought his new Young Justice friends were a security risk, or even that Bruce was just having a toxin-induced fit.

But no, this is a genuine, 100% sincere attempt at parenting.

The problem is, Tim already has a parent. Bruce knows this. Tim knows Bruce knows this.

And Bruce is, well, Batman, and the majority shareholder of Wayne Enterprises. He has better things to do than parent the random fourteen-year-old that insisted on clinging to his life like a barnacle or a really stubborn mold. And Batman is Batman. He’s too cool and smart to be all mushy and parental to anyone.

It could be a test. Batman is fond of tests. Tim had to pass a lot of tests to become Robin. But Tim’s spent over a week trying to figure out exactly what Bruce is testing, and he’s still drawing a blank.

So, not a test.

That leaves one alternative: Bruce has been replaced by someone who’s convinced that a) Bruce Wayne is parental, and b) Tim Drake is his son and not just the kid he adopted for a few months out of convenience.

Dick doesn’t believe him. He keeps saying this is a “good sign” that Bruce is “returning to normal.” Which is obviously ridiculous. But that’s fine. Tim will just have to prove it.

(Canonically, Tim probably didn’t stalk Batman until Jason’s death. He only knows the post-Jason Batman and the Batman from news clippings. Sure, Bruce loved Jason, but…Batman is serious. Batman is the night. Batman is vengeance. Why is Batman trying to hug him and help him with his English essays?)

You’d never heard Levi sound so angry. Almost disgusted.

“I can explain.”

“There’s nothing to explain. It’s apparent what’s happened here.”

Enraged, Levi barges through the room, inspecting every corner. “You really didn’t think I’d notice? You must think I’m some kind of idiot.”

You follow him as he continues his tirade. “I’m sorry. It’s doesn’t mean anything…”

At that, he turns, his brow furrowed.

“Am I not good enough for you?”

“No! You are!” you argue. “It’s just —“

“Then why the hell would you hire a house cleaner??”

You should have known he’d notice.

“We’ve just been so busy lately, and I thought you’d appreciate the help. You know I’m terrible at cleaning.”

“That’s true. You really are shit at it. And I guess I have been busy lately.” With a sigh Levi moves toward you. He grabs your waist and pulls you against him, your arms immediately going around his neck. “But don’t do that again, unless you really want to piss me off.”

You gently kiss his lips and then pull back with a smirk. “I don’t know, I kinda like it when you get riled up.”

“Don’t push your luck..” He returns your kiss with another.

“Umm…excuse me…”

A voice in the corner breaks the two of you from your intimate moment.

“Should I keep cleaning this room, or…” the housecleaner asks.

Silvery blue eyes flash at the little old lady, who stands with broom in hand.

“You’re dismissed,” he says. “And shut the door behind you.”
