Especially when he doesn’t even notice the smile that sneaks onto his lips as he begins, “___ is just… naturally cute. Back in high school, she had lots of admirers. I never understood why she was so adamant on me.” He chuckles softly, timidly rubbing the tip of his nose, “It definitely is what brought us together, though.”

“I guess her determination is one of the things that gives me the,” he narrows his eyes as he reads the question over, “cuteness aggression? That’s one of the things that gets me, yeah. She knows I don’t like PDA when I’m working. But that pout of hers doesn’t drop until I give her a kiss. Her pout—hm, that is also cute. Really cute. Oh, and her skirts. And the way she does her hair. The other time she had this cool bun that… Ahem.”

Jeongguk clears his throat the moment he hears the door open, and it’s you peeking inside. Your brows furrow imperceptibly, endearing curiosity in your voice, “What are you doing?”

He coughs, trying to look nonchalant, “Huh, not much.”

“Okay,” you grin, nose scrunched, eyes crinkled, and he feels his heart trip. You’re still balancing yourself on one leg, your head prettily tilted to the side, leaning just a little further into the room. Before closing the door behind you, you whisper through a giggle, “I love you.”

Jeongguk stills. He looks down at his phone, then around the room, fingers coming to tug at the neckline of his hoodie. He chuckles awkwardly, “It’s a little hot in here, no?”

He sighs, knowing that trying to hide how much he’s affected by you won’t do anything but highlight that even more, “So… She did drop the L-word. I’m struggling. I really want to, but…” zoning out, he seems to lose his train of thought. “She’s so honest. So open about how she feels. She’s never scared of being vulnerable. That’s what’s cute about her. oh, what a fun question !! i do have thoughts on this !!! i've gotten into the habit of writing quirkless readers so that way we're more versatile, but !! when i started writing a pro-hero reader for a wip, i spent an agonizingly long time trying to decide what to give us LOL in the fic we are actually bakugou's partner, and i decided on sort of a sun/heat/energy related quirk ? i don't have many specifics, but it's literally like solar/heat charge kind of ?? and i really liked this idea because then it ends up making bakugou helpful to us !! rather than us helpful to him aifbfjsjq so that's fun !!

but i've also always liked air abilities, as well, i.g. air bending, and i think that could be beneficial to him, maybe ?? when i think about it, i think — the importance of adding oxygen to a fire, and i know his quirk isn't solely fire-focused, and it has more to do with his sweat and the right timing for combustion, but i still think it could be helpful ?? perhaps to help carry the effect, idk !! and then the last thing i thought of was something that would be very defense-focused for him, since he's such an aggressive fighter. a quirk which could help him from the blow-back of his own explosions (if he even needs that ?? which he might not and possibly has his own biological resistance to them or something) or to just be there for him in the exact right moment that he needs shielding, if that makes sense.

idk !!! tbh it really scrambled my brain for the longest time, trying to figure out support for him LOL bc he's such a versatile fighter, i think. he can do long range and short, he's good in hand-to-hand, he's wicked fast, like what could he need LOL so i think naturally something to defend him since he — really can't himself ?? without taking damage — or something that amplifies his ability, but even in saying that, his ability already has a large spread/effect/damage so, how much more can you amplify it, anyway ?? anders/red!hawke romance is literally so good, because once you'll get his friendship up some of the red options literally become the most supportive responses. i constantly think when anders tells you about ser alrik and blue/purple hawke will jump around the subject, while red will be like "WHO is bothering you and WHERE do we find them!?"

yeah!!! :D i did like a halfway attempt at this playthrough before and i loved that so much. pro mage red hawke dialogue is best dialogue and it’s partly because of anders hearing someone so openly bluntly aggressively support his cause after basically getting told he’s crazy 90% of the time

THESE TWO they have such a fun dynamic and i love that they're just working at a convenience store together in canon after they leave claw. there is a lot abt them left up to the viewer's interpretation, even sakurai's backstory is pretty barebones and koyama doesn't get one at all so there's a lot of fun exploration you could do. i would love to just see a slice of life thing abt what their time at the convenience store is like. i also think that they are gay and in love and there's nothing in canon to prove me wrong so........

mogami is a rlly compelling and interesting character to me. ik a lot of ppl don't even want to go near him bc of how horrible he was to mob and i get it. i associate him with a pretty miserable period of my life where i was hyperfixated on him for a while and at the time i was deeply depressed and found him relatable/even agreed with his view on the world to a degree. so i have very complex feelings and associations with him bc he reminds me of a dark time in my life and a shitty miserable side of myself. but that's also why i think he's a great character, because it's easy to see how he ended up the way he did and to understand his motivations, even if i don't agree with his view on things. idk if i exactly enjoy/like him as a character, but my god he's so well written........

DIMPLE AGAIN (AGAIN). i know a lot of ppl dislike him as a character and he's just generally not that popular as a favourite character but i am obsessed with him and i think he is so cool and tragic and most importantly A Bit Silly. love this guy

very excited for this new arc I have to say… we’ve gone a bit more romance focused (re: the male leads) these past few arcs but this story seems like a straight revenge story! and the twelve hours limit is gonna be so fun to work with bc su luxia is usually quite meticulous abt how she does things—I have to wonder if there’s a way the female lead herself will change through su luxia’s influence? that would be so cool I think.

as a bit of a retrospective on the previous arc, I think what I enjoy abt cmmd so much is that while the story itself is like… fairly basic and enjoyable, it’s been such a constant source of joy for me because it’s always subtly different each arc. sometimes there are demon systems, sometimes the genres very different, the female leads are different, and like… the male lead here was very? like he had this very gentle sorta shy vibe which is quite different compared to like… gu chen who was also like… cute, but kind of more of an aggressive hothead? and though the appearance is similar, he’s quite different from that guy who works with the male readers association in that spinoff. idk I just think the subtle variations in romances are very appreciated—sometimes the second female lead / su luxia gets together with someone, sometimes she doesn’t and is a powerful single woman, sometimes she’s a powerful single woman and someone is into her but not dating her, sometimes (like the writer arc) su luxia leaves the male lead and the girl alone to develop a romance if they WANT to!!! or sometimes she gives that guy the memories of his girl best friend and makes me emo bc it’s like wow she cared so much for him and u can tell like how utterly distraught he is to know she’s dead and just how important the original was to him… side note the writer arc and the girl with like 20 boyfriends or whatever arc are some of my favs bc I think the original hosts of the body are really charming characters in their own right
