You know when you’re talking to your friend about DnD and related things, and they mention they are looking for a new DM and you’re just like, oh I could do it. I’ve been playing for only three months, but it could be fun! And then they agree even though you were mostly joking, so now you’re apparently DMing a group and have to learn so many rules and make up a whole world and story and monsters and characters.

Though I feel like that’s just me and my poor communication skills.

So, one of the many things I struggle with thanks to my adhd brain is taking care of my teeth. It’s just not something I think about for some reason. So needless to say my teeth aren’t great. Which is part of the reason this ear/sinus infection thing is particularly painful—it’s pressing against my teeth and it fuckin’ hurts.

So I’m woken up at 8 in the goddamn morning by this pain. And last night I couldn’t get the doc to prescribe me anything (not her fault, just wack company policy, it is what it is) so I’m like. Alright. I’ll just go to urgent care this morning. But since people will probably be in my business and/or in my mouth, I should probably brush my teeth.

So I did. And now the pain’s fuckin gone. What the fuck.
