I don't know about happily ever after, cause I feel we're not meant for 'forever', we part and we live life on our own and might never get to see eachother or even if we do we may be too grown-up or too hesitant/awkward to start a conversation like we do now.. who knows? Who knows what future has in store for us..

Eventually everything ends like it meant to be, not everything can stay with us for an eternity, not even our own flesh and blood. Then why shall I dwell on the possible loss or departure in future, instead of cherishing the moment cause it won't last long, why shall I fear all the what if's and destroy what's happening?

So for the every moment that I've spent with you, I've learnt to cherish it, I've learnt to cherish our time together. It's like a part of you, part of us - a memory - that I'd carry with me till my last breath, even if we're together or just somewhere far away.

I realised I don't wanna name 'us'. I feel we're beyond every bond, every relationship tag that we humans invented. I believe, to love someone doesn't require any tags, all it requires is a heart full of love. To name us or to tag us, is to limit us, to limit our love only to the tag that describe us. If I tag someone as a friend or family I can only love them as such, nothing more. And I feel I love you limitless, tho platonic it has no limits I guess, so I don't wanna tag us and hope you never ask for one, it might sound silly or look like a messed up situation ship, but trust me I just love you, like a person who love another person without any reason, without any tags.

Sometimes I feel like we're romantic in a way, like damn I flirt with you more than I possibly could with my future someone, and we're definitely the friendliest cause we are, we're what not?? We're everything! So baby why limit us with a tag? Why limit our love?!

After all I've said and wrote for you, if you still question your position or the priority I give to you in my life, you're as dumb as a rock! I said what i said.

No tag means no importance?? Just cause I said you're more than a friend but couldn't say what you exactly are meant you mean nothing to me?? You think! When I wanted tagless and limitless love for us, you - unaware and insecure of your role - asked me to limit us?! I understand your inner turmoil but bruh you're dumb sorry!

I may have many people in my life with different tags and different priorities,some might even meant more than you but that doesn't mean you're any less, you remain the same, you remain as the same tag less, strong, pure and silly bond I've got. You're not this, not that, you're everything. Not romantic nor platonic, just soulful.

Remember even if I got hit by a huge, like very huge truck (if!!) And got diagnosed with amnesia, then remember that it's the body, the mind that is effected not my heart or soul. I might forget about your existence, the bodily materialistic existence, but your love remains the same. I might still feel the tears forming in my eyes when I see you in the hospital ward who came to check on me after the incident, I might struggle to remember you but my heart already dwells up and squeezes out the love in form of tears off my eyes, a heavy unknown yet familiar lump forms in my throat cutting the oxygen supply, all cause my heart still loves you while my mind forgot about your existence.

You see right next to Bai Heng/Jing Liu (the peak of doomed romance (“I will keep my word, even if it requires me to cut down the stars in the sky” HELLO ??? I would just die right then and there) is Yingxing/Dan Feng as they are peak romance in my head. I liked them even before we knew Yingxing was named Yingxing.

Now don’t quote me on this, but there’s a lot of canonical information about them that makes them seem close to canon that drives me it that drive me to adore their dynamic. Like from what I could find and remember,

“Out of all of us, you were the closest to him. It was strange, really— to see someone so arrogant get along with someone so proud” — Jing Liu’s companion quest

They spent their time together drinking under the moonlight, they have matching bracers, matching pairs of earrings, matching l jade pieces pieces I can’t remember the name of that Vidyahara could find their lovers in their next lives, Yingxing made Dan Heng’s spear (the one Dan Feng’s statue is holding), and there’s a lot more I can’t list off the top of my head.

All the canon information about them makes me like ugly cry knowing how close they were and how they liked being together it just means a lot to me that at some point they were happy. And then Baiheng dies (PLAYABLE BAIHENG PLS🙏) and the entirety of the HCQ falls apart.

10/10 ship would and have cried over it just thinking about them Yingxing forgot to eat or sleep making Dan Feng’s spear and if that’s not the trope of “tenderly taking care of you as I scold you trope” idk what is.

Summary- A young boy and girl, met in the darkest valley, away from each other, to see the stars and moon. When they caught a glimpse of each other, they exchange and left some few words for each other.

gif is by @crowbrekker​ <3 so.... this is my first kaz brekker fanfic so pls be considerate lmao and my first post in tumblr, for that matter. idk i had this idea in my head so i decided to make a tumblr account in the middle of the night :) fanfic’s inspired by Je te laisserai des mots- patrick watson’s song and I LOVE IT SM AND I NEED ANGST. + i’m still half way of the books so this might be a lil ooc so sorry anyways here we go!! (i changed the age of kaz when they moved to ketterdam so instead he and jordie moved in ketterdam around the age of 5 and not 9)

   What such good lies it was what came out of your mouth. Love, the most unexpected thing for such Grisha like you. A Tidemaker, and a powerful one. Your parents had died when you were a kid, and you were taken to the Darkling’s services. Such good power like yours needs help. He’d told you. You, being a scared and naive girl at the moment, didn’t see the evilness in his grey eyes, and you let him train you. For years you were in his army, fighting.

   But you wouldn’t forget your life before your parents had died. You were all living in Ketterdam, and it may not be the best place to live when you are a runaway Grisha, but it was alright for you, it’d felt like home, or how you define home is.

   Your parents were runaway Grishas; Inferni and Heartrender. They did not want to be a part of the war, and so they run, ran with their powerful Tidemaker child, you because they knew Darkling would want you to be in his side if he ever finds you, and that will certainly not be happening as long as your parents breathe.

   While you were staying in Ketterdam, your family had lived in a small apartment, inside the shadows where no one can find you easily. You weren’t allowed to go out seeing as Ketterdam was dangerous, and your parents were the only ones to go out to get some money and food.

   You obliged their orders and stayed in your apartment. The apartment was small, but it was still neat for one to live in. Whilst your apartment was located on one of the darkest alleys of Ketterdam, your apartment was tall, yet small, enough that you could see the stars twinkling underneath the shining moonlight, You’d rest your little cheeks on your smalls window and stare at it, the longing, sad stars reflecting back on your kind and tired eyes.

   And then, all of the sudden, you had found a boy, lost and scared, on the alleys of your apartment. You were fast and logical enough to hide underneath your table; Remember, my child, Ketterdam and its people is not one you would trust. This man was a stranger and was probably just lost. So she hid.

  She stayed there until the boy seemingly climbs to the top of the others apartment roof; using its back stairs. There the boy sat quietly and comfortably, watching the stars. You blinked, why would a young boy, your age, climb up one rooftop just to watch the stars?

  You never knew why, but the boy’s name was Kaz Brekker, and his mother would sometimes take him on top of the highest grounds near their farm to watch the shooting stars. He seemingly turns around when you were peaking out the window, staring at him in awe.

   He’d stared back, and he had smiled at you. You froze and felt your cheeks hit up as you subconsciously. closed your windows and flopped on your small bed. 

   That was the start of the nights you’d see him. And you kept seeing him.

   For over the years, he’d go to the alley of your apartment, to watch the stars. You guys were now 8, kids who met at 5, and you started to interact with each other for over 3 years. You’d been able to sneak out when your parents weren’t home, and lay a note on the ground of the rooftops, and wait until the unknown boy would be there, and he, too, would leave you a note of words and poems and dreams.

   “Do you like the stars, too?”   “Stars are wonderful, don’t you think?”   “Yes! I’m Y/N L/N!”    “Well, hello, I’m Kaz Rietvield.”

    Every wakening of the breezing nights, you kids would interact with each other by sending little notes to each other, every night in your 3 years of friendship. You, still yet not allowed to explore the world and was only ever inside your apartment, would send him waves and smiles that could light up the world in distance. He’d blushed, look back at the stars, and would read your letters. Your smile could light up the world, seeing as it lit up his life.

  Living in Ketterdam as orphans weren’t easy. Jordie Rietvield, his beloved brother he’d told you about in one of his letters, was going back and forth to jobs, just to keep them alive. Jordie had sent Kaz off to school as he works. Kaz, after schools, would go sit by the rooftop right opposite where Y/N’s window is and would leave her notes about his day.

   Everything was alright in their little world. Until it wasn’t.

   Y/N’s parents were dead. They caught the Queen’s Plague. It seems as though Kaz Rietvield and Jordie Rietvield had, too. The last time she’d seen them was when they were taking their bodies out on the ocean.

   You’d cried. He was dead. Her friend from the other sides of the stars and darkness was dead. 

   You snuck off a ship headed towards Ravka, and when you were sent off to Keramzin, you had been tested as a Grisha and was taken to Os Alta, where they trained you in combat and how to use your Tidemaker magic- or science- or whatever, you never really cared. As for Darkling, he’d become your mentor, like a father. He’d tell you stories he uses to know when he was a kid and will help you in your Tidemaker skills.

   You were living a good life, but you never forgot the face of one dead person. Kaz Rietvield. You’d still send letters on Ketterdam, even if it was pointless to send letters to a dead man. You always addressed it to that apartment and made sure the letters were sent. You were being crazy; sending notes to someone who would never. . . no, who could never, again, read your letters, your stories, your dreams, and the stars.

   After the wars of Ravka, you travelled around the world, in disguise, still. You is still yet to trust everyone after what happened to the Darkling. After you went to different places of the world, your last destination was Ketterdam, the home of the lost, the home of the stars, and your home.

   Whilst you were in the ship headed towards Ketterdam, you were looking at the sea, where your parents’ and a certain young boy’s body now lied within. You slowly bent down, the tip of your nails touching the seawater as you started to play with it, tears forming on your eyes. You were in the middle of the ocean, above was the moon, and you started singing for the lonely, peaceful moon.

   It wasn’t great to be back on the sea of the dead beloved ones.

   When you arrived at Ketterdam, the first thing you had noticed was it was darker, now as dark as the once alley of your apartment where you- Again, there it was again, thinking about the dead. Everything seems to remind you of him.

   And so, you went straight to that alley of where you lived, seeing it pitched black. Of course. You’d grinned. You looked up at the starry sky and see the twinkling eyes you once dreamed of seeing again in your Ravka days. It feels good to be back.

   Because of the dark, starry nights years ago, you never truly saw what he looked like, but you knew he had ebony hair, and a smile you will never once forget.

   When you arrived, you saw that your letter wasn’t there, and started to look everywhere, eventually climbing on the rooftop. There it was in front of you, the most beautiful shooting stars you’d ever seen. Wow, you thought. This was the best view of the stars in Ketterdam, no wonder he chose to pick this spot. You smiled to yourself, looking at your apartment’s window, seeing it empty. You smiled sadly, imagining your old self looking back at you, the orange light behind you making your whole body more noticeable.    You eventually left that valley. You decided to go to the place where they delivered letters around the world until you passed a club, a dark but loud club.

   The Crow Club. That’s a funny name, you’d thought. You went inside and heard people gambling, drinking, and just having fun. You smiled to yourself, even in that pain and suffering you felt and saw 2 years ago, in the war, you were still the girl you once were.

   You decided to go to the bar side of the club and ordered a drink. You tied your magical hair in a low ponytail as you waited for your drink until a Zemeni man had appeared beside you.

   “And what’s a pretty lady doing here, all alone?” The Zemeni tried to flirt with you, adjusting his coat and ordering a drink.

   You smiled kindly at him, taking your drink as you look at him, “Thanks for the flattery, Zemeni. Y/N.” she said.

   The boy smirked at you, “Jesper Fahey, at your service.”  he winked playfully again. You did not notice five sets of eyes looking directly at you and one boy whose eyes stayed on yours for the rest of the night.

   He remembers. He remembered all of it. Your letters. Your dreams. Your hair. Your smile. Your eyes. The stars. . . all of it. He didn’t need a reason, but when it comes to you, he had every reason why you were the most amazing and spectacular girl ever.

   His crows found your letters scattered on Kaz’s table when they were planning their Ice Court Heist, and he was forced to tell them who you were, (after some death glances and threatening threats.) He remembers it all like it was yesterday.

   Kaz Brekker also remembers that day, when he was alone in the sea, the body of his brother dead, as he thought of you to keep him calm, as he thought of you. . . as he made you his reason to live.

   When he was back ashore, Jordie had haunted him, and he couldn’t go back to you anymore, not knowing you had already left. And so, years later, when he’d finally become Kaz Brekker, Dirtyhands, the Bastard of the Barrel, he came back to that dark alley, seeing all your letters from Ravka.

   He kept all of it. Hidden. Safe. It was his one memory of you, and if that letters got destroyed, you would only be living in Kaz’s head, full of memories of Jordie and revenge, and he couldn’t bear to make that happen.

   Kaz never replied. You were safe. Alive. And that is what he wants.

   Until he saw you in the bar, until his brown eyes looked into your Y/E/C’s. Until he saw you, truly, not the girl hiding behind her window. Until he saw you close. Until you were finally there.

   And yet, Kaz still felt like you were stars and oceans away from each other. Maybe it was always like that. Darkness and distance in between you and him. Maybe it was bound to happen, either way.

   But Kaz didn’t want to believe that, and he actually convinced himself that he was cursed, never to loved, and to be loved. The memories of Jordie came flooding in, the water drowning him again.

Seriously, didn't it have to rain while I'm on my morning jogs. I decided to cancel my daily morning jogging exercise and head straight to the gym instead, lucky I always carried my gym card whenever I go for jogs for incase I decide to do a few workouts. I enter the the workout building and decided to go do some push ups while using the bench presser. [idk wth these are] As I choose the bench I using I placed my bag near the workout tool, to prevent a theft from happening. I managed to do only...2...but I wasn't about to give up and somehow managed to do 3 more, 'excellent' I thought to myself. I tried to do one more but once I pushed it high enough my limbs became weak and the dumbbell was going down, about to crush my chest, till a strong pair of arms gripped on them and pulled them back to their position. "Are you okay?" the soft voice spoke and I couldn't speak due to my loss of air and trying to regain my breathing while my chest rose and fell. After sometime I spoke, even-though my eyes were still shut tight as if I was a pregnant woman who had just given birth to a newborn child "Yes, thank you" I finally opened my eyes and instead of meeting the ceiling my eyes were met with a pair of dark brown eyes that look as if they are as sweet as sugar yet dark as chocolate.

I must have been staring for quite sometime because the brown eyed man became to wave his hand in front of my face pulling me out of a trace. "Huh!? oh sorry I didn't mean to..ya know" "No it's fine I get" he takes a step back as I sat myself on the bench presser. "Oh by the way, I really appreciated what you did" I said breaking the awkward silence "No worries" he said while running his hands throw his long black hair which had a few strips of purple, pink and white in them. We stood in silence for what seemed like ages until the rain outside seemly started to stop and the sun was coming out. Looking at my apple to check the time to find out it was 9:30 and I had a very important meeting to attend to at 10:30 so I quickly stood up in a panic while never looking away from the time. "Well, I'm sorry to do this but I best take my leave, I have a very important meeting to attend to, goodbye and thank you!" I said while running to exit as I screamed the last four words, hoping he heard me. I made my out of the gym and was about to make a run home, till a familiar voice called out. I turned my head around and met with eyes with the previous brown eyed man from before. "Excuse me, but you forgot your bag inside the gym, at least I'm assuming it's yours," he says pulling up my bag that I had mistakenly left behind. "Oh my goodness, thank you so much" I said taking my bag from his hand as our arms brushed against each other. "Your welcome, Mrs...?" I looked at him with a confused expression plastered on my face. "Mrs?" "Aren't you married?" he asks with a confused expression on his face. "No I'm not" I say "Oh sorry, I expected you to be since your so beautiful" he says chuckling while looking down to the floor in embarrassment. I blushed red hot while trying not to squeal at the fact that a handsome just complimented me for my looks. "Uh, it's fine and thank you" I say now looking at the floor embarrassed. "Your welcome...um...Miss..." he says now looking at me. "Y/L/N, my name's Y/n Y/L/N" I say he reaches out his hand for me to shake and as I do he introduces himself as Park Jimin...

"Beautiful isn't it?" I say while tucking my daughter to sleep. "It is mommy" I smile as I place a kiss on her forehead "Mommy?" she says, I hum in response as she plays with my fingers. "So are you now a Mrs?" "Yes, sweetie" I poke her nose as she giggles. "Is it cause you married daddy?" she says. "Yes my cherry" a voice response behind me and I turn around and see my adorable husband. I grab him by his arm and pull him down so now he was sitting next to me on our daughter's bed. "Daddy, mommy is a Mrs what?" "Sweetie, you don't know daddy's last name?" I teasingly as she laughs at my question nodding her head. I shake my head at her sillyness and felt a grip on my waist as I turn to face my husband who was staring at my eyes as he confidently said with a smirk on his lips.

Okay so this is actual death note spoilers, I’ve watched it such a long time ago tho so a lot of my info might be wrong

So death note is about this high schooler? I think? High school or young adult with a god complex due to always getting Hugh marks and being the son of a high up police detective. This is Light. He’s zonin out during class when a BOOK falls from the sky and at first he’s just like “ok weird ill leave that alone” but then he decided a to pick it up. Its a death note, its blank? Curious oh well he takes it home. Next thing he knows he’s in his room with an affront to god. That’s a Shikijami, his names Rujuk? I think I know its said like rook, like the chest piece.

Thing is the kids god complex wasn’t very visible until he realized he could kill people by writing their names on the death note and they die at the specified time with the specified cause of death. He goes a little crazy, killing anyone that is a criminal on the tv. Eventually this gets the attention of the Police bc every criminal is dying the Same Way. So obv they start looking, they can’t find this Kira, he starts to get attention online and this faceless identity gets a lot of attention and some fans.

Police hire a prodigy detective named L, I think L and Light are around the same age. I ship them bc its funny. L is SET on Light being Kira, there is no explanation on why. L cannot get any evidence to pin it on Light. Pretty much this is where the “if light *breathes* he’s Kira” meme comes from.

During this time Light is approached by Mmmm let me go search up her name- MISA! This girl name Misa, she wants to date him, he says no, she reveals she knows he’s Kira and that he has a deathnote. How? She has one too. They end up dating with light just using her for her deathnote and obsession with him (again he does not at all show any interest ever in her it’s FUNNY)

Eventually Misa and Light have to be under Ls watch All The Time, this escalates to L handcuffing him and light together. Oh yeah Light can’t kill L bc of plot armor the fact that neither him nor Misa nor anyone knows his real name. Oh yeah Lights dad is also working on the Kira case with L. Lights dad believes Light is innocent and L is just Insane.

Eventually Misa sacrifices her life to get “shikajami eyes” (ignore the fact I keep spelling shijami different every time Idk how to spell it) and gets Ls name which kills her as well somehow (I forgot if she’s just shot or if she dies due to the deal with her shijami). The eyes makes it so you see everyone’s first and last name and their death date? I think?

Anyways season 2 doesn’t exist in my heart I don’t like it at all. Someone else can explain it to you.

THE WALTEN FILES: my jumbled notes on my blind run-in with this web series

first off this is gonna be long and unorganized, also this is my second time writing this as i had lost literally half of my progress and im This (imagine two fingers almost touching with a 0.0000000001mm distance between them) close to ripping all of the fucking hair out of my goddamn head. but now this will be extra long and yes, i will lose some accuracy to my first writing but thats okay ill probably edit this a kajillion times over

which brings me to my next tangent; im literally braindumping here. so to have a smidge of organization all afterthoughts, edits and corrections will be boldened, i forgot what im gonna do with italicized text but ill probably bolden it here yeah im pretty sure its for side tangents, separate from Corrections, which are in bold. also theyre for emphasis too.

so in general, this post right here is all of my notes i wrote down on my grid-patterned sticky notes (which i used WAYYYY too much of) about the first 3 uploaded walten files youtube videos transferred onto my handy dandy digital notebook, this b(l)og. yeppers peppers. you know im serious about this shit when i typed probably over like a thousand fucking words including boldened shit, italicized shit and motherfucking links, lost it ALL, and im sitting here re-typing it again.

THE WALTEN FILES - VIDEO #1

clarifying this now, im gonna put some useless shit which i thought was code onto this because even though it was useless it was part of my notes and im physically going to combust if i dont put down every single thing i wrote on my papers. so what i thought was code was in the closed captions, i started writing it down when i got to the second video but came back to my first videos notes to include them. i wrote down the first letter to every word that was capitalized in the closed captions, which i had on as a default because number one i knew going into this id need them because most web horror things like args and cryptic shit like that has some of the most crucial shits in the closed captions. number two i am autistic and have auditory processing issues and have most closed captioning on as a default if theyre available.

i then jotted, in parenthesis of course, the names of the animatronics when they were listed in the animation section of the video; bon aka the blue bunny, sha aka the sheep one, boozoo aka the clown<3 honk<33, and banny aka the purpled eyelashed up one who is also a bunny btw. also i got boozoo the clown and boozoo the mustache guy confused because apparently the clowns name is billy???? but they named “boozoo” in bons sleepover and showed the clown? idk maybe im an idiot and theyre the same or just an idiot and theyre different or a super mega (matt and ryan?!?!??) idiot in general which is probably the case

i started drawing little stars to write down things i thought would be super important or to 100% look at again. the first subject of this pointy torture was the part of the video where at 3:00, i marked it down to make sure to reverse the audio as it was most definitely a weird audio that has that signature warp-y effect that makes sure you KNOW its in reverse. i then listened back to it Very carefully (still got it wrong) and got this: “you finally start to remember. that old doll. they will look out for you soon” im also pretty sure i heard “sophie” at the end of that audio but im not entirely sure and dont remember and i dont wanna go back to check lmfao but anyways it didnt matter because i was wrong anyway. after i had finished all 3 walten files i watched the film theory video on the walten files (which didnt cover all 3 but was dece.) out of curiosity and to hear matpats signature silly little voice explain some stuff i already knew, and click some shit in my brain that i couldve thought up of if i was a bit more... i dont know honestly. anyways yeah so the actual audio is “you finally start to remember. that old day. they will look out for you soon.” so yeah. day, not doll.

i then wrote down “sarah evelyn”, the name on the bons sleepover animation (i dont remember if she created it or animated it or whatnot) and scribbled will she matter? under her name. turns out no, as i didnt see her name in the rest of the series, let alone the first video. this is also a great time to mention how matpat theory helped me realize that the walten files are collections of videos, uploaded onto youtube by anthony. (i already knew about anthony as he signed his name in the descriptions of the youtube videos, making me categorize this overall web series more into an arg type genre.) but yes, the tapes, recorded “irl” footage, animated clips, vhs tape recordings and other audio-visual content is all collected and labeled the walten files, as i had mistaken each video to be a tape. stupid me. alrighty, onward!

i jotted down with an arrow that; sophie was a nightguard? she was wearing the uniform explained in tape 2 i dont know why but i went back into my video 1 notes after i had watched video 2. organization purposes. i guess.?? 

i then paused the video when the screen flickered a date, the beginning of video footage dated 10/10/1982 (Brian Stells?) god my little genius ass assuming the videographer was brian stells, based on the id card i saw earlier.

i then wrote down what text i saw on the dead, mangled, bloody body in the purple security suit; “i cant feel anything” “he thought i was her” then drew a little arrow pointing to; thought brian was sophie? or ashley? i also starred the name Brian Stells this is totally out of order LMFAOOOOOOOO also i wrote down ashley because, again, my little pea brain went back on my video 1 notes after watching video 2. but yep thats all i wrote for The Walten Files 1 - Company Introductory Tape

I feel like I keep saying complexity but I really like that he is given so many layers. The fact that he is sensitive and that’s it’s not seen as a huge massive joke all the time - and that there’s an entire episode where julien tries to apologise for making a joke of it. That the teasing and jokes about his sensitivity become nice, and appreciative. I like how he acts all cool-headed and chill but then is absolutely prone to panicking dnkskskskksksisk but he’s still brave even when he’s literally paralysed with fear! Maurice is so fun, and he’s got a lot of love to give and it’s so fun to watch him learn how to share it.
