Warning inane ramble incoming, it’ll probably be annoying I apologize. (*_ _)人 I spent the last several days reading every post here. I managed to convince myself to start liking some (sorry about that I’m sure it was annoying to get all those notifications) I have this weird thing where I get nervous about liking older posts cuz I mean it’s been a long time and it’s unprompted so that’s weird right? Anyways just wanted to gush about how much I love it here and I’m never leaving (´꒳`) ♡ First and foremost Yniol has a special place in my heart they will forever be my favorite bestie (*＾ω＾)人(＾ω＾*), yes I am biased as my partner is grey and though they don’t play IFs they were thrilled to learn about your character! Also your writing is just phenomenal, your fans are fun and creative, your characters give such warm and positive energy I love them so much they’re perfect, the inclusivity is such chefs kiss ( ´ з `) 🤌🏻✨, the angst is delicious, the fluff is so sweet and comforting, the spice is ... very blush-worthy (⁄ ⁄>⁄ ▽ ⁄<⁄ ⁄). This has been a journey I laughed, I cried, I giggled, and I blushed and I have enjoyed every bit of it from pasta discourse to Moldien cult wars to Arthur bunnies, I’ve had the most wonderful time. Now my mind is gonna be filled with Arthurian stuff for months my maladaptive daydreaming is having the time of its life I have a road trip next week and I’m so looking forward to just staring out a window for 6+hours while my Hound's just alternating daydream adventures with the cast o(≧▽≦)o. Also speaking of your amazingly wonderful, sweet, and supportive cast I have decided my (though I love them all) favorite poly pairings are Arthur/Morien and whole crew polycule I’d sell my soul for those but I 100% understand why you can’t really do that. I don’t think I have the endurance in me to code a single poly no matter how much I wish it so the fact you’re doing any let alone several is just god tier you are awe inspiring.

Alas I have rambled far far to much I wish I could be more eloquent in expressing just how much I enjoyed experiencing all of this but for now this is the best I can do (╥ω╥). Knowing my characters and story are in someone's thoughts it the best kind of reward I need. And since you’ve asked for our thoughts, I thought I’d share this with you.

Whether or not it’s just boygenius, muna, or both bands are on stage at the same time. You are not safe backstage. They have so much love to give, why would you be?

Let me paint the scene for you.

You, the bestfriend of munagenius, a solo artist who does write songs and poetry, but especially loves being crafty. Paintings, drawings, origami, etc. ( I’m saying this because of a different scenario I’ve thought of with Munagenius having an artist!friend, maybe I’ll drop that thought here later 👀)

While you are known for your solo work, you’re also known for the shenanigans you, the boys, and muna get up to.

So since you tend to tag along on tours and gigs, it’s not uncommon for you to be side stage or backstage at their shows. You’re just there being so proud of your bestfriends and how hard they’ve worked to get to where they are.

The crowd doesn’t always know you’re there until they accidentally see you, hear you, or you get pulled on stage, which is not uncommon.

Now imagine both groups are on stage just preforming and rocking their little hearts out as usual. And then the shenanigans start.

The dancing on each other, the kissing, they’re running around the stage, etc, etc.

You’re just there watching them, not really being phased cuz the behavior is normal to you, hell a good chunk of the time you join in, or you gay panic, either or.

So maybe you just stay right there at the side of the stage and watch, maybe you go backstage for whatever reason.

Then… one or two of the people on stage remembers, in the midst of their adrenaline high, that you’re there. Just seeing all this unfold, now all of them have much love to give, obviously they show it to you time and time again, so why not show their love for you, their dear bestfriend, on stage?

Either one of them, two of them, maybe a few more of them just suddenly run backstage to get you.

For this I’m gonna say that the two who decided to go after you was Julien and Jo right, it was not long after they had their little moment ( the one where Jules did the knee thing to Jo? yeah) and all of a sudden they just give each other a look.

Next thing you know they’re running to the side of the stage, confusing the crowd and the rest of the members of their bands cuz why tf did they just bolt like that?

The band members are just looking in confusion, until they slowly smile as they see you being borderline manhandled and dragged onto the stage.

Maybe you tried to run once you saw the two rush towards you, knowing what was about to happen. That wasn’t gonna work cuz regardless of which friend it is they always end up catching you.

Which they did, now you, being shorter than Jo but just a bit taller than julien, is currently being tussled on stage by the both of them(When I tell you, you get caught in seconds when you try to run, idk why you still try)

the crowd is in an uproar of laughs and screams, cuz it’s not like their fans don’t know who you are, you have your own fanbase and Munagenius is almost always talking about you, and if they’re not talking about you, they’re posting you on their social media and vice versa. It’s no secret that you’re very close with both of the groups. Hell they may or may not have written songs about you.

Not only is the group and the crowd glad to see you, you’re literally being dragged on stage by a golden retriever and the little one, who wouldn’t laugh?! (Jo gives off such golden retriever energy I can’t,…… I’ll pitch that Idea to someone’s inbox soon) (also they way I just struggled to type ‘inbox’ is embarrassing but anyways 💀)

Anyways all three of you are laughing and shit, maybe they’re tickling you so it’s harder for you to run.

Eventually you get set down and the storm starts, maybe Jo kissed you first? maybe Lucy? Julien??? who knows, all you know is that your friends are showing you so much love, you can barely breath before another one picks up where the last one started.

They’re kissing you cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, neck, lips. And boooooy do you get shy.

It’s not like you’re afraid to show your love to them, you’ve kissed them, cuddled, wrote songs about them, made art about them more times than you can count, and talked about them in interviews. (I also imagine that their bestfriend is the person to send paragraphs of appreciation for them at random, and post appreciation posts on instagram for any of Munagenius’ birthday ( or again, at random, artist! bff is a very sentimental and grateful being that does stuff out of kindness at random, no special occasion needed!!!) and their words are so genuine and poetic it moves people.

AND they just send photos like “ this made me think of you” to let Munagenius know that they’re on their mind, aw, let me get back on track hold on 😭)

Artist bff is also not shy on stage, when they HAVE preformed….. let’s just say people now demand you pay for emotional damages.

YOU’RE SUCH A FUCKING TEASE ON STAGE, facial expressions, winking, motioning you finger in the ‘come here’ motion, biting your lip, dancing. Artist bff is a damn charisma fairy

Yet here you are, on stage with Muna and Boygenius, Blushing at some kisses???? Unbelievable.

Maybe artist!bff isn’t that used to their love being reciprocated, especially publicly so they’re just a bit surprised and flustered.

So you’re just getting bombarded with kisses and hugs and little tickles from both groups, and they’re teasing and cooing at you for hiding your face cuz the fucking audacity that you have to have insane amounts of charisma and be a tease when you’re preforming but the moment you’re not the one preforming, you’re shy?

BUT LIKE you’re overwhelmed with love ( in a good way) and beautiful people that just so happen to be your best friends are kissing you, live, infront of hundreds of people. Sit here and tell me you wouldn’t gay panic YOU CANT

I also imagine that maybe they all have a nickname for you, like ‘love bug’ or ‘little love’ cuz you’re the youngest out of the 6 of them and one of the shortest, and while you’re being brought on stage Katie’s just like “ Oh, they got bug.” while smiling cuz they all just love you so much and AHHHH

Eventually you end up hiding your face in someone’s neck afterwards and they’re just rocking you side to side chucking at how cute you are. Mind you the show must go on so they’re STILL PREFORMING throughout the whole thing but you’re a bit too overwhelmed to walk off the stage rn so into the escape of someone’s arms you go.

Hey Storm, i am some what a baby army and i just very recently found your blog because i picked an interest in Jikook and wanted to know more about them. Going through your blog has been like a breath of fresh air. I love how you present the information you know about Jikook and i love how you ALWAYS back up your claim with facts. When i need credible information about Jikook your blog is the first place i run to and i am grateful we have someone like you here.

So as i said, I developed an interest in jikook and i am trying to gather my facts about them so i am not deceived by edits and wrong information. I do believe Jikook are a thing but sometimes i get a lil confused by some of the things i see about taekook. I don’t think Taekook are a couple ofcourse but i would like to have more information on somethings that happened when i wasn’t in the fandom yet.

So one of the biggest moments for taekooker is the Atomix date. I don’t have alot of details of the whole thing but i know Jk posted a selfie with Tae which was taken at the restaurant and according to some taekookers, the restaurant made a post and tagged taekook and thanked them for coming. But i am a little confused cuz i’ve seen so many shippers and non shippers claim that all of BTS were at the restaurant, not only taekook. They mentioned someone emailed the restaurant and they confirmed that BTS were all there. But tkkrs insist it was just Tae and Jk and that Jk made a reservation 6 weeks earlier and they even got to go on a day, the restaurant wasn’t normally open. Do you have more details about this?

September 2021, after the MET, BTS went out to eat at Atomix and JK posted a 3 photo series on his Instagram (he has since deleted his insta and everything on it 😭) of him and him and Tae in the Atomix bathroom mirror. They looked GORGEOUS.

And tkkrs took it and ran with the idea that it was then a taekook date. Would've been a nice dinner out together if it was, but it was confirmed by a staff members friend who was an ARMY and a Tae bias (not a shipper) that all of BTS and their management and staff were there. dont apologize anon ur not being rude! I'm not rlly sure how to explain this, I'm gonna try my best 😭 so sorry if this is only more confusing. At least the way I see it, AMC iwtv and the tvc books handle gender very differently. Tvc vampires r described as not rlly having genders bcus of there vampirism and lack of alignment with humanity and mortal concepts of the gender binary. The way Anne rice saw it was since their genitals no longer work they r no longer male or female and so since they r so disconnected from the societal expectations around gender along with this bcus of how gender roles r always changing and vampires r outside of time, they r essentially gender neutral. The amc show (at least of now) doesn't seem to be going this route, although it does play around with gender norms and stuff, the vampires do seem to be cis men essentially (obvs ppl can have there head cannons and my read doesn't invalidate any trans reads of AMC iwtv that exist). But since they do just have cis normative sex with each other, vampirism doesn't rlly change there sexualities or gender expression, and they do identify and present gender the way gay men would, I don't see the amc vamps as particularly gender less the way the tvc vamps r. I made a post about this B4 that summarizes my thoughts much better then this or the post ur referring to (which was kinda crap which is why I deleted it 😭).

But anyways, I call Louis she/her pronouns on art (specifically Kate @loelett art love u babe) bcus Kate and I rlly like this aspect of the books, and since we talk about the gender fluidity in tvc a lot we've started using she he and they pronouns interchangeably for the vamps (mostly Louis cus Louis is Kate's fav character so we talk about him the most lol). When I call Louis she/her pronouns or feminine terms it's not cuz I see him as a woman or perceive him as particularly feminine, it's more cuz I see him as genderless so using any pronouns for him is natural to me. I usually call Louis she her when I'm especially excited about him 😭 idk maybe bcus of the cultural association with she/her + feminity and softness/loveliness and affection (like the way u call a boat she/her y'know? Or a beloved car), or maybe bcus most of my close loved ones r women so using she her is natural when it comes to compliments and affectionate terms for me. Anyways I hope this makes sense or clears things up, tbh I am very surprised that ppl I'm not friends with even perceive my blog at all sometimes so I never considered how I may have been confusing ppl 😭

First of all: The ending. The fanwork just will get 4 chaps cuz i can't drag stuff yet. To spoil the ending, Bill will have a panic attack upon not being able to avoid feeling queer at Josh's presence, gets a hold of his mother's whisky, drunkly and pathetically call Josh to come to his house and out of pity he will attend. They end up alone in Bill's room and end up kissing. It doesn't stop Josh from going to college, much for the opposite effect as he gets scared and confused, but plans to come back to Eltingville soon with a clearer mind.

Pete HC: 🅱️ete is transmasc, stealth-trans. His parents saw it coming from a young age and are actually supportive. They help him hide away his deadname and other stuff that would direct hate towards him. His dad loves having a male son that is interested in helping him with brute shit, although he doesn't endorse his interest in horror and nerd stuff, it is the exception.(also Jer knows his deadname as they are childhood frens.)

I.... Okay.... Last one. The cringiest and most personal yet: There will need to be a Miracle, a fucking change of heart of me to not put Fan-Childs at some point.... yeah. Look, I myself plan of becoming a Father/Ba irl and it pours in the way i see relationships. If thats a big ass No-Hell-No! to u, Maybe do not hop into the fishing line of my fanworks, because it is a big factor in the way i view it's development.

Someone sends your anons ask to someone account, there's Aegon the younger fan who was mad cuz theres Rhaenyra and Velaryon boys fans hating on Aegon the younger calling them Monsters (if you knew atopcat she was one of them out of nowhere calling them monsters on Aegon and Viserys Rhaenyra heartwarming fanart), rn there's also post of some team black calling this boys ungrateful bastard, should been eaten by sunfyre, dont deserve the throne, im one of people who love Aegon and hate that Aegon even got on list (Targ hate by Targ stans) he even mention more than his own parents on that list, this is some of the reasons why some Aegon fan hating on Velaryons boys (yes majority those people are Velaryons fans or Rhaenyra based on their pfp or their username) i dislike them but i also hate the fact now some of Aegon fans spreading hate like Rhaenyra didnt care about Aegon at all, never consider Aegon and Viserys as her sweet sons like her older sons, how this people even know this? They dont even have proper dialogue in the book, Rhaenyra doesnt care about Viserys only Aegon does she only care about jace how this people know this? as someone who loved Aegon and Rhaenyra relationship more than her other sons this is so tiring, Rhaenyra doesnt give a shit if Aegon or Viserys would recognize her as westeros ruler, changing historical records yada yada, that woman was already give up on her crown at the end of the day, i dont know why some rhaenyra fans acting like Rhaenyra want Aegon thank her or owe her his life that child is her baby, and he did what best at that moment.

alright this sounded so utterly deranged BEFORE I checked the links. I was internally going "how much did I miss in the rodent's story", but these posts have some fascinating insight I'd encourage everyone check if nothing else. Gonna post the links cleanly here for the sake of usability:

For personal reasons I'd of course ADORE if this character actually is a giant buff spiky turtle mutant lady. if this sentiment confuses anyone, this is an open invite to the "#my art" tag on this account. But by default I'm not getting my hopes up because come on, that's TOO perfect for me, I shouldn't be allowed to get that happy. Then again I was WILDLY surprised by Junker Queen's in-game design, so you never know.

I've said before I don't like to base expectations on arbitrary categories (namely the current insistence on more villain supports but not villain tanks (even though we were clamoring for those before Sigma and then as far as I'm concerned the rest following were all warranted as catch-up)), though if I can have my own biases then I'd also prefer not having another Junker, but also I'm not wild on the idea of another Horizon animal guy, especially when I really don't like playing as the two we currently have (and playing in a lobby with a Wrecking Ball whatsoever). The idea of them being a Moira experiment both makes more sense and is a little more appealing, but like half of Talon seems to be Moira experiments already, so I don't know how upping the Level of Freak they are would really be shocking at this point.

I'd be astonished if the mutant-looking creature with glowing green spikes wasn't called "Hazmat" at at least some point in development, though based on the hero select in the Venture gameplay showcase, their internal codename seemingly is somewhere alphabetically between Sigma and Winston. Not necessarily their final name though, as evidenced by Juno in the same teaser being between Moira and Zenyatta (which works for "Space Ranger") as opposed to between Illari and Kiriko like they are in their release state. I speculated before their working name might be "Spike" or "Toxic", which could've been placeholders before "Haz" was used for the Ashe interaction.

I don't entirely want to rule out this possibly of this hero being someone named "Harriet Oris", but while that reddit theory points out the Horizon animals have dated english first names, it neglects to point out they don't have last names either. Winston is just Winston (named after the Horizon scientist Harold Winston) and Hammond is just Hammond. If "Hazmat" and Harriet Oris are the same, then that'd be weird if they were also a Horizon animal with a last name for some reason. The Waitron does also say "It has been a very long time!" to them in the unused dialogue, which could lend credence to the theory of them being a former Talon member and possible escaped Moira experiment. The same account points out similar dialogue for Mauga, and considering the Waitrons are in Circuit Royal (a Talon base of operations run by Maximilien), so maybe there's a parallel there.

Regarding the streamer mode name easter eggs potentially meaning this is a frog (or more accurately a toad, a buff one at that), I don't know how much stock I'd put in that part of the theory specifically. It's weird how few of the names aren't a reference to something, but the only ones the wiki doesn't attribute to anything are "BEEFToad", "BioHazard", "Ch00Ch00", "EZTarget", "GarlicBread", and "SillyGoose". I think most of these are pretty clearly jokes, maybe "Choo Choo" being a reference specifically to Reinhardt's one skin or the Busan train, but those first two are definitely more conspicuous. "BioHazard" is the least joke-like of the bunch, but could also be a reference to other things like the toxic waste area in New Junk City or Mauga's weird canisters. "BEEFToad" feels like a joke, but not as obvious as SillyGoose or GarlicBread. I dunno, to me it just feels like trying to stick on another data point that doesn't necessarily add anything. Making them a frog with turtle DNA feels like an arbitrary extra step and it feels like a weird thing to tease so specifically like this. The turtle thing in the other post feels more like a deliberate nod, they already look more turtle-ish and it feels like such a "nudge nudge wink wink future hero reference here" bit to emphasize.

This all does give me some more enthusiasm for a character that previously felt like a dead end to speculate on, and while I don't wanna get my hopes up, there's definitely something cool here to consider. Gonna be a bit of a wait before they get a proper reveal though, and not sure how it'll be done without a Blizzcon this year. We probably will still at minimum get a reveal and playtest around the same time we did last year for Mauga, so somewhere in November before the proper release in season 14 this December.

finally idk if youre big on reading books or trilogies but if you can id recommend reading Edmund Morris' trilogy on TR if you haven't yet. the final book ending had me crying at 7am december 2022 like 10 times.

I thought of doing this to show that I am, indeed, alive, and am working! Also, this is posted kinda before Feb 14 (it's Feb 13 today, as of posting this) cuz why not!

So, this special is How my OCs and Characters Would React to Receiving a Valentine's Gift

By 'OCs and Characters', I mean all the insert characters I have!

The characters here are:

Oh! And the 'MC's will be given actual names, but will all still use they/them pronouns and are gender neutral!! And everything here is thought of as platonic, but you can take it as romantic instead!

"You're.. giving this to me?" The first year asks, tilting their head to the side. You nod, nudging the box of chocolate cake to then further.

Ray takes the box reluctantly, "What's the special occasion", they ask.

A small bout of silence follows after Ray's question. You were in disbelief; they don't know what day it was today?!

You tell the sweetheart infront of you that it was Valentine's Day, February 14th.

Ray blinks once, then twice, and asks you what Valentine's Day was.

"Has Finian ever even told you about Valentine's?!"

You received a confused shake of the head for an answer.

From that moment on, you began telling Ray all about Valentine's Day, and spoiled them with lots of sweets afterward.

It was a happy day for both of you, and Ray was happy that they learned something new and spent time with one of their cherished friends.

"[Name]... what is this?"

You smile, "A chocolate strawberry rose bouquet! Just for you, Rory!!"

"Ah..." Rory holds the faux bouquet carefully in their arms. "Is this the 'Valentine's Day gift' you mentioned to me last week?"

Not even surprised at your friend's amazing memory, you nod.

You had been preparing a bunch of gifts for your friends the past few days and happen to run into Rory Rosehearts while you were heading to the pastry shop.

That was how Rory came to understand Valentine's Day and helped you shop for gifts.

"I uhh.. have something for you as well." Your friend carefully moves your gift to one arm and brings out a cute heartshaped box of chocolates.

It was packaged with a red and white ribbon and the tag read a cute handwritten message, "Thank you for being an amazing friend, [Name]. You're the best" with a heart at the end.

V!MC (Vil's younger sibling; "placeholder" name: Valentin)

Valentin Schoenheit, younger sibling of Vil Schoenheit, was more than familiar with Valentine's Day. They were named after it, after all.

So when you approach them with a box of chocolate cake and a bouquet of roses, they already knew what you were going to say...

"Ah! Are these for Vil? You want me to give these on him on your behalf?"

... nevermind...

"Val... these are for you. Why would I give you gifts that were for Vil??"

At this point, you really shouldn't be surprised anymore. Poor Valentin has to play messenger between Vil and some of his fans.

"Oh, the usual. Since Vil studies in NRC, and well, I'm not in NRC yet, people have been crowding me with gifts for him. It's even worse every Valentine's."

You frown, Valentin's birthday was February 14. You can't possibly imagine having to give gifts to your older brother on your brithday of all days.

"Well, this one's for you!! Happy birthday and Happy Valentine's!"

The birthday celebrant (idk a genderneutral term for bday boy and girl sorry-) looks inside the box, and looked sadly up at you.

"I... can't eat this much chocolate, [Name]. You know that already. Vil doesn't like me eating so much chocolate..."

You roll your eyes, even after they made up, Vil still hadn't let up on his diets.

Val thinks that he's relaxed a lot, but it really doesn't seem like it.

"Well, you brother isn't here now. And it's your birthday for the Seven's sake!! Spoil yourself a little, alright?"

Before they could retort, you put a finger on their lips, silencing them.

"Shh, shhh. Now c'mon! This cake won't eat itself!!"

As you take the box of cake from their hands, Valentin looks at you with a soft smile on their face.

They're glad to have you as their friend.

"T-these are for me?!"

You nod, watching amusedly as the rabbit beastman infront of you bashfully holds your gift in his hands like a new pocket watch.

Which, in this case, it is a new pocket watch.

Your Valentine's Day gift for Finian was a pocket watch. It didn't exactly have the Valentine's Day aesthetic, but it had Finian's initials engraved on it.

He smiled at you, "Thanks a lot! Uhm... my family and I don't celebrate Valentine's Day, so uh.." he scratches the back of his head sheepishly, "I don't have a gift for you. Sorry..."

You raise an eyebrow, "You don't celebrate Valentine's? Why??"

"We only celebrate White's Day.", the beastman says as if it made sense.

It didn't. But he moves on as if nothing happened.

"A-anyway... would you like to go to a sweets shop? Maybe I could get you some (favorite cake) as a Valentine's gift instead?"

Ram chuckled and nodded in reply.

"You appear on my Pinterest almost every day, not just with pictures of yourself, but quotes of love next to your photos," I continued. "My waking thoughts and dreams have more of you than Bheema. And as far as intimate moments..." I bite my lip with a shy chuckle, not finishing the thought.

Ram smiled and chuckled in reply.

"That's what I mean, Rama. I don't mind it, I love it even. But I never expected you to be so loud."

"Perhaps," Ram began softly, gesturing for me to come sit on his lap. "Perhaps, it's because I feel I need to be."

I sat in silence on his lap, my smile gone as I nod.

"Because you feel the most unworthy of me," Ram began softly, his forehead resting against mine. "Out of the three of us. Styles, Bheem, and me. I am the most beautiful by the standards of society. I am the one you saw and instantly thought 'no no, he would never want me.' That's why I need to be louder than Bheem. I have to be."

"I'm sure it's exhausting"-"It's not." Ram interjected softly, pressing a kiss to my temple. "I want to be loud. I want to be louder than all of those years of believing you didn't deserve someone that looks like me. Louder than any demon."

I wrapped my arms around Ram's neck, whispering a thank you. He held me tight and kissed my neck lovingly, whispering how there was no need for thank yous.

So! I think I've figured out how to tag both the leosagi and leochi ships.

Since this is mainly a BLOG and not just a random social media page, it will be easier for me to organize the tags as if this were a more traditional blogging site. So I will be trying to keep the tags as few and as relevant as possible.

I'll be mainly using YuiNardo / yuinardo from now on for just the Yuichi Usagi/rottmnt Leo ship, and stuff like my own fanart. it's specifically "show x show" for me (Yuichi x Nardo, bc those are their unique names in their respective shows xD) and not some of the fan OC stuff

I can't remember any other names so those are it for now. I probably won’t use the longer names like Yuichi x Leo, Miyamoto x Leonardo etc just bc I find it tedious to use that many spaces in tags when tagging can be sorta annoying to do on mobile and then fix later on PC. I’m more of a “tag and go” kind of person and I like my tags to be easy to write.

Thinking of that, I guess the tag clogging starts to make sense, considering how much people are more used to the "tag clouds" popularized by twitter and instagram and social-media-like sites before those (the sites inbetween blogging and web 2.0, maybe, but didn't really use those as much so I don't remember either) + the confusion about what the og leosagi was (+ maybe general tmnt fandom confusion over various versions of media for the franchise)

lol it's gonna take a bit long but I'll reorganize the blog more once I have a bit of time on the side from other stuff. now it feels nice that this blog isn't actually that big yet. I don't use sideblogs very long usually and it's my first time actually making anything TMNT related for this long, so it'll be interesting seeing where this blog will go in general. like how it's probably been subtle that while this userhandle/blog started as a tMNT sideblog, I actually have started blogging more about Usagi Chronicles now bc I like the show. and idk what else I'll post if I have time but I will probs keep it as a reblog blog anyways!

I try not to write long blog posts on tumblr anymore but I think the whole "leosagi-leochi tag clogging" point brought up in the "Why do we ship leosagi" video is also just a good point abt how we don't really treat blogs like blogs anymore. every sort of behaviour online has become so influenced by the want to make it trend or have it at least be read at all ("social media" aspect of online behavior now) that even stuff like ao3, a fanfic site, will have tags like "AO3 algothithm, PLEASE be nice to me" when sites like that don't even HAVE algorhithms. it's interesting to think about but also a bit sad on the side because that "tag clouding" does seem to be the only way for some works to become noticed on the above-mentioned actual social media sites. this almost makes me miss sites like deviantart and blogger because things always felt more centralized and easy to find vs twitter, insta or occasionally even tumblr.

We have decided to make a new pinned post to reflect some changes, and the fact that we wish to be fully open about being a system.

Hello, we are the Puns System. We are traumagenic and have over one hundred members. Our collective pronouns are he/they/fey, and we enjoy poetry, animals, and various fandom-related things.

Our blog for original posts is @theoriginalpunmaster, and our system-related sideblog is @themanypunmasters.

We tag things as #x tw, #tw x, or #x mention. We usually tag #long post. If we reblog a version of “do you love the colour of the sky”, we tag it as #colour of the sky. If you wish for us to tag a certain thing or type of post, you need only to ask.

We would prefer if no nsfw blogs follow us.

You may send asks or message us at any time, and are, in fact, encouraged to.

#plant.posting - Parsley, he/him. This is me, and also the alter who has been writing the post thus far. I am 15 years old on average, though my age varies from 12 to 17. I am similar to an angel, though without the halo or religious connotation. I enjoy botany, the wind, and stargazing. I tend to be an aggressive protector, though we do not use many labels.

#eclipse.text - this will be the tag for the time subsystem, we all use he/him and xi/xim/xir pronouns. dark thyme (that’s me) is 17, likes tea, and enjoys playing minecraft. i’m the one who will probably be using tumblr the most out of us three. light thyme is somewhere between 5 and 9, he really likes chocolate and we might make a sideblog for him (and other littles) to reblog stimboards and animal pictures on, and other things like that. gray thyme is a 12 year old cryptid, he rarely fronts and i have no idea what he likes.

I’m a fogtive of Patton Sanders (Sort of in between a fictive (alter based on a fictional character) and a factive (alter based on a real person), in a way that makes it confusing which one I am or how much of each I am!) I like dad jokes and cats!

#pearlescentperegrine - absynthe, they/them and si/sin/sir, im a winged person (hence the tag “pearlescent peregrine”) from an alternate sorta victorian-era england where some people have wings an stuff. i like watchin hermitcraft

the concept of being “overqualified” for a job is a construct of capitalism, because employers want their employees to be dependent on them so they can get away with more shit without losing workers. if you have more qualifications than necessary for the position, especially if you have a lot more, you could very easily get a different, better-paying or higher-quality job if you become unsatisfied with your current one. if you just barely meet the qualifications for your current job, almost any others that you would be able to find would be a downgrade, likely with a lower rank and pay.

this intertwines with the majority of employees getting severely underpaid, so that even in higher positions they might struggle with or be unable to maintain a comfortable lifestyle, which feeds into the culture of competition and the societal pressure to have the ultimate goal and dream of climbing up the metaphorical company ladder, instead of being satisfied and happy on a figuratively lower rung, as most “lower” positions, while absolutely essential, are not paid enough to reflect their necessity, and are treated with very little respect. in this essay I will

John Doe Headcanons pt2

Aight sooo I've ben stalking looking at the twitter acc of Doe's creator aannnd got new info which debunks my previous post. Because I'm a sucker for accuracy here's a new headcanon/imagine thingy

Bc his body apparently dissolves when in water (I think it's basically clay) he'd more likely just watch you while you bathe or shower while keeping a safe distance. I suppose it's cute having little conversations

He would probably be kind of pet like when he's in his all lovey dovey form once you're dating or more romantically involved (got that vibe from the Dream ending he looked like a cute lil pup there)

He would take care of you very gently. Having learned from his past mistakes in previous loops he will more likely know how you wish to be treated and what your no-gos are. Plus he specifically said he can be whatever You want. I feel like he would sit down with you to learn more just so he can make everything perfect

Tying in with the previous point I think he's a complete perfectionist when it comes to your relationship. He wants you to adore him as much as he does and-most importantly-feel comfortable! So you can expect him observing you carefully, trying to match you perfectly without changing too much (as you still love him for him but it's cute how he tries to adapt to your behaviour in order to make the relationship work out)

Talking to my depressed folks or others incapable of taking care of themselves-he got you. First of all he doesn't (obviously) bother if you haven't showered regularly or can't keep up with cleaning in general-he doesn't either. But I feel like he will try to cheer you up and be a goddamn... Whatever he is-blessing. Although he hates baths or being clean he would bathe with you and shower you in love in an attempt to make you feel better. I feel like he would also feed you or gently push you to do something that wouldn't be out of your comfort zone.

He will reassure you that you're beautiful the way you are whenever you feel insecure. Bodily "flaws"? Nah. Smell/Sweat? He likes it. Personality "flaws"? He'll help you through it. In his eyes you're a beauty (not only in his though, be confident bestie<3) that needs to be cherished
