feel insane thinking abt the fact that patrick had a rly bad negative association w folie bc of touring for it but then realized w tourdust that u can find new experiences if they played those songs. that he could make new memories. and now every single song from folie except for one has been played live. and songs like headfirst slide are just naturally part of the setlist now. and that they only ever chose and practiced the 8 ball songs day of which meant he truly was healing from those old wounds purely in the moment. and now only one song hasn’t been played. whatever man
