This document is a compilation of my original Dan is PhilsLion post, additional posts from my philslion tag, and some other tweets that I haven't posted about. It's 33 pages of evidence that Dan ran PhilsLion coupled with tweets that would be cute/interesting/funny/etc if it was in fact Dan tweeting. Hadesphone is not Beauty and the Beast. It’s not Catradora. It’s not Entrapdak. It’s not Ambrosius and Ballister. It’s not a powerful beautiful complex romance story. Hadesphone is Reylo. The Kissing Booth Fifty Shades of Grey After Hardin Scott style. He kidnapped her, he broke her mother’s heart and spirit, he caused winter. He’s not a bad guy because he’s the god of the underworld. He’s not as bad as Zeus. The God of Dead can be a wonderful title, benevolently dividing living beings from dead souls, punishing those who need punishment. Hades constantly being villainized for that specific reason doesn’t make sense. But, he still sucks because he’s whiny and dangerous, and Persephone did not travel to the underworld by herself. He sucks for different reasons.

Eros and Psyche is Beauty and the Beast. Not Hadesphone. They’re the complex, messy, and gorgeous romance story. They’re an addicting Greek mythology ship. They’re catradora and entrapdak and goldenheart. They’re dynamic, they’re toxic but redemptive. They’re not abusive, they’re magical, they have issues, and they sort it out, they’re a dark but hopeful romance story.

Hades and Persephone is shit. And it’s okay to like shit, I myself enjoy a McDonald’s Fish Filet burger from time to time, many shitty ships are intriguing. But to paint them off as a complicated but loving story- to the point where the general public fuckin forgot how awful Hades was- the constant romanticization and glamorization of Hadesphone (Lore Olympus sure contributed) disappoints me lmao

DISABILITIES/FLAWS: Speech problems, attachment issues , zero social ability, issues with his balance, struggles with following orders (but can be pretty creative at finding solutions), probably ate cement as a normal turtle and liked it.

Due to a defective variant of the mutagen (created from the blood of S-gray Alien clones), a small pet turtle was incorrectly transformed into a hideous mutant—although, incredibly, the turtle had not ended up like the other mutants. transformed by that variant of the mutagen...the turtle was conscious.

The people who had created the variant had decided to take the creature, seeing a certain potential in it so they could use it as their weapon—their weapon to protect the earth.

...Although well, before even finding him, the creature had already slipped away to the countless alleys of New York, thus losing his trail.

Slowly, the turtle began to develop cognitive abilities almost equal to that of a human, making it capable of hiding in the shadows, stealing—or hunting—its food, without being seen. His animalistic appearance began to change over time, too, making him more and more humanoid, even being able to copy people's sounds!

After a year, the mutant thought he had everything under control, only having to hide from people, without any interaction with anyone—ignoring the countless times he tried to talk to rats—even though the turtle did not know what his purpose was. or why it seemed like everything around him seemed like an illusion, he didn't care! He was happy!

...Well, at least that's what I thought before seeing creatures just like him jumping across the rooftops.

Long story short, bad mutagen made for the goberment mutated poor exotic turtle and fucked his life up (he ain't passing his 40's im telling ya now, if he doesn't kill himself the unstable mutagen is going to), boy learned how to survive and kinda got fucked over by people (*cough* purple dragons *cough*), and as seeing someone the same as him (a mutant) he became obssesed with them, the Hamato family...

And yes, the turtles freaked out. And throwed hands at Gigi.

im so very nearly free of all my final essays so thought i’d just very quickly drop two lil excerpts of something im working on. DONT WORRY I AM STILL WORKING ON THE NEOMACHUS FIC this is just smth im doing alongside that

so these are from a limited life bad boys fic i’m working on rn. it’s basically joel & grian focused but from jimmy’s pov. it won’t be too long and it’s just something short i’m working on alongside my LONG neo/telemachus fic

so the premise of the fic is that it’s essentially jimmy’s perspective of joel and grian during limited life and him feeling the bad boys trio is more like the bad boys duo + jimmy. joel and grian have such a special dynamic to me bc i feel like whenever they're together, they just make each other so much worse.

lisa and i have been going insane in each other's dms about them. i think grian and joel only want each other because they can't have what they actually want so they settle for each other. and jimmy has such an inferiority complex that he sees the way joel and grian act around each other and assume that they don't care about him, but they do. it's just not the same way they care about each other because joel and grian will always see in each other exactly what they see in themselves.

and then this whole fic will be from jimmy's perspective and it'll end at his death. the whole thing will be jimmy watching joel and grian and he'll never know what's truly happening between them and neither will you as the reader. you know what jimmy knows and jimmy will never know the extent of what joel and grian are to each other. it'll be upsetting and it'll end unfulfilling. jimmy isn't happy so you won't be either. you'll just have to deal with that.

i just have so many thoughts about joel and grian and this fic is my way of getting some of them out through jimmy.
