I'm bored, like really, so I'm gonna share random facts about my how interesting self. I might be writing like I'm stupid but that's only because English is not my first language.

1) Today I was thinking about how cool it is to have your namesake in such a movie which is "like minds" that I am obsessed with.

(I don't know if y'all know but my name's Susan, just in my language it's a little different but it's the same name.)

Maybe cool is not the best word when Susan dies :( or more like gets murdered :((

2) Okay second random thing: I've been waking up almost every morning to "black star" for like I think it's been a year (it's my alarm and ringtone) (Radiohead's)

3) As for the profile picture change, it's an album I listen to most often and I started listening to it when I was twelve, very iconic of me, like any normal kid would of course.

4) oh and coming back to like minds I've been trying to find it for like a year before I found it (I mean the whole movie to watch).

And I was like god I need to watch it it's like perfect, the vibes, Tom Sturridge-hot, the gay but not gay movie (it is gay), crimes, religion that's all I want, I thought to myself this is going to be so good before I ever watched it and I was so right.

Sorry for the long ask. I’ve been thinking about deep voices since the Theo James era of the blog. Similar to blue eyes, I sometimes wonder whether an actor’s voice is charming or if its just deep. And now with Tom Hiddleston visiting, I remember how I didn’t like how he portrayed his character in Kong: Skull Island even though I love him as Loki. I watched Kong before Thor: Ragnorak and it seems he only knows how to play Loki. 1/3

He was trying to be charming with his deep voice in Kong but it didn’t work for me. When I watched the Witcher, Henry Cavill’s voice sound dubbed in and I couldn’t take it seriously. However, I loved Cesare’s voice, especially when he said “You are Lucrezia Borgia, you are the scandal of Italy”. I love that part so much, maybe because it was emotive. I also found myself loving Jeremy Iron’s voice when I rewatched The borgias. I recently watched the sandman for the first time and I actually liked Tom Sturridge’s voice for Morephus for some reason. Was it charming or just deep I sometimes asked myself while watching. The show was a bit boring tho."

And sometimes deep is actually just gravelly. Loving Jeremy Irons' voice makes sense, he is Scar after all, that silky deep voice, it's iconic. I get that.

And yeah, when Cesare says "You are Lucrezia Borgia, you are the scandal of Italy" he doesn't make his voice deeper per se, he's proving a point with reverence and a sense of swagger on her behalf so I get why you'd like that.

OK with the Witcher, I never got why people freaked out over his voice because I was like it sounds like he needs to clear his throat?? I don't get it.

And wait, do people consider Tom to have a deep voice?? Is that a thing I just didn't know?
