The whole Kaiba fam and our adorable and smol baby Blue-Eyes White Dragons🩵I‘m absolutely in love with this, my favorite detail is without a doubt the little eepy one curled up in Seto’s arms. You just know he absolutely fell in love with that tiny creature in that moment🥺💙

This is based on a little AU of mine, where we found and raise these smol dragons🥺 I‘m not really sure how ready I am to publicly talk about my AU, but I really wish to share more about it some day. Maybe you even remember some of my previous coms of us with our babies🩵

I gave them the canon BEWD names from the game Yugioh the Falsebound Kingdom! Their names are Azrael, Ibris and Djibril! I really wish more people would know about the fact that Kaiba’s three Blue-Eyes have official names!

If you’re wondering who‘s who. The curious little foodie who’s always nibbling on my hair is Djibril. The sweet eepy one (who’s absolutely not Setos favorite) is Azrael and Ibris is the one tormenting Mokuba, he’s a menace to society.

WARSAW, June 14 (Reuters) - Abortion rights supporters marched through several cities in Poland on Wednesday after the death of a pregnant woman whose family believe she could have survived if she had been offered a termination.

Protesters chanted "stop killing us" as they marched through the capital Warsaw towards the health ministry headquarters, some carrying placards that said "We want doctors, not missionaries" and "Hell for women," a common slogan used to convey how the measure affects those who are carrying an unwanted or dangerous pregnancy.

Poland's anti-abortion laws, among the strictest in Europe, have provoked mass protests in recent years and the death of the 33-year-old named as Dorota in May has stoked anti-government sentiment among many liberal Poles ahead of elections due in October or November.

In 2021, the nationalist government of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki put into effect a constitutional court decision banning terminations of pregnancies with foetal defects, as conservative policies increasingly take root in one of Europe's most devout Catholic countries.

Abortion rights activists have said that there were at least five cases of pregnant women dying whose families came out to the media, blaming the restrictions on abortion for their deaths.

Last month, Dorota died of septic shock in a hospital after her water broke in the 20th week of pregnancy. Her husband said nobody informed them of the option to induce a miscarriage, even though the child had very low chances of survival.

In 2021, a 30-year-old woman in the 22nd week of pregnancy, named Izabela, also died of septic shock after doctors waited for her unborn baby's heart to stop beating.

"We've had enough ... we protested when we found out about the death of Izabela almost two years ago and at the time we shouted 'not one more,'" Agnieszka Czerederecka, a founder of the Women's Strike movement in Warsaw, told Reuters. She added that there were protests in around 80 cities.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) party leader said that by law women could have abortions if there was any threat to their life or health.

"There is no such issue. It's been made up," he said in response to journalists' questions on Wednesday, accusing critics of the policy of "propaganda" and creating an "imaginary reality."

However, critics say that since the Constitutional Tribunal ruling, doctors have been more reluctant to perform terminations even in such cases.

A poll by IBRiS for private Radio Zet showed this week over 70% of Poles believe the strict abortion rules constitute a potential threat to women's life and health.

"I hope the law will change and I will not be afraid to get pregnant in Poland," said Joanna Jędrasiak, 36, an economist.

"I would like to have children very much, and to experience pregnancy, give birth to a healthy child, without the kind of problems that a few women have had and whom we commemorate here today."

Ages ago I read a comic book for Disney Sleeping Beauty that had a short haired witch as the antagonist, and young Princess Ibri was fascinated by this new villainess but the book was at the store and we had to leave and I’ve never been able to find it or any information about it again :(

So here’s my recreation of said witch to add to my DisneyVerse. I’ve named her Infernadell (a corrupted take on an unused Fairy name, ‘Fernadell’, which may have actually just been her actual name before she became goth a witch).

She lives in the woods surrounding the Forbidden Mountains and eventually decides to try and move into the power vacuum Maleficent’s death left. She’s not as powerful as the fallen dark fairy but she’s just as enthusiastic and effective at bossing the Goons around, who’ve been feeling very lost without a dread leader to helm them and so readily accept her once she proves herself.

I can see her becoming a new magical threat that Briar Rose has to combat while learning to harness her own magical power, but I think in the end they end up weirdly coming to respect eachother. Dell probably helps Mallow learn to harness her dark based powers later on as a grudging favor or something.

Lore of robotic dragons in my fanfic

I got the names of the dragons from the Yugioh game "Forbidden Memories" (if I remember correctly), there the three cards have a different name for each of the dragons: Azrael, Ibris and Ojibril.

Lapis started working on them before her father died, they were already planned as a gift for Seto (around the time they were 13 years old, they met when they were 10 years old).

She mainly did it because she wanted to give him something to keep him company and not feel like a child when "playing" with them, so she planned to use his favorite white dragon.

Being Lapis's father's technology company, she learned as she went along to arm the dragons. She knew programming and mechatronics. Simple but practical things for her age.

She finished them after the Pharaoh departed to the world of the dead, after Mokuba helped repair the relationship between Lapis and Seto, around the age of 18-19.

Although Seto won't admit it, he has grown fond of dragons. First because, well, they are his favorite blue-eyes white dragons, and second: Lapis gave them to him.

In Kaiba-Land, when there are important events, Lapis worked on larger bodies for the dragons and they could look like real life-sized white dragons in the amusement park, she just transfers the programming and information of each one to the new body and they work the same.

If she wants to return them to the small bodies, it is the same process.

They work by voice, and recharge in small eggs (Baymax style from Big Heroes).

They are also multipurpose, they can project holograms and fly among other things.

Azrael

Its design of it is the same as the original.

Personality similar to Seto's.

It's the one who makes fun of Seto the most when he does something wrong.

It's with Seto most of the time.

It likes to tease Joey when it sees him.

Ibris

It has small variations in his scales and his blue details are clearer.

Personality similar to Mokuba. It's the one who puts order in the three dragons (Only between them).

It usually spends more time with Lapis.

It has the sharpest nose.

It is a little smaller than the other two.

It likes to sneeze at Seto (Everyone sneezes drops of water).

The one who likes to bother is Mokuba (When he's not playing with it).

Ojibril

It's nose is wider.

It has the biggest wings.

It details in his blue are a different tone (darker).

It usually spends more time with Mokuba.

It is calmer, he is the one who gives comfort.

It likes to tease Lapis.

Everyone can throw white rays, but when he plays he uses them more (and with less care).

Los nombres de los dragones los saqué del juego de Yugioh "Forbidden Memories" (si mal no recuerdo), ahí las tres cartas tienen un nombre diferente cada uno de los dragones: Azrael, Ibris y Ojibril.

Lapis empezó a trabajar en ellos antes de que su padre muriera, ya eran planeados como un regalo para Seto (más o menos cuando tenían 13 años, ellos se conocieron a los 10).

Principalmente lo hizo porque quería darle algo que lo acompañara y no se sintiera como un niño al "jugar" con ellos, entonces planeó usar a su dragón blanco favorito.

Al ser la empresa del padre de Lapis de tecnología, es que fue aprendiendo sobre la marcha para armar a los dragones. Sabía programar y sobre mecatrónica. Cosas sencillas pero prácticas para su edad.

Los terminó después de que el Faraón partió al mundo de los muertos, después de que Mokuba ayudara a reparar la relación entre Lapis y Seto, más o menos con 18-19 años.

Aunque Seto no lo admita, se ha encariñado con los dragones. Primero porque, bueno, son sus dragones blancos de ojos azules favoritos, y segundo: se los dio Lapis.

Tiene la nariz más afilada.

Es un poco más pequeño que los otros dos.

Le gusta estornudar en Seto (Todos estornudan gotas de agua).

Su nariz es más ancha.

The sons of Aaron were Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar. 

2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father did, and they had no sons; so Eleazar and Ithamar served as the priests. 

3 With the help of Zadok a descendant of Eleazar and Ahimelek a descendant of Ithamar, David separated them into divisions for their appointed order of ministering. 

4 A larger number of leaders were found among Eleazar’s descendants than among Ithamar’s, and they were divided accordingly: sixteen heads of families from Eleazar’s descendants and eight heads of families from Ithamar’s descendants. 

5 They divided them impartially by casting lots, for there were officials of the sanctuary and officials of God among the descendants of both Eleazar and Ithamar.

Today's V-Jump reveal is the Blue-Eyes of the Heart.

This card is part of the new Milllennium archetype, so this is meant to support the new Exodia support. Previous batches of support for previous main sets had 2 cards (2 cards for Yubel in Legacy of Destruction, 2 cards of Yugi's final Duel in Infinite Forbidden), but this is likely going to be the only one for Exodia, which means we are probably going to get a proper DM representative as our legacy animé support.

As shown by the YGOrganization's article's pic, this card is not based on Kisara, but it is rather based on Sugoroku's Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

In the earlier Konami video game canon, specifically in The Falsebound Kingdom, before Kisara's introduction, the Blue-Eyes White Dragons existed as actual creatures with their own unique names, Azrael, Ibris (likely meant to be Iblis), Djibril (likely meant to be Jibreel). It seems Konami wants to reintroduce that, or at least a similar concept.

Kind of interesting for Konami to remember that within the manga canon Sugoroku's Blue-Eyes, and Kisara are different Duel Monster Spirits, since Kazuki Takahashi himself never built on this, and none of the other continuities (not sure about the novelizations, though those should be similar as well) really followed upon this.

Biography

Blue was created by InGen for the IBRIS Project sometime before 2015 and was the first Velociraptor to be created for the latest pack. She was created with the DNA of the Black-throated monitor lizard, which gave her allowed her scales to reflect an irredentist blue color, giving her the distinctive pattern that she was named after. Out of all the raptors that were to be created following her birth, she was the largest. When she was born, Owen Grady imprinted on her, which allowed him to train her. During her youth, she and Echo engaged in a fight for dominance over the park's Velociraptor pack, of which Blue was the victor.

Blue is more intelligent and cunning than the other raptors made for Jurassic World. These traits most likely helped her become the leader of the pack. Despite these attributes, Blue has a tendency to be aggressive and usually attacks without thinking. An example of her temperament was shown when she nearly attacked Leon, who fell into her paddock. These traits were reminiscent of a previous alpha raptor, The Big One. Unlike the Big One, however, Blue was capable of showing affection and loyalty. When Charlie was killed by an InGen soldier, Blue viciously attacked all humans she could find in retaliation, and when Owen removed her headset, she made affectionate noises towards him and defended him from the Indominus rex, even though the fight nearly killed her.

Just before the incident occurred, Blue, Echo, Delta and Charlie attempted to strike Leon, a newly hired Jurassic World employee who had fallen into her pack's paddock while trying to capture a pig that had escaped its holding pen, but were thwarted by their trainer in time to save Leon's life.

Blue and her pack later assisted their trainer during the rampage of the genetic hybrid Indominus rex when Vic Hoskins, Jurassic World's head of security, forced Owen to use them to hunt the Indominus. Unfortunately, during the hunt she and her pack mates began to communicate with the hybrid due to its raptor DNA. After Indominus took Owen's place as the alpha, Blue and her pack mates turned against the humans. Her pack attacked many of the humans that had followed them, including Barry, who took refuge in a hollow log just before Blue lunged at him and began to viciously attack him through the log. Conflicted about whether he should shoot her or not, Barry yelled her name, causing her to stop and look inside. At this point, Owen intervened and whistled to get Blue's attention, stopping her from possibly resuming her attack on Barry.

Blue and the rest of her pack later caught up with Owen, Claire, and the Mitchell brothers on Main Street. Shortly after being cornered, Owen regained Blue's and the other raptor's respect and his role as pack leader. Then Indominus rex arrived, and ordered the raptors to attack the humans. Blue, however, retaliated and rebelled against Indominus, and the hybrid responded by swatting Blue into the wall, seemingly killing her. Delta and Echo then attacked Indominus out of vengeance. Unfortunately, they were soon overpowered by the hybrid and killed. Shortly after their deaths, Rexy, Jurassic World's resident Tyrannosaurus rex joined the fight.

Later, Blue regained consciousness and rejoined the fight, lunging at the hybrid and allowing Rexy to get back on her feet after she was pushed to the ground by the Indominus rex. Blue continued to assist Rexy in her fight against the hybrid until the Mosasaurus dragged Indominus into the bottom of the lagoon. After the fight, Rexy decides to spare Blue, as gratitude for saving her life, despite her unpleasant encounter with Raptors in the past. Blue then turned towards Owen, chirping at him momentarily before disappearing into the night, calling out for her pack mates.

It is revealed that Blue is still alive, but she and many other creatures will now face an impending danger, in the form of an erupting volcano. She is also revealed to be the last of her species by Eli Mills. Claire explains that Blue can pick the scent of a human a mile away making her difficult to catch.

After his encounter with Claire, it shows Owen Grady watching a training video of him, and her pack as infants on a computer.

During the rescue mission, Blue reunites with Owen at her nesting ground, which is next to the damaged Explorer 04. Owen attempts to rekindle his bond with her, as it is evident that Blue is wary and defensive at first, before she begins to recognize him and attempts to touch his palm with her nose before Ken Wheatley and his team of mercenaries attempt to capture the dinosaur via tranquilizing her. Blue, infuriated by this, ends up attacking the nearest mercenary, only to have him fire his sidearm at her before he dies, mortally wounding Blue, and incapacitating her. After Blue is subdued, she's loaded into a cage, and taken to the East Dock where all the dinosaurs are being taken to be transported off of the island and to the mainland to be sold at the Lockwood Manor.

Inside the ship, it is revealed that Zia Rodriguez, after explaining to Wheatley that she is the only one that can keep Blue alive after she is wounded, is desperately trying to slow the bleeding of Blue's wound until they reach the mainland so she can treat her injuries with the proper equipment. Owen, Claire and Franklin reunite with them and witness the horrible condition Blue is in, as she is hemorrhaging, and in immense pain. Owen attempts to comfort Blue, as Zia explains she is unable to remove the bullet without a transfusion from another of the carnivorous dinosaurs on board with two or three fingers. Zia and Franklin end up staying behind with Blue, as Owen and Claire venture out to use blood from the sleeping T. rex to use for Blue's transfusion.

Once they return, Zia gives the blood to Blue, via an IV, while Claire puts pressure on her wound. Zia uses a surgical knife to create an incision in her leg in order to reach the bullet with a pair of tweezers. She successfully removes the bullet, and ends up saving her life.

Meanwhile, at the lower level of the Lockwood Manor, Maisie Lockwood ends up sneaking inside Henry Wu's lab, and ends up watching training videos of Owen with Delta and Blue.

When the captive dinosaurs are brought to the mainland, Blue is taken to Wu's lab, and is locked inside a cage, as she is not to be auctioned off like the other dinosaurs. Zia is also taken to Wu's lab, and is handcuffed to the bars after refusing to cooperate after she told Wheatley to "take his own damn [blood samples]" when he asked for samples of Blue's blood when the boat arrived at the dock.

After the Indoraptor's escape, Henry Wu has Franklin, who is disguised as a geneticist, to get equipment for him to take blood samples from Blue, who is angrily pacing in her cage, which would help him create a new line of Indoraptors who would inherit her traits, and recognize her as leader. As Wu gets increasingly frustrated with Zia for not helping, she breaks the news to him that Blue's pure genome had been contaminated with the DNA from the T. rex from the blood transfusion, which further infuriates him. Before he can do anything about it, Franklin ends up subduing him by stabbing him in the neck with a tranquilizer, which was actually meant for Blue in order to prevent her from attacking while her blood was drawn. As Zia is uncuffed by Franklin, she attempts to escape and find Owen and Claire. Unfortunately, her plan backfires when two guards rush into the room to prevent them from escaping. Zia, with no other option, ends up freeing Blue, who then attacks the guards, providing enough time for the two DPG members to escape. When a tank of flammable gas is struck by a stray bullet, Blue bolts out of the lab, just as it explodes behind her, causing a tank of hydrogen cyanide to leak gas into the entire downstairs.

Blue ends up reaching the upper levels of the manor, and confronts the Indoraptor, just as he prepares to attack Owen in Maisie Lockwood's bedroom. She and the hybrid are locked into a brutal battle, with Blue being thrown around by the stronger dinosaur, as her teeth and claws barely phase the bloodthirsty dinosaur from surrendering.

The Indoraptor shoves Blue out the window, and after falling down on the roof, continues to pursue Owen and Maisie until he corners them atop a skylight. After barely surviving a fall through the broken glass of the skylight, the Indoraptor is ambushed from behind by Blue, who had survived her own fall out the window, except in a different direction. When she pounces on him, both dinosaurs fall through the skylight, with the Indoraptor being impaled by the sharp horns of the Agujaceratops skull in the center of Benjamin Lockwood's fossil room, and Blue surviving the fall. She stands atop the hybrid's body, giving a loud cry of victory, before jumping off and running outside the manor.

After Maisie releases the dinosaurs from the hydrogen cyanide leak within the manor's basement, Blue approaches Owen, visibly injured from the fight between her and the Indoraptor. He strokes her muzzle, and tells her he can take her to a sanctuary where no one would find her, and where she would be protected. Blue, however, makes gentle clicking noises before running towards freedom, pausing only once to look back at her trainer, preferring to be free like the other dinosaurs, opposed to being locked in a cage again.

Afterwards Blue is seen over-looking a suburban California neighborhood, while calling out four times into the early morning, signifying that dinosaurs and humans must now coexist with each other.

Falsebound Kingdom is very much Not Canon at all. For one, Isono works at a place that isn’t Kaiba Corp.

But it also gave the three Blue Eyes names—Azrael, Ibris, and Djibril. None of them are Kisara, and it’s most likely because Takahashi didn’t make Kisara yet or at the very least, didn’t reveal it to the game creators. Or the game company in-universe gave them random names.

But I also think it would be Very Funny if it’s because the fourth Blue Eyes that Yugi’s grandpa had was Kisara, and Seto fucking ripped up his almost wife. Thereby, destroying any semblance of physical connection in that life.

"I suppose you could say I've had a few pets." Eligos shook his head at that, his lips upturned in a small smile as a low chuckle rumbled in his throat. "Animals have every reason to dislike me. I smell of the faint traces of ceruleum and its toxic smoke, and the other chemicals used in the treatment of the materials I use in my projects. Normal noses may not detect it, but many animals have a few hundred or greater times the sensitivity than a spoken race might ever hope to have. As I smell like poison, they react accordingly. I might love them, but a part of that is to respect their wariness and dislike, however much it might pain me to not be able to reach out and pet without causing them distress."

"So I can't say I've had many pets over the years, but I can say that there's been the rare occurrence where one has bonded to me regardless of that factor, and I've cared for accordingly and doted on. I'm currently caring for a hawk I've named Ibri. I had been hired to retrieve an egg for a nobleman in Ishgard who wanted to become a falconer and have the fireside story of raising a wild bird, and she just happened to hatch during the return trip. As a result, she imprinted on me, and the assignment was deemed a failure. I couldn't throw her out, so I instead raised her, trying to get her ready to leave into the wilds."

At this he paused, eyes closing as the smile faded slightly. "That was an abject failure on my part. I might have pampered her too much, really. I did everything by the book, even making her 'hunt' her own food with a rope lure when she was finally old enough to fly, but she's never taken off even when brought back out to the wild and given live prey. Without fail, she returns. On one hand, I'm well glad she is bonded enough to return so faithfully, even if my goal was to get her to be able to live out in the wilds. On the other, she tends to view anything smaller than her as food and go after it at first opportunity. And given she's at a size where I'm starting to suspect she's an eagle rather than a hawk, despite the markings.. well, let's just say she's eyed certain guests with the same gaze she gives particularly juicy steak. So long as she is with me, I won't abandon her, but I well can't adopt another pet due to this."

CHAPTERS 2 and 3

Summary:

Owen doesn’t like his Captain but he does like his job, so he’s not thrilled that the Navy is loaning him to InGen for a 1 year project. Claire, on the other hand is thrilled when she’s chosen to be the liaison on a special project. Will baby raptors convince Owen that maybe the island is where he belongs? And will Claire ever get Owen to submit his reports?

Chapter 2

Pacing back and forth in front of the residence building, Owen felt like his anxiety was going to shoot through the roof. So much for getting a chance to go seek out a drink. A drink he felt like he could use even more now than before. He was eager to get to the Innovation Center, but he was also terrified. And having to wait for someone to pick him up was just making it all feel worse. Owen had always much preferred to be doing over waiting, even if in the past that had led him to act first and have to deal with consequences later.

"Owen!"

At the sound of his name, Owen spun around, surprised to see Barry exiting the building behind him.

"This way," Barry said, turning to the left and heading down a path. Owen quickly followed after the guy.

"You're my ride?" Owen asked.

"Oui," Barry confirmed. "Hoskins phoned and said you needed one."

He led Owen around the building to a parking lot at the back and over to a park jeep that looked like all the others that Owen had seen so far.

As Owen climbed in, he asked, "You've been here a year, right?"

Barry nodded.

"What do you think of all this?"

"All of what?" Barry asked, starting the jeep and pulling out of the parking spot.

"I don't know… Jurassic World. InGen. Dinosaurs. This whole IBRIS project." Owen shrugged as he finished. "Everything, really."

"Doesn't feel real, somedays," Barry admitted after a short pause as he turned onto one of the roads criss-crossing the island. "That these are real dinosaurs."

"But you like it here?" Owen pressed.

"Like it? It's a job," Barry said. "Not really sure what you mean. Compared to some of my past jobs, this one's great. The main downside here is that we're all stuck on this island."
