My mom came by this week and I decided to try a recipe from the trusty ibreatheimhungry website.

I made two changes, I added 2 lbs of pork and 1 lb of chicken. I also swapped fresh jalepenos with canned green chilies because I didn't want to risk this turning out too spicy.

It was a hit. I served it with a side of buttered snapped peas that were topped with some of the escaped cream cheese mixture. We have leftovers for days! Make sure you let this monster rest for 15 minutes before slicing!

EATING CREPES FOR THE FIRST TIME😋 So I finally changed up my egg fast meals . I made the crepes @keto_wonder_woman made. Recipe is from @ibreatheimhungry ▫️ These definitely hit the spot. I made half recipe which made 4 crepes. egg fast day 3. fettuccine alfredo. another winner from @ibreatheimhungry i doubled the recipe. swipe ➡️ . for the pasta: 2 eggs 1 oz cream cheese pinch of salt (i didn't use) pinch of garlic powder 1/8 tsp black pepper for the sauce: 1 oz Mascarpone cheese 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp butter . pasta - Blend the eggs, cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a magic bullet or blender. Pour into a butter-greased 8 x 8 pan. I forgot to post this incredible meal that made for us! Turkey Saltimbocca Meat… I forgot to put up this unbelievable meal that @jessimo77 made for us! Turkey Saltimbocca Meatballs from @ibreatheimhungry with grilled artichokes filled with garlic and cheese. Dessert was a keto chocolate toffee ice cream! SO wonderful!!
