I still think the best GoT sequel would be one about Arya Stark's voyage around the world.
But Maisie Williams has made a different sort of voyage – into the world of science fiction.
She isn’t just Arya Stark folks, Maisie Williams has already shown she can handle the sci-fi genre as well. You just might have missed the movie when it first came around. Get ready to be immersed in a thrilling sci-fi adventure as Maisie Williams takes on the lead role in iBoy, a gripping film now streaming on Netflix.
Directed by Adam Randall and based on the novel by Kevin Brooks, iBoy ventures into the realm of technology and vigilantism, offering an action-packed and thought-provoking narrative.
In iBoy, Maisie Williams portrays Lucy Walker, a close friend of Tom Harvey (played by Bill Milner), the protagonist who acquires extraordinary powers after a violent incident leaves him with fragments of his smartphone embedded in his brain.
Elon Musk wants to put chips in our brains, so perhaps this gives us a chance to see how that might work out.

im going to watch iBoy, I read the book I while ago, because the premise was so damn stupid, like come on! but the story was interesting, and kinda fun... as fun a story about rape can get.
yes, part of the story is about a guy who gets super powers because an iPhone. (iPhone part gets stuck in his brain, dont try to make sense of this, is like comic book logic), but the main focus is about a rape case.

iBoy (2017) ★★★★★★ 06/10
