Time is an amazing healer and for most cases it’s true when they say it will get better with time. But how does that help someone who is having an anxiety attack right now? How does that help someone who can not get out of bed because they are suffering depression? Time is a great healer because during the time we seek help! For those suffering from anxiety, depression, and mental illness time is of the essence and it’s crucial to get help as soon as possible. Getting help and seeking treatment will allow time to pass and time to do its healing. Mental health
I was once told back in school during class that you should treat mental health problems like any other weakness. But how is that fair. MENTAL HEALTH IS NOT A WEAKNESS!
At the age of 14 I told my mum that I wanted to die, by 15 I have tries to killing my self more that 20 times by 16 I was using my self as a cutting bored, during summer I would wear jackets or long selves to hide my scars and cuts, if any way would notice at school I would blame the kitten. And all this way down to bullying, kids at school and in the street were bullying me, People said that they were jealous of me or were threatened by me. But why? I'm nothing special back then I was a Blondie head, chubby teen. But now at the age I am now 21, my stronger that I were back then I know longer let them bring me down, I'm know longer scared of them. I am me and I am proud of who I am. I'm not going to say that I know longer want to die but i sometimes feel like that everyone would be better of without me, but I never react on the thoughts because I know what the hell I would Leave behind for my friends and family.
I am me.
I am proud.
I wear my scars like a throphy of what I have over come.

Today is national no bullying day. With schools being encouraged to stand up against bullying and teach kids to say “bullying, no way!” Bullying has changed and is no longer the school yard big kids punching for lunch money. Bullies take all forms and could be the most perfect child on the outside, online social media’s have taken bullying to a whole new level and we need to teach our kids it’s not ok! Unfortunately bullies are not limited to school and do extend into the work place and adulthood. Many adults are being bullied in the work places today in many different forms and it’s not ok! Silence is an amazing thing. I spend my day surrounded by people, music, talking, and noise. I have now started to sit in silence on my drives home I turn my radio off and enjoy the peace, this allows me to refresh and be present with my children when I return home. . .
