So I figured it was time to clear my drafts since I have no motivation to do anything else (I'm sick) and also...

I decide to keep this year's drafts to go through later and just use Mass Editor to delete everything prior to 2024. Problem is, once you get to a certain point, it stops loading drafts, so I had to exit out and refresh so it will start loading again. So I go back in and start deleting whole MONTHS of posts...

Only to realize I was deleting POSTS.

I deleted maybe a year's worth of POSTS instead of DRAFTS.

Welp...down to a little over 2K drafts now at least.

I'm so mad.

Saw my doctor to get a referral to speech therapy and an Ear Nose & Throat doctor. ENT referral is happening first. Last time I did this in March 2020 it took around 7 weeks for the referrals to go through, so let's see how long I have to wait this time.

Day 1: Moving day

This day was the most exhausting and grueling day of my life. We had three EXTREMELY large and nearly impossible things to carry in and out of the moving truck and somehow get up a flight of stairs. Now I'm fairly strong but I seriously almost broke my wrists.

Anyways, we got everything in somehow with the help of this absolutely wonderful neighbor, who, in typical Coloradan fashion denied all our attempts to repay him. After that I started assembling my bed so me and my partner could just lay down, and my Mom got us all Goodtimes (that nearly killed me with the amount of spice they put on my sandwich) and now finally I'm writing this.

Hopefully I'll still be able to walk tomorrow but with everything that happened I kinda doubt it. I'll see y'all then!

Something I need people to understand, especially able-bodied people but I've gotten this from other disabled folk as well, is that yeah I could be doing more, but oftentimes I have to choose between doing what's required of me and what's good for me.

Yeah, I probably could get all of my schoolwork done no problem, but I'm so exhausted after just going to school that doing anything more than lying in bed for a few hours would cost me. Can I physically get up? Yeah, I do when my parents demand it of me, but it's not good for me.

I've tried doing more, I've tried pushing myself to do the things that I need to get done, it just doesn't work. I'll just be even more exhausted, I'll just be in more pain, and it's not fair.

Please stop reminding me of my "potential". Please stop telling me that I'm "not trying my hardest". I know that. Sometimes my hardest is hard on me.

Another note I forgor to mention is I love how after hearing Simon go "it's enough to make your hair turn white" about Martin's office in s4 many of us collectively agreed his hair turned white because of his association with the Lonely. The shared consciousness is real and we use it to play hot potato with the communal brain cell dedicated to the sillies.

Lesbian is a multifaceted label that can describe many different experiences. There is no one perfect definition of lesbian that will encompass the entire diverse experiences that lesbians can have.

I'm personally a genderqueer woman who's exclusively attracted to other women, but the lesbian next to me might be a transmasc lesbian who loves all genders except for men. And the lesbian next to them might be a bigender lesbian who's both a girl and a boy, who's exclusively attracted to women. Our experiences can all be described by the term lesbian if that's how we wish to describe it, but we might define it differently based on our own experiences. And guess what?

None of our definitions are wrong, but none of our definitions will encompass every other lesbian's experiences. A word can have multiple definitions without any of the definitions being wrong. And those definitions can be very vague or very specific. Labels are made to fit us- we aren't made to fit labels.

People who may have a different experience with the lesbian label are not your enemies. People in lesbian spaces who aren't exactly like you are not your enemies. The problem comes when you try to force one singular definition on every single lesbian. THAT is harmful. Sending death threats to other lesbians because they don't have the same experience as you is harmful. Not another lesbian having a different experience from you.

It's like they are given the most blatant answer to a character romantic orientation and they actively ignore it. all the while all it takes is subtext for people to speak as if it is fact for a character to be any other sexuality.
